Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a major pathogen that causes peptic ulcer,mucosa-associated tissue lymphoma and gastric cancer.Adhesion colonization is a prerequisite for the pathogenesis of Hp.After infec-tion,Hp first uses urease to neutralize gastric acid, and then it adapts to the environment through motility and chemotactic swimming of flagella. Finally,Hp adheres to gastric epithelial cells through outer membrane pro-teins.Some outer membrane proteins have the biological effect of transporting virulence factors, mediating in-flammation and assisting Hp to produce pathological changes on human body. This paper reviews the mecha-nism of main colonization factors of Hp.

Abstract
Breastfeeding has an irreplaceable effect on the growth and development of premature infants and the reduction of complications during hospitalization. In recent years, with the opening of China′s birth policy, the incidence of premature babies has increased, and the corresponding complications have also gradually increased. Breast milk not only carries a rich supply of nutrients, including rich proteins, lipids, sugars to support the normal growth and development of infants, but also contains a large number of immunoglobulins, hormones and other bioactive substances to promote the improvement of body immune function and the development of nervous system. In recent years, many studies have been carried out on the current situation of breast milk operation in breast milk bank, the collection and influencing factors of breast milk, the strategies of breast milk enrichment and its effects on the growth and development of premature infants and complications. Therefore, breast-feeding and intensive breast-feeding can effectively promote the growth and development of premature infants, and reduce the occurrence of complications.

Objective:To investigate the application effect of production-oriented approach (POA) for consulting ability teaching in general practice standardized residency training. Methods:Eighteen third-year general practice residents in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University received a special training course on the consulting ability based on POA with the situational simulation teaching from September 2021 to March 2022. The consulting ability of residents was evaluated with Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and Leichester Assessment Package (LAP) before and after the training, and the results were compared. Meanwhile, a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews were conducted to assess residents′ satisfaction with the course. Results:All 18 resident trainees (11 females and 7 males) aged 25 to 34 (27.3±2.4) years successfully completed the training. Both OSCE scores and LAP scores after the training were significantly higher than those before training (66.25±5.84 vs. 44.44±12.80, t=8.46, P<0.001; 65.78±7.05 vs. 38.33±14.2, t=1.47, P<0.001, respectively). The ability of medical history collection, physical examination, patient management, problem solving, doctor-patient relationship, preventive care and medical record writing were all significantly improved after the training compared with those before training ( t=2.464, 4.278, 8.997, 2.385, 10.35, 5.212, 7.578, all P<0.05). The questionnaire survey showed that all the 18 residents were satisfied with the reasonableness of the teaching content, the class time arrangement, the teaching progress arrangement and the instructors. In the dimension of training effectiveness, 18 participants all believed that the course was helpful to improve their humanistic quality and confidence in reception. In terms of self-promotion, all respondents believed that this course was able to promote their reflection ability and stimulate their learning interest. By coding and analyzing the contents of the semi-structured interviews with the residents, nine main themes were constructed, namely course deficiencies, course characteristics, course advantages, course suggestions, trainees′ deficiencies, trainees′ gains, trainees′ goals, previous teaching deficiencies, and instructor′s role. The results showed that all residents had a high degree of satisfaction with the course, and they thought the course was vivid and interesting and it is able to mobilize the enthusiasm of learning, promote learner to reflect. The residents also suggested to increase the teaching hours and to enrich teaching cases. Conclusion:The consulting ability training of general practice based on POA can effectively improve consulting ability, stimulate learning interest and improve independent learning ability of residents, which gains recognition from both faculty and trainees.

OBJECTIVE To preliminary predict and analyze the quality marker(Q-markers)of Platycodonis Radix decoction based on the validity and measurability of traditional Chinese medicine Q-marker. METHODS The fingerprints of 20 batches of Platycodonis Radix samples were established, and the similarity was evaluated. At the same time, a "component-target-pathway" network diagram was constructed through network pharmacology to predict the potential active components of Platycodonis Radix. Mathematical analysis methods such as principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least-squares discrimination analysis were used to screen differential components; the content of candidate components were determined. RESULTS There were 19 common peaks in the established fingerprint, and 8 common components were identified as candidate active components for network pharmacology analysis. Network pharmacology indicated that 6 compounds were screened out with a high degree of connectivity. Based on the comprehensive consideration of Q-marker principle:traceability and transmissibility, specificity, efficacy, and measurability, luteolin, syringin, chlorogen acid, platycoside D, platycoside D3 and platycoside E were preliminarily predicted as potential Q-markers of platycodon. CONCLUSION The prediction analysis of Platycodonis Radix Q-marker provides a reference for the comprehensive control of the quality of Platycodonis Radix medicinal materials, and also lays a foundation for the research and exploration of the substance basis and mechanism of action of Platycodonis Radix.

Objective:To investigate the muscle MRI features of the lower extremities and correlations between MRI fatty degeneration total scores and other clinical features in limb girdle muscular dystrophy type R1 (LGMDR1) patients. Methods:Clinical data of 8 patients with LGMDR1 diagnosed by genetic examination in Department of Neurology, He'nan Provincial People's Hospital&People's Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2016 to November 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Disease severity was evaluated by Gardner-Medwin and Walton (GM-W) scale. Pathological staining results of the lower limb muscles were observed; the fatty infiltration and edema of the muscles were observed by MRI T1WI and short-tau inversion recovery (STIR) sequences. Lower limb muscles were scored using Mercuri's scale. Spearman rank correlation was used to analyze the correlations of MRI fatty degeneration total scores of the lower extremities with age, age of onset, disease duration, GM-W scale scores and creatinine kinase (CK) level. Results:Of the 8 patients with LGMDR1, 7 had decreased muscle strength in the proximal lower extremity, including 4 with decreased muscle strength in the distal lower extremity at the same time. Muscular dystrophy-like pathological changes of skeletal muscles were noted. All 8 LGMDR1 patients showed different degrees of fatty infiltration in the lower extremities: at the thigh level, the adductor magnus, biceps femoris long head, semimembranes, semitendinosus and adductor longus were the most severely fatty degeneration muscles (mean scores>4), with relatively sparing of the sartorius and rectus femoris; regarding the calves, gastrocnemius medial head was the mostly involved, followed by soleus, with relative sparing of the tibialis posterior and anterior compartment. Edema-like changes (mild) were observed in 7 patients; the muscles that most frequently and relatively severely displayed edema-like changes were the gastrocnemius lateral head and quadriceps. The fatty degeneration total scores of the lower extremities were positively correlated with GM-W scale scores ( r=0.872, P=0.005) and negatively correlated with CK level ( r=-0.929, P=0.001), but not significantly correlated with age, age of onset or disease duration ( r=0.635, P=0.091; r=0.571, P=0.139; r=0.551, P=0.157). Conclusion:The lower limb muscles with severe fatty infiltration are less prone to show edema-like changes; fatty degeneration can be used to evaluate LGMDR1 progress; involvement pattern of muscle MRI of the lower extremities is helpful in diagnosing and differentially diagnosing LGMDR1.

Objective:To analyze the clinical, imaging and genetic characteristics of 2 pedigrees with hereditary spastic paraplegia type 7 (SPG7).Methods:The clinical data of the probands and related members of 2 families hospitalized in the Department of Neurology of Henan Provincial People′s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were collected. The probands and all family members were subjected to cranial MRI imaging and genetic testing, and the clinical characteristics and genetic variation of SPG7 families were compared with those reported in the literature. Results:Four patients from the 2 families were observed with adult-onset age in this group. The main manifestations were wide-base ataxic gait in 4 cases, and spastic gait in 1 case during follow-up. Pyramidal tract involvement mainly in the lower limbs were found in all cases, and dysarthria in 3 cases. MRI of 3 patients showed varying degrees of cerebellar atrophy. Genetic testing revealed compound heterozygous or homozygous variants of the SPG7 gene in the 4 patients, of which c.2062C>T and c.2176C>T were novel mutations. At present, only 5 SPG7 families have been reported in China. Among the 12 patients in all groups, 12 cases of pyramidal tract involvement, 10 cases of cerebellar ataxia, 7 cases of dysarticulation, 3 cases of cognitive impairment, 11 cases of complex hereditary spastic paraplegia, 1 case of simple hereditary spastic paraplegia, and 9 cases of cerebellar atrophy were reported. Six novel mutations have been reported in 5 families. Conclusions:SPG7 family is rarely reported in China, mainly manifested as pyramidal tract involvement combined with cerebellar ataxia, accompanied by cerebellar atrophy. SPG7 mutation is confirmed by genetic detection, and there are many novel mutations in SPG7 family in China.

Rapid serial visual presentation (RSVP) is a type of psychological visual stimulation experimental paradigm that requires participants to identify target stimuli presented continuously in a stream of stimuli composed of numbers, letters, words, images, and so on at the same spatial location, allowing them to discern a large amount of information in a short period of time. The RSVP-based brain-computer interface (BCI) can not only be widely used in scenarios such as assistive interaction and information reading, but also has the advantages of stability and high efficiency, which has become one of the common techniques for human-machine intelligence fusion. In recent years, brain-controlled spellers, image recognition and mind games are the most popular fields of RSVP-BCI research. Therefore, aiming to provide reference and new ideas for RSVP-BCI related research, this paper reviewed the paradigm design and system performance optimization of RSVP-BCI in these three fields. It also looks ahead to its potential applications in cutting-edge fields such as entertainment, clinical medicine, and special military operations.
