Objective:To develop an efficient and robust method based on three dimensional facial landmarks for evaluating chin region asymmetry at the soft tissue level and to compare it with the tradi-tional mirror-overlap analysis method in order to test its availability. Methods:Standard symmetrical face was used for mental tubercle coordinate transformation so as to filter soft tissue three dimensional spatial angle and construct corresponding three dimensional spatial angle wireframe template.Ten patients aged 12-32 years with clinical chin region asymmetry diagnosis at the Department of Orthodontics of Peking University Hospital of Stomatology from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly selected.Three dimensional soft tissue face scan data of the patients were collected by three dimensional face scanner and the landmark points were automatically determined by the Meshmonk non-rigid registration algorithm pro-gram,and in this way,the asymmetric three dimensional spatial angle wireframe template and corre-sponding spatial angle parameters were generated.Mirror-overlap analysis of face scan data was also per-formed in Geomagic Studio 2015 software and deviation color maps were generated. This study took mirror-overlap analysis as the gold standard method, the response rate of chin region asymmetry was eva-luated by the outcomes of the mirror-overlap analysis and three dimensional spatial angle wireframe tem-plate analysis. Results:Nine three dimensional spatial angle indicators were selected through coordinate transformation, and the response rate was calculated using mirror-overlap analysis as the gold standard method.Among these ten selected patients, the response rate of the total chin region asymmetry was 90%(9/10).Using the deviation value of mirror-overlap analysis as a reference, the response rate of chin region asymmetry in the X dimension was 86%,the response rate of chin region asymmetry in the Y dimension was 89%,and the response rate of chin region asymmetry in the Z dimension was 100%.Conclusion:The three dimensional soft tissue spatial angle wireframe template proposed in this study has some feasibility in evaluating chin region asymmetry at the soft tissue level, and its ability to recognize asymmetry separately in the three dimensional direction is better than the mirror-overlap analysis method, and the indicators recognition rate still needs to be further improved.

ObjectiveTo analyze the microbial diversity in the rhizosphere soil of Gastrodia elata with different yields and explore the influence of soil microorganisms on the yield of G. elata. MethodThe experiment adopted the 16S DNA and ITS high-throughput sequencing technologies to study the diversity of the bacterial and fungal community in the rhizosphere soil of G. elata with high yield (GC) and low yield (DC). ResultProteobacteria, Firmicutes, and other unidentified Bacteria were dominant in the rhizosphere soil of G. elata. The dominant rhizosphere fungi were Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, and Mortierellomycota. There was no significant difference in microbial community abundance in the high-yield and low-yield rhizosphere soil of G. elata, but there was a significant difference in species composition. Thirty-eight microbes such as Bradyrhizobium, Schleiferilactobacillus, and Archaeorhizomyces were gathered in large numbers in the high-yield rhizosphere soil, and thirty microbes such as Fusarium, Coprinellus, and Nitrosotalea were gathered in large numbers in the low-yield rhizosphere soil. At the level of genus and species, there were six different species in the high-yield and low-yield rhizosphere soil of G. elata, among which Russula mariae, Archeaeorhizomyces, and Ilyonectria were gathered in the high-yield rhizosphere soil of G. elata, while Nitrosotalea, Coprinellus disserminatus, and Fusarium were gathered in the low-yield rhizosphere soil of G. elata. ConclusionThere are different microorganisms in the rhizosphere soil of G. elata with different yields, and it is speculated that these microorganisms are related to the yields of G. elata. The research results are expected to provide a vital theoretical basis for the follow-up study of the high yield of G. elata.

The metastasis of contralateral adrenal gland and gallbladder following radical nephrectomy is extremely uncommon in clinical practice. We presented one such case. The patient underwent laparoscopic radical right nephrectomy. Postoperative pathology revealed clear cell carcinoma of the right kidney. Five years after operation, CT revealed occupying lesions in the left adrenal gland and gallbladder. Transperitoneal laparoscopic left adrenalectomy and cholecystectomy were performed. Pathological examination showed that the left adrenal tumor and gallbladder tumor were clear cell carcinoma. The patient received targeted therapy and tumor-free survived for 10 months.

Psoriasis is characterized by abnormal proliferation of keratinocytes, as well as infiltration of immune cells into the dermis and epidermis, causing itchy, scaly and erythematous plaques of skin. The understanding of this chronic inflammatory skin disease remains unclear and all available treatments have their limitations currently. Here, we showed that IMMH002, a novel orally active S1P modulator, desensitized peripheral pathogenic lymphocytes to egress signal from secondary lymphoid organs and thymus. Using different psoriasis animal models, we demonstrated that IMMH002 could significantly relieve skin damage as revealed by PASI score and pathological injure evaluation. Mechanistically, IMMH002 regulated CD3 T lymphocytes re-distribution by inducing lymphocytes' homing, thus decreased T lymphocytes allocation in the peripheral blood and skin but increased in the thymus. Our results suggest that the novel S1P agonist, IMMH002, exert extraordinary capacity to rapidly modulate T lymphocytes distribution, representing a promising drug candidate for psoriasis treatment.

The prevention and control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia caused by Novel Coronavirus is at a critical period. Nucleic acid detection, as the definite diagnosis tool, plays an important role in rapid diagnosis, therapeutic efficacy, epidemic prevention and control. However, the disease is outbreak, and the time of nucleic acid detection in clinical application is short. So the insufficient method verification and clinical evaluation has been made. "False negative" is observed in clinical practice, and the result of nucleic acid detection is not matched with the clinical diagnosis. Therefore, it is urgent to optimize the current methods and improve detection sensitivity. Based on latest studies of Novel Coronavirus, this article reviews the current status and application prospects of nucleic acid detection. Also, this article provides references for clinicians and researchers.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the clinical efficacy of continuous irrigation combined with closed thoracic drainage for esophagojejunal anastomotic fistula (EJAF) complicated with mediastinal, thoracic and abdominal infection after total gastrectomy.
METHODS:
Clinical data of 22 EJAF patients complicated with mediastinal, thoracic and abdominal infection after radical gastrectomy at Department of General Surgery of the 901th Hospital of PLA from June 2012 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Case inclusion criteria:(1) gastric adenocarcinoma confirmed by preoperative endoscopic pathology undergoing radical total gastrectomy without severe organ dysfunction;(2)EJAF complicated with mediastinal, thoracic and abdominal infections diagnosed by postoperative radiography, the presence of pleural effusion confirmed by CT and ultrasound. Among them, 10 cases were treated with simple thoracic closed drainage (single drainage group); 12 cases received same closed thoracic drainage, and a rubber catheter was placed next to the closed thoracic drainage tube in the same sinus. A 0.9% sodium chloride solution was applied in continuous drip irrigation with drip velocity at 50 to 100 ml/h(continuous flushing plus drainage group). Infection indicators, anastomotic fistula healing time and related clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.
RESULTS:
In the simple drainage group, 5 cases were males, age was (61.9±10.7) years old, 4 cases received laparoscopic surgery, 6 cases received open surgery, 6 cases were EJAF grade III, 4 cases were EJAF IV. In continuous flushing and drainage group, 6 cases were males, age was (61.7±11.0) years old, 7 cases received laparoscopic surgery, 5 cases received open surgery, 6 cases were EJAF grade III, and 6 cases were EJAF grade IV. Baseline data including gender, age, underlying diseases, preoperative hematological examination indexes, surgical methods, tumor TNM stage and EJAF grade were not significantly different between the two groups (all P>0.05). When postoperative EJAF was complicated with mediastinal, thoracic and abdominal infection, biochemical parameters including white blood cell, procalcitonin, C-reactive protein were not significantly different between two groups (all P>0.05). All patients of both groups achieved clinical cure without death. Compared with the simple drainage group after closed thoracic drainage, the continuous irrigation plus drainage group had significantly shorter duration of infection parameters returning to normal levels [white blood cell count: (6.8 ± 2.0) days vs.(10.5±3.0) days, t=4.062, P<0.001; procalcitonin: (7.5±1.0) days vs. (9.2±1.9) days, t=3.236, P=0.040; C-reactive protein: (8.8±1.0) days vs. (11.2±1.5) days, t=5.177, P<0.001], meanwhile time in surgical ICU [(4.9±2.5) days vs. (9.9±6.7) days, t=2.935, P=0.006], healing time of fistula [(42.9±12.5) days vs. (101.8±53.2) days, t=4.187, P=0.001] and total postoperative hospital stay [(62.3±15.8) days vs. (119.7 ±59.4) days, t=3.634, P=0.002] were significantly shorter, and total hospitalization cost was significantly lower (median 86 000 yuan vs. 124 000 yuan, Z=2.063, P=0.040) in the continuous irrigation plus drainage group.
CONCLUSION
The continuous closed thoracic drainage with 0.9% sodium chloride solution can accelerate infection control and remission of EJAF patients complicated with mediastinal, thoracic and abdominal infections, and shorten the healing time of anastomotic fistula.
