Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is one of the leading causes of death and disability in the global population, and its pathological mechanism is closely associated with inflammation and coagulation-nutrient imbalance. The C-reactive protein/albumin ratio (CAR) and fibrinogen/albumin ratio (FAR), as novel composite inflammatory markers, provide more comprehensive outcome prediction tools in patients with AIS by integrating information on systemic inflammation severity and nutritional status. This article reviews the clinical value of CAR and FAR in predicting early neurological deterioration, hemorrhagic transformation, stroke associated pneumonia, and poor outcome in patients with AIS, providing a scientific basis for optimizing early risk stratification and clinical intervention in patients with AIS.

Objective To compare the changes of the Chinese Materia Medica resources(CMMR)in Sichuan based on the data of the 3rd Chinese Materia Medica Resource Inventory(CMMRI,1983-1986)and the 4th CMMRI(2011-2022).Methods Using new techniques,after field investigation,collection and identification of the specimens of the animals,plants and minerals.The data of the CMMR in Sichuan found in the 4th CMMRI were analysed and compared with the data of 3rd CMMRI.Results ①9055 species of CMMR were found in Sichuan during the 4th CMMRI,including 8272 species of medicinal plants,745 species of medicinal animals and 38 species of medicinal minerals.Compared with the 3rd CMMRI,the number of CMMR found in Sichuan have greatly increased.The number of medicinal plants increased 5018 species,the number of medicinal animals increased 637 species and the number of medicinal minerals increased 5 species,too.②The medicinal plants is the main part of the CMMR,and the higher plants(7774 species)has the absolute advantage of the CMMR.The top 20 families which have plenty of plant species include Compositae,Rosaceae,Leguminosae,Ranunculaceae,etc.③ Based on the data of the CMMR of the 183 counties in Sichuan,the reserves of 235 species of wild CMMR in Sichuan is about 36.72 million ton.There were 49 CMMR which have reserves beyond 100 thousand tons,such as Arisaematis rhizoma,Epimedii folium,Cimicifugae rhizoma,Acori tatarinowii rhizoma,Gentianae macrophyllae radix,Polygoni multiflori radix etc.④In 2021,there were 215 species of CMMR cultivated in Sichuan,the main species were Aurantii fructus,Chuanxiong rhizoma,Polygonati rhizome,Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizome.The planting area was 8.17 million and the production was 1.26 million ton.⑤All 183 countries were found CMMR,the number of the species of CMMR in 30 countries exceeded 800,including 16 countries which had more than 1000 kinds of CMMR,such as Emeishan,Hongya,Muli etc.The total types of the CMMR(up 118.31%),the reserves of the wild CMMR(up 119 times)and the number of the counties(up 3 times)which had plenty of CMMR,showed a marked increase over the 3rd CMMRI.8 new species were found in the the 4th CMMRI,such as Codonopsis atriplicifolia,Tongoloa tagongensis,Allium xinlongense,etc.Conclusion The species,the reserves of the CMMR and the resource rich countries in Sichuan are the top 3 in China and Sichuan is worthy of the title of"Hometown of Traditional Chinese Medicine".The compositions and types of the family,genus and species of the CMMR in Sichuan have significantly increased.The basic information of the CMR in Sichuan was clearly found out during the 4th CMMRI,and beneficial for the sustainable development and utilization of the CMMR in Sichuan.

Objective:Analysis of the characteristics of influenza epidemic in Anhui Province and quantification of the impact of different factors on influenza occurrence, providing scientific basis for better influenza prevention and control.Methods:Descriptive analysis and factor analysis were conducted on influenza-like illness (ILI) cases and RT-PCR results in Anhui Province from 2013 to 2021 using data from China's Influenza Monitoring Information System.Results:The percentage of influenza-like illness (ILI%) of sentinel hospitals in Anhui Province from April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2021 was 3.80% (1 209 142/31 779 987), showing an overall increasing trend, with a relatively high proportion in 2017-2018 at 4.30% (191 148/4 448 211). The proportion of ILI cases in infants and young children aged 0-4 years was a relatively high at 54.14% (654 676/1 209 142), and the highest ILI% was observed in Fuyang City, Anhui Province (6.25%, 236 863/3 788 863). Laboratory monitoring results showed that the positive rate of ILI cases in sentinel hospitals in 8 influenza monitoring years was 16.38% (34 868/212 912), showing an increasing trend year by year, with a relatively proportion in 2017-2018 at 26.19% (6 936/26 488). The detection rate of school-age children aged 5-14 years was a relativelyhigh at 28.81% (13 869/48 144), and the positive rate was a relatively high in Wuhu City among the 16 cities, reaching 22.01% (2 693/122 237). Influenza activity showed a single peak in winter-spring and alternating double peaks in winter-spring and summer, with different subtypes alternating, and A (H3N2) was the dominant subtype in summer. The results of a multiple logistic regression model showed that the positive rate was higher in 2017-2018, among children aged 5-14 years, in winter, and in southern Anhui.Conclusions:Influenza epidemic in Anhui Province has a clear seasonal pattern, and the ILI% and detection rate have shown an upward trend from 2013 to 2021. Therefore, it is suggested to ensure vaccine supply before the winter-spring influenza season arrives, and to strengthen vaccine uptake and health education to avoid the risk of infection during the peak period of influenza.

Objective:To introduce how to quickly set up a doctor team to achieve efficient treatment of batchs COVID-19 patients in Changchun GongTi shelter hospital.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted to analyze the basic situation of the doctors who supported the Changchun Gongti shelter hospital. The workload is the total number of patients from April 3 to 28, 2022. At the beginning of the task, the first week and the third week of the task, the five point scoring method was used to reflect the doctor's physical and mental state, stress state and rescue achievement. The time phased scheduling and disease grading management were fully implemented after 10 days of operation in the shelter. The doctors' ward round efficiency and self scoring changes before and after the implementation of the plan were compared, and the rescue results were summarized.Results:Total of 56 doctors (the Sichuan medical assistance team to Changchun), who undertook the work of Changchun Gongti shelter Hospital, came from 12 professional departments of 14 hospitals. By internal and external linkage-time phased scheduling and information-based patient zoning and grading management, the admission time of batch patients was shortened from (14.64±10.09) min to (6.80±5.10) min per person( P<0.05), the number of patients that each doctor can view per hour ranges from (28.50±12.26) to (68.43±19.95) ( P<0.01). A total of 1 293 patients were treated. There were no deaths, no accidents and no mild illness to severe illness in shelter hospital. 35 doctors completed a continuous survey. Before and after the implementation of those measures, the average physical state scores and the psychological state scores of doctors improved ( P=0.03), the self-score of stress feeling decreased ( P<0.01), and the self-score of professional achievement increased ( P<0.01). Conclusions:To adapt to the characteristics of emergency treatment for batch COVID-19 patients, the internal and external linkage-time phased scheduling and information-based patient zoning and grading management could help the temporarily convened doctors deal with a large number of patients efficiently, reduce work stress and exposure risk in shelter hospital.

AIM: To study the absorption and excretion of CT-707 in healthy male subjects. METHODS: Six healthy male subjects received a single 300 mg (120 μCi) oral dose of radio-labeled CT-707 as a suspension in a fasted state. Blood, urine and feces were collected. Radioactivity concentrations were measured by liquid scintillation counting (LSC). The pharmacokinetic parameters of total radioactivity in plasma were calculated by WinNonlin (Pharsight version 8.1) software according to the non-compartment model. The recovery rate of total radioactivity in urine and feces was calculated according to the weight and radioactivity concentration of urine and feces collected at each time interval. OBJECTIVE：To study “Qi-invigorating”effect and its possible mechanism of total saponins of Astragalus membranaceus on rats with Qi-deficiency ，and to provide reference for elucidating the material basis of “Qi-invigorating”effect of A. membranaceus . METHODS ：Forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group ，model group ，positive control group [Buzhong yiqi pills ，4.5 g/（kg·d）]，A. membranaceus total saponins high-dose and low-dose groups [ 252，28 g/（kg·d），by the amount of total saponins] according to body weight ，with 8 rats in each group. Except for normal group ，the model of Qi-deficiency was made in other groups by the method of “diet disorder+fatigue ”. At the same time ，administration groups were given relevant medicine intragastrically ，and normal group and model group were given constant volume of water，once a day ，for consecutive 21 days. After last administration ，the general situation of rats was observed ；the body weight ，spleen index and thymus index of rats were detected ；weight-bearing swimming time was recorded ；the levels of spleen T lymphocyte subsets CD 3 and CD 4，the levels of ATP and ADP in liver tissue ，serum levels of ALB ，RBC and HBG in blood as well as the serum levels of SOD，MDA，lactate，LDH，CK，IL-2，IL-12 and TNF-α were all detected. RESULTS：Compared with normal group ，body weight，thymus index ，spleen index ，weight-bearing swimming time ，the level of spleen T lymphocyte subsets CD 3，ATP，ADP， ALB，IL-2 and IL- 12 were decreased or shortened significantly in model group （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. The levels of MDA ， lactate，CK and TNF-α were increased significantly （P＜ 0.05）. Compared with model group ，body weight ，spleen index，weight-bearing swimming time ，the level of spleen T lymphocyte subsets CD 3 and the levels of ATP ，ADP，ALB， RBC and IL- 2 were increased significantly or prolonged（P＜0.05）；while the levels of MDA ，lactate，CK and TNF-α were decreased significantly in A. membranaceus total saponins high-dose group（P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）.Weight-bearing swimming time ，the levels of ATP ，ADP and IL- 2 in A. membranaceus total saponins low-dose group were increased significantly or prolonged （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01），while the levels of MDA ，lactate，CK and TNF-α were decreased significantly （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Compared with positive control group ，spleen index ，spleen T lymphocyte subsets CD 3，weight-bearing swimming time and ATP level of A. membranaceus total saponins high-dose group were increased significantly or prolonged （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01），while MDA levels of A. membranaceus total saponins high-dose and low-dose groups were decreased significantly （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. CONCLUSIONS ：A. membranaceus total saponins can reduce the body ’s accumulation of blood lactic acid ，the activity of CK ，the level of lipid peroxide and regulate immunity to tonify Qi ，delay fatigue and improve exercise ability.

Screening active natural products, rapid identification, and accurate isolation are of great important for modern natural lead compounds discovery. We hereby reported the isolation of seven new neotecleanin-type limonoids (-), seven new limonoids with 5-oxatricyclo[5.4.0.11., 4.]hendecane ring system (-), and two new precursors (-) together with four known limonoids (-) from the root barks of . Their structures, including their absolute configurations, were elucidated based on analyses of HR-ESI-MS, 1D/2D NMR, ECD spectrum calculations and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. Compounds , , , , , , showed significant anti-inflammatory activities in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cell line, BV2 microglial cells, and -stimulated THP-1 human monocytic cells. Walrobsin M () exhibited anti-inflammatory activity with IC value of 7.96±0.36 μmol/L, and down-regulated phosphorylation levels of ERK and p38 in a dose-dependent manner.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir (OBV/PTV/r) 25/150/100 mg once daily and dasabuvir (DSV) 250 mg twice daily combined with ribavirin in adult patients of Mainland China with chronic HCV genotype 1b infection and compensated cirrhosis. Methods: An open-label, multicenter, phase 3 clinical trial study was conducted in mainland China, Taiwan, and South Korea. Adult patients with compensated cirrhosis (Metavir score =F4) who were newly diagnosed and treated for hepatitis C virus genotype 1b infection with ombitasvir/paritaprevir/ritonavir and dasabuvir combined with ribavirin for 12 weeks were included. Assessed SVR rate of patients obtained at 12 and 24 weeks after drug withdrawal. Efficacy and safety were evaluated in patients who received at least one time study drugs. Results: A total of 63 patients from mainland China were enrolled, 62 of whom (98.4%) had a baseline Child-Pugh score of 5 points. The overall rate of SVR12 and SVR24 in patients was 100% (95% CI: 94.3% to 100.0%). Most of the adverse events that occurred were mild. The incidence of common (≥10%) adverse events and laboratory abnormalities included elevated total bilirubin (36.5%), weakness (19.0%), elevated unconjugated bilirubin (19.0%) and conjugated bilirubin (17.5%), and anemia (14.3%). Three cases (4.8%) of patients experienced Grade ≥ 3 adverse events that were considered by the investigators to be unrelated to the study drug. None patients had adverse events leading to premature drug withdrawal. Conclusion Mainland Chinese patients with chronic HCV genotype 1b infection and compensated cirrhosis who were treated with OBV/PTV/r plus DSV combined with RBV for 12 weeks achieved 100 % SVR at 12 and 24 weeks after drug withdrawal. Tolerability and safety were good, and majority of adverse events were mild.

Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of sulfotanshinone sodium in lung fibrosis in ALI rats by intraperitoneal injection. Method The rats were divided into normal group,model group and sulfotan-shinone sodium group randomly.During the experiment,acute lung injury was induced by oleic acid in rats.Sulfo-tanshinone sodium group was treated by intraperitoneal injection of sulfotanshinone sodium for 14 days consecutively. The 12 rats were sacrificed at 7thand 14thday after last administration.The indexes of weight,arterial partial pres-sure of oxygen(PaO2),oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2),lung index and wet/dry ratio,IL-1,TNF-α,PCⅢ,TGF-β1 and the lung histopathology of rats were observed. Results There was no difference in rat weight between the groups.The values of PaO2and PaO2/FiO2were increased.The lung index and wet/dry ratio,IL-1,TNF-α,PCⅢ, TGF-β1 and IQA were all reduced. The lung histopathology damage was significantly lightened.as compared with the model group. Conclusion It has treatment effect of sulfotanshinone sodium in lung fibrosis in the ALI rats, which may be related with the adjustment on inflammatory factor.

Objective To discuss the curative effect of double targets percutaneous radiotfrequency thermocoagulation (PRT) on primary trigeminal neuralgia (PTN) and its safety.Methods Sixty patients with PTN were randomly divided into single target treatment group and double targets treatment group.CT guided stereotactic location was used to navigate PRT;patients in the single target treatment group only accepted one target damage and those in the double targets treatment group accepted target damage with 3 mm of deep and shallow interval.The curative effects and complications were compared one week,3 months,one and 2 years after the surgery.Results The percentage of patients with good curative effect in double targets treatment group was significantly higher than that in single target treatment group one and 2 years after surgery,with statistically significant difference (86.7％ vs.60％,70％ vs.45％,P＜0.05).Recurrence rates of double targets treatment group 3 months,one and 2 years after surgery were 0％,3.3％ and 6.7％,which were lower than those in single target treatment group (3.3％,10％ and 16.7％),without significant difference (P＞0.05).Ipsilateralfacial hypaesthesia of different degrees appeared in both groups,but complications as keratohelcosis,diplopia,chewing weakness or difficulty in opening mouth did not appear.And the degree of facial numbness in double targets treatment group was a little higher than that in single target treatment group without statistical significance (P＞0.05).Conclusion Double targets PRT used in PTN treatment can obviously improve the postoperative pain relief and do not apparently increase the degree of postoperative facial numbness as compared with single target PRT.
