Objective: To compare the consistency between bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) and dual energy X ray absorptiometry (DXA) in measuring body composition among Tibetan children and adolescents and to explore the applicability of BIA in plateau region, so as to provide scientific and convenient body composition measurement support among children and adolescents. Methods: From May to June, 2022, a total of 344 Tibetan children and adolescents aged 6-17 years were selected from Golmud Municipal National Middle School and Changjiangyuan Nationality Primary School in Qinghai Province by cluster sampling method, and their fat mass, fat mass percentage and lean mass were measured by DXA and BIA. The consistency and correlation between the two methods were assessed by using the Wilcoxon rank-sum test, Spearman correlation analysis, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), and Bland-Altman analysis. Results: DXA measured fat mass and fat mass percentage were significantly higher than those obtained by BIA (6-12 years old: Z =9.91, 11.28; 13-17 years old: Z =9.02, 10.21), while lean mass and lean mass percentage were significantly lower than BIA results (6-12 years old: Z =-11.60, -11.30; 13-17 years old: Z =-10.77, -10.36) (all P < 0.05 ). The two methods showed strong correlations in fat mass and lean mass (all r >0.80, all ICC >0.90), but exhibited poor agreement in fat mass percentage and lean mass percentage (6-12 years old: Lin s CCC =0.64, 0.41; 13-17 years old: Lin s CCC = 0.79 , 0.35). Bland-Altman analysis showed that the difference between the two methods was negatively correlated with the average value in FM%(6-12 years old: r =-0.75, 13-17 years old: r =-0.79, both P <0.01). Conclusion BIA and DXA show high consistency in measuring body fat mass and lean body mass in Tibetan children and adolescents, although some bias is still present in certain individuals.

Objective To analyze the mortality and its changing trend, and composition and order of causes of death of residents in Mengzi City, and to provide a basis for further disease prevention and control. Methods The death causes surveillance data from 2018 to 2021 were derived from the all-cause-of-death surveillance system in Mengzi City. A retrospective analysis was performed on the mortality rate, life expectancy, life expectancy eliminating causes of death, and life loss. The annual percentage change (APC) was analyzed by the Joinpoint regression model to describe changes in mortality trends. Results The overall crude mortality rate was 633.88/100,000. The age-adjusted mortality was 866.87/100,000. There was a significant downward trend in the crude and standardized mortality (APC=-1.73% , APC=-5.96% , P<0.05). Deaths due to chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) accounted for 76.44% of the total deaths. The top 5 causes of death of the residents were cerebrovascular diseases (140.38/100 000), heart diseases (104.24/100 000), malignant neoplasms (92.75/100 000), injuries (79.37/100 000), and respiratory diseases (63.17/100 000) in order, accounting for 75.71% of all causes of death. Life expectancy was 75.67 years, 72.32 years and 79.49 years in the whole-population, males and females, respectively. The potential life expectancy loss due to injury, malignant tumor and cerebrovascular disease accounted for 65.45% of all causes of death. Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases are the focus of prevention and control work in Mengzi City. Particular attention should be paid to the damage to health and loss of life caused by injuries, malignancies and cerebrovascular diseases.

Autologous ozonized blood transfusion(AOBT) is a therapy of re-transfusion of 100-200 mL of autologous blood after shaking and agitation with appropriate amount of oxygen-ozone in vitro. The oxidation of blood through the strong oxidation of ozone can enhance the non-specific immune response of the body, regulate the internal environment and promote health. This therapy has been increasingly applied in clinical practice, while no unified standard for the operation process in terms of ozone concentration, treatment frequency and treatment course had been established. This operation process of AOBT is primarily explored in order to standardize the operation process and ensure its safety and efficacy.

Objective: To know condom use negotiation with clients and regular sex partners and condom use in female sex workers (FSWs), and provide reference for the development of comprehensive HIV/AIDS intervention for FSWs. Methods: The cross sectional survey was conducted in Jianshui county and Mengzi county in Honghe Hani and Yi autonomous prefecture. A total of 476 FSWs aged 16 years and above were recruited from entertainment venues, and the information about their demographic characteristics, condom use negotiation and condom use were collected by using questionnaires. Logistic regression model was used to analyze related factors of condom use after negotiation between FSWs and clients unwilling use condom. Results: A total of 852 FSWs who aged (24.29±8.44) years old participated in the survey. In past month, 499 FSWs had negotiation for condom use with unwilling clients (58.6%, 499/852), after negotiation, 441 FSWs (88.4%, 441/499) had consistent condom use in each sex with the clients. In the past one month, 99 FSWs had negotiation for unwilling use condom with regular sex partners (14.4%, 99/687), after negotiation, 54 FSWs (54.5%, 54/99) had consistent condom use in each sex with regular sex partners. Among the FSWs, 266 (53.3%, 266/499) reported that they could say "It is a mandatory requirement" to persuade clients who were unwilling to use condom. 97(19.4%, 97/499) reported that they could say "There is risk for infection" to persuade clients who were unwilling to use condoms. 115 (23.1%,115/499) reported that they could say "It is a mandatory requirement" and "there is risk for infection" to persuade their unwilling clients to use condoms. 21 (4.2%, 21/499) reported that they used other strategies. 22 (4.4%, 22/499) felt that it was difficult to persuade clients to use condoms. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that compared with FSWs who felt difficult in persuading clients to use condoms, FSWs who felt moderate difficulty were more likely to have consistent condom use after negotiation (OR=4.00, 95%CI: 1.55-10.32) and FSWs who felt easy in persuading clients to use condoms were also more likely to have consistent condom use (OR=30.17, 95%CI: 3.22-282.44). Compared with FSWs used other strategies to persuade their clients to use condoms, FSWs who said it was a mandatory requirement were more likely to have consistent condom use after negotiation (OR=4.44, 95%CI: 1.41-14.01) and FSWs who said it was a mandatory requirement and there was risk for infection were also more likely to have consistent condom use (OR=5.52, 95%CI: 1.55-19.73). Conclusions Negotiation for condom use increased the rate of condom use in FSWs in sex with clients who were unwilling to use condom. The negotiation strategy of "It is a mandatory requirement" would promote condom use in FSWs in sex with clients who were unwilling to use condom. Besides, the negotiation strategy of saying "there is risk for infection" had additional effects.

Objective To explore the relationships between advanced puberty timing and frequencies of problem behaviors using two different indexes of pubertal development as cut-off standards. Methods A total of 3003 primary school girls aged 6~11 in Beijing were recruited in the study. Parent-assessed Tanner staging according to the menarche and pubic hair development level and the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist were applied. Results When timing of menarche and pubic hair development stage were used as reference, the detection rate of girls with advanced puberty timing was 11.2% (337/3003) and 3.4% (101/3003), respectively. The scores of withdrawal problem (Z=-2.23, P=0.03) and physical problem (Z=-2.64, P=0.01) were higher in the advanced menarche group than in the moderate group. The scores of withdrawal behavior problem were higher in the advanced pubic hair development group than in the moderate group (X2=2.53, P=0.03). Scores of social problem (X2=2.71, P=0.02), aggression problem (X2=2.50, P=0.04), total score of problem behavior (X2=2.64, P=0.03) were also higher in the advanced pubic hair development group than in the delayed group. The correlation between the pubertal timing results based on the two different cut-off standards was not significant (r=0.04, P=0.06). Conclusion T he detection rate of girls with advanced puberty timing are different using the two different cut-off standards. The prominent problem behaviors in the advanced group are also different. Compared with girls with advanced menarche, girls with advanced pubic hair development may have more prominent problem behaviors than those with moderate development.

After the position and difficulties of traditional scientific literature novelty assessment were described, the changing policy environment of scientific literature novelty assessment and its effect on its developmen were ana-lyzed, with suggestions put forward for the reform of scientific literature novelty assessment, including seeking poli-cy support and taking advantage of the opportunity, deep mining and optimizing explanation, dividing team and in-tegrating resources, taking measures in light of the situation and transforming service.

OBJECTIVETo understand the prevalence of high risk behaviors and influencing factors among HIV infected persons aged ≥50 years.

METHODSFace to face questionnaire interview was conducted among the HIV infected persons selected in Jianshui, Gejiu and Mengzi counties in Yunnan province through random sampling in June 2015. The sample size was 450.

RESULTSAmong the HIV infected persons surveyed, 41.2% (122/296) had sexual behaviors with their spouses during past year, and the consistent condom use rate was 66.4% (81/122). Among the HIV infected males, 8.9% (28/313) had commercial sexual behaviors during past year, and the consistent condom use rate was 17.9% (5/28). Among the HIV infected females, 0.7% were still engaged in commercial sex service during past year. Among the 450 HIV infected persons, 32 (7.1%) reported having casual sex behaviors during past years, and the consistent condom use rate was 18.7% (6/32). The rate of commercial sexual behavior in urban residents (13.4%, 19/115) was higher than that in rural residents (4.5%, 9/198), the difference was statistically significant (χ(2)=11.715, P=0.001). The risk factors for commercial sex behaviors included lack of family and social support, aged 50-59 years, living in urban area, higher income and being male. The risk factors for using no condom included living in rural area, lower education level, lack of family and social support and higher income.

CONCLUSIONSRisk sex behaviors are still prevalent in HIV infected people aged >50 years, which exacerbated HIV transmission. Further efforts should be focused on the education about AIDS prevention and control and promoting protected sexual behaviors. Additional effort should be done to improve the family and social support for HIV infected people aged >50 years. Moreover, comprehensive intervention for low-paid female sex workers also needs to be strengthened.

After the scientific research data management service model in Indiana University Library and Massa-chusetts University Library of USA was investigated, the contents, methods and tools of their scientific research data management service were comparatively analyzed and certain suggestions were put forward for scientific research data management service in domestic libraries.
