Objective To analyze the change trend of age, period and cohort of disease burden of cardiovascular disease(CVD)caused by different dietary factors from 1990 to 2019,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and treatment strategies for patients with cardiovascular disease. Methods Nine dietary factors related to cardiovascular disease in GBD were downloaded, and the change trend and independent effect of each dietary factor were estimated by constructing age period cohort(APC)model combined with endogenous estimation algorithm(IE).Results The rate of CVD DALYs caused by dietary factors in males from 1990 to 2019 was approximately twice that of females. The APC model fits the age effects of various dietary factors, indicating that they continue to increase with age and significantly increase from the age of 50.The period effect indicates that with the change of period, the risk of low fruit, low vegetable, and low nut seed intake decreases, and from 1990 to 2019,it sequentially changed from 0.19 to-0.16,1.35 to-0.98,and 0.17 to-0.09.The risk of other dietary factors increasing with the change of period effect. The cohort effect of various dietary factors indicates that as the cumulative risk of birth cohort decreases, the later the birth population, the lower the risk of dietary factors. Conclusion The CVD DALYs attributed to diet showed an overall downward trend from 1990 to 2019,but the influence of age factors continued to increase with age,and males were about twice as high as females. The intake of animal foods, high sodium, alcohol, and sugar should be reduced, and the intake of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and nut seeds should be increased.Continuously strengthen the prevention measures of CVD to screen high-risk groups, especially men,and strengthen community health education, develop healthy lifestyle and eating habits, and gradually reduce the disease burden of CVD.

3.Pharmacological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of allergic contact dermatitis
China Pharmacy 2022;33(14):1776-1781
Allergic contact dermatitis (ACD)is a common type Ⅳ allergic disease ,which has a wide range of patients ,and seriously affects the quality of patients ’lives. To understand the pharmacological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)in the treatment of ACD ,and to provide reference for clinical application and new drug research and development ,the relevant research literatures were reviewed from aspects of pathogenesis of ACD ,traditional Chinese medicine that can be used to treat ACD and its mechanism of action. TCM for the treatment of ACD mainly include heat-clearing medicines (Sophora flavescens,Dictamnus dasycarpus ),exterior-releasing medicines (Cinnamomum cassia ,Xanthium sibiricum ,Saposhnikovia divaricata),antirheumatic medicines (Tripterygium wilfordii ,Cynanchum paniculatum ),and damp-draining medicines (Plantago asiatica,Kochia scoparia ),etc. The main mechanisms include inhibition of IgE secretion ,regulation of Th 1/Th2 cell and Th 17/ Treg balance ,reduction of mast cells degranulation ratio ,inhibition of pERK 1/2/TLR4/NF-κ B pathway,AIM2/caspase-1 inflammasome signaling pathway ,Wnt/β-catenin pathway ,STAT3 pathway and MAPK pathway.

Aims Tocomparethepharmacokineticsof ephedra alkaloids, cinnamic acid and cinnamic alcohol in Ephedrae, Cinnamomi and Ephedrae-Cinnamomi herb couple through UPLC-MS/MS in rats respective-ly,and to investigate the effect of combination on phys-iologicaldisposition.Methods Plasmasampleswere collected at different times after oral administration of Ephedrae,Cinnamomi and Ephedrae-Cinnamomi herb couple extracts. The concentrations of ephedra alka-loids,cinnamic acid and cinnamic alcohol in plasma samples were determined by UPLC-MS/MS.DAS 3. 0 was used to calculate pharmacokinetic parameters. The differences of samples in two groups were conducted with univariate statistical analysis using SPSS 13. 0. Results ComparedwithEphedraegroup, theCmaxof norephedrine hydrochloride, norpseudoephedrine hydrochloride, ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephed-rine hydrochloride, and methylephedrine hydrochloride in Ephedrae-Cinnamomi herb couple group were signif-icantly greater (P<0. 05 );the AUC0-t of norpseudo-ephedrine hydrochloride was significantly greater (P<0. 05 );the MRT0-t of norephedrine hydrochloride, phedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochlo-ride,and methylephedrine hydrochloride were signifi-cantly less (P <0. 05 );the T1/2z of norephedrine hydrochloride, phedrine hydrochloride, and methyl-ephedrine hydrochloride were significantly less (P <0. 05 ).The AUC0-t and MRT0-t of cinnamic acid and cinnamic alcohol were significantly greater than those inCinnamomigroup(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Ephedrae and Cinnamomi improves the absorption concentration of five ephedra alkaloids, Slows down the elimination of norephedrine hydrochlo-ride,phedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydro-chloride,and methylephedrine hydrochloride, and in-creases the bioavailability of cinnamic acid and cin-namic alcohol.
