Objective:
To explore the influencing factors and network structure of aggressive behaviors among college students based on propensity score matching (PSM), so as to provide precise targeted interventions for the prevention and improvement of aggressive behaviors among college students.
Methods:
A total of 2 652 college students were selected by convenient sampling method from three colleges in Wuhan, Hubei Province in June 2023. Questionnaire surveys were carried out by using the Buss-Warren Aggression Questionnaire (BWAQ), Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS), Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire-Chinese Version (CERQ-C), Family APGAR Index (APGAR) ,Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale (BFNES).By bias score matching (PSM) for 1∶1 matching, univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis, and network analysis were conducted on the college students.
Results:
College students with higher levels of ruminant thinking, non adaptive emotional regulation and fear of negative appraisal were more likely to have highly aggressive behaviors( OR =1.14,1.18,1.06),and those with higher adaptive emotional regulation and family care index were more likely to have highly aggressive behaviors ( OR =0.88,0.82)( P < 0.01 ). Network structure was significantly different between the two groups ( M =0.27, P <0.05). The core affective factors of college students with high levels of aggressive behavior were brooding reflective pondering and symptom rumination( EI =3.50, 3.49, 3.48 ),low aggressive behavior college students core affective factors were adaptive emotion regulation growth and non adaptive emotion regulation( EI =4.37, 4.12, 4.08).
Conclusion
Factors affecting Chinese college students aggressive behaviors are of different characteristics on different behaviour types, and targeted interventions should be adopted to reduce aggressive behaviors of college students.

Objective:To evaluate the functional outcomes and postoperative complications associated with modified Toupet-like (mToupet-like) anastomosis following proximal gastrectomy for patients with gastric tumors. Methods:After proximal gastrectomy, barbed sutures (2-3 stitches) in the seromuscular layer were used to secure the anterior wall of the stomach at a distance of 1-2 cm from the closure line and the posterior wall of the esophagus at a distance of 5.0 cm from the closure line. The remnant stomach was then positioned posterior to the esophagus on the greater curvature side. Esophagogastric anterior wall anastomosis (manual or circular stapling) was performed at the greater curvature of the remnant stomach, 3 cm distal to the gastroesophageal fixation point. A Toupet-like folding procedure was conducted by folding the reconstructed gastric fundus and wall anteriorly from behind the esophagus and embedding the esophagus within a 270° wrap at the site of stomach-esophagus fixation. Results:Twelve patients with gastric tumors underwent proximal partial gastrectomy with mToupet-like anastomosis in the Department of Gastric Surgery at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from January to March 2024. Among them, 10 diagnosed as upper gastric adenocarcinoma, and 2 diagnosed as gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors. The cohort included nine male patients and three female patients, aged 46 to 77 years old, with a body mass index (BMI) ranging from 19.7 to 27.3 kg/m2. The maximum tumor diameter was less than 4 cm, and the predicted residual gastric volume exceeded one-half. Laparoscopic surgery was performed in 11 patients, while only 1 patient underwent open surgery. The mean duration of mToupet-like anastomosis was 48.3±8.7 minutes with an estimated intraoperative blood loss was 53.0±11.2 ml. All the 12 patients successfully achieved R0 resection. Among these patietns, the median postoperative hospital stay was 8.5 (7.0, 11.0) days, and the average hospitalization cost was 5.0±0.2 ten thousand yuan. No Clavien-Dindo grade II or higher complications were observed during the perioperative period. Patients were followed up for 6 to 8 months after operation, and no cases of reflux esophagitis were detected by gastroscopy, and no patient required long-term oral proton pump inhibitors.Conclusions:mToupet-like anastomosis for digestive tract reconstruction after proximal gastrectomy is a safe and feasible technique, demonstrating favorable preliminary efficacy.

With the change of infectious disease incidence pattern and the development of related technologies, progresses have been made in the research of infectious disease epidemiology. In recent years, due to the change in the requirements of infectious disease prevention and control, the research focus has expanded from common infectious diseases to diseases which have been eliminated or might be eliminated, as well as emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases. Infectious disease data has been characterized by multiple sources and modalities. Along with the rapid development of pathogen detection methods, infectious disease surveillance has shifted from a single disease-targted one to a comprehensive one. Moreover, novel technologies such as multi-omics and artificial intelligence have been applied in infectious disease epidemiology research. The international cooperation in this field has become increasingly crucial, and the revision of the International Health Regulations and the negotiation of pandemic agreement will have a profound impact. In the future, infectious disease epidemiology research will develop with more powerful tools to improve its capabilities.

Poly(ADP-ribosyl)ation (PARylation) is a specific form of post-translational modification (PTM) predominantly triggered by the activation of poly-ADP-ribose polymerase 1 (PARP1). However, the role and mechanism of PARylation in the advancement of acute kidney injury (AKI) remain undetermined. Here, we demonstrated the significant upregulation of PARP1 and its associated PARylation in murine models of AKI, consistent with renal biopsy findings in patients with AKI. This elevation in PARP1 expression might be attributed to trimethylation of histone H3 lysine 4 (H3K4me3). Furthermore, a reduction in PARylation levels mitigated renal dysfunction in the AKI mouse models. Mechanistically, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry indicated that PARylation mainly occurred in receptor for activated C kinase 1 (RACK1), thereby facilitating its subsequent phosphorylation. Moreover, the phosphorylation of RACK1 enhanced its dimerization and accelerated the ubiquitination-mediated hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) degradation, thereby exacerbating kidney injury. Additionally, we identified a PARP1 proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC), A19, as a PARP1 degrader that demonstrated superior protective effects against renal injury compared with PJ34, a previously identified PARP1 inhibitor. Collectively, both genetic and drug-based inhibition of PARylation mitigated kidney injury, indicating that the PARylated RACK1/HIF-1α axis could be a promising therapeutic target for AKI treatment.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is an autoimmune disorder involving complex immune regulation, where balancing localized and systemic immunosuppression is a key challenge. This study aimed to enhance the therapeutic efficacy by engineering the probiotic Escherichia coli Nissle 1917 (EcN). We removed endogenous plasmids pMUT1 and pMUT2 from wild-type EcN and expressed the mPD-L1 (19‒238 aa)-mFc fusion protein on the bacterial surface using a cytolysin A (ClyA) fragment. This modification stabilized mPD-L1 (19‒238 aa) protein expression and promoted its recruitment to outer membrane vesicles (OMVs). The engineered strain, EcNΔpMUT1/2-ClyA-mPD-L1-mFc (EcN-ePD-L1-mFc), features conditional ePD-L1-mFc expression under the araBAD promoter, enhancing gut-targeted release and reducing systemic side effects. This strain improved treatment targeting and efficiency by enabling direct ePD-L1-mFc interaction with immune cells at inflammation sites. OMVs from this strain induced Treg proliferation, inhibited effector T cell proliferation in vitro, and significantly improved intestinal inflammation and colonic epithelial barrier repair in vivo. Additionally, the bacterium restored intestinal microbiota balance, increasing Lactobacillaceae and reducing Bacteroides. This study highlights the engineered bacterium's potential for targeted intestinal immune modulation and offers a novel local IBD treatment approach with promising clinical prospects.

OBJECTIVE To explore the characteristics and influential factors of pharmaceutical clinic service demands, providing evidence for optimizing pharmaceutical service models and facilitating pharmaceutical service models of pharmacist role transformation. METHODS A cross-sectional survey design was adopted, and 410 outpatient participants were selected from Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center through convenience sampling for questionnaire administration from February to May 2025. Kano model was applied to analyze the demand attributes of 25 pharmaceutical services, while questionnaires were used to assess patients’ awareness and demand status. Subgroup analyses were conducted based on key demographic variables such as gender, age, educational attainment, and economic burdens, to SACA- systematically examine the differences in Kano attribute classification among patients in each subgroup. RESULTS The awareness rate of pharmaceutical outpatient services among patients was only 14.63%, yet those who were aware demonstrated a significantly higher demand rate for such services compared to those who were unaware (P<0.001). The demand for pharmaceutical clinic services exhibited a hierarchical characteristic: twelve items were identified as attractive attributes (e. g., providing suggestions for more affordable treatment options, offering online consultation services, etc.), five items as expected attributes (e.g., having a good attitude and being able to patiently answer your questions, etc.), three items as must-have attributes (e.g., providing guidance on medication dosage and usage, providing guidance on medication precautions, etc.), five items as indifferent attributes (e.g., providing treatment plan recommendations based on the patient’s condition). There were zero items classified as reverse attribute. Subgroup analysis revealed that female patients showed greater concern for “neat and clean attire of medical staff” than male patients (P<0.001); patients under 60 years of age demonstrated stronger demand for “providing treatment plan recommendations based on patients’ conditions” compared to patients aged 60 or above (P=0.016); those with below high school education placed greater emphasis on “providing guidance on medication precautions” compared to those with a high school education or above (P=0.011); patients with lower economic burdens exhibited stronger preferences for “neat and clean attire of medical staff ” (P=0.002). CONCLUSIONS The public awareness rate of pharmaceutical clinic services is considerably low; however, those who are aware of such services demonstrate significantly higher demand. The medication safety-related services and convenience-oriented demands should be prioritized in the development of pharmaceutical clinics. Moreover, the study also revealed that factors such as gender, age, educational level, and economic burdens exert significant influences on patients’ service demands.

Objective:To investigate the application value of gastric suspension method in supra-pancreatic lymph node dissection of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer.Method:The retrospective cohort study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 84 patients who under-went laparoscopic radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer at Zhejiang Cancer Hospital from August 2023 to July 2024 were collected. There were 61 males and 23 females, aged (64±11)years. Of the 84 patients, 42 patients undergoing supra-pancreatic lymph node dissection during laparoscopic radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer with traditional method for surgical field exposure were divided into the control group, and 42 patients undergoing supra-pancreatic lymph node dissection during laparoscopic radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer with gastric suspension method for surgical field exposure were divided into the suspension group. Observation indicators: (1) surgical conditions; (2) postoperative conditions. Comparison of measurement data with normal distribution between groups was conducted using the independent sample t test. Comparison of measurement data with skewed distribution between groups was conducted using the Mann-Whitney U test. Comparison of count data between groups was conducted using the chi-square test. Results:(1) Surgical condi-tions. The time for supra-pancreatic lymph node dissection of the control group was (78±14)minutes. Number of grasping operations was 116±34, number of bleeding sites caused by grasping operations was 7.8±2.7, and operation time was (3.9±0.8)hours. The above indicators of the suspension group were (59±12)minutes, 68±19, 2.1±1.5, and (3.3±0.7)hours, respectively. There were significant diffe-rences in the above indicators between the two groups ( t=5.42, 8.10, 8.31, 3.14, P<0.05). (2) Post-operative conditions. The tumor diameter was 2.5(2.0,3.5)cm for patients of the control group, versus 3.0(2.4, 4.4)cm for patients of the suspension group, showing a significant difference between the two groups ( Z=-1.98, P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with the traditional non-suspension method, the gastric suspension method in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer for supra-pancreatic lymph node dissection is associated with shorter operation time and less trauma.
