Objective: To understand the growth and development levels of four physical measurements in children aged 3-6 years in China, so as to provide a reference for child nutrition improvement and health promotion. Methods: A stratified random sampling method was used to collect physical measurement data from 120 kindergartens 25 842 children aged 3-6 years across 24 provinces and cities in seven natural geographical regions of North China, Northeast China, East China, Central China, South China, Southwest China and Northwest China from 2020 to 2023. The development levels of head circumference, chest circumference, waist circumference, and hip circumference were evaluated using a grading method. The analysis of gender and age differences was conducted using Mann-Whitney U- test and Kruskal-Wallis test, and the comparison of abnormal detection rates for different genders was conducted using Chi square test. Results: The distribution range of children aged 3-6 was 51.74(50.08, 53.33) cm in terms of head circumference, 55.73(52.09, 59.04) cm in terms of chest circumference, 53.04(48.92, 56.40) cm in terms of waist circumference, and 59.36(56.30, 62.32) cm in terms of hip circumference. The detection rate of abnormal head circumference in boys and girls aged 3-6 years old was relatively high (19.71%-42.02%), and the detection rate of abnormal physical circumference development levels in boys was higher than that in girls of all ages ( χ 2=5.63-83.35, P <0.05). The detection rate of abnormal hip circumference (4.89%-6.53%) and chest circumference (4.51%-6.38%) in boys and girls aged 3-6 was relatively low, and there was no statistically significant difference in the abnormal rate between different ages and genders ( χ 2=0.00-1.61, 0.00-3.71, P >0.05). The detection rate of abnormal waist circumference in boys and girls aged 3-6 was relatively high (13.70%-42.45%), and the detection rate of abnormal waist circumference in girls was higher than that in boys aged 4-6 groups ( χ 2=10.49-58.18, P < 0.05). Conclusions The overall physical development of children aged 3-6 years in China is improving, but the abnormal detection rates for head circumference and waist circumference are relatively high. Child healthcare should focus on preventing and treating abdominal obesity, with differentiated health intervention strategies based on different age groups and genders.

Objective To analyze the expression,biological functions,and potential molecular regulatory mechanisms of synaptojanin-2 binding protein(SYNJ2BP)in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods Clinical specimens from 73 patients treated at Rugao People's Hospital and Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University between September 2018 and September 2022 were collected,including 53 epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and 20 normal ovarian tissues.A retrospective analysis was performed to examine SYNJ2BP gene and protein ex-pression and its correlation with clinicopathological features.The effects of SYNJ2BP overexpression on pro-liferation,apoptosis,migration,and invasion abilities of epithelial ovarian cancer A2780 cells were assessed via CCK-8 assays,colony formation assays,cell cycle analysis,apoptosis assays,Transwell migration assays,and wound healing assays.Western blot was used to detect the impact of SYNJ2BP overexpression on ERK1/2 protein phosphorylation and c-Myc protein expression in A2780 cells.Results The expression of SYNJ2BP was significantly downregulated in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,and its expression level was significantly correlated with FIGO stage,tumor grade,and histological type(P<0.05),but not with other clinicopatholog-ical features.CCK-8 and colony formation assays demonstrated that the proliferation level of A2780 cells in the pcDNA3.1-SYNJ2BP group was significantly lower than that in the pcDNA3.1-NC group(P<0.01).Flow cytometry with PI single staining revealed altered cell cycle distribution in A2780 cells of the pcDNA3.1-SYNJ2BP group,with cells arrested in the S phase and a significantly increased apoptosis ratio compared to the pcDNA3.1-NC group(P<0.05).Transwell assays showed that the number of A2780 cells invading through the artificial matrix membrane in the pcDNA3.1-SYNJ2BP group was approximately half that in the pcD-NA3.1-NC group(P<0.01).Western blot results indicated downregulated expression of ERK1/2 and c-Myc in A2780 cells of the pcDNA3.1-SYNJ2BP group compared to the pcDNA3.1-NC group.In nude mouse tumors of the pcDNA3.1-SYNJ2BP group,compared to the pcDNA3.1-NC group,SYNJ2BP expression was upregulated while ERK1/2 and c-Myc expression was downregulated,consistent with the cellular-level expres-sion results.Conclusion Low expression of SYNJ2BP is observed in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,and overexpression of SYNJ2BP inhibits the proliferation and invasion abilities of epithelial ovarian cancer cells.This suggests that SYNJ2BP may serve as a potential tumor suppressor in epithelial ovarian cancer and could be considered as a prognostic typing marker or potential therapeutic target for ovarian cancer.

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum insulin like growth factor 1 receptor(IGF1R)and epidermal growth factor-like domain-containing protein 7(EGFL7)levels and the condition and pregnancy outcome of patients with preeclampsia(PE).Methods A total of 120 PE patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2024(PE group)and 60 healthy pregnant women during the same peri-od(control group)were selected.The PE patients were divided into severe PE group(68 cases)and mild PE group(52 cases)according to their conditions,and divided into poor group(62 cases)and good group(68 ca-ses)according to the pregnancy outcome.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect serum IGF1R,EGFL7 levels.Using the pregnancy outcome of PE patients as the dependent variable,multivariate un-conditional Logistic regression was used to determine the influencing factors of their pregnancy outcomes,and receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of serum IGF1R and EGFL7 levels.Results Compared with the control group,serum IGF1R levels were reduced and EGFL7 levels were increased in the PE group(t=-16.908,16.234,P＜0.001).Serum IGF1R levels were decreased and EGFL7 levels were increased in the severe PE group compared with the mild PE group(t=-5.317,5.305,P＜0.001).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in PE patients was 51.67％(62/120).The independent risk factors for adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with PE were severe PE(OR=3.906,95％CI:1.305-11.689),elevated 24-h urinary protein(OR=2.030,95％CI:1.290-3.194),elevated EGFL7(OR=1.116,95％CI:1.040-1.198),and the independent protective factor was elevated IGF1R(OR=0.908,95％CI:0.865-0.954,P＜0.05).The area under the curve for serum IGF1R and EGFL7 levels alone and in com-bination to predict adverse pregnancy outcomes in PE patients was 0.791(95％CI:0.707-0.860),0.784(95％CI:0.700-0.854),and 0.866(95％CI:0.781-0.911),and serum IGF1R and EGFL7 levels were grea-ter jointly(Z=2.456,2.244,P＜0.05).Conclusion Decreased serum IGF1R levels and increased EGFL7 levels are associated with exacerbation and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with PE,and the combina-tion of serum IGF1R and EGFL7 levels is of high value in predicting adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with PE.

Objective:To analyze the risk factors of medical adhesive-related skin injury (MARSI) in preterm infants to establish a nomogram model to predict the risk of MARSI.Methods:From July to September 2018, 268 premature infants who were hospitalized in NICU were enrolled in this study. Their clinical data were analyzed and univariate analysis was used to detemine the risk factors related to MARSI, The significant variables were included in the multivariate logistic regression analysis to analyze the independent risk factors for MARSI. Then the R software was used to establish a predictive nomogram model, Bootstrap method was used to validate the nomogram model and the consistency test of the correction curve was used to explore the predictive efficacy of the model in predicting the MARSI.Results:A total of 64 cases out of 268 premature infants had MARSI. The prevalence rate was 23.9 % (64/268). Birth age (28 to 32 weeks) ( P value was 0.021, OR value was 2.736, 95 % CI 1.163-6.435), edema ( P<0.01, OR value was 33.782, 95 % CI 10.510-108.583), maternal diabetes ( P value was 0.039, OR value was 16.011, 95 % CI 1.146-223.692), easy to tear tape ( P value was 0.027, OR value was 13.567, 95 % CI 1.340-137.311) were all independent risk factors for MARSI. The nomogram model showed a conformance-index of 87.29 %, while the consistency test of the correction curve showed that the prediction probability is consistent with the actual occurrence probability. Conclusions:The nomogram built based on the indexes of fetal age, skin state, maternal disease, mucous product has good discrimination and accuracy which could be helpful for screening the patients with high risk, with potentially high clinical application value.

Objective To explore the clinical competence of nursing master of professional degree and give some suggestions for their postgraduate education. Methods A total of 19 samples of nursing masters of professional degree, nursing managers, nursing experts and clinical teachers were selected by using purpose sampling method, and semi- structured interview was adopted and the results were finally described and classified. Results The competence of the masters of professional degree came from the following five aspects: professional quality, practical ability, research ability, education ability and professional development ability. Conclusions A good professional quality is the premise of qualified for clinical work, flexible ability of practice is the basis of clinical work, solid scientific research background and the education ability is the core competitiveness, multi- dimensional professional development ability is the key to self-improvement, nursing professional degree graduate student should enhance their own comprehensive quality from the above five aspects, to be better qualified for clinical nursing work.

Objective To evaluate the impact of low dietary glycemic index on the risk of coronaryheart disease (CHD).Methods We searched the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews,JBI Database of Systematic Reviews,MEDLINE,EMbase,CBMdisk,and CNKI to collect cohort studies from 2000 to 2011.The quality of cohort studies was critically appraised and data were extracted by 4 reviewers independently.Meta-analysis were conducted for the eligible cohort studies using RevMan 5.0.Results Five cohort studies were included,and 128 911 samples were researched.The result of meta analysis indicated that low dietary glycemic index was a protective factor of CHD,RR value was 1.25,95％ CI was (1.13,2.15).Further more,the result was only effective to female,RR value was 1.35,95％ CI was (1.16,1.57),but not to male,RR value was 0.96,95％CI was (0.76,1.31).Conclusions Low dietary glycemic index can decrease the risk of CHD,but it is still to be proved whether it is suitable to male.

Objective To analyze the MRI data of misdiagnosed and missed diagnosed of breast lesions and their histopathological features.Methods Data from 241 breast lesions within 121 patients were recruited in this study.The data included MRI images,uhrasounds and X-ray images were retrospectively interpreted by two radiologist and each lesion was assessed according to the BI-RADS classification.The pathologic features of miss or error diagnosed lesions on MRI were analyzed.Results In 241 breast lesions (malignance 120,bcnign 121),4 lcsions were miss diagnosed on MRI.Thcy were 2 intraductal papillomatosis and 2 fibroadenoma.All was benign.Twenty three lesions were misdiagnosed on MRI.Sixteen were overestimation,including 3 chronic inflammations,3 sclerosing adenosis,2 fibroadenoma,4 fibrocystic changes with or without atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH),2 intraductal papilloma,1 infiltration of pectoralis major muscle and 1 axillary lymphnode metastasis.Meanwhile,there were 7 lesions were underestimation.These lesions included 2 invasive ductal carcinomas,1 mucinous adenocarcinoma,2 DCIS and 1 blunt duct adenosis with ADH and focal cancerous,1 inflammatory breast cancer underwent chemotherapy.The sensitivity and specificity and accuracy of breast MRI were 95.83 ％ (115/120),72.73 ％ (88/121),84.23 ％ (203/241),respectively.MRI findings had no difference with respect to mammogram or ultrasound was 75.10 ％ (181/241).Conclusion MRI misdiagnosis and missed often occurs in smaller breast lesions,morphologic and hemodynamic malignant manifestation atypical,especially intraductal lesions.MRI diagnosis should be combined with physical examination,X-ray mammogram and ultrasound to improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce missed diagnosis.

Objectives To investigate the infection and colonization of Mycoplasma genitalium and Ureaplasma urealyticum in different male populations, to explore the association of M. genitalium and U. urealyticum with nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) respectively. Methods A case-controlled, cross sectional study of four different male populations was performed, namely: NGU patients (G1), non-NGU subjects attending STD clinic (G2), men who had sex with men participating in a health education program (G3), and healthy volunteers (G4). Nested PCR and culture were used to detect U. urealyticum. Nested PCR and PCR product sequencing were applied to detect M. genitalium. Results The prevalence rates of M. genitalium in the four study populations were 25.0%(25/100), 6.4%(6/94), 5.5%(6/110) and 0% respectively. Significant difference was found between each two groups except G2～G3 with a p value of 0.80. By multivariate regression analysis, controlling for the age of first sex, new sexual partners, urethritis and condom use in the previous 3 months, M. genitalium was only associated with urethritis (P= 0.004, OR = 6.754, 95% CI 1.833～24.893). The direct sequencing of PCR products showed gene mutations, in comparison with the reference sequence in GenBank, in 3 samples. The prevalence rates of U. urealyticum by PCR in 4 groups were 40.0%, 44.7%, 22.7% and 46.9% respectively, and there was no significant difference between G1～G2, G1～G4 or G2～G4 with a p value of 0.419, 0.325, 0.868 respectively, but the prevalence rate of U. urealyticum in G3 was significantly lower than that in other groups. Conclusions M. genitalium is strongly associated with NGU and the prevalence rate is significantly higher in groups with high risk sexual behaviors than that in general population. There is no association between the colonization of U. urealyticum and NGU.
