Abstract To improve adolescent health behavior, the study summarizes and analyzes the performance, pathways of transmission, and influencing factors of the intergenerational transmission of adolescent health behaviors from the perspective of intergenerational transmission. The study emphasizes the need to deepen research on the intergenerational transmission of adolescent health behaviors, promote multidisciplinary and cross team collaboration, and shift adolescent health care from individual focused care to a holistic approach that prioritizes family and community culture. Simultaneously, an action framework should be established to block the intergenerational transmission of health risk behaviors, with a focus on childhood and adolescence. Additionally, parent-child participatory health education and health promotion activities should be carried out under a tripartite coordinated intervention model involving the community, school, and family, collectively fostering the development of healthy behaviors among adolescents.

Objective Focusing on the problems of unbalanced nursing education resources and insufficient training,it discusses the path of nursing echelon training and nursing education resources optimization in secondary hospitals.Methods Based on nursing questionnaire,interview data and platform logs from 4 secondary hospitals in Hainan Province,Latent Dirichlet Allocation topic modeling,sentiment analysis and Social Network Analysis were used.Identify the core problems of educational resources and training system and propose optimization schemes.Results Topic modeling revealed that insufficient educational resources and information silos were major obstacles to shared platform development.Similarity analysis result showed high consistency in feedback regarding disconnected training content and single training models.Sentiment analysis result indicated that 50％of negative feedback focused on inadequate evaluation and incentive mechanisms.Social Network Analysis validated the significant role of multi-node collaboration in optimizing resource flows.Conclusion Building shared platforms,implementing differentiated training systems,and developing localized nursing faculty are critical pathways to achieving homogenized nursing education,providing valuable references for optimizing regional nursing education.

Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of entrustable professional activities (EPAs) in the general practice internship of undergraduate clinical medicine students, identify issues that need improvement in the internship, and enhance medical students' competence.Methods:A total of 75 students in the five-year (English class) clinical medicine program enrolled in 2018 and 2019 who participated in general practice internship in Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as study subjects. The design of core EPAs was adopted to assess the correlation among different EPA dimensions and to analyze the qualified rates.Results:The evaluation of EPAs showed that EPA2 (practicing respect, understanding and teamwork) had the highest mean score of 9.33, and EPA10 (chronic disease management and management of key populations) had the lowest mean score of 8.08. A supervision level of 3a and above was used as the criterion for qualification. The supervision levels of the students' EPAs were mostly concentrated at levels 3a and 3b. The highest qualified rate was for EPA2 (practicing respect, understanding and teamwork) at 85.33%, followed by EPA1 (complying with the rules of the profession and demonstrating professionalism) at 80.00% and EPA8 (reviewing information and solving clinical problems) at 72.00%. The lowest qualified rate was for EPA10 (chronic disease management and management of key populations) at 33.33%, followed by EPA4 (analyzing and interpreting test results) at 57.33%.Conclusions:EPAs concretize competency evaluation, which can effectively reflect the "competency-oriented" training objectives encompassing multiple elements such as knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes, while maintaining professional specificity. Undergraduates demonstrated strengths in professionalism and academics, but showed deficiencies in community chronic disease management and management of key populations. These findings suggest the need to strengthen the training in health and social care to better align with the competencies required during standardized residency training.

Objective:To explore the clinical phenotype, pregnancy outcome and follow-up of fetuses with 15q11.2BP1-BP2 microdeletions in order to provide a basis for prenatal and reproductive consultation.Methods:From March 2019 to December 2023, 20 fetuses who were diagnosed with 15q11.2BP1-BP2 microdeletion syndrome at the Prenatal Diagnosis Center of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University were selected as the study subjects. Results of genetic testing and ultrasound examination, outcome of pregnancy, and postnatal follow-up were retrospectively analyzed. This study has been approved by the Ethics Committee of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University (No. [2020]0520B).Results:None of the 20 fetuses was found to have chromosomal abnormality, whilst all were found to harbor a 15q11.2 BP1-BP2 microdeletion by low-depth whole genome sequencing (CNV-seq). The range of deletions was determined as 0.26 ~ 0.87 Mb, and all were rated as pathogenic CNVs. Three fetuses had abnormal ultrasound findings, including 1 with widened renal pelvis, 1 with agenesis of corpus callosum, and 1 with nuchal fold thickening. Parental verification in 10 couples verified that two fetal deletions were de novo, whilst the remaining eight were inherited from a phenotypically normal parent. Following genetic counseling, three couples had opted to terminate the pregnancy, whilst the remaining 17 had continued with the pregnancy until delivery. The 17 liveborns were followed up for 2 months to 5 years, with no obvious abnormality in growth and development noted. Conclusion:CNV-seq plays an important role in the prenatal diagnosis of 15q11.2 BP1-BP2 microdeletions. Such deletions may not always lead to disease phenotypes. Individualized consultation and long-term follow-up, in combination with intrauterine ultrasound and parental verification are necessary.

To summarize the nursing experience of 14 children after double lung transplantation for secondary bronchiolitis obliterans after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT).Nursing points:to improve preoperative evaluation,actively improve the body status;to conduct the whole-process ECMO management to achieve early safe evacuation;to carry out the task feedback breathing training game to promote lung function;to implement the interest-oriented game exercise to promote muscle strength;to conduct the symptom-matched nutritional support,coping with gastrointestinal graft-host disease;to improve discharge preparation and empower primary caregivers.After careful nursing care,all of the 14 children were discharged smoothly.The follow-up result showed that the children had normal lung function and activities of daily living.

OBJECTIVE To explore the distribution and drug resistance of the pathogens causing the abdominal(pelvic)soft tissue infections in secondary or above medical institutions of Suzhou so as to provide bases for pre-vention and control of the infections.METHODS The surveillance data of abdominal(pelvic)soft tissue infections that were reported regularly from 58 member institutions of Suzhou from Jan.2020 to Dec.2023 were collected from the regional nosocomial infection surveillance platform by Suzhou nosocomial infection management and qual-ity control center.Totally 26 tertiary hospitals and 32 secondary hospitals were involved.RESULTS Most of the 1178 strains of pathogens were isolated from the tertiary hospitals,the proportion of gram-negative bacteria was the highest;Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterococcus faecium ranked the top 3 species.The constituent ratio of carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP)strains the was highest among the mul-tidrug-resistant organisms.The K.pneumoniae and CRKP strains were sensitive to tigecycline;the E.coli strains were highly sensitive to carbapenems,minocycline and piperacillin-tazobactam;Stenotrophomonas maltophilia strains were highly resistant to most of the antibiotics;Enterobacter cloacae strains were highly resistant to ampi-cillin-sulbactam but were highly sensitive to carbapenems;the drug resistance rate of the A.baumannii strains to tigecycline was less than 5％;the drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains to ticarcillin-clavulanic acid was highest.CONCLUSIONS The abdominal(pelvic)soft tissue infection is always mixed infections.The pathogens show severe drug resistance.It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance of etiological spectrum and drug resistance and conduct targeted guidance for clinical practice of diagnosis and treatment.

The efficacy of preoperative neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy(nCRT)in locally advanced rectal cancer(LARC)is predicted using radiomic features of the target areas in radiotherapy for rectal cancer and an interpretable machine learning model.The clinical data are collected from 290 LARC patients who are divided into effective and ineffective groups based on tumor regression grade.The extracted radiomic features and clinicopathological data are used to develop prediction models.The optimal model is determined based on AUC performance evaluation,and the explanatory analysis is conducted using nomogram and decision curve.A total of 223 patients are included in the study,with 48 in the effective group.There are 156 patients in the training set(34 in the effective group)and 67 patients in the validation set(14 in the effective group).The nomogram model shows the best performance,with AUC of 0.858 in the training set and 0.844 in internal test set,and decision curve analysis demonstrated its superior net clinical benefit across most threshold ranges than other models.Combining radiomics and clinical variables,the nomogram can effectively predict nCRT outcomes and support clinical decision-making.

Objective To analyze the occurrence and clinical characteristics of bleeding adverse reactions induced by apixaban,and to provide reference for clinical therapy.Methods From the marking of apixaban to May 2024,cases of adverse reactions to hemorrhage caused by apixaban were searched in the database of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed and Web of Science.Statistical analysis was performed on the collected data.Results A total of thirty-nine cases of hemorrhagic adverse reactions induced by apixaban were documented.Therewere thirty-three patients(84.62%)over 60 years old.Twenty-two patients had bleeding within 30 days of treatment(56.41%).Intracranial hemorrhage occurred in nine patients(23.08%).Twenty-two patients improved after conventional treatment(56.41%).Twenty-three patients(58.97%)stopped bleeding within 30 days,and two patients(5.13%)died,all of whom died within 1 month after taking apixaban.Conclusions Physician and pharmacists should pay close attention to the adverse reactions of hemorrhage caused by apixaban,and do a good job in drug monitoring and patient education to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
