Abstract To improve adolescent health behavior, the study summarizes and analyzes the performance, pathways of transmission, and influencing factors of the intergenerational transmission of adolescent health behaviors from the perspective of intergenerational transmission. The study emphasizes the need to deepen research on the intergenerational transmission of adolescent health behaviors, promote multidisciplinary and cross team collaboration, and shift adolescent health care from individual focused care to a holistic approach that prioritizes family and community culture. Simultaneously, an action framework should be established to block the intergenerational transmission of health risk behaviors, with a focus on childhood and adolescence. Additionally, parent-child participatory health education and health promotion activities should be carried out under a tripartite coordinated intervention model involving the community, school, and family, collectively fostering the development of healthy behaviors among adolescents.

ObjectiveTo investigate the association of alpha-fetoprotein （AFP） and prealbumin （PAB） with the 90-day prognosis of patients with hepatitis B virus-related acute-on-chronic liver failure （HBV-ACLF）， as well as the difference in 90-day prognosis between the patients with different levels of AFP and PAB. MethodsA total of 371 HBV-ACLF patients who were hospitalized in The General Hospital of Western Theater Command from January 2018 to January 2023 were enrolled， and according to the follow-up results on day 90 after discharge， they were divided into survival group with 216 patients and death group with 155 patients. The medical record system was used to collect general data， AFP， PAB， and other related laboratory markers. The t-test was used for comparison of normally distributed continuous data between two groups； a one-way analysis of variance was used for comparison between multiple groups， and the least significant difference t-test was used for comparison between two groups. The Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of non-normally distributed continuous data between two groups， and the Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for comparison between multiple groups and further comparison between two groups. The chi-square test was used for comparison of categorical data between groups. The multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors for the prognosis of HBV-ACLF patients. The receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve was plotted for AFP and PAB to determine their cut-off values. The Kaplan-Meier method was used to plot survival curves， and the Log-rank test was used for comparison. ResultsCompared with the death group， the survival group had significantly higher levels of hemoglobin （Hb）， PAB， AFP， and platelet count （PLT） （all P<0.05） and significantly lower age， total bilirubin （TBil）， white blood cell count （WBC）， cystatin， creatinine， urea， international normalized ratio （INR）， Model for End-Stage Liver Disease （MELD） score， proportion of patients with Child-Pugh class C， and incidence rates of ascites and hepatic encephalopathy （all P<0.05）. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that PAB （odds ratio ［OR］=0.985， 95% confidence interval ［CI］： 0.972‍ ‍—‍ ‍0.998， P=0.024）， AFP （OR=0.998， 95%CI： 0.996‍ ‍—‍ ‍1.000， P=0.028）， PLT （OR=0.989， 95%CI： 0.982‍ ‍—‍ ‍0.996， P=0.003）， age （OR=1.046， 95%CI： 1.018‍ ‍—‍ ‍1.075， P=0.001）， TBil （OR=1.004， 95%CI： 1.002‍ ‍—‍ ‍1.006， P<0.001）， and WBC （OR=1.237， 95%CI： 1.110‍ ‍—‍ ‍1.379， P<0.001） were independent influencing factors for 90-day prognosis in HBV-ACLF patients. According to the cut-off values of AFP and PAB on ROC curves， the patients were divided into group A with 102 patients （AFP≥73.19 ng/mL and PAB≥22.55 mg/L）， group B with 170 patients （AFP≥73.19 ng/mL and PAB<22.55 mg/L； AFP<73.19 ng/mL and PAB≥22.55 mg/L）， and group C with 99 patients （AFP<73.19 ng/mL and PAB<22.55 mg/L）. There were significant differences between these three groups in age， Hb， INR， MELD score， and Child-Pugh class （all P<0.05）. The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that group A had a significantly higher 90-day cumulative survival rate than groups B and C （χ²=19.825， P<0.001）. ConclusionAFP combined with PAB can better predict the 90-day prognosis of HBV-ACLF patients， and patients with high levels of AFP and PAB tend to have a lower mortality rate on day 90.

OBJECTIVE: To develop an artificial intelligence-assisted system for the automatic detection of the features of common 21 auricular points based on the YOLOv8 neural network. METHODS: A total of 660 human auricular images from three research centers were collected from June 2019 to February 2024. The rectangle boxes and features of images were annotated using the LabelMe5.3.1 tool and converted them into a format compatible with the YOLO model. Using these data, transfer learning and fine-tuning training were conducted on different scales of pretrained YOLO neural network models. The model's performance was evaluated on validation and test sets, including the mean average precision (mAP) at various thresholds, recall rate (recall), frames per second (FPS) and confusion matrices. Finally, the model was deployed on a local computer, and the real-time detection of human auricular images was conducted using a camera. RESULTS: Five different versions of the YOLOv8 key-point detection model were developed, including YOLOv8n, YOLOv8s, YOLOv8m, YOLOv8l, and YOLOv8x. On the validation set, YOLOv8n showed the best performance in terms of speed (225.736 frames per second) and precision (0.998). On the external test set, YOLOv8n achieved the accuracy of 0.991, the sensitivity of 1.0, and the F1 score of 0.995. The localization performance of auricular point features showed the average accuracy of 0.990, the precision of 0.995, and the recall of 0.997 under 50% intersection ration (mAP⁵⁰). CONCLUSION The key-point detection model of 21 common auricular points based on YOLOv8n exhibits the excellent predictive performance, which is capable of rapidly and automatically locating and classifying auricular points.

ObjectiveTo explore the comprehensive effects of Qingxin Zishen decoction on the symptom score and neuroendocrine indexes and the mechanism of the decoction in regulating KNDy neurons in the patients with menopausal syndrome. MethodA total of 60 patients with menopausal syndrome due to yin deficiency with effulgent fire who attended the menopausal outpatient of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine were randomized into an experimental （Qingxin Zishen decoction） group （30 cases） and a control （femoston） group （30 cases）. The treatment lasted for 12 weeks in both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of the comprehensive efficacy， frequency and degree of hot flashes and sweating， modified Kupperman score， and the serum levels of hypothalamic peptide kisspeptin， neurokinin B （NKB）， dynorphin （Dyn）， follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）， and estradiol （E₂）. Result① Comprehensive efficacy： The comprehensive efficacy of the two groups was comparable. ② Frequency and degrees of hot flashes and sweating： After treatment， the frequency and degrees of hot flashes and sweating in the two groups were reduced （P<0.05） and the control group outperformed the experimental group （P<0.05）. ③ Modified Kupperman score and menopausal symptoms： After treatment， the modified Kupperman score decreased in both groups （P<0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment， the experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of the scores of dizziness and headache （P<0.05）. ④ Serum levels of sex hormones： After treatment， the serum E₂ level elevated and the FSH level lowered in both groups （P<0.05）， and the changes were more obvious in the control group （P<0.05）. ⑤ Neuroendocrine indexes： After treatment， the serum levels of kisspeptin and NKB in the two groups decreased （P<0.05）， and the serum Dyn level in the experimental group increased （P<0.05）. Moreover， the experimental group had higher Dyn level than the control group after treatment （P<0.05）. ConclusionQingxin Zishen decoction can alleviate hot flashes， sweating， and other symptoms in the women with menopausal syndrome by acting on the KNDy neurons to lower the kisspeptin and NKB levels and elevate the Dyn level. The findings provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of hot flashes in menopause.

Objective To assess inter-observer variations(IOV)in the delineation of target volumes and organs-at-risk(OAR)for intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)among physicians from different levels of cancer centers,thereby providing a reference for quality control in multi-center clinical trials.Methods Twelve patients with NPC of different TMN stages were randomly selected.Three physicians from the same municipal cancer center manually delineated the target volume(GTVnx)and OAR for each patient.The manually modified and confirmed target volume(GTVnx)and OAR delineation structures by radiotherapy experts from the regional cancer center were used as the standard delineation.The absolute volume difference ratio(△V_diff),maximum/minimum volume ratio(MMR),coefficient of variation(CV),and Dice similarity coefficient(DSC)were used to compare the differences in organ delineation among physicians from different levels of cancer centers and among the 3 physicians from the same municipal cancer center.Furthermore,the IOV of GTVnx and OAR among physicians from different levels cancer centers were compared across different TMN stages.Results Significant differences in the delineation of GTVnx were observed among physicians from different levels of cancer centers.Among the 3 physicians,the maximum values of △V_diff,MMR,and CV were 97.23%±83.45%,2.19±0.75,and 0.31±0.14,respectively,with an average DSC of less than 0.7.Additionally,there were considerable differences in the delineation of small-volume OAR such as the left and right optic nerves,chiasm,and pituitary,with average MMR>2.8,CV>0.37,and DSC<0.51.However,relatively smaller differences were observed in the delineation of large-volume OAR such as the brainstem,spinal cord,left and right eyeballs,and left and right mandible,with average△V_diff<42%,MMR<1.55,and DSC>0.7.Compared with the differences among physicians from different levels cancer centers,the differences among the 3 physicians from the municipal cancer center were slightly reduced.Furthermore,there were also differences in the delineation of target volumes for NPC among physicians from different levels cancer centers,depending on the staging of the disease.Compared with the delineation of target volumes for earlier stage patients(stages I or II),the differences among physicians in the delineation of target volumes for advanced stage patients(stages III or IV)were smaller,with average △V_diff and DSC of 98.31%±67.36%vs 69.38%±72.61%(P<0.05)and 0.55±0.08 vs 0.72±0.12(P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion There are differences in the delineation of GTVnx and OAR in radiation therapy for NPC among physicians from different levels of cancer centers,especially in the delineation of target volume(GTVnx)and small-volume OAR for early-stage patients.To ensure the accuracy of multicenter clinical trials,it is recommended to provide unified training to physicians from different levels of cancer centers and review their delineation results to reduce the effect of differences on treatment outcomes.

METHODS Twenty batches of Fructus Tritici Levis and three batches of T. aestivum were collected， and their fingerprints were acquired by high-performance liquid chromatography and the similarities were evaluated by the Evaluation System of Similarity of Chromatographic Fingerprints of Traditional Chinese Medicine （2012 version）. Cluster analysis （CA）， principal component analysis （PCA） and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis （OPLS-DA） were performed to analyze the difference of Fructus Tritici Levis and T. aestivum from different regions， and the differential components were screened. The contents of the six identified components in Fructus Tritici Levis and T. aestivum were determined. RESULTS The similarities of the fingerprints of Fructus Tritici Levis ranged from 0.928 to 0.996， and the relative similarities of T. aestivum with Fructus Tritici Levis ranged from 0.761 to 0.773. A total of 19 common peaks were calibrated， and six components including linolenic acid， linoleic acid， 5-heptadecylresorcinol， 5-nonadodecylresorcinol， 5- heneicosylresorcinol， and 5-tricosylresorcinol were identified. The results of CA and PCA showed that Fructus Tritici Levis and T. aestivum could be clearly distinguished； the distribution of Fructus Tritici Levis from Anhui province was relatively concentrated. The results of OPLS-DA showed that linolenic acid， linoleic acid， and other six unknown compounds were the differential components between Fructus Tritici Levis and T. aestivum. The average contents of the six identified components in Fructus Tritici Levis were 0.100 9， 1.094 0， 0.005 1， 0.030 9， 0.098 2，and 0.024 8 mg/g， respectively； the contents of linolenic acid and linoleic acid in Fructus Tritici Levis were significantly higher than those in T. aestivum （P＜0.05）.CONCLUSIONS The established qualitative and quantitative methods are simple and reliable， and can be used for the identification and quality evaluation of Fructus Tritici Levis and T. aestivum. The identified differential components， such as linolenic acid and linoleic acid， can also provide clues for the differentiation and pharmacological study of Fructus Tritici Levis and T. aestivum.

Objective To evaluate the performance of two molecular point-of-care testing(POCT)prod-ucts in the diagnosis of influenza A virus(Flu A)and influenza B virus(Flu B)of clinical samples,and pre-liminarily evaluate the clinical diagnostic value of the changes of infection-related indicators in peripheral blood.Methods A total of 491 oropharyngeal swabs from patients with influenza-like symptoms who were treated in the hospital were recruited into this study from November 1,2019 to June 30,2023.These swabs were collected using reverse transcription real-time quantitative fluorescent polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR),and two POCT molecular products,XpertTM Xpress Flu/RSV and EasyNAT? Flu Assay,respectively.The diagnostic performance of two POCT molecular products was analyzed using RT-qPCR reaction as a standard.According to the results of RT-qPCR method,the subjects were divided into Flu A positive group,Flu B positive group and negative group(both Flu A and Flu B were negative).The levels of indicators in pe-ripheral blood of the three groups were compared to evaluate the value of these indicators in the clinical diag-nosis of Flu A and Flu B.Results Among the 491 patient specimens,the XpertTM Xpress Flu/RSV assay showed the sensitivity for Flu A was 96.88%,and the specificity was 99.75%,and the sensitivity for Flu B was 100.00%,and the specificity was 100.00%.EasyNAT? Flu Assay assay showed the sensitivity for Flu A was 94.79%,and the specificity was 96.81%,and the sensitivity for Flu B was 100.00%,and the specificity was 100.00%.And two POCT molecular methods performed well consistency(Kappa value was 0.974).There was no significant difference in the levels of C-reactive protein and serum amyloid A among the negative group,Flu A positive group,and Flu B positive group(P>0.05).But the levels of white blood cell count in the negative group were higher than those in the Flu A positive group and Flu B positive group(P<0.01).Conclusion In this paper,two typical molecular POCT products are studied.Their sensitivity and specificity are highly consistent with the results of RT-qPCR.Molecular POCT products have the advantages of flexibil-ity and rapidity,which are of great value for the improvement of clinical diagnosis and treatment.Molecular detection combined with peripheral blood infection related indicators is helpful for the early diagnosis of influ-enza virus infectious diseases.

Lung cancer is the most common malignant disease and the leading cause of cancer death in China.Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)accounts for over 80％of all lung cancers,and the probability of NSCLC gene mutations is high,with a wide variety of types.With the development of next-generation sequencing(NGS)detection technology,more and more patients with rare fusion gene mutations are detected.Neuregulin 1(NRG1)gene is a rare oncogenic driver that can lead to activation of human epidermal growth factor receptor 3(Her3/ErbB3)mediated pathway,resulting in tumor forma-tion.In this article,we reported a case of mixed NSCLC with CRISPLD2-NRG1 fusion detected by RNA-based NGS,who re-sponsed to Afatinib well after 1 month of treatment,and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)showed shrinkage of intracranial lesions.Meanwhile,we also compiled previously reported NSCLC patients with NRG1 rare gene fusion mutation,in order to provide effective references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To explore the correlation of red cell distribution width/albumin ratio(RAR)and fibrinogen/albumin ratio(FAR)with severity of coronary artery disease(CAD)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to further explore the relationship of RAR and FAR with CAD severity in different glucose metabolic states.Methods A total of 577 CHD patients undergoing coronary angiography(CAG)in Department of Cardiology of Tianjin People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were enrolled,and according to the results of CAG,412 patients were diagnosed with multi-vessel CAD and the other 165 patients with single-vessel CAD.Their baseline data and results of laboratory tests were collected,and RAR and FAR values were calculated.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were performed with RAR and FAR as independent variables,and ROC curve was plotted to evaluate the predic-tive values of the 2 indicators for the severity of CAD.Spearman correlation analysis was applied to analyze the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACEs)in the patients.Results Logistic regression analysis showed that RAR and FAR were independent risk factors for CAD(OR=1.974,95％CI:1.348-2.593,P=0.000;OR=1.737,95％CI:1.486-2.377,P=0.000).Un-der different glucose metabolic states,RAR had the highest correlation with the risk of CAD in diabetic patients(OR=2.828,95％CI:1.157-7.145),while FAR was associated with a relatively low risk of CAD in diabetic patients(OR=2.217,95％CI:1.533-5.570).ROC curve analysis showed that RAR(AUC=0.776,95％CI:0.731-0.821,P=0.000)and FAR(AUC=0.725,95％CI:0.676-0.774,P=0.000)had predictive value for the severity of CAD in CHD patients.Spearman correlation analysis indicated that RAR and FAR were positively correlated with occur-rence of MACEs in CHD patients(P＜0.001).Conclusion RAR and FAR are independent pre-dictors for CHD patients.RAR has a stronger predictive value for lesion severity in CHD patients with concomitant abnormal glucose metabolism.
