OBJECTIVE: Referring to the application of the NEH (Nawaz-Enscore-Ham) algorithm in flow shop scheduling, this paper proposes an optimization method of hospital medical consumables discrete scheduling based on the extended NEH algorithm, in order to obtain the optimal medical consumables discrete scheduling scheme and achieve the optimization of medical consumables discrete scheduling. METHODS: Thoroughly analyze the scheduling needs of medical consumables in hospitals, predict the demand for medical consumables in each department. Construct a discrete scheduling optimization model for medical consumables and determine the constraint conditions for building the model (residual coefficient matrix, efficiency constraint matrix, and time window function). Then, solve the discrete scheduling optimization model for medical consumables based on the extended NEH algorithm. RESULTS: By comparison the data before and after the experiment, it is found that the discrete scheduling time and cost of medical consumables in experimental departments have decreased to varying degrees, and all the differences are statistically significant ( P<0.05). CONCLUSION Through experiments, it is known that the optimized medical consumables discrete scheduling scheme proposed meets the requirements of discrete scheduling time and cost, providing a better solution for hospital medical consumables discrete scheduling.

This paper introduces the design and development of a light-weighted medical equipment management system in hospital based on structured information flow architecture, to collect and analyze data in medical equipment lifecycle management processes. It applies co-operative work flows both online and off-line to achieve high quality data collection, and to increase the efficiency for clinical personals and clinical engineers. This system manages to apply the UDI system, implements the intelligent access to medical equipments, uses data analysis to provide intelligent services. It will boost the quality control management and information construction synchronously.

OBJECTIVE: Aiming at the different characteristics of the various stages of medical equipment life cycle in hospital, research on the targeted and meticulous management mode. METHODS: Divides the whole life cycle of medical equipment in hospital into four phases, which are the selection demonstration period, purchase acceptance period, maintenance period, and retirement disposal period, and comparison with human fetal period, infant stage, adult stage and old age. RESULTS: With the meticulous management mode, the service quality of medical equipment in hospital has been improved, and the service benefits have been enhanced. CONCLUSIONS According to the respective characteristics of different stages, the corresponding meticulous management mode is implemented to make the management more scientific and standardized, and the operation is safer and more reliable, which escorts the whole life cycle of medical equipment in hospital.

OBJECTIVE: The intelligent infusion management system is established through intelligent internet of things, by using the gravity sensor, acceleration sensor and other equipment. METHODS: Establish an infusion management platform based on B/S architecture. Combined with the intelligent terminal and get the major values, including:the infusion speed, the remaining liquid and so on. Besides, it can integrate with the HIS, EMR and PDA. RESULTS: It has solved the data collection of the whole infusion process, realized the real-time visualization during the infusion, and improved the quality of nursing management. CONCLUSIONS In the paper, it has been used in wards more than 2 years, which has reduced the workload of the infusion and improved the satisfaction of patients. At the same time, it has provided the infusion big data collection and statistics for the research and auxiliary treatment.
