Objective To compare the diagnostic efficacy of biparametric magnetic resonance imaging(bp-MRI)and multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging(mp-MRI)for prostate cancer among radiologists with different levels of experience. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on MRI data of 112 suspected prostate cancer patients.Six radiologists(2 in the primary, intermediate, and advanced groups)used the bp-MRI and mp-MRI protocol scores to analyze the diagnostic efficacy. Results The area under the curve(AUC)of diagnostic efficacy in the advanced group of the bp-MRI protocol was greater than that in the intermediate group(P=0.024),and the intermediate group was greater than that in the primary group(P=0.046).The intermediate group of the mp-MRI protocol was greater than the primary group(P=0.043),while there was no difference between the intermediate and advanced groups(P=0.221).As the experience of the radiologists increased, sensitivity also increased, but there was no significant change in specificity. There was no difference between the two protocols in the advanced group(AUC=0.826-0.866;P>0.05);while the mp-MRI protocol performance was better in the primary and intermediate groups(AUC=0.705-0.815;P<0.05).Conclusion Experienced radiologists can choose the bp-MRI protocol, while inexperienced radiologists are more suitable for the mp-MRI protocol.Based on the accumulated experience of radiologists, protocol optimization and adjustment can be carried out at appropriate times.

In the human assisted reproductive technology (ART) cycle, endometrial receptivity is a key condition for embryo implantation and pregnancy, and thin endometrium is an important factor affecting endometrial receptivity. At present, the definition of thin endometrium is not very clear, most scholars believe that the thickness of endometrium ≤ 7 mm can be considered as thin endometrium. In women with ART, patients with thin endometrium account for about 2.4% of their cycles. The problem of thin endometrium in the ART cycle has been troubling many clinicians. In this paper, we review the receptivity of thin endometrium, etiology, pregnancy outcome in ART cycles, so as to provide a clinical summary and reference for improving the clinical pregnancy rate in the ART cycle.

Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology of medicine, the detection rate of obstructivc azoospermia increased gradually, clinically not uncommon.Surgical treatment of obstructive azoospermia is also improved from traditional vasovasostomy and epididymovasostomy to microsurgical vasovasos-tomy and microsurgical va-soepididymostomy,and from 3-suture intussusception vasoepididymostomy to 2-suture intussusception vasoepididymostomy, then our modified reverse single needle anastomosis, and finally to the robot assisted anastomosis. Therefore, the anastomosis is more precise, the recanalization rate and the pregnancy rate have a revolutionary improvement. The robot era is coming. The article focuses on surgical treatment of obstructive azoospermia, comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each operation, and prediction of the future direction of development.
