Complex brain diseases seriously endanger human health, and early diagnostic biomarkers and effective treatments are currently lacking. Due to ethical constraints on human research, establishing monkey models is crucial to address these issues. With the rapid development of technology, transgenic monkey models of a range of brain diseases, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD), have been successfully established. However, to establish practical and effective brain disease models and subsequently apply them to disease mechanism and treatment studies, there is still a lack of a standard tool, i.e., a system for collecting and analyzing the daily behaviors of brain disease model monkeys. Therefore, with the goal of undertaking a comprehensive and quantitative study of behavioral phenotypes, we established a standard daily behavior collection and analysis system, including behavioral data collection protocols and a monkey daily behavior ethogram (MDBE) for rhesus and cynomolgus monkeys, which are the most commonly used non-human primates in model construction. Then, we used ASD as an application example after referring to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-5-TR), which is widely used in clinical disease diagnosis to obtain ASD core clinical symptoms. We then established a sub-ethogram (ASD monkey core behavior ethogram (MCBE-ASD)) specifically for quantitative assessment of the core clinical symptoms of an ASD monkey model based on MDBE. Subsequently, we demonstrated the high reproducibility of the system.

Objective To investigate the technique of design and cutting method of the thoraco- um-bilicus flap. Methods (1) Made the skin flap include not only the vascularity skin of this side, but also the opposite side,to repair overlength and overbreadth wound surface.(2) Improvement of skin flap cutting steps:first to find the blood vessel under the lower abdominal wall, then to cut the skin flap,if not find to have another donor area.(3)Technology of making thin skin flap:when cutting open the skin, made the surgical blade inclined to the flap, beveling to 2/3 of the skin flap length and in hypogastrium cutting to all over the flap with the fat keep stay in the abdomen so to make the skin flap thiner. Results There was 1 case necrosis because of infection in all 54 cases be repaired. The achievement ratio was 98.1%.Follow up with 1-5 years, skin flaps appearance was good, joint extend- bend was gratification.Soft tissue infection was cured. Conclusion Modified technology of thoraco-umbilicus flap is reasonable design and easily to cut,and the achievement ratio is higher.

Objective To study the incidence, character and related risk factors of post trauma stress disorders (PTSD) after road traffic accidents. Methods Inpatients after road traffic accidents from January 2001 to January 2005 were surveyed with self-made questionnaire. The incidence, clinical symptoms and related factors of PTSD were analyzed. Results 156 cases (7.53%) were diagnosed as PTSD among all subjects and their major clinical manifestation including difficulty of falling or staying asleep, compulsion of re-experience traumatic process and excessive startled reactions. The related factors of PTSD including the personality, the degree of education, family harmony and compensation. Conclusion PTSD is common in patients injured in road traffic accidents. Early psychological intervention for susceptible may be needed.

Objective A novel high-speed three-way solenoid valve is developed, which is used for the common-rail injection system equipped on DME powered engine. In order to improve the dynamic response performance of the three-way solenoid. Methods Experimental studies have been conducted to investigate the effects of spool stroke, drive voltage, negative demagnetizing pulse and two drive schemes on the dynamic response performance of the three-way solenoid valve. Results The results show that the dynamic response performance of the three-way solenoid valve can be remarkably improved by shortening the spool stroke and increasing the drive voltage. Simultaneously, the difference between the response time of closing valve and that of opening valve decreases. At each different drive voltage, there exists an optimal negative demagnetizing pulse corresponding to the same positive exciting pulse. At this optimal pulse, the dynamic response performance of the three-way solenoid valve is the best. In addition, the high drive voltage can lead to the smaller optimal negative demagnetizing pulse. It is also indicated from the experiments that the dynamic response performance of the three-way solenoid valve is better when the NO. 1 drive scheme is adopted. The lower drive voltage results in the larger difference between the dynamic response performances for the two drive schemes. Conclusion The dynamic response performance of a novel three-way solenoid valve is good.
