Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rule for cancer-related fatigue with acupoint stimulation using data mining techniques. Methods Clinical randomized controlled trial research literature about treatment for cancer-related fatigue with acupoint stimulation was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science and Embase from establishment of the databases to October 13,2023.The frequency anlysis, association rule analysis and clustering analysis on acupoints were performed using Excel 2021 and R 4.3.1.Results Totally 187 articles were included, with 214 combinations of acupoints involving 102 acupoints, with a total frequency of 1 044.The most frequently used acupoints were Zusanli(ST36),Qihai(CV6),and Guanyuan(CV4).The top three meridians used were the Conception Vessel, stomach meridian, and spleen meridian. The acupoints were mainly distributed in the lower limbs and thoracoabdominal, and the most commonly used specific acupoint was the crossing point.Moxibustion was the most commonly used intervention measure.Association rule analysis indicated that the core combination of acupoints in this study was Zusanli(ST36),Qihai(CV6),Guanyuan(CV4),and Sanyinjiao(SP6).Analysis of acupoint selection for cancer-related fatigue with different types of cancer demonstrated that acupoints with tonifying properties were most frequently chosen.Clustering analysis identified five effective combinations of acupoints. Conclusion The acupoint selection for treating cancer-related fatigue should focus on tonifying qi and nourishing blood,as well as supporting healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors.Special attention is given to the use of specific acupoints, and various acupoint combination methods are employed based on the differentiation of zang-fu organs and meridians to enhance clinical efficacy.

The aquatic grass Zizania latifolia grows symbiotically with the fungus Ustilago esculenta producing swollen structures called Jiaobai, widely cultivated in China. A new disease of Z. latifolia was found in Zhejiang Province, China. Initial lesions appeared on the leaf sheaths or sometimes on the leaves near the leaf sheaths. The lesions extended along the axis of the leaf shoots and formed long brown to dark brown streaks from the leaf sheath to the leaf, causing sheath rot and death of entire leaves on young plants. The pathogen was isolated and identified as the bacterium Pantoea ananatis, based on 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene sequencing, multilocus sequence analysis (atpD (β-subunit of ATP synthase F1), gyrB (DNA gyrase subunit B), infB (translation initiation factor 2), and rpoB (β-subunit of RNA polymerase) genes), and pathogenicity tests. Ultrastructural observations using scanning electron microscopy revealed that the bacterial cells colonized the vascular tissues in leaf sheaths, forming biofilms on the inner surface of vessel walls, and extended between vessel elements via the perforated plates. To achieve efficient detection and diagnosis of P. ananatis, species-specific primer pairs were designed and validated by testing closely related and unrelated species and diseased tissues of Z. latifolia. This is the first report of bacterial sheath rot disease of Z. latifolia caused by P. ananatis in China.

Objective:To study the epidemic status about genotype of the astrovirus, and to provide the epidemic data and control epidemic of infectious disease. Methods:Screening for astrovirus positive nucleic acids was performed using an astrovirus real-time fluorescent PCR kit. RT-PCR amplification was performed with astrovirus-specific primers Mn289/270. The positive products were recovered and purified and directly sequenced. Sequence analysis and phylogenetic analysis of astrovirus sequences were performed using Clustal and MEGA3.0 biological software. Results:From 2016 to 2018, we collected 496 fecal specimens from children with diarrhea from different regions, of them 136 cases had viral diarrhea, and in 17 of them astrovirus (3.4%) was detected, there were more males than females. All the 17 cases were under 5 years of age, and 12 cases (70.58%) were younger than 1 year old. In regional distribution, samples from Xining accounted for 64.70% (11/17), Huangzhong county for 29.41% (5/17), Huangnan Prefecture for 5.88%(1/17). The positive cases were mainly found in April to June, and there was another peak from October to December, which was consistent with the time distribution of rotavirus in past years. Seven strains were HAstV-1, one strain was HAstV-2, and the homology among four strains of HAstV-1 was 99.0%-100%. The homology with the other two strains of the same type was 88.4-95.7%.Conclusions:The dominant genotype of Astrovirus was HAstV-1 in infants with diarrhea in Qinghai, meanwhile there was also HAstV-2.

Objective To analyze the correlations between pediatric intersive cave unit (PICU) nurses′job satisfaction and their perception of job characteristics. Method One hundred and thirty-six PICU nurses from a women and children′s hospital of Guangzhou participated in the study and the job diagnostic survey (JDS) and Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire short-form (MSQ20) were used to investigate the relationship between the job characteristics and job satisfaction. Results The average score on general satisfaction was (3.57 ± 0.41). The dimensions like skill variety, task integrity, feedback from job and feedback from others, had a significant positive impact on general satisfaction (all P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses generally have a relatively middle level of job satisfaction and measures should be taken to improve their job satisfaction as well as the quality of nursing.

OBJECTIVETo examine the expression profile and immunofluorescence localization of the major egg antigen p40 of Schistosoma japonicum (Sjp40) during granuloma formation in the liver of infected New Zealand white rabbits.
METHODSNew Zealand white rabbits were infected with S. japonicum cercariae, and the livers were harvested at 29 and 45 days post-infection (dpi). The total RNA of the liver tissues was extracted for expression profiling of Sjp40 by quantitative reverse transcription-PCR (qRT-PCR) with GAPDH of S. japonicum as the endogenous reference gene. The expression of Sjp40 in the liver were detected by Western blotting using anti-Sjp40 monoclonal antibody (mAb) 9G7 or anti-Toxoplasma gondii tSAG1 mAb Y3A8 (control) as the primary antibody. Paraffin sections of the liver were prepared for observing egg granuloma formation using HE staining and for indirect immunofluorescence assay of Sjp40 location in the trapped eggs and egg granulomas.
RESULTSThe level of Sjp40 mRNA in the eggs trapped in rabbit livers was significantly higher at 45 dpi than that at 29 dpi (P<0.05), and Western blotting confirmed the presence of Sjp40 protein in the rabbit livers at both 29 and 45 dpi. Immunofluorescence assay demonstrated localized expression of Sjp40 in the immature eggs in the rabbit liver at 29 dpi, but at 45 dpi fluorescence was detected in clusters of mature eggs containing miracidium and in the surrounding egg granulomas.
CONCLUSIONSThe transcriptional levels of Sjp40 significantly increased with the maturation of eggs trapped in the rabbit livers. Sjp40 protein spread from the eggs to the surrounding egg granuloma at 45 dpi when acute liver granulomatous lesions occur, suggesting that Sjp40 plays a key role in egg granulomas formation in the livers of infected New Zealand white rabbits.
