Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a chronic inflammatory liver disease. The pathogenesis of AIH remains unclear, but it is mainly autoimmune injury caused by the breakdown of autoimmune tolerance due to the abnormal activation of the immune system, while the specific molecular mechanism remains unknown. Recent studies have shown that abnormal amino acid metabolism plays an important role in the development and progression of AIH. This article reviews the research advances in amino acid metabolic reprogramming in AIH, in order to provide a theoretical basis for amino acid metabolism as a new target for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of AIH.

Objective:To investigate the value of carotid, radial and podalic artery intima thickness(CIT,RIT,PIT)combined with monocyte to high-density lipoprotein ratio(MHR)in predicting the severity of coronary artery stenosis in patients with premature coronary artery disease(PCAD).Methods:A total of 80 patients with PCAD who received treatment in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from October 2023 to May 2024 were prospectively recruited, and they were divided into high group(≥41 score,40 cases)and low group(<41 score,40 cases)according to the median dichotomy of Gensini score. Thirty-four gender, age and body mass index(BMI)-matched healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. The CIT,RIT,PIT,media and intima media thickness of carotid, radial artery and podalic artery(CMT,RMT,PMT,CIMT,RIMT,PIMT)were measured using 24 MHz ultra-high frequency ultrasound probe, and the ratio of intima to media thickness(CIT/CMT,RIT/RMT,PIT/PMT)was calculated. The differences of general clinical data, laboratory indexes and ultrasonic parameters among the three groups were compared. Risk factors affecting the severity of coronary stenosis in PCAD patients were explored by binary logistic regression. Subject working characteristic curves were plotted, area under the curve(AUC)was calculated, and the values of each ultrasound parameter and MHR in the independent and combined diagnosis of the severity of coronary artery stenosis in PCAD patients were evaluated.Results:①There were no statistically significant differences in age, gender,BMI,total cholesterol,CMT,RMT and PMT among the three groups(all P>0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of smoking, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, and triglycerides between the two subgroups of the PCAD(all P>0.05). ②CIT,CIMT,CIT/CMT,RIT,RIMT,RIT/RMT,PIT,PIMT,PIT/PMT were thickened in the high group compared with the low group, and MHR was higher than in the low group(all P<0.05),the differences in the above parameters remained statistically significant when comparing the PCAD group with the control group(all P<0.05). ③The AUC values for MHR,CIT,RIT and PIT alone to predict the severity of coronary stenosis in patients with PCAD were 0.781,0.767,0.780 and 0.722,respectively. The combined diagnostic efficiency of the four parameters was better than the independent diagnostic efficiency(AUC = 0.885). Conclusions:CIT,RIT and PIT are thicker in PCAD patients with high Gensini score and the combination of artery intima thickness and MHR has good efficacy in predicting the severity of coronary artery stenosis in PCAD patients.

Retinopathy caused by myopia is the first cause of irreversible blinding eye disease in China. The TCM methods to prevent and control myopia mainly include Chinese materia medica and TCM appropriate techniques, which have the advantages of good efficacy, simple operation, and few adverse reactions. This paper believed that internal and external pathogenic factors act on the brain and eyes, breaking their homeostasis, leading to rhythmic disorders, and imbalance of essence,qi and blood is the main pathogenesis of myopia.Based on the idea of"nature and human in the same rhythm"and"the same treatment for common diseases",targeting the above pathogenesis, the method of"brain-eye synchronization"was proposed to restore the homeostasis of the brain and eyes to prevent and control myopia in children and adolescents, and the treatment rules were to regulate the rhythms of the time, harmonize the qi and blood, nourish the blood to soften the tendons, and replenish the essence and blood,so as to achieve the effect of brain-eye synchronization and the treatment of the spirit and the body together. This article summarized the theoretical basis of"brain-eye synchronization"and its clinical application in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, with a view to providing new ideas for the prevention and control of myopia in children and adolescents.

China Pharmacy 2025;36(11):1370-1374
OBJECTIVE From the perspective of China’s healthcare system, to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of tislelizumab in patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous or non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose disease progresses or is intolerable after receiving platinum-containing dual chemotherapy in the past. METHODS Rationale-303 research data were used to construct a partitioned survival model. The model period was set to be 21 days and simulated to 120 months. Using quality-adjusted life year (QALY) as a health output index, the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (ICER) was calculated by discounting cost and health output with a discount rate of 5%. Single-factor sensitivity analysis and probability sensitivity analysis were performed to verify the robustness of the basic analysis results. RESULTS Cost-utility analysis results showed that the ICER of tislelizumab group was 65 653.52 yuan/QALY, compared with docetaxel group. This means that the regimen of tislelizumab was more cost-effective than the docetaxel regimen when the willingness-to-pay threshold (WTP) was 3 times China’s gross domestic product (GDP) per capita in 2023 (268 200 yuan/QALY). The results of single-factor sensitivity analysis showed that the three parameters that had a greater impact on ICER were the prices of tislelizumab, docetaxel and pemetrexed. The results of the probabilistic sensitivity analysis showed that the probabilities of the above two treatment regimens being cost-effective were both 50% when the WTP threshold was approximately 65 000 yuan/QALY. The probability of tislelizumab regimen being cost- effective was 100% when the WTP threshold was ≥134 000 yuan/QALY. CONCLUSIONS From the perspective of China’s healthcare system, when taking 3 times China’s GDP per capita in 2023 as the WTP threshold, tislelizumab is cost-effective for patients with locally advanced or metastatic squamous or non-squamous NSCLC after receiving platinum-containing dual chemotherapy in the past, compared with docetaxel.
