Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)is a type of gene closely related to human tumors. And it's an important medical index to access the tumor development, prognosis and the efficacy of chemoradiotherapy.RAS mutations,in which KRAS mutations account for up to 85%,are the most common oncogenic driving mutations in human tumors. The most frequent KRAS mutation sites are codons 12,13,61 and 146.Codon G12,as the most frequently mutated one,can be divided into multiple subtypes, with G12D mutation being the most common, followed by G12V,G12C,etc.Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the tumors with the highest frequency of KRAS mutations. Both G12D and G12V are the most common mutation subtypes in CRC.In the field of treatments for CRC with KRAS mutations, targeted therapy had not been possible until the release of KRASG12C inhibitors in 2013,and new drugs have been developed one after another since then. This study summarized the mutations of KRAS and the advances in clinical research, including the latest advances in targeted drugs, chemotherapy drugs, immunotherapy drugs, ferroptosis, and other treatment methods.Among them,in terms of targeted drugs, this review explored KRASG12C inhibitors(sotorasib,adagrasib,D-1553,IBI351,etc.),anti-angiogenic drugs(monoclonal antibodies such as bevacizumab, remdesizumab, etc),small molecule multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitors such as sunitinib, etc. In terms of immunotherapy drugs, there have also been many advances, such as the ARETHUSA clinical trial, which found that temozolomide reduced the tumor mutational burden(TMB)of O-6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase(MGMT)deficiency and RAS mutation in patients with advanced metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),providing innovative ideas for patient immunotherapy. For example, the combination of xindilimab with bevacizumab, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine can be used for first-line treatment of RAS mutations, microsatellite stability(MSS),and unresectable mCRC.Relevant studies have shown that the combination therapy has good therapeutic potential and controllable tolerability safety. This review explored the mechanisms of KRAS mutations and the latest advances in clinical research and treatment,in order to provide reference for the treatment of KRAS mutated colorectal cancer.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2024;40(10):865-881
Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(3):341-345
Objective:
To explore the effects of community building environment and sports with fitness APP usage and their interactions on teachers exercise habits in the Yangtze River Delta Region, so as to provide a scientific basis for the development of a sports and health promotion intervention program for teachers.
Methods:
A total of 2 530 in service teachers from four provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta region, namely, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui Province, were sampled in May-June 2023 by using convenient cluster random sampling method. Self designed questionnaire was used to collect the basic information of the surveyed teachers, Physical Activity Building Environment Evaluation Questionnaire and the Sports with Fitness APP Usage Questionnaire were used to measure the teachers subjective perception of the community building environment and the usage of sports with fitness APP, respectively. Physical Exercise Habituation Scale was used to assess the level of exercise habits. Logistic regression models were applied to analyze the effects of community building environment and sports with fitness APP usage on physical exercise, and the interaction effects were analyzed by using additive and multiplicative models.
Results:
Among all the teachers surveyed, 658 of them reported good physical exercise habits (26.0%), and differences in the rate of physical activity habit formation by gender, age, years of teaching, as well as subject of teaching were statistically significant ( χ 2=42.94, 39.73, 35.47, 218.23 , P <0.05). Teachers with physical exercise habits had significantly higher community building environment scores and sports and fitness APP use than teachers without exercise habits ( t =12.17,16.54, P <0.05). Adjusting for the confounders of age, gender, years of teaching experience, and subjects taught, multifactorial unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the probability of teachers having good physical exercise habits increased by 22% for every 1-point increase in the community building environment score on average ( OR =1.22, 95% CI =1.11-1.40), and the probability of teachers having good physical exercise habits increased by 16% for every 1-point increase in the sports with fitness APP score on average ( OR = 1.16 , 95% CI =1.03-1.31) ( P <0.05). Interaction analyses showed that there was an additive interaction between the effects of community building environment and sports and fitness APP use on teachers physical exercise habits after adjustment, and the 95% CI for RERI , API and SI were 1.17 -1.65, 0.12-0.46 and 1.78-3.33 ( P <0.05), respectively, and there was no multiplicative interaction ( P >0.05).
Conclusions
The community building environment and the usage of sports & fitness APP show impacts in the formation of teachers physical exercise habits in the Yangtze River Delta region, and there is an interaction effect. Enhancing the construction of smart sports centers around the community can provide a high quality external environment for the physical exercise habits formation.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2024;28(25):4013-4017
BACKGROUND:Dendritic cells exhibit extremely strong antigen phagocytic function in the immature stage, and they can demonstrate great advantages in immune tolerance, cancer immunotherapy, and other aspects. However, due to the extremely low content of immature dendritic cells in living organisms, its clinical and scientific applications are severely limited. OBJECTIVE:To study the extraction and identification of mature and immature dendritic cells from Lewis rat bone marrow. METHODS:Bone marrow precursor cells were isolated from the bone marrow of Lewis rats, and immature dendritic cells were induced by 20 ng/mL of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor and 10 ng/mL of interleukin-4 for 7 days, and then mature dendritic cells were induced by adding 1 μg/mL of lipopolysaccharide to immature dendritic cells for 2 days. The morphology of dendritic cells was observed using inverted fluorescence microscopy. The surface-specific molecules of mature and immature dendritic cells were identified by flow cytometry, and the secretion levels of supernatant interleukin-10,interleukin-12,and interleukin-17A in mature and immature dendritic cells were detected by ELISA.The response of mature and immature dendritic cells to T lymphocyte stimulation was measured by mixed lymphocyte reaction. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The dendritic cells showed an obvious protrusion structure under an ordinary inverted fluorescence microscope.(2)Flow cytometry showed low expression of CD40,CD86,and other co-stimulatory molecules in immature dendritic cells. On the contrary, mature dendritic cells highly expressed the above co-stimulatory molecules.(3)The secretion of interleukin-10 and interleukin-17A in immature dendritic cells was much higher than that in mature dendritic cells(P<0.01).Interleukin-12 secretion in immature dendritic cells was much lower than that in mature dendritic cells(P<0.05).(4)Mature dendritic cells stimulated T cells significantly better than immature dendritic cells, and the stimulation ability was stronger when the ratio of mature dendritic cells to T lymphocytes reached 1:10.(5)The results indicate that Lewis rat bone marrow precursor cells can differentiate into dendritic cells and distinguish between mature and immature dendritic cells by flow cytometry identification, related factor detection, and mixed lymphocyte reaction.
