Objective: To analyze the association of participation in non-sports extracurricular tutoring classes with the prevalence of screening myopia, axial length (AL) and axial length to corneal radius ratio (AL/CR) among primary school students, so as to provide evidences for formulating myopia prevention and control policies. Methods: In December 2024, combination of convenience and cluster sampling method was used to select 2 273 students from two primary schools in Hefei City, Anhui Province. Ophthalmic examinations and questionnaire surveys were conducted to obtain information on myopia, AL, AL/CR and participation in various types of extracurricular tutoring. A binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the association between non-sports tutoring and screening myopia, and multiple linear regression models were used to examine the associations between non-sports tutoring and AL and AL/CR. Results: Among the surveyed students, the participation rate in non-sports extracurricular tutoring classes was 64.9% , and the overall prevalence of screening myopia was 39.1%. The average AL and AL/CR were (23.60± 1.01 ) mm and (3.00±0.12), respectively. Univariate analysis showed that students who attended non-sports, music, or academic tutoring classes for ≥2 h per week had higher risks of screening myopia and greater AL/CR values than non-participants (screening myopia: OR =1.38, 1.82, 1.55; AL/CR: β =0.01, 0.03, 0.03; all P <0.05). After adjusting for sex, grade, and participation in sports tutoring, multivariate analysis indicated that participation in non-sports and musical instrument tutoring classes for ≥2 h per week remained significantly associated with higher risks of screening myopia ( OR =1.26, 1.49, both P <0.05). Multiple linear regression showed that participation in musical instrument tutoring for ≥2 h per week was positively correlated with AL ( β=0.14, P < 0.05). Conclusions Participation in non-sports extracurricular tutoring is common among primary school students. Attending non-sports tutoring classes for ≥2 h per week increases the risk of screening myopia.

The Chinese Medical Association was established in 1915 and is an important social force for the development of medical science and technology and health care in China. The Hematology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association was established in 1980. With the support of the association's industry university research platform, it has made achievements such as the "Shanghai Protocol" for acute promyelocytic leukemia and the "Beijing Protocol" for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, which have rewritten international guidelines and promoted China's hematology from its inception to international leadership. The article reviews the development process of diagnosis and treatment of hematological diseases, with a focus on the key role played by the Chinese Medical Association in the development of hematology in China.

ObjectiveTo sort out the historical evolution， prescription evolution and modern clinical application of Huagaisan. MethodHuagaisan and its synonym Huagaitang are used as keywords to search the databases of Traditional Chinese Medicine Think Tank， Chinese Medical Dictionary， Airusheng Chinese Medical Database and China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria， we obtained the information of ancient books and modern clinical research literature related to Huagaisan， and systematically reviewed and analyzed the historical origin， prescription composition， preparation method， dosage， efficacy， medicinal material origin， processing method and modern clinical application of Huagaisan. ResultA total of 198 pieces of ancient book information were included， involving 93 ancient Chinese medicine books. Huagaisan was composed of fried Perillae Fructus， red Poria， fried Mori Cortex， Citri Eoxcarpium Rubrum， stir-fried Armeniacae Semen Amarum， Ephedrae Herba and fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， which had the efficacy of promoting the lungs and relieving epidemiological symptoms， expelling phlegm and relieving cough， and treating cough with wind-cold bundled epidemiological symptoms and stagnation of phlegm and Qi. The preparation method was suggested as boiling powder， crushing the seven herbs into coarse particles， the dosage of each drug was fried Perillae Fructus of 1.27 g， red Poria of 1.27 g， fried Mori Cortex of 1.27 g， Citri Eoxcarpium Rubrum of 1.27 g， stir-fried Armeniacae Semen Amarum of 1.27 g， Ephedrae Herba of 1.27 g and fried Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma of 0.64 g， taking 8.26 g when decocting， adding 300 mL of water， decocting to 210 mL， removing the dregs， and taking it warmly after meals. Twenty-one clinical research papers were included to analyze the modern clinical application of Huagaisan， which was mainly used in the treatment of respiratory diseases such as pneumonia， asthma， bronchitis and so on. ConclusionThis paper has verified and summarized the key information of the famous classical formula Huagaisan， which can provide a detailed reference basis for the development and clinical application of its compound preparation.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hydrocolloid silver-containing dressing combined with Jiedu Shengji ointment in the nursing of venous ulcer wounds of lower limbs.Methods A total of 84 patients with venous ulcer wounds of lower limbs admitted to the wound ostomy clinic of Jiading Central Hospital,Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences from October 2022 to May 2023.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of single and double days of admission,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in two groups were treated with"three-step dressing change",the patients in control group were treated with conventional external dressing,and the patients in observation group were treated with reticular hydrocolloid silver dressing and Jiedu Shengji ointment for local use.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time,treatment time and dressing change times in the observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8 in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The score of self-conscious pain in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Three-step dressing change"is an effective wound treatment method in the nursing care of patients with deep venous ulcer of lower limbs.It can further accelerate the wound healing process and effect with the local use of reticular hydrocolloid silver-containing dressing and Jiedu Shengji ointment.

Objective To investigate the role of HK2 and VDAC1 in diacetylmorphine-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis.Methods A dose-escalation method was used to establish a rat model of diacetylmorphine addiction.Forty SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,the normal group(n=10)was injected with an equal amount of saline subcutaneously,the model group(n=15)was injected with 5 mg/kg of diacetylmorphine for the first time,and then the dose was increased by 2.5 mg/(kg·d)day by day for 20 days,and the group of model +10 D(n=15)continued to increase the dose based on the model group up to the 10th day.Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT)were detected by ELISA;HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of myocardial tissues in each group;TUNEL staining was used to detect apoptosis in myocardial tissues in each group;and immunohistochemistry,RT-q-analysis,and immunochemistry were used to detect apoptosis in myocardial tissues in each group.Immunohistochemistry,RT-qPCR and Western bl-ot were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression of HK2,VDAC1 and apoptosis-related factors.Results HE staining revealed that myocardial tissues exhibited different degrees of damage with the prolongation of diacetylmorphine intervention.Compared with the normal group,serum LDH,GOT content and myocardial apoptosis rate increased in the model group,mRNA and protein levels of HK2 and anti-apoptotic factor Bcl-2 decreased,mRNA and protein levels of VDAC1 and pro-apoptotic factors Bax and Caspase-3 increased,and the protein level of Clevead Caspase-3 increased;in the model +10 D group the above indexes,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Diacetylmorphine can cause cardiomyocyte apoptosis,and VDAC1 may be involved in the process of cardiomyocyte apoptosis caused by diacetylmorphine.

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of CalliSpheres drug-eluting micro-spheres and blank microspheres in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer by bronchial arterial chemoembolization.Methods Fifty patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who had failed or relapsed after radiotherapy,chemotherapy,targeting and immunotherapy were collected and treated with super-selective bronchial artery chemoembolization.A retrospective analysis was conducted to compare the tumor response rate and survival between CalliSpheres drug-eluting and blank microspheres.Results The PR,ORR and DCR in the drug-eluted microsphere group were higher than those in the blank microsphere group,and there was a statistical difference in DCR between the two groups 1 month after surgery(χ2 = 4.08,P = 0.04).PD in the drug-eluted microsphere group was lower than that in the blank microsphere group.The CEA,CYF and SCC in the drug-eluted microsphere group after surgery were lower than those in the blank microsphere group,and the CEA,CYF and SCC in the two groups after surgery were lower than those before surgery,and there were statistical differences in CEA and CYF 1 month after surgery between the two groups.The PFS and OS in drug-eluted microsphere group were higher than those in blank microsphere group.Conclusion CalliSpheres drug-eluting microspheres could improve the effective rate of tumor treatment and prolong the survival time more effectively than the blank micro-spheres via arterial chemoembolization,providing reliable clinical practice basis for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

Objective:A subunit vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 BA.2 variant was prepared by prokaryotic expression system and its immunogenicity was evaluated.Methods:The recombinant plasmid of BA.2 variant RBD and the tandem of RBD and TT-P2 epitopes was constructed by molecular cloning technology, and recombinant proteins So and Sot were obtained by protein purification technology. Mice were immunized by intramuscular injection after mixing protein So/Sot as immunogens with Al(OH) 3 adjuvant to evaluate the effect of cellular and humoral immunity. Results:High purity soluble protein were obtained by dialysis and renaturation after expressed by prokaryotic system. The number of antigen-specific T lymphocytes secreting IFN-γ and IL-4 (213.7±0.6 and 311.7±1.5) in the Sot group induced by mice was significantly higher than that in the So group (94.3±16.8 and 185.7±4.2) ( P<0.001). The serum antibody level induced by Sot group was higher than that in the So group, the geometric mean titer (GMT) of neutralizing antibodies against BA.2 strain were 588 and 337, respectively ( P<0.05). Sot protein induced Th1/Th2 mixed type immune response with the predominance of Th2 type. Conclusions:The protein subunit vaccine expressed by the prokaryotic system have excellent cellular and humoral immunogenicity, which provides a strong theoretical basis for the development of the protein subunit vaccines of the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant.

Objective:To analyze the whole genome sequence and key site mutations of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in patients with different stages of disease progression, and to understand the relationship between HBV genetic characteristics and disease progression.Methods:Serum samples and basic information of hepatitis B patients with asymptomatic HBV carrier, chronic hepatitis B patients, cirrhosis patients and primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients were collected. Nested PCR was used to amplify the samples to obtain HBV whole gene sequences. Phylogenetic trees were constructed to determine the genotype of the samples, and gene mutations of the samples were analyzed combined with reference sequences of each type.Results:A total of 256 samples were successfully amplified, including 68 asymptomatic HBV carrier patients, 118 CHB patients, 15 LC patients and 55 HCC patients, and five genotypes (B, C, D, I and C/D) were detected. The result of comparative analysis showed that the mutation rate of 56 nucleotide sites was significantly different among the four groups ( P<0.05). In addition to the discovery of C105T, A1762T/G1764A and G1899A and other previously reported key site mutations, the mutation rates of T53A, C1485T and C1628T in newly diagnosed HCC group were significantly higher than those in other groups, and the mutation rates of T2150G and T2151C in asymptomatic HBV infection group were significantly higher than those in other groups. A total of 26 sequences were deleted, mainly distributed in the pre-C and pre-S regions. The deletion mutation rate in the HCC group was significantly higher than that in the other groups. Conclusions:The data of this study indicate that some nucleotide substitution mutations and deletion mutations may be closely related to the occurrence and development of HBV-related diseases, and HCC patients are more likely to have gene mutations than non-HCC patients. These result provide a reference for understanding the relationship between viral mutation and the progression of HBV infection-related diseases.

Objective To determine the expression and clinical significance of pseudogene FMO6P in gastric cancer,and explore its functions and underlying molecular mechanism in regulating the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer cells.Methods The expression level of FMO6P in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines was detected by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The migration and invasion abilities of gastric cancer cells were detected by transwell assay.The effect of FMO6P on the tumor formation and peritoneal dissemination of gastric cancer cells were evaluated by injecting FMO6P-overexpressing gastric cancer cells into the subcutaneous or peritoneal cavity of nude mice respectively.The expression levels of epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)markers,including E-cadherin,N-cadherin,ZEB1,MMP2,and the activation of AKT/mTOR pathway in FMO6P-overexpressing or knockdown gastric cancer cells were measured by Western blot.Results The expression of FMO6P was significantly reduced in tumor tissues compared to its adjacent non-tumor tissues of gastric cancer,FMO6P expression level in tumor tissues was correlated with tumor size and TNM stage.Overexpression of FMO6P significantly inhibited the invasion and migration abilities of gastric cancer cells,while downregulation of FMO6P expression promoted the invasion and migration ability of gastric cancer cells.Overexpression of FMO6P in gastric cancer cells significantly inhibited the subcutaneous tumor formation and peritoneal dissemination of gastric cancer cells in nude mice.Moreover,overexpression of FMO6P promoted the expression of E-cadherin,and inhibited the expression of N-cadherin,ZEB1,and MMP2 in gastric cancer cells.The phosphorylation levels of AKT and mTOR were also downregulated in gastric cancer cells overexpressing FMO6P.Conclusions All these findings suggested that pseudogene FMO6P suppresses the invasion and migration potential of gastric cancer cells in vitro and in vivo,which is possibly through the inhibition of the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway.

Building and completing the medical equipment management system, standardizing and strengthening government procurement management, completing the configuration management and safety management of large-scale medical equipment, strengthening the effectiveness analysis and evaluation of large equipment, enhancing training on medical equipment usage, establishing emergency allocation systems for first-aid and life support medical equipment, and forming a medical equipment quality and safety management team is the measure to systematically improve and implement each item in various regulation for the full lifecycle management of medical equipment. It provides vital support in passing the tertiary-A hospital evaluation for hospitals.
