This article discusses the important role and practical experience of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as a bridgehead between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in the joint prevention and control of cross-border infectious diseases between China and Vietnam. The cross-border transmission of infectious diseases has been effectively managed in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region through a package of strategies, including government leadership, construction of the joint prevention and control mechanism, establishment of dialogue platforms, collaboration of scientific researches, and personnel exchange and training; however, there are still challenges. Further deepening of collaboration is required to meet future needs for infectious disease prevention and control.

Objective:To explore the application value of P1 response threshold of cortical auditory evoked potential（CAEP） in evaluating the rehabilitation effect of cochlear implant in young children. Methods:Thirty-three young children after cochlear implantation were divided into groups according to hearing age: Group A（hearing age 1-<2 years old） 10 people; Group B（hearing age 2-<3 years old） 13 people; Group C（hearing age 3-<4 years old） 10 people. The subjective assessment was carried out using the assessment tool for hearing-impaired children- "Criteria and Methods for assessing Auditory and language ability of hearing-impaired children" and objective electrophysiological examination was carried out using CAEP to evaluate the rehabilitation effect. SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results:The results of subjective assessment of auditory ability and language ability in each group showed an increasing trend with the increase of auditory age. In this study, the P1 response threshold of CAEP in CI implanted children had a significant positive correlation with the 2 kHz hearing threshold after intervention, and the P1 response threshold of CAEP was negatively correlated with many items in subjective auditory ability and language ability assessment. Conclusion:The P1 response threshold of CAEP has a stable correlation with the results of speech audiometry, which can effectively and objectively evaluate the postoperative rehabilitation effect of young children with cochlear implantation.

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the curriculum design and teaching mode reform in Health Statistics through the assessment by postgraduate students so as to enhance the teaching performance of the course.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the postgraduate students of grade 2023 at a certain medical university.The survey covered such aspects as students'mastery and application of the course learning content,their evaluation and satisfaction with the course,etc.Descriptive approaches were employed to analyze and summarize the data.Results Students achieved a good command of theoretical knowledge and its application.They highly evaluated the teacher,the course content and its practicality,demonstrated a strong interest in learning,expressed a high level of satisfaction with the course,and manifested a strong willingness to continue studying the course.The learning of the course met the expectations of the students.The final exam scores in the later stage of curriculum reform(78.60±10.58)was higher than that before the reform(75.78±7.97,P<0.05);the excellent rate after the reform was 53.6%,which was higher than the 33.5%before the reform(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of a course system that integrates knowledge,skills the mixed teaching mode of case-based teaching and the combination of theory and statistical software package operation are beneficial for enhancing postgraduate students'learning and application of the course in health statistics.It also strengthens the design and training of course application aspects for students in clinical medicine and dental medicine disciplines.

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and genetic causes in 2 patients with hypopar-athyroidism,sensorineural deafness and renal dysplasia syndrome(HDR).Methods A retrospective analysis of au-diology,gene detection,and other clinical diagnostic data was performed on 2 patients diagnosed with HDR syn-drome.Results Patient 1 failed the newborn hearing screening(otoacoustic emission)and was diagnosed with mod-erate sensorineural hearing loss through audiology evaluation.Follow-up tests of blood calcium and parathyroid hor-mone levels were normal,and ultrasound examinations of the urinary system and parathyroid gland showed no ab-normalities.Patient 2 passed the newborn hearing screening but failed the 3-year-old physical examination(otoa-coustic emission)and was diagnosed with moderate sensorineural hearing loss.Follow-up tests of blood calcium and parathyroid hormone levels were normal,and the parathyroid gland ultrasound showed no abnormalities,but the re-nal ultrasound showed bilateral small renal calculi with normal morphology.Both patients were diagnosed with HDR syndrome through gene testing,and the 2 GAT A3 gene mutation sites(c.867dup,c.65_68dup)causing the disease were both reported for the first time.Conclusion The clinical phenotypes of HDR syndrome are highly variable.Children with suspected hearing loss accompanied by hypoparathyroidism or renal dysfunction should have gene tes-ting and other related examinations as soon as possible to avoid misdiagnosis.

The difficulty of wound healing in patients is a difficult problem that doctors in all clinical departments may encounter, and there is still no good solution. Resveratrol is a kind of natural active substance, which has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, and angiogenesis promoting effects, and is a potential drug to promote wound healing. However, the clinical application of resveratrol is limited due to its low bioavailability. In this review, the molecular mechanism of resveratrol in promoting wound healing and its administration methods in wound treatment were reviewed to provide ideas for the redevelopment of resveratrol.

Objective To conduct a systematic review of relevant literature to understand the current status and influencing factors of telehealth readiness of clinical medical staff.Methods The Chinese and English databases of CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP,SinoMed,Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Web of Science were searched by computer.The Chinese and English literatures on the current status and influencing factors of remote health care readiness among medical staff personnel were collected.The search time was from the establishment of the database to July 12th,2023,and the literature was screened and evaluated.After data extraction and integration of the literature,descriptive analysis is conducted.Results 18 articles were ultimately included,involving 12 298 medical staff members.Research shows that the readiness of clinical medical staff for telehealth is currently at a moderate level and not optimistic.The relevant influencing factors are:medical staff factors,including general demography factors,willingness of medical care services,innovative self-efficacy,understanding and participation of telehealth care mode,and electronic information ability;organizational factors:including telemedicare policies,telemedicare training,sufficient human resource working environment and atmosphere,hospital level and type.Conclusions The readiness of clinical medical staff for remote health care is at a moderate level,but their willingness to participate in remote health care is high.It is recommended to construct a scientific and feasible remote health care training program for medical staff in the future to improve the quality of hospital services.

Infectious disease is a major public health problem threatening human health and social development, and infectious disease teaching is an important part of public health education. However, traditional infectious disease teaching faces challenges such as overly theoretical and fragmented content, overly traditional and monotonous methods, and a narrow and isolated vision, which makes it difficult to adapt to the current complex and changing situation of infectious disease prevention and control. The “One Health” concept emphasizes interdisciplinary, cross-sectoral, and cross-regional communication and cooperation to achieve the harmonious unity of health for humans, animals, and the environment, which is significant in preventing and controlling infectious diseases. This paper proposes some ideas for reforming infectious disease teaching based on the One Health concept, which aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of infectious disease teaching by recognizing the close connection between human health, animal health, and environmental health. Specifically, it is suggested to reform the teaching in four aspects: introducing the basic concepts, principles, and practices of One Health, increasing the content of infectious diseases related to One Health, adopting diversified and interactive teaching methods, and establishing cross-disciplinary teaching cooperation. Concrete recommendations are provided for each aspect. This paper argues that reforming infectious disease teaching based on the One Health concept is conducive to cultivating public health talents with global vision, systems thinking, and cross-disciplinary collaboration capabilities, providing robust talent support for coping with emerging, re-emerging, and endemic infectious disease threats.

Objective:To explore the role of Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)combined with Rank Sum Ration(RSR)comprehensive evaluation method in establishing the China Healthcare Security Diagnosis Related Groups(CHS-DRG)operational performance system under the CHS-DRG payment system.Methods:SPSSPRO statistical analysis software was used,and TOPSIS method was used to regularly evaluate and rank the CHS-DRG disease groups in the hospital based on five indicators:Case Mix Index(CMI),total weight,average cost per weight,average length of stay per weight,and group profit and loss.RSR method was used to classify the TOPSIS disease group ranking results,establish performance reward standards for different grades of disease groups,and summarize and restore the reward results for each patient in the disease group to each clinical department,ultimately forming a department performance reward plan.The changes in key operational indicators related to medical insurance patients in hospitals were observed to verify the effectiveness of implementing performance reward programs.Results:After the application of TOPSIS combined with RSR comprehensive evaluation method in the construction of CHS-DRG operational performance system,the number of hospital medical insurance patients were increased,CMI value were stabilized,average cost per visit were decreased,average length of stay were shortened,and DRG disease group surplus were increased.Conclusion:The TOPSIS combined with RSR comprehensive evaluation method has played a good role in the construction of the CHS-DRG operational performance system.As a method of hospital economic operation evaluation,it is practical and innovative.
