Objective:To explore the application of short video situational teaching based on clinical pathway management cases in cardiology internship teaching.Methods:30 medical students who were interned in the Department of Cardiology of Xiangya Hospital of Central Souty University from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the control group, using traditional clinical teaching mode, and another 30 medical students from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the observation group. Short video situational teaching based on clinical pathway management cases was used to compare the performance evaluation results, satisfaction evaluation results, teaching effectiveness, improvement of critical thinking ability, and teaching method evaluation results of the two groups of students. Perform chi square test and t-test using SPSS 20.0. Results:The results showed that the performance of the observation group students in the entrance examination [theoretical: (88.25±5.14) vs. (80.23±5.34); operational: (90.36±5.23) vs. (86.58 ± 5.12)] was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant; The observation group showed statistically significant differences in teaching effectiveness compared to the control group ( P<0.05); The critical thinking ability score of the observation group students was better than that of the control group ( P<0.05); The observation group students rated the teaching methods higher ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The use of situational teaching in cardiology internships can enhance the critical thinking ability of medical students, meet clinical needs, and is worth promoting in diagnostic teaching.

Hepatoma is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive system worldwide， and a main factor leading to cancer-related deaths. Its incidence is increasing year by year， posing a serious threat to human health. Currently， hepatoma is mainly treated by surgical resection， liver transplantation， radiation and drugs， but there are certain adverse reactions and problems of high recurrence rate and low survival rate. Chinese medicine has unique advantages in improving the comprehensive curative effect of hepatoma and reducing adverse reactions. With a variety of active ingredients， Chinese medicine can induce hepatoma cell apoptosis， inhibit the proliferation， migration and reverse multidrug resistance through multiple targets， thus exerting anti-hepatoma effect. It has become an important means for the prevention and treatment of hepatoma as well as a rich resource for anti-hepatoma drug research and development. Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway， one of the most classical pathways in cancer， is involved in tumor cell proliferation， cell cycle， migration， invasion and tumor angiogenesis. Recently， many studies have reported that the active ingredients of Chinese medicine can play an anti-hepatoma role through this pathway. Therefore， this paper summarized the domestic and foreign literature in recent years， analyzed the relationship between wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and the specific mechanism of hepatoma occurrence and development， and combed the literature on the effect of flavonoids， terpenoids， alkaloids， polysaccharides and other active ingredients of Chinese medicine on inducing hepatoma cell apoptosis， regulating cell cycle and inhibiting the invasion and metastasis through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway. In addition， the paper summarized the research progress of relevant active ingredients of Chinese medicine against hepatoma， to explore their specific mechanism against hepatoma through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway， so as to provide theoretical reference for further development of anti-hepatoma drugs.

Background: Microsporum canis is a zoonotic disease that can cause dermatophytosis in animals and humans. Objectives: In clinical practice, ketoconazole (KTZ) and other imidazole drugs are commonly used to treat M. canis infection, but its molecular mechanism is not completely understood.The antifungal mechanism of KTZ needs to be studied in detail. Methods: In this study, one strain of fungi was isolated from a canine suffering with clinical dermatosis and confirmed as M. canis by morphological observation and sequencing analysis.The clinically isolated M. canis was treated with KTZ and transcriptome sequencing was performed to identify differentially expressed genes in M. canis exposed to KTZ compared with those unexposed thereto. Results: At half-inhibitory concentration (½MIC), compared with the control group, 453 genes were significantly up-regulated and 326 genes were significantly down-regulated (p < 0.05). Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction analysis verified the transcriptome results of RNA sequencing. Gene ontology enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis revealed that the 3 pathways of RNA polymerase, steroid biosynthesis, and ribosome biogenesis in eukaryotes are closely related to the antifungal mechanism of KTZ. Conclusions The results indicated that KTZ may change cell membrane permeability, destroy the cell wall, and inhibit mitosis and transcriptional regulation through CYP51, SQL, ERG6, ATM, ABCB1, SC, KER33, RPA1, and RNP genes in the 3 pathways. This study provides a new theoretical basis for the effective control of M. canis infection and the effect of KTZ on fungi.

Objective:To explore the effect of follow-up information platform combined with full-course health education on compliance and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 150 patients with chronic heart failure treated in He′nan People′s Hospital between November 2018 and November 2019 were selected for study. Patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, and each group had 75 cases. The control group received routine health education intervention, and the observation group implemented follow-up information platform combined with full-course health education intervention. The intervention time was 6 months, and then the compliance behavior, cardiac function and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The overall compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( Z value was -5.634, P<0.01), and the total compliance rate of the observation group was 92.00% (69/75), which was significantly higher than 74.67% (56/75) of the control group ( χ2 value was 8.112, P<0.01). After the intervention, both the 6-minute walking test and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group were (482.75±81.45) m, (48.34±6.10)%], which were significantly higher than (406.92±68.20) m, (39.61±5.73) % of the control group ( t values were 6.182, 9.034, P<0.01). After the intervention, the physical limitation, psychological mood, disease symptoms, and social relationship scores of the observation group patients were (11.00±1.58), (10.06±1.55), (6.06±1.29), and (5.09± 1.14) points, which were significantly lower than (17.15±1.90), (11.79±1.55), (9.52±1.23), and (8.09±1.02) points of the control group ( t values were 6.835-21.533, P<0.01). Conclusion:Compared with conventional health education, the whole course of health education combined with the follow-up information platform is beneficial to improve the compliance rate, quality of life and cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure.

?? [Abstract]? Objective? To construct a prenatal care information platform based on "Five-color Management" to improve the health of pregnant women. Methods? From January to February 2018, we selected 152 pregnant women under perinatal care in obstetrical outpatient department and 138 medical workers in obstetrical department at three Class Ⅲ hospitals in He'nan as subjects. Platform contents and functions were determined by literature review, questionnaire survey and expert group meeting. Questionnaire survey adopted the method of convenience sampling. Results? The recovery rate of the pregnant women version and doctor-nurse version of platform content and function demands questionnaire was 97.37% and 98.57% respectively. The plan first draft was developed based on questionnaire survey. Finally, the platform set three-level management content, five color grade and eight function modules by rounds of expert group meeting. Conclusions? The prenatal care information platform has a strict construction method and highly accords with the demands of pregnant women and doctor-nurse. The platform has a strong operability which realizes the high-efficient management for pregnant women and improves the health of pregnant women.

Objective? To explore the effects of constructing PDA graded nursing inspection module on the passing rate of inspection and incidence of adverse events. Methods? Through literature review and expert group meeting, Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital, Affiliated to He'nan University constructed PDA based graded nursing inspection module, and compared the qualified rate of clinical nursing inspection before application (2016) and after application (2017), the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of clinical nurses. Results? The qualified rate of nursing inspection in 2017 was significantly higher than that in 2016, and the incidence of all kinds of adverse events except drug extravasation was lower than that in 2016, with statistically significant differences (P＜ 0.05). The satisfaction of nurses on PDA graded nursing patrol module was high. Conclusions? The PDA-based grading nursing inspection module can be used as an effective way of grading nursing patrol, which is of great significance to reduce the occurrence of adverse events and ensure the safety of patients.

As the implementation of the " universal two-child policy" and the change of the national fertility view, the number of maternal, especially the number of the advanced maternal age, is faster increase.While the health manpower in our country is short, so we need a convenient, fast and safe informationalizedway for maternal health education.This article comprehensive analyze the status of application health education about the form and content in the China and overseas,and discuss the advantages and limitations, in order to establish a scientific, effective, propagable and new model of maternity information health education, to provide experience and enlightenment for our clinical works.

The five volumes of Annals of National Medicine in Yunnan contain more than 1040 kinds of ethnic medicines and national medicines experiene that are commonly used by 25 minority nationalities in Yunnan.Among them,there are 147 species of toxic drugs,including five with fatal toxicity,14 with strong toxicity,57 with toxicity,and 71 with mild toxicity.In order to guarantee the validity and safety of national drug use,Yunnan Institute of Materia Medica applied modern science and technology to study the safety,efficacy and pharmacognosy of 30 kinds of commonly used toxic folk drugs contained in Annals of National Medicine in Yunnan.This paper chooses five typical national medicinal herbs Stephania delavayi,Euphorbia neriifolia,Alocasia cucullata,Achillea wilsoniana and Chamaenerion angustifolium,and summarizes their national medicinal and toxicity experience.The results of acute toxicity test showed that the five national medicinal herbs are toxic.The pharmacodynamic experiments showed that S.delavayi has analgesic action,E.neriifolia has anti-inflammatory action,A.cucullata has analgesic and antitussive effects,Ach.wilsoniana has analgesic effect,and C.angustifolium has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
