Objective: To analyze the change trends in the body shape indicators and proportions of students in Harbin from 2010 to 2024, and to investigate ergonomic compatibility of functional dimensions of school desks and chairs with current student shape indicators, so as to provide a reference for revising furniture standards of desks and chairs. Methods: Between September and November of both 2010 and 2024, a combination of convenience sampling and stratified cluster random sampling was conducted across three districts in Harbin, yielding samples of 6 590 and 6 252 students, respectively. Anthropometric shape indicators cluding height, sitting height, crus length, and thigh length-and their proportional changes were compared over the 15-year period. The 2024 data were compared with current standard functional dimensions of school furniture. The statistical analysis incorporated t-test and Mann-Whitney U- test. Results: From 2010 to 2024, average height increased by 1.8 cm for boys and 1.5 cm for girls; sitting height increased by 1.5 cm for both genders; crus length increased by 0.3 cm for boys and 0.4 cm for girls; and thigh length increased by 0.5 cm for both genders. The ratios of sitting height to height, and sitting height to leg length increased by less than 0.1 . The difference between desk chair height and 1/3 sitting height ranged from 0.4-0.8 cm. Among students matched with size 0 desks and chairs, 22.0% had a desk to chair height difference less than 0, indicating that the desk to chair height difference might be insufficient for taller students. The differences between seat height and fibular height ranged from -1.4 to 1.1 cm; and the differences between seat depth and buttock popliteal length ranged from -9.8 to 3.4 cm. Among obese students, the differences between seat width and 1/2 hip circumference ranged from -20.5 to -8.7 cm, while it ranged from -12.2 to -3.8 cm among non obese students. Conclusion Current furniture standards basically satisfy hygienic requirements; however, in the case of exceptionally tall and obese students, ergonomic accommodations such as adaptive seating allocation or personalized adjustments are recommended to meet hygienic requirements.

Objective:To investigate the feasibility and value of participatory bilingual teaching in nuclear medicine teaching.Methods:With the same chapter of Nuclear Medicine as the teaching contents, the traditional method of cramming bilingual teaching was used for the clinical medical students in the class of 2014 of the seven-year program and the five-year program, and the method of participatory bilingual teaching was used for the students in the class of 2015. The methods of periodical achievement test, questionnaire survey, and final examination were used to evaluate the teaching effect of the above two teaching modes.Results:In the periodical achievement test, the participatory bilingual teaching group had significantly higher scores than the cramming teaching group in terms of mean score, case analysis, and English questions [seven-year program: (82.13±10.72), (35.74±4.13), and (23.03±3.40) vs. (79.21±11.31), (33.86±5.23), and (22.12±2.75), P<0.05; five-year program: (78.66±12.75), (34.30±5.59), and (22.45±2.91) vs. (75.29±10.81), (32.70±6.04), and (21.36±3.09), P<0.05]. The questionnaire survey showed that participatory bilingual teaching had a better degree of satisfaction than cramming teaching. The participatory bilingual teaching group had a better score than the cramming teaching group in the final examination, but with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions:In the teaching of nuclear medicine, the participatory bilingual teaching mode can significantly improve teaching effect and achieve the teaching goal efficiently.

Objective:To investigate the effects of self-made Gujin Xiaoji Mixture combined with warming needle therapy on the clinical efficacy and immune function of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with qi and yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:This experiment was a randomized controlled trial study. 180 patients with advanced NSCLC qi and yin deficiency syndrome in the oncology centre of Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the observation subjects from March 2021 to August 2022, and were divided into 2 groups using the random number table method, with 90 cases in each group. The control group received conventional chemotherapy combined with Sintilimab injection, 21 days as a cycle, with a total of 4 cycles of treatment; and the observation group received Gujin Xiaoji Mixture combined with warming needle therapy based on the control group, 7 days as one course of treatment, with a total of 12 courses. Both groups were followed up for 12 months. The TCM syndrome scores were performed before and after treatment. The functional assessment of cancer therapy-lung (FACT-L) was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients; flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD8 + and NK cell, and the CD4 +/CD8 + ratio was calculated; adverse drug reactions and progression free survival of patients during treatment were observed and recorded, the efficacy of TCM syndrome and objective efficacy of solid tumors were evaluated. Results:After treatment, the observation group's post-treatment TCM syndrome score (5.67±1.99 vs. 7.12±2.31, t=-4.53) was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.001); mobility (23.03±2.80 vs. 20.69±2.46, t=5.96), daily living (23.06±2.56 vs. 20.71± 2.33, t=6.42), emotional status (18.44±2.32 vs. 16.12±2.71, t=6.18), and other factors (33.14±4.11 vs. 27.39±4.64, t=8.81) and total score (97.68±7.23 vs. 84.91±7.49, t=11.64) were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01). In the observation group, after treatment, the levels of CD3 + [(65.14±6.06)% vs. (59.84±5.74)%, t=6.02], CD4 + [(40.09±4.09)% vs. (35.69±3.86)%, t=7.43], NK cell [(29.11±4.81)% vs. (22.38±4.51)%, t=9.68] and CD4 +/CD8 + [(1.52±0.27) vs. (1.14±0.12), t=12.63] were higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01), and CD8 + [(26.82±3.79)% vs. (31.76±4.65)%, t=-7.81] level was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.01). After treatment, the objective remission rate in the observation group was 7.8% (7/90), and the disease control rate was 87.8% (79/90), while the objective remission rate after treatment in the control group was 5.5% (5/90), and the disease control rate was 82.2% (74/90), and there were no statistical significance in the comparison of objective remission rate and disease control rate of the 2 groups ( χ2=0.09, 0.70, P=0.765, 0.407). The total effective rate after treatment was 62.2% (56/90) in the observation group and 34.4% (31/90) in the control group, and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant ( Z=-3.89, P<0.001). WBC [(4.27±1.12)×10 9/L vs. (3.84±1.11)×10 9/L, t=2.58] and haemoglobin [(119.93±17.25)g/L vs. (109.76±15.61)g/L, t=4.15] levels of the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment ( P<0.01). During follow-up, the median progression-free survival was 6.2 months in the observation group and 5.5 months in the control group patients, and the difference between the 2 groups was not statistically different ( t=0.11, P>0.05). Conclusion:The combination of Gujin Xiaoji Mixture with warming needle therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with advanced NSCLC with deficiency of qi and yin syndrome, improve the immunity and clinical efficacy of patients, alleviate the adverse effects of drugs, and prolong the progression-free survival period.

OBJECTIVE To study the extraction technology of Sophora flavescens-Phellodendron chinense drug pair and provide a reference for the development of new drugs for the treatment of anorectal diseases. METHODS Using the contents of total alkaloids of S. flavescens （matrine+oxymatrine）， berberine hydrochloride and total flavonoid， and extract yield as evaluation indicators， analytic hierarchy process-entropy weight method was used to calculate the weight coefficient of each indicator， and was combined with Box-Behnken design-response surface method to study the extraction technology of S. flavescens-P. chinense drug pair and verify it. RESULTS The optimal extraction technology of S. flavescens-P. chinense drug pair was immersed in 12-fold amount of 58% ethanol for 30 minutes and extracted twice， each time for 120 minutes. The relative error between the verification experimental results and the predicted value was 1.88%. CONCLUSIONS The obtained extraction technology is stable and feasible and can provide reference for the application of S. flavescens-P. chinense drug pair and development of new drugs.

Objective To explore the correlation between daunorubicin(DNR)resistance and expression of pro-grammed death receptor ligand 1(PD-L1)in children with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods Totally 110 bone marrow samples were selected from AML patients admitted to Zhengzhou University Affiliated Children's Hos-pital from January 2016 to December 2022 as the study group,50 bone marrow samples from normal bone marrow donors were used as the control group.Human AML cell lines HL60,THP-1,U-937,and Molm-13 were cultured,and the expression of PD-L1 protein was detected by Western blot.LV-PD-L1-shRNA and LV-PD-L1-WT-OE lenti-viral vectors were constructed.The effect and mechanism of PD-L1 on DNR resistance in Molm-13 cells were ana-lyzed.Results The expression level of PD-L1 protein was higher than that in control group and the expression level of PD-L1 protein in AMI cell lines was higher than that in healthy bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMMC)(P＜0.05).PD-L1 expression was related to white blood cell count,bone marrow primitive cell ratio,prognostic risk stratification and disease remission after two standard chemotherapy regimens in AML patients(P＜0.05).The overall survival rate of the PD-L1 high expression group was lower than that of the PD-L1 low expression group(P＜0.05).Compared with the LV-PD-L1-WT-OE group,the LV-PD-L1-shRNA group showed a decrease in PD-L1 mRNA expression,cell proliferation activity but an increased apoptosis rate(P＜0.05).LV-PD-L1-shRNA enhanced sensitivity of Molm-13 cells to DNR.TCGA database analysis showed that glucose 6-phosphate dehydro-genase(G6PD)was a potential target gene for PD-L1.Conclusions The high expression of PD-L1 in pediatric AML is related to chemotherapy resistance in children with AML,and DNR resistance might be caused through reg-ulation of G6PD.

Objective With the assistance of 3D visualization and real-time navigation technologies,the tumors in the parapharyngeal and lateral skull base should be removed through oral the approach with endoscopy.Methods The preoperative CT data of eight patients with parapharyngeal or lateral skull base soft tissue tumors were modeled,and the anatomical position relationship between the tumor and surrounding blood vessels and other important structures was re-constructed using 3D visualization technology,and preop-erative design was performed.The intraoperative oral ap-proach and real-time navigation guidance were adopted in the endoscopic resection of soft tissue tumors in the parapharyngeal and lateral skull base,and the clinical ap-plication value of this method was evaluated.Results The blood loss during the operation was controlled within 150 mL,and the average blood loss was approximately 125 mL.The incidence of postoperative complications was low,and patients could recover well through functional training.The oral approach did not leave any wounds nor scars on the patient's facial skin after the operation and had no effect on the patient's appearance.Conclusion The combination of 3D visualization technology,intraoperative real-time navigation,and endoscopy provides a beautiful,safe,and minimally invasive surgical method for patients with parapharyngeal or lateral skull base tumors.

Generalization, the ability to apply learned knowledge or skills to different materials, individuals, or situations, is a challenge for children with autism. This difficulty in generalization hampers their development of independent living, learning, and working skills. Multiple exemplar training is a widely-used and effective teaching method in the field of autism education. This article provides an explanation of the different types of exemplars used in multiple exemplar training, the steps involved in teaching, and various areas of application. Practical recommendations are also offered based on this information, aiming to support skill learning and generalization research for children with autism in our country.

Objective:To retrieve, evaluate, and integrate the best evidence for enteral nutrition management in children with prone position ventilation, providing a basis for constructing clinical nursing practice programs for enteral nutrition management in children with prone position ventilation.Methods:Evidence on the management of enteral nutrition in children with prone position ventilation, including clinical decisions, guidelines, expert consensus, systematic reviews, and original studies, was electronically retrieved on UpToDate, BMJ Best Practice, Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database in Australia, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, PubMed, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, WanFang Data, Chinese Medical Journal Full-text Database, China Biology Medicine disc, Medlive, Guidelines International Network, National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, European Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and British Dietetic Association. The search period was from the establishment of the database until June 30, 2023. Two researchers independently screened literature, and extracted and summarized evidence from literature that met quality standards.Results:A total of 17 articles were included, including three clinical decisions, 7 guidelines, three expert consensus, two systematic reviews, one cross-sectional study, and one cohort study. Twenty-six pieces of evidence were summarized from 7 themes of preparation before prone position operation, post operation organization, timing of enteral nutrition restart in prone position, management of prone position, selection of feeding methods, management of feeding intolerance, and prevention of aspiration.Conclusions:The best evidence for enteral nutrition management in children with prone position ventilation covers the entire process of enteral nutrition management in prone position children, with strong guidance and operability, which can provide a basis for enteral nutrition management in children with prone position ventilation. Medical and nursing staff should further refine evidence-based nursing practice programs based on the characteristics of children of different age groups, standardize the operation process of enteral nutrition in children with prone position ventilation, ensure the target feeding amount, and reduce the occurrence of complications.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a major metabolic disease endangering global health, with diabetic nephropathy (DN) as a primary complication lacking curative therapy. Sporoderm-broken spores of Ganoderma lucidum (GLP), an herbal medicine, has been used for the treatment of metabolic disorders. In this study, DN was induced in Sprague-Dawley rats using streptozotocin (STZ) and a high-fat diet (HFD), and the protective mechanisms of GLP were investigated through transcriptomic, metabolomic, and network pharmacology (NP) analyses. Our results demonstrated that GLP intervention ameliorated renal damage and inflammation levels in DN rats. Integrative metabolomic and transcriptomic analysis revealed that GLP treatment modulated glucose and cellular energy metabolisms by regulating relevant genes. GLP significantly suppressed the inflammations by impacting glucose and energy metabolism-related gene expression (Igfbp1 and Angptl4) and enhanced metabolic biomarkers of 4-Aminocatechol. In addition, NP analysis further indicated that GLP may efficiently alleviate DN via immune-related pathways. In conclusion, this study provides supportive evidence of the anti-inflammatory effects of GLP supplements, highlighting their potential for promising clinical applications in treating DN.

OBJECTIVE Aimed to analyze the demographic,anthropometric,severity,and common comorbidities of individuals with suspected obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)referred to the OSA diagnosis and treatment center of the Sixth People's Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from 2012 to 2021.METHODS Data of subjects with suspected OSA who underwent polysomnography(PSG)from January 2012 to December 2021 were collected.Subjects were categorized into five groups based on the PSG study date with a two-year interval.Clinical characteristics trends were compared across groups,focusing on the comparison between 2020-2021 and 2018-2019 to explore changes after COVID-19 epidemic.RESULTS 1.A total of 5870 subjects were included from 2012 to 2019[age(43.2±12.7)years,21.7％females].OSA prevalence was 84.8％.Over the two-year intervals,age,female proportion,OSA severity,and other indicators showed no significant changes.Body mass index(median 26.8kg/m2 to 26.0kg/m2)and overweight rates(78.1％to 73.4％)decreased yearly,as did the proportions of subjects who smoked(38.1％to 27.8％)and consumed alcohol(13.5％to 6.4％).The prevalence of hypertension increased yearly(40.3％to 51.8％),while awareness rates gradually decreased(70.3％to 59.4％).Diabetes prevalence remained relatively stable(9.4％to 9.7％),with increased awareness(49.5％to 66.2％).Dyslipidemia prevalence remained high(76.7％to 78.3％),with low awareness rates(20.8％to 28.7％).2.A total of 805 subjects were included from 2020 to 2021.Compared with 2018-2019,the proportion of females decreased(14.9％vs.22.0％),and OSA severity increased(apnea-hypopnea index 40.4 times/h vs.29.2 times/h).Prevalence rates of hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia(47.1％,6.9％,62.1％)and awareness rates(52.4％,57.7％,17.8％)were lower than those from 2018-2019.3.Compared with subjects with known their comorbidities,unknown subjects had significantly higher levels of systolic blood pressure(141 mmHg vs.134 mmHg),diastolic blood pressure(93 mmHg vs.85 mmHg),fasting blood glucose(7.87 mmol/L vs.6.07 mmol/L),and low-density lipoprotein(3.08 mmol/L vs.2.91 mmol/L)(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION From 2012 to 2021,individuals with suspected OSA referred for PSG test showed a tendency toward younger age,lower proportion of females,fewer comorbidities,but increased OSA severity.The awareness rate of comorbidities needs improvement,emphasizing the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of OSA.
