Objective:To analyze the hot topics and trends in the field of humanistic education in pediatrics in China, and to provide a reference for the development and research of pediatric humanistic education.Methods:Relevant literature was retrieved throughout the China National Knowledge Infrastructure between database establishment and September 20, 2023, using fuzzy matching and key information. CiteSpace 6.1.6 software was used to perform a visual analysis of the year of publication, core authors, issuing institutions, and research themes.Results:A total of 284 pieces of literature were included. Research in the field of pediatric humanistic education is at the second stage of scientific literature growth. There are 8 high-frequency authors (2.14%), contributing a total of 25 articles (8.80%). The majority of articles were issued by hospitals. Humanistic care in pediatric nursing practice is one of the earliest and ongoing major research topics. Themes such as "doctor-patient communication", "humanistic literacy", and "humanistic nursing" are attracting growing attention.Conclusions:In the field of pediatric humanistic education, core groups of authors and institutions have not yet formed, and collaboration between authors and institutions is insufficient. Research hotspots in pediatric humanistic education are changing over time. Strengthening interdisciplinary and interinstitutional collaborations can help build core research teams, produce more research output, and thereby promote the development of pediatric humanistic education in China.

Autism spectrum disorder（ASD）is a heterogeneous group of neurodevelopmental disorders.The prevalence of ASD increases year by year.Sleep disorder is the common comorbidity of ASD.The pathogenesis is still unknown.The imbalance of excitation / inhibition（E/I）and neuroplasticity changes are the possible pathogenesis of ASD.Early childhood sleep is an important factor affecting E/I balance and neuroplasticity.ASD and sleep disorder may share common pathogenesis.Various genetic variants（such as Shank3，SynGAP，et al）and related chromosomal disease（such as 16p11.2 deletion）and their associated syndromes such as Rett syndrome，Smith-Magenis syndrome，and Angelman syndrome，ect，all manifest both ASD and sleep disorder phenotypes.In addition，melatonin，oxytocin，hypothalamic hormone，serotonin，etc，may participate in the neural pathways of sleep disorder，ASD pathology and neuroplasticity，promoting the incidence of ASD and sleep disorder.Some treatments such as supplementing with melatonin，oxytocin，zinc，iron，and dietary supplements can improve the clinical symptoms of ASD while treating sleep disorder in children with ASD.This article reviews the mechanism of comorbid sleep disorder in children with ASD to improve clinical diagnosis and treatment.

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5) (American Psychiatric Association, 2013) defines autism spectrum disorder (ASD) as a complex neurodevelopmental disorder that begins in early childhood and is accompanied by social communication deficits and repetitive stereotyped behaviors. According to the monitoring data released in 2021 in the United States, the prevalence of ASD in children was as high as 2.27%; that is, one in 44 children had autism (Maenneret al., 2021). China publicly reported this figure to be around 0.7% (Zhou et al., 2020). The current view is that children with ASD are generally impaired in their adaptation ability (McDonaldet al., 2016; Hodgeet al., 2021; Opertoet al., 2021). Adaptive behaviors comprise the conceptual, social, and practical skills that enable individuals to adapt to the environment, which play an important role in daily life (McDonald et al., 2019). "Adaptive behavior" was first described by Doll (1936). Subsequently, abnormalities in adaptive behavior were included in the criteria for intellectual disability for the first time (Heber, 1961). The American Association on Mental Retardation (AAMR) has refined and specified this term several times. Researchers hold different opinions on the structure of social adaptive capability. Greenspan and Granfield (1992) divided social adaptive capability into social understanding and social interaction. However, an increasing number of scholars considered that the concept of adaptive behaviors in children was constructed via multiple dimensions. The most representative one among them was the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales (VABS) proposed by Sparrow et al. (1984). This scale illustrates that adaptive behavior includes communication, daily living skills, socialization, and motor skills. Harrison and Oakland (2003) developed an Adaptive Behavior Assessment System (ABAS), by applying the theory of adaptive behavior proposed by AAMR and the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD). This system shows that adaptive behavior has three adaptive composites, namely, conceptual composite (including communication, learning function, and self-management), social composite (including leisure and social skills), and practical composite (including community application, home living, health and safety, and self-care). As there are different requirements for the social adaptive capability of children from different cultural backgrounds and various regions, Chinese scholars have translated the Normal Development of Social Skills from Infant to Junior High School Children (S-M) scale compiled by Japanese scholars into Chinese, which is now widely used in China (Zhang et al., 1995). The impairment of adaptive function in children with ASD includes multiple dimensions, such as socialization, communication, and daily living skills (Kanne et al., 2011), and the degree of impairment can predict the prognosis and outcome in real life, including education acquisition and independent living ability (Farley et al., 2009). Therefore, adaptive behavioral capacity is considered to be a key intervention point that directly affects the individual and social outcomes of autistic children (Veenstra-VanderWeele et al., 2017; Bölte et al., 2019).

Objective To observe the clinical features and evaluate the risk factors affecting prognosis in patients with secondary sepsis of gastrointestinal perforation (GIP). Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted, and the patients with GIP admitted to the Department of General Surgery of Affiliated Shuyang People's Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 1, 2014 to April 30, 2017 were enrolled, according to the presence or absence of sepsis occurrence, they were divided into GIP with and GIP without sepsis groups. The difference of gender, age, the time between the onset of GIP and the occurrence of sepsis, infection situation, body temperature, heart rate, respiratory frequency, white blood cell count (WBC), systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) in accord with standard, C-reactive protein (CRP), blood sugar, mean arterial pressure (MAP), lactic acid, number of cases having undergone laparoscopic surgery, sequential organ failure score (SOFA) and quick sequential organ failure score (qSOFA), Glasgow coma score(GCS), length of stay in intensive care unit (ICU), the total length of stay in hospital were compared;the status of survival and prognosis was assessed on day 30 by the Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS). The indicators with statistical significance in the two groups were brought into the Cox regression model to analyze the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of the patients. Results Fifty-eight patients with GIP were enrolled in this study. Among them, 22 cases developed secondary sepsis (GIP with sepsis group, there were 50.0% cases with single organ failure and 50.0% cases with multiple-organ failure, cases only in accord with 0-1 SIRS criteria accounting for 81.8%, and the mortality of secondary sepsis being 31.8%). No sepsis occurred in 36 patients (GIP without sepsis group). In GIP with sepsis group, the age, blood glucose, lactic acid, SOFA score, qSOFA, and the length of stay in ICU were significantly higher than those of GIP without sepsis group [age (years): 68.7±15.9 vs. 56.1±17.2, blood glucose (mmol/L): 6.9±2.3 vs. 5.9±1.2, lactic acid (mmol/L): 2.9±1.3 vs. 1.2±0.7, SOFA score: 5.6±3.2 vs. 0.5±0.4, qSOFA score: 1.0±0.9 vs. 0.3±0.1, the length of stay in ICU (days): 1.0 (0-4.0) vs. 0.1 (0-2.0), all P < 0.05], while MAP, GCS, and GOS scores in GIP with sepsis group were significantly lower than those in GIP without sepsis group [MAP (mmHg, 1 mmHg =0.133 kPa): 83.6±18.7 vs. 100.0±14.3, GCS score: 12.8±3.5 vs. 14.5±0.5, GOS score: 3.5±1.9 vs. 4.9±0.2, all P < 0.01]. Cox multivariable regression analysis showed: only low MAP and low GCS score were the independent risk predictors of death outcome for GIP with sepsis, the relative risk (RR) was 0.896 [95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.815-0.984, P = 0.022] and 0.585 (95%CI = 0.395-0.866, P = 0.007) respectively. Conclusion Patients with secondary sepsis following GIP have relatively high morbidity and much more risk factors, but only low MAP and low GCS score are closely associated with its high risk of death.

Objective To investigate the etilolgy of failed pyeloplasty in children and to study the feasibility of redo laparoscopic surgery for recurrent nreterupelvic junction obstruction.Methods The clinical data of 39 patients with recurrent ureteropelvic junction obstruction after the primary pyeloplasty underwent redo laparoscopic surgery were analyzed retrospectively between September 2009 and June 2016 in our institution.There were 31 males and 8 females with a mean age of 66 months,ranged from 4 to 204 months.28 patients had left obstructions and 11 had fight obstructions,who were diagnosed by ultrasonography,MRU,and MAG3 renal scan et a1.Under general anesthesia,we identified that two patients (5.1％) had renal calices strictures,four patients (10.3％) had unsolved disease ureter and anastomotic strictures,two patients (5.1％) had adhesion band and anastomotic strictures,one patient had adhesion band,high ureteropelvic anastomosis and ureter torsion,and 30 (76.9％) patients had anastomotic strictures.Thirty-three patients underwent cdismembered pyeloplasty,five patients underwent onlay appendiculoureteroplasty and one patient underwent ureterocalicostomy.Results All surgeries were successfully completed without conversion.No intraoperative complication was encountered.One patient had persistent,frequent and intolerable flank pain with severe hydronephrosis after surgery,he subsequently underwent nephrectomy.One patient had persistent severe hydronephrosis which was repaired with on-lay appendiculoureteroplasty.One patient had anastomotic adhesion and balloon dilatation was performed with no further obstruction in follow up imaging.The rest of the patients got complete clinical or radiologic resolution.The successive rate was 36 of 39 (92.3％) at a mean follow up of 25 months (ranging 3-60 months).Conclusions Unsolved ureteric pathologies,anastomotic stricture,renal calices stricture,adhesion band,torsion of ureter and high ureteropelvic anastomosis all contribute to recurrent obstruction after the primary pyeloplasty.Laparoscopic redo pyeloplasty is safe and feasible for skilled surgeons.

Background Recent studies indicated that human amnion mesenchymal stem cells (hAMSCs) can be induced to differentiate into multiple types of cells in vitro,but whether the hAMSCs can differentiate into ocular surface cells has not been reported yet.Objective This study was to investigate the feasibility of inducing differentiation of hAMSCs into ocular surface cells by co-culturing with human bulbar conjunctiva fibroblasts (hBCFs).Methods This study was approved by Ethic Committee of Affiliated Second Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University.HAMSCs were isolated from placenta under the informed consent of healthy delivery women.hAMSCs were cultured,passaged and identified by detecting the expressions of CD44,CD45,CD73,CD90 in the cells with flow cytometer,osteogenesis and adipogenic differentiation experiments.Human conjunctival tissue was obtained during the eye operation under the informed consent of patients and hBCFs were isolated and cultured with explant culture.The cells were divided into the hAMSCs culture group and the hAMSCs and hBCFs co-culture group and cultivated in Transwell chambers for 7 days.The expressions of cytokeratin 19 (CK19) and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in the cells were assayed by immnofluorescence technique.Results Cultured hAMSCs showed the slender shape and cell body enlarged with passage.CD44,CD73 and CD90 were expressed in the cells,and the expression of CD45 was absent.After 3-4 weeks of osteogenesis and adipogenic induce,the cells showed red staining for alizarin and oil red O.In the co-culture group of hAMSCs and hBCFs,hAMSCs presented the epithelioid cell-like in shape and showed the positive response for CK19 and weaker response for α-SMA.However,in the hAMSCs culture group,the cells showed the positive response for α-SMA and absent response for CK19.Conclusions The hAMSCs can differentiate into ocular surface cells after being induced by hBCFs.And the differentiation mechanism is possibly relevant to mesenchymal cells epithelium.

ObjectiveTo design a reciprocal gait prosthesis connecting with the other prosthetic accessories for the bilateral hip disarticulation amputees.MethodsThe principle of reciprocal gait orthosis for paraplegia was used in the design, fitting reciprocal gait prosthesis for an amputee, which was compared with an ordinary bilateral Canadian type hip disarticulation prosthesis in the walking velocity and energy expenditure.ResultsThe amputee walked at lower energy expenditure and more like normal gait with reciprocal gait prosthesis while the walking velocity decreased, compared with the conventional prosthesis.ConclusionThis reciprocal gait prosthesis for bilateral hip disarticulation amputee needs less energy expenditure during walking like normal gait.

Objective To study the correlation between emotion regulation type and mental quality of young army men.Methods 487 young army men were measured with the Mental Quality Questionnaire of Army men and the questionnaire of army men's emotion regulation types.Results (1)Compared to soldiers,non-commissioned officers were tend to use affective-appeal((16.65±3.57)vs(15.65±3.45),t=2.08,P<0.05).The dimension of altective-appeal was significantly different in service age(F=2.85,P<0.05).The dimension of cognitive-focus had significantly difference between different education levels of soldiers(F=3.94.P<0.01).(2)The dimensions of cognitive-focus(t=4.41,P<0.01) and self-comfort(t=4.44.P<0.01) were significantly different in mental quality level.(3)There was a significant relationship between the army men's emotion regulation types and mental quality(P<0.05).Affective-appeal,behavior-restrain and self-comfort were significantly positive predictions of mental quality,meanwhile cognitive focus was negative.Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the army men's emotion regulation types and mental quality.

Objective The fingerprint of volatile components from three breeds of Radix Curcumae was compared to supply evidence for the standard of quality control of Radix Curcumae.Methods Gas chromatography was used to establish fingerprint of Radix Curcumae and GC-MS chromatography was applied to identify its characteristic peaks. The similarity of fingerprint was evaluated by computing method.Results The fingerprint had its similarity and characteristics in different breeds of Radix Curcumae. The fingerprint detection is a good method for identifying Radix Curcumae,RSD 2.53 %.Conclusion This method is simple and effective for identifying different breeds of Radix Curcumae and can be used to control the quality of medicinal material of Radix Curcumae.

Objective To improve the quality standard of Anti- virus Oral Liquid. Methods Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Rhizoma Acori tatrinowii in Anti- virus Oral Liquid were identified by TLC. Forsythin in Fructus Forsythiae was determined by HPLC. Results Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Rhizoma Acori tatrinowii can be identified by TCL. The linearity of forsythin in the range of 0.1～ 0.6 ? g/? L was good, r=0.9998. The average recovery is 99.87 % , RSD=1.93 % . Conclusion The methods is accurate, reliable and specific and can be used for the quality control of Anti- virus Oral Liquid. 
