Sangjuyin， as a pungent and cooling agent with precise therapeutic effect， is a classic pungent formula for cooling relief of the epidermis， which is highly respected by medical practitioners. This formula is from the Wenbing Tiaobian written by WU Jutong in the Qing dynasty， on the basis of which subsequent medical practitioners have made additions and subtractions to apply it. The authors used the bibliometric method to systematically organize the medical books from the Qing dynasty and the Republic of China and modern literature to analyze the composition， concoction， decoction， efficacy， and previous and modern application of Sangjuyin. After examination， the drug base of this formula is basically clear. Armeniacae Semen Amarum is the dried mature seeds of Armeniaca vulgaris， family Rosaceae. Forsythiae Fructus is the dried fruit of Forsythia suspensa， family Mulleinaceae. Menthae Haplocalycis Herba is the dried above-ground part of Mentha haplocalyx， family Labiatae. Mori Folium is the dried leaves of Morus alba， family Moraceae. Chrysanthemi Flos is the dried head of Chrysanthemum morifolium， family Asteraceae. Platycodonis Radix is the dried root of Eryngium grandiflorum， family Eryngium. Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma is the dried root and rhizome of Glycyrrhiza uralensis of the Leguminosae family， and Phragmitis Rhizoma is the fresh or dried rhizome of Phragmites communis of the Gramineae family. It is recommended that the eight drugs be used in raw form as medicine. The dosage and method of decoction were converted into a modern single dosage of 7.46 g Armeniacae Semen Amarum， 5.60 g Forsythiae Fructus， 2.98 g Menthae Haplocalycis Herba， 9.33 g Mori Folium， 3.73 g Chrysanthemi Flos， 7.46 g Platycodonis Radix， 2.98 g Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma， and 11.19 g Phragmitis Rhizoma， with 400 mL water added， and the solution was boiled to obtain 200 mL， taken twice a day. Sangjuyin has the efficacy of dispersing wind and clearing heat， promoting lung and relieving cough， and it is used for treating the initial onset of wind-warmth and the evidence of evil spirits in the lungs and collaterals. Modern research has shown that Sangjuyin is often used in the treatment of cough， pneumonia， rhinitis， and other respiratory diseases， and the results of this study provide a reference for the later development of Sangjuyin.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the improvement effects and mechanism of Achyranthes bidentata total saponins （ABS） extract on vascular endothelial dysfunction in spontaneously hypertensive rat （SHR） based on cytochrome P450 4A （CYP4A）/20-hydroxyeicosatetetraenoic acid （20-HETE）/G protein-coupled receptor 75 （GPR75） axis. METHODS Ten Wistar- Kyoto rats were taken as the normal control group. Forty SHR were first stratified by systolic blood pressure and then， within each stratum， randomly assigned using a random-number table to the model group （MOD group）， captopril positive control group （CAP group， 10 mg/kg）， ABS low- and high-dose extract groups （ABS-L group， ABS-H group， 60 and 120 mg/kg）， with 10 rats in each group. Animals in each group were given the corresponding drug or equal volume of pure water by gavage， once a day， for 28 consecutive days. After the last administration， systolic blood pressure of rats was measured. The levels of vasoactive substances， inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indicators in serum were measured. The pathological changes of rat thoracic aorta were observed. The level of reactive oxygen species （ROS） in aortic tissue was analyzed. The expressions of endothelial nitric oxide synthase （eNOS）， CYP4A， GPR75， nuclear factor-κB p65 （NF-κB p65）， phosphorylated NF-κB p65， p22phox， and reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 4（NOX4） in thoracic aorta tissue were detected. RESULTS After 28 d of treatment， compared with MOD group， the systolic blood pressure of rats in the ABS-L and ABS-H groups decreased significantly. The levels of 20-HETE， angiotensin Ⅱ， interleukin-1β， interleukin-6， tumor necrosis factor-α， intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1 and malondialdehyde in serum were significantly reduced （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）， while the levels of nitric oxide， superoxide dismutase， glutathione peroxidase and catalase were significantly increased （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. Intimal damage of thoracic aorta was reduced， and endothelial cell morphology was improved. The expressions of ROS， CYP4A， GPR75， p22phox， NOX4 and the phosphorylation level of NF-κB p65 protein in thoracic aorta were down-regulated or reduced （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）， while the expression of eNOS was up-regulated （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. CONCLUSIONS ABS extract may alleviate the inflammatory response and oxidative stress in SHR effectively by down-regulating the expression of CYP4A， reducing the production of 20-HETE， inhibiting the activation of GPR75， and subsequently suppressing the activation of downstream NF-κB and NOX4， thereby improving hypertension-related vascular endothelial dysfunction.

Erchentang is a classic formula widely used by medical practitioners throughout history. In this paper，ancient and modern literature of Erchentang were collected， and bibliometrics was employed to analyze its historic evolution，prescription meaning，herbs origin， processing method，preparation methods， and clinical application. A total of 84 pieces of data were collected， and 58 pieces of data involving 53 ancient medical Chinese books were screened， sorted， and processed. Combined with research of modern scholars，the research has found that the Erchentang originated from the Taiping Huimin Huiye Shijie Fang compiled by the Imperial Medical Bureau of the Song Dynasty. The basic information about the origin of the drugs is quite clear. Pinelliae rhizoma in the formula is the dried tuber of Pinellia ternata. Citri exocarpium rubrum is the dried mature peel of Citrus reticulata and its cultivated varieties， with the inner white membrane removed. Poria is the whitest dry sclerotia of Poria cocos； Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma is the dried root and rhizome of the Glycyrrhiza uralensis. The dosage is 5.70 g Pinelliae rhizome and Citri exocarpium rubrum， 3.43 g Poria， and 1.69 g Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma praeparata cum melle. During the decoction process， the above-mentioned herbs should be chopped， with 300 mL water， 7 g ginger in thick slices， and 2 g Mume fructus added， and it was then simmered together to 180 mL. After removing the medicinal residue， it can be taken warmly. Erchentang has the effect of drying dampness and resolving phlegm， regulating Qi and harmonizing the middle. It can be used in treating the syndrome of phlegm and dampness，as well as symptoms such as frequent cough，white phlegm，fullness in chest and diaphragm，nausea and vomiting，limb drowsiness，anorexia，dizziness，palpitations，white and greasy tongue coating， and slippery pulse. The above results provide reference for future research and development of Erchentang.

Objective: To understand the impact of childhood trauma on psychological distress among upper grade elemetary school students, and to explore the mediating role of leisure activities in the relationship, so as to provide a basis for developing mental health intervention strategies. Methods: From August to November 2024, a combination of convenience sampling and stratified cluster random sampling was employed to recruit 1 373 fourth to sixth grade students from four primary schools in Harbin. The Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ), a self designed leisure activity scale (including active and passive leisure activities), and the Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10) were used to assess childhood trauma experiences, leisure activities, and levels of psychological distress. Spearman correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted to explore the relationships among childhood trauma, leisure types, leisure time, and psychological distress. Based on the mediation analysis framework proposed by Hayes (Model 4), the mediating role of leisure types in the relationship between childhood trauma and psychological distress was examined. Results: Totally 19.1% of the upper elemetary school students exhibited psychological distress, while 30.2% had experienced childhood trauma. During school days, 64.6% of the students were reported of having leisure time concentrated between 1 and 5 hours per day, whereas 67.4% reported leisure time exceeding 5 hours per day on weekends. After controlling for potential demographic confounders such as gender, grade, ethnicity, household registration, being an only child, parents educational level, co residence, and whether parents are first time married,linear regression analysis showed that childhood trauma experience had positive predictive effect on psychological distress in upper primary school students( β =0.20, P <0.01). Leisure time showed no statistically significant association with psychological distress, both on school days ( β =-0.58 to -0.56) and weekends ( β =0.26- 0.98 )(all P >0.05). Active leisure activities were negatively associated with psychological distress ( β =-0.20), while passive leisure activities were positively associated with psychological distress ( β =0.29)(both P <0.01). Leisure type partially mediated the relationship between childhood trauma and psychological distress, accounting for 11.7% of the indirect effect. Conclusion Childhood trauma experiences positively predict psychological distress in upper elementary school students, and affect psychological distress through active leisure and passive leisure.

Objective: To assess the effect of 12-year-old children s pit and fissure sealants on the health of first permanent molars, so as to provide evidence for optimizing caries prevention strategies among children. Methods: In March 2025, a cluster random sampling method was used to conduct oral examinations on 965 students aged 12 from Chengdu s 2021 Comprehensive Intervention Program for Pediatric Oral Diseases. Data from the Comprehensive Intervention System for Children s Oral Diseases were referenced. Participants were divided into a sealed group ( n =755) and an unsealed group ( n =210) based on whether they had received sealants on their first permanent molars. Chi square test or analysis of variance were used to compare indicators such as caries incidence, new caries detection rate, and new caries mean (DMFT increment) between the two groups Results: The sealed group showed significantly lower caries incidence, new caries detection rate, and new caries mean (33.38%, 17.65%, 0.59±1.00) compared to the unsealed group (43.81%, 24.70%, 0.87±1.22)( χ 2/F =7.79, 18.26, 9.55, all P <0.05). However, no significant difference was found in the filled teeth ratio between the two groups (20.38% , 20.16%; χ 2=0.01, P =0.94). In girls, the sealed group exhibited significantly lower caries incidence, new caries detection rate, and new caries mean (36.78%, 20.99%, 0.69± 1.10 ) than the unsealed group (57.55%, 33.52%, 1.15±1.29) ( χ 2/F =14.42, 23.76, 10.92, all P <0.05), whereas no significant differences were observed between boys in the sealed (30.47%, 14.85%, 0.50±0.89) and unsealed groups (29.81%, 16.18%, 0.59± 1.08) ( χ 2/F =0.02, 0.41, 0.74, all P >0.05). Boys had significantly lower new caries detection rates and new caries means than girls in both groups ( χ 2/F =16.20, 6.94; 29.93, 11.84, all P <0.05). In urban areas, the sealed group had lower new caries detection rates and new caries means (19.37%, 0.68±1.04) than the unsealed group (24.66%, 0.90±1.20) ( χ 2/F =6.86, 3.94, both P <0.05). In suburban areas, all indicators for the sealed group (24.71%, 13.77%, 0.42±0.87) were significantly lower than those for the unsealed group (38.81%, 24.77%, 0.82±1.28) ( χ 2/F =5.28, 15.36, 6.00, all P <0.05). Indicators from specialized dental institutions (11.25%, 4.81%, 0.16±0.56) were significantly lower than those from county level or above general hospitals (33.33%, 19.11%, 0.38±1.00) and primary healthcare institutions (37.59%, 19.24%, 0.67±1.05) ( χ 2/F =20.99, 34.31, 21.08 , all P <0.01). Conclusions The 12-year-old children s pit and fissure sealants effectively reduce the caries incidence in first permanent molars, particularly showing significant effectiveness in girls and suburban children. Intervention strategies should be optimized according to gender.

Objective To analyze the effect of releasing the lower pulmonary ligament on right residual lung expansion after right upper lobe resection under different body mass index (BMI) levels. Methods The clinical data of patients who underwent thoracoscopic right upper lobe resection in the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from 2021 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into a group A (17 kg/m2＜BMI≤23 kg/m2), a group B (23 kg/m2＜BMI≤29 kg/m2) and a group C (BMI＞29 kg/m2) according to BMI. The presence of residual cavity was judged by chest X-ray at 7-10 days after operation, the degree of compensation change of the right main bronchus angle was measured, and the changes in lung volume were determined by CT three-dimensional reconstruction. Results A total of 157 patients who underwent thoracoscopic right upper lobe resection were included, including 71 males and 86 females, with an average age of (59.7±11.2) years. There were 50 patients in the group A, 75 patients in the group B, and 32 patients in the group C. In the group A, compared with those without releasing the lower pulmonary ligament, patients with releasing had a lower incidence of postoperative residual cavity (P=0.016), greater changes in bronchus angle (P<0.001), and smaller changes in lung volume (P<0.001). In the group B and C, there was no significant effect of releasing the lower pulmonary ligament on postoperative residual cavity, bronchus angle, and lung volume changes (P>0.05). Conclusion For patients with thin and long body shape and low BMI, releasing the lower pulmonary ligament is helpful to promote the expansion of the residual lung after right upper lobe resection and reduce the occurrence of postoperative residual cavity in patients.

Objective: To explore the impact of sleep quality, experience of childhood maltreatment, and their interaction on depressive symptoms among middle school students, so as to provide the reference for early intervention of depressive symptoms among middle school students. Methods: From September to December 2023, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 231 students from two secondary schools in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province by a convenient sampling method. The survey included general demographic information, Childhood Trauma Questionnaire Short Form, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Short Version of Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale. The Chi square test was used to analyze the differences in depressive symptom, sleep quality and childhood maltreatment among students with different demographic characteristics. Correlation analysis was conducted using Logistic regression, and interaction analysis was performed by both additive and multiplicative interaction models. Results: The detection rate of depressive symptoms among middle school students was 22.7%, and the rate for high school students (35.2%) was significantly higher than that for middle school students (17.0%) ( χ 2=50.35, P <0.01). The detection rates of depressive symptoms among middle school students with a history of childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality were 45.8% and 44.0%, respectively. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that compared to students without a history of childhood maltreatment, students with a history of childhood maltreatment had a higher risk of depressive symptoms ( OR =4.49，95% CI =3.31~ 6.09 , P <0.01);students with poor sleep quality had a higher risk of depressive symptoms than students with good sleep quality ( OR = 5.99，95% CI =4.37~8.22, P <0.01).The interaction results showed that the presence of childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality had an additive interaction on the occurrence of depression in middle school students. Compared with students without childhood maltreatment and having good sleep quality, students with childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality had a 22.49 times higher risk of developing depression ( OR =22.49，95% CI =14.22~35.59, P <0.01). Conclusion Depressive symptoms among middle school students are associated with childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality, and there is an additive interaction between childhood maltreatment and poor sleep quality on the impact of depressive symptoms.

AIM: To compare the efficacy, safety, and complications of 27G and 25G vitrectomy in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD)involving the macular area.METHODS:This retrospective study analyzed 60 patients(60 eyes)initially diagnosed with RRD involving the macular area and undergoing 25G or 27G vitrectomy combined with retinal reattachment at our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023. Patients were divided into 25G group(30 eyes)and 27G group(30 eyes). Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure(IOP), surgical duration, retinal reattachment rate and complications of both groups of patients were compared before and after surgery.RESULTS: The mean surgical time in the 27G group was slightly longer than in the 25G group(40.20±7.52 vs 36.97±7.47 min). Incision leakage occurred in 7 eyes(23%)in the 25G group versus 1 eye(3%)in the 27G group, though the difference was not statistically significant between two groups(P>0.05). At 6 mo postoperatively, BCVA(LogMAR)improved significantly in both groups(27G: 0.37±0.19 vs preoperative 0.98±0.32; 25G: 0.40±0.17 vs preoperative 0.84±0.33; all P<0.05), with no statistical difference in BCVA(P>0.05). At 1 d postoperatively, the 25G group had lower mean IOP(12.29±2.86 mmHg)compared to the 27G group(15.87±3.70 mmHg; P<0.001), but no differences were observed at 1 wk or 1 mo postoperatively(all P>0.05). Retinal reattachment rates and complications(intra- or postoperative)showed no significant intergroup differences(all P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Both 25G and 27G vitrectomy are safe and effective in treating rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. However, the 27G vitrectomy offers advantages such as small incisions, better self-sealing properties, and more stable IOP.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship of long non-coding RNA （LncRNA） metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1 （MALAT1） and doxorubicin （DOX） resistance in osteosarcoma （OS） cells. METHODS MG-63 and MG-63/DOX cells were treated with different concentrations of DOX （0， 0.01， 0.05， 0.1， 1 μmol/L）， and survival rates and half maximal inhibitory concentration were determined using CCK-8 assay. The expressions of LncRNA MALAT1 in MG-63 and MG-63/ DOX cells were detected by real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR. MG-63/DOX cells were divided into Control group， knocking down LncRNA MALAT1 negative control （sh-NC） group， sh-MALAT1 group， sh-MALAT1+anti-NC group， and sh-MALAT1+ anti-miR-154-5p group. The expressions of LncRNA MALAT1， miR-154-5p and cyclin D1 （CCND1） mRNA in MG-63/DOX cells of each group were detected. The effects of knocking down LncRNA MALAT1 on the proliferation， migration， invasion， and apoptosis of MG-63/DOX cells were detected by CCK-8 assay， scratch test， Transwell experiment and flow cytometry， respectively. The expression of proliferating cell nuclear protein （PCNA） and CCND1 protein in MG-63/DOX cells was detected by Western blot assay. Interactions between LncRNA MALAT1 and miR-154-5p， miR-154-5p and CCND1 were detected by dual luciferase reporter gene experiment. RESULTS Compared with 0 μmol/L DOX， 0.01， 0.05， 0.1 and 1 μmol/L DOX could reduce the survival rates of MG-63 and MG-63/DOX cells （except for 0.01 μmol/L DOX） （P＜0.05）， IC50 were 0.07 and 0.13 μmol/L， respectively. The survival rate， cell migration number and invasion number of MG-63/DOX cells， scratch closure rate， mRNA expressions of LncRNA MALAT1， mRNA and protein expressions of CCND1， and PCNA protein expression in sh-MALAT1 group were significantly lower than sh-NC group and Control group； the apoptosis rate and miR-154-5p expression were significantly higher than sh-NC group and Control group （P＜0.05）. sh-MALAT1+anti-miR-154-5p group was able to reverse the aforementioned biological effects in sh-MALAT1 group （P＜0.05）. In MG-63/DOX cells transfected with both MALAT1-wild type （WT） and CCND1-WT， the luciferase activity in the miR-154-5p mimic group was significantly lower than mimic negative control group （P＜ 0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Knocking down LncRNA MALAT1 can inhibit the DOX resistance of OS cells， and its mechanism may be targeting the miR-154-5p/CCND1 axis.

Shengjiangsan is a classic formula for treating warm diseases with wide clinical application and accurate efficacy. There are different opinions on the origin of this formula and lacks key information research on this formula. Therefore， in this study， we conducted systematic research into the historic origin， composition， and other key information of this Shengjiangsan. Results showed that Shengjiangsan has different versions， with "Neixian Fufang"， "Jiawei Jianghuangwan"， "Peizhensan"， and "Taijiwan" being the same formula with different names. Shengjiangsan was first recorded as "Neixian Fufang" in Wanbing Huichun written by GONG Tingxian from the Ming dynasty， inherited and developed by YANG Lishan from Qing dynasty， and has been passed down to modern times. Pills and powder are two main forms of Shengjiangsan， and powder has become more popular nowadays. According to the measurement system of Ming and Qing dynasties， the recommended dosage and usage of Shengjiangsan are as follows. For the pill version of Shengjiangsan， Bombyx Batryticatus of 74.6 g， Curcumae Longae Rhizoma of 9.325 g， Cicadae Periostracum of 9.325 g， and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma of 149.2 g were processed into pills for preparation. Single dosage is Bombyx Batryticatus of 1.15 g， Curcumae Longae Rhizoma of 0.14 g， Cicadae Periostracum of 0.14 g， and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma of 2.3 g， with halved dosage applied for children. For the powder version of Shengjiangsan， the dosage varied in accordance with the severity of the disease. Bombyx Batryticatus of 1.84 g， Curcumae Longae Rhizoma of 0.28 g， Cicadae Periostracum of 0.92 g， and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma of 3.68 g were processed into powder for patients with mild symptoms. Bombyx Batryticatus of 2.48 g， Curcumae Longae Rhizoma of 0.37 g， Cicadae Periostracum of 1.23 g， and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma of 4.91 g were processed into powder for patients with severe symptoms. Bombyx Batryticatus of 3.68 g， Curcumae Longae Rhizoma of 1.84 g， Cicadae Periostracum of 0.55 g， and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma of 7.36 g were processed into powder for patients with critical conditions. In this formula， four herbs were ground to fine powder. For patients with mild symptoms， the whole formula was divided into four dosages， and each dosage weighed 6.71 g. The 200 mL yellow rice wine and 18.65 g honey were added， and the solution was stirred and taken cold till full recovery. For patients with severe symptoms， the whole formula was divided into three dosages， and each weighed 8.95 g. 300 mL yellow rice wine and 27.98 g honey were added， and the solution was stirred and taken cold. For patients with critical conditions， the whole formula was divided into two dosages， and each weighed 13.43 g. 400 mL yellow rice wine and 37.3 g honey were added， and the solution was stirred and taken cold. Shengjiangsan has the effect of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity， dissipating wind， and clearing heat. It is specialized in treating severe heat in exterior， interior， and triple energizers in warm diseases and has a wide modern clinical application. In this study， the historic evolution and key information of Shengjiangsan were reviewed and analyzed， and the key information table of Shengjiangsan was attached， serving as a reference for scholars' research and a theoretical basis for its market transformation.
