Objective:To explore the relationship between depressive symptoms and childhood abuse and neg-lect in college students,and the roles of attentional control and attentional bias in their relationship.Methods:Total-ly 871 students from a medical university in Guangzhou were recruited to complete the Patient Health Question-naire-9(PHQ-9),Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ),Attention Control Scale(ACS),and Attention to Posi-tive and Negative Information Scale(APNI).The summed scores of emotional abuse,physical abuse and sex abuse subscale of CTQ were computed to measure childhood abuse,while the summed scores of emotional neglect and physical neglect subscale of CTQ were computed to measure childhood neglect.Results:Childhood abuse and child-hood neglect scores were both positively associated with PHQ-9 scores(β=0.01,0.01),and negatively associated with ACS scores(β=-0.30,-0.14).Childhood abuse scores were positively associated with negative attentional bias scores(β=0.24),and negatively associated with positive attentional bias scores(β=-0.14).Childhood neg-lect scores were negatively associated with positive attentional bias scores(β=-0.22).Attentional control and at-tentional bias played mediating roles between childhood abuse,childhood neglect and depressive symptoms,and the mediating effects accounted for 53.99％and 40.28％of the total effects,respectively.Conclusion:Depressive symptoms in college students are related to both childhood abuse and neglect,and attentional control and positive,negative attentional bias mediate such associations.

Objective:To investigate the outcomes of endoscopic balloon dilation laryngoplasty （EBDL） in managing acquired subglottic stenosis in children. Methods:A retrospective analysis of clinical data from patients who underwent endoscopic balloon dilation for secondary subglottic stenosis between January 2017 and January 2024 at Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Children's Hospital of Fudan University, Shanghai. The study included 10 children （6 males, 4 females） aged between 13 days and 3 years at the time of their first procedure, with an average age of 7 months. Subglottic stenosis was graded according to the Myer-Cotton classification, with two cases classified as grade Ⅱ and eight cases as grade Ⅲ. All patients had a history of tracheal intubation, including seven for rescue purposes and three for operations. Eight cases were complicated by other conditions: two with atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, and patent foramen ovale; two with patent foramen ovale only; one with atrial septal defect and extreme deafness in the left ear; one with a brain tumor and hydrocephalus; one with a traumatic diaphragmatic hernia and hepatic rupture; and one case complicated by type Ⅰ laryngeal cleft. Prior to surgery, all children required respiratory support-seven needed high-flow oxygen while three required CPAP. Results:All ten cases underwent endoscopic balloon dilation under spontaneous respiration and general anesthesia, totaling fourteen dilations （an average of 1.4 dilations per person） without any complications. Post-surgery air permeability tests showed that eight cases had grade Ⅰ stenosis while two had grade Ⅱ stenosis. The follow-up period ranged from six months to six years （average duration: 46 months）. Following treatment, all patients no longer required respiratory support or experienced significant mobility limitations. Conclusion:Endoscopic balloon dilation under general anesthesia is deemed safe and effective in treating secondary subglottic stenosis. Early diagnosis coupled with prompt intervention can help avoid tracheotomy procedures altogether. Standard tracheoscopy combined with breathability testing represents a crucial approach to assess normal airway diameter and effectively reduce or prevent secondary subglottic stenosis following re-intubation.

Objective:To explore the mechanism of zoledronic acid (ZOL) affects osteogenic differentiation and bone formation through the regulation of sirtuin 3 (SIRT3) / P53 expression.Methods:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) were induced to differentiate into osteogenic cells, the expression of SIRT3 in the cells was detected, and the targeting regulation relationship between SIRT3 and P53 was analyzed. The intracellular expressions of SIRT3 and P53 were intervened and ZOL was used to treat the cells. MTT method, Western blot method and kit were used to detect cell viability, osteogenesis-related genes Osteoprotegerin (OPG), runt-related transcription factor 2 (Runx2) expression, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity and alizarin red S (ARS) staining, respectively. Ovariectomy (OVX) was used to construct a rat model and explore the effect of ZOL on the progression of osteoporosis (OP) in vivo.Results:ZOL promoted osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs. The expression of SIRT3 was down-regulated in the serum of OP patients (0.78±0.23) compared with that of healthy subjects (1.00±0.26 vs. 0.78±0.23. t=3.85, P<0.001). During the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs, the expression level of SIRT3 gradually increased with the prolonged induction of osteogenesis. Compared with the p53 protein expression and BMSCs activity in the control group, SIRT3 knockout could increase the expression level of p53 protein (0.59±0.05 vs. 1.01±0.11. t=6.02, P=0.004) but inhibited the activity of BMSCs (100.00±8.41 vs. 51.26±5.59. t=8.36, P=0.001). After ZOL treatment, the inhibitory effect of SIRT3 on cell viability (49.61±5.11 vs. 87.61±7.31. t=7.38, P=0.002) and osteogenesis was relieved, and the level of P53 was inhibited (1.10±0.10 vs. 0.69±0.04. t=6.59, P=0.003). P53 overexpression partially offseted the effects of ZOL on cell viability (84.61±6.52 vs. 66.54±5.47. t=3.68, P=0.021) and osteogenesis. Compared with the sham surgery group, the OVX group showed inhibition of osteogenesis in rats, and ZOL treatment significantly improved osteogenic inhibition. ZOL treatment increased the expression level of SIRT3 protein in bone tissue of OVX rats, but inhibited the expression level of P53. Conclusion:ZOL promoted osteogenic differentiation and bone formation of BMSCs by promoting the ubiquitination and degradation of P53 by SIRT3.

AIM:To investigate the effects of the compound ANBP on wound healing in diabetic rats and ex-plore its mechanism of action.METHODS:Ninety male SD rats were randomly divided into blank,model,compound ANBP,Beifuxin,and nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN)groups,with 16 rats in each group.Wound healing in each group was observed and samples were taken on days 3,7 and 14 to analyze the wound healing rate.Local histopathological changes were observed using HE and Masson staining.The expressions of pyruvate dehydrogenase E1 subunit alpha 1(PDHA1),citrate synthase(CS),isocitrate dehydrogenase(IDH1)and oxoglutarate dehydrogenase(OGDH)were de-tected through immunofluorescence and Western blot.The number and morphology of mitochondria in the wound tissue were observed using transmission electron microscopy.RESULTS:Histomorphological changes revealed significant im-provement in diabetic wound healing in the blank and compound ANBP groups compared to that of the model group.The wound healing rates of the blank,compound ANBP,Beifuxin,and NMN groups were significantly increased on days 3,7,and 14(P<0.01).Compared to the model group,granulation tissue generation was higher in the other groups,cover-ing the wound defect and producing abundant collagen fibers.At 3,7,and 14 days after intervention,the blank,com-pound ANBP,Beifuxin,and NMN groups showed significantly enhanced fluorescence intensities of TCA cycling-related enzymes PDHA1,CS,IDH1,and OGDH indicating increased expression of these enzymes.The levels of the TCA cy-cling-related enzymes were significantly increased(P<0.01)in the compound ANBP,Beifuxin and NMN groups but were significantly decreased(P<0.01)in the model group.An increase in the number and density of mitochondria and a de-crease in the cavitation rate of mitochondria with improved morphology(P<0.05)was observed in the group treated with compound ANBP.CONCLUSION:Compound ANBP may increase the number of mitochondria,improve mitochondrial morphology and function,upregulate the expression levels of PDHA1,CS,IDH1,and OGDH proteins,and accelerate the regeneration of wound granulation tissue,thus promoting the healing of diabetic wounds in rats.

Objective To investigate the effect of trunk control on the biomechanical characteristics of lower limb movements during Asian squats(AS)and Western squats(WS)in young adults to provide empirical support for the application and promotion of deep squat training.Methods Twenty-four healthy young male collegiate students performed AS and WS with and without bar control,and their lower limb kinematic and kinetic characteristics were collected using an infrared light-point motion capture system and a three-dimensional(3D)dynamometer.The 3D angles of the lower limbs were obtained using Cortex-642.6.2 software,based on the calculation of Euler angles,and the 3D moments were obtained by applying the inverse dynamics method.The effects of trunk control and deep squatting posture on the lower limb kinematic characteristics were examined using a two-factor analysis of variance with a 2×2 repeated design.Results There was no significant interaction between trunk control and the deep squatting posture for either kinematic or kinetic parameters(P>0.05).The WS group had a large knee flexion angle,peak patellofemoral contact force,and ratio of peak hip and knee extension moments,and small ankle dorsiflexion and hip flexion angles(P<0.05).The deep squat with a bar had a large ankle dorsiflexion angle,peak patellofemoral contact force,and hip flexion angle as well as a small knee flexion angle and ratio of peak hip and knee extension moments(P<0.05).Conclusions WS is helpful for training hip extension muscle groups,whereas AS is helpful for training knee extension muscle strength.The peak patellofemoral joint contact force of the WS is significantly greater than that of the AS;therefore,it is recommended that patients with patellofemoral joint pain use the AS.A squat with a bar can compensate for the body's balance;thus,people with limited ankle dorsiflexion range of motion or anterior tibial muscle weakness may consider trunk control training,such as a deep squat with a bar.This may help improve lower limb stability during squats.

Objective: To investigate the potential relationship between sensory characteristics and gray matter volumes in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children with ASD. Methods: A total of 40 ASD children who were treated or recovered in Xi an medical institutions and 16 typically developing (TD) children who were from several kindergatens in Xi an were invited for participation. Sensory characteristics were evaluated by the sensory processing and self regulation checklist, 3D structural brain images were obtained with TIWI, and gray matter volumes were analyzed by voxel based morphometry. Sensory characteristics and gray matter volumes were compared between groups and the relationship between sensory characteristics and different gray matter volumes were analyzed. Results: The scores of auditory, visual, tactile, sensory processing ability and sensory under responsivity in the ASD group were lower than those in the TD group ( Z/t =-2.63, -2.57 , -3.11, -2.19, -3.83, P <0.05). Gray matter volumes in nine brain regions increased in the ASD group compared to the TD group, including the left and right posterior inferior lobe, right parahippocamal gyrus, left insula, left media frontal gyrus, left superion occipital gyrus, right superion occipital gyrus, right superion parietal lobe, and right posterion central gyrus ( t =3.53, 3.69 , 3.37, 3.86, 3.61, 3.37, 4.04, 3.38, 3.16, P <0.01). In the ASD group, the scores of visual, vestibular, proprioceptive, sensory processing ability, sensory seeking behavior and sensory over responsivity were negatively correlated with gray matter volumes of left superior occipital gyrus ( r =-0.36, -0.40, -0.39, -0.36, -0.40, -0.36), and the scores of visual, vestibular, and sensory over responsivity were negatively correlated with gray matter volumes of the right superior parietal lobule ( r =-0.36, -0.50, -0.42)( P <0.05). Conclusion The presence of paresthesia in children with ASD is associated with gray matter volumes of the left superior occipital gyrus and right superior parietal lobule.

The purpose of this paper is to review the research on the influence and mechanism of intolerance of uncertainty （IU） on anxiety both at home and abroad in recent years. IU refers to the individual's disgust response due to the intolerance of perceived lack of prominent， critical or sufficient information， and it has individual tendency. IU plays an important role in the occurrence and development of anxiety， but the specific process and mechanism remain unclear. This paper reviews the influence of IU on anxiety， and clarifies its mechanism of action on the generation and development of anxiety from the perspectives of cognition， emotion and behavior， so as to provide references for preventing the development of general anxiety into anxiety disorders and developing new psychological intervention and treatment strategies.

Objective:To analyze long-term outcomes of inoperable non-metastatic pancreatic cancer patients treated with definitive radiotherapy-based comprehensive treatment.Methods:Clinical data of 168 patients with medically unfit, refusal to surgery or inoperable non-metastatic pancreatic cancer treated with radiotherapy-based comprehensive treatment in PLA General Hospital between January 2016 and December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Survival outcomes,prognostic factors and patterns of treatment failure were analyzed in the radiotherapy ( n=95) and combined chemoradiotherapy ( n=73) groups. The survival analysis was conducted by Kaplan-Meier method. The survival curve was compared by log-rank test. Independent prognostic factors were identified by Cox proportional harzard model. Results:With a median follow-up of 20.2 months in the entire group, the median overall survival (OS) and median progression-free survival (PFS) were 18.0 and 12.3 months. The corresponding median OS and median PFS after receiving radiotherapy were 14.3 and 7.7 months. The 1-, 2-and 3-year OS rates were 72.1%, 36.6% and 21.5%, and the 1- and 2-year local control rates were 82.6% and 64.3%, respectively. The median OS for stage Ⅰ, stage Ⅱ and stage III were 27.1, 18.0 and 17.0 months, respectively. There was no significant difference in the median OS of patients with localized disease (stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ) between the radiotherapy and combined chemoradiotherapy groups (21.1 vs. 20.4 months, P=0.470). In patients with locally advanced disease (stage Ⅲ), combined chemoradiotherapy group showed better median OS compared with radiotherapy group (19.2 vs. 13.8 months, P=0.004). Clinical stage, CA19-9 before radiotherapy, comprehensive treatment and biological effective dose (BED 10) were identified as the independent prognostic factors for OS ( P=0.032, 0.011, 0.003 and 0.014). The cumulative 1- and 2-year actuarial rates of treatment failure, local-regional recurrence and distant metastasis were 48% and 74.4%, 15.0% and 27.4%, 23.6% and 33.1%, respectively. Liver metastasis (16.1%, 27/168) and local recurrence (11.9%, 20/168) were the primary patterns of treatment failure. Conclusions:Definitive radiotherapy-based comprehensive treatment effectively prolongs long-term survival in patients with inoperable non-metastatic pancreatic cancer. Definitive radiotherapy can be an alternative treatment option with curative intent for patients with localized pancreatic cancer who are medically unfit or refuse to undergo surgery. The combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy remains an effective treatment choice for locally advanced unresectable pancreatic cancer.

Objective To establish bovine corneal opacity and permeability （BCOP） test， and determine its predictive ability for the eye irritation evaluation of cosmetics. Methods A total of ten reference chemicals were selected to establish the BCOP test. Then eye irritation of 16 routinely collected cosmetics in our laboratory was predicted. In vitro scores were calculated by the change in the opacity and sodium fluorescein permeability after exposure to the testing cosmetics， and subsequently compared with the historical data by Draize test. Results Reference chemicals with known irritation classification were correctly classified by the BCOP test， which was consistent with the classification of UN globally harmonized system of classification and labeling of chemicals. Moreover， the specificity of the BCOP test for the classification of non-irritating cosmetics samples was 80.0% （8/10）， and the sensitivity for weak to mild irritating cosmetics samples was 83.3% （5/6）. The BCOP test demonstrated an overall classification consistency of 81.3% （13/16） with in vivo test. Conclusion BCOP test may be independently used to identify chemicals with potential eye irritation and serious eye damage， suggesting it is significant for in vitro integrated test strategy for predicting eye irritation due to cosmetics.
