Objective To investigate the effect of inhibiting stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1(SCD1)activity on the biological behavior of cervical cancer cells and elucidate the molecular mechanisms related to fatty acid metabolism.Methods Cancer tissues were collected from 48 patients with cervical cancer,whereas normal cervical tissues were obtained from 48 patients with uterine fibroids.Immunohisto-chemical SP staining and real-time quantitative PCR were performed to assess differences in SCD1 expression.The MTS assay was used to determine cell viability,and EdU staining was conducted to evaluate cell proliferation.Cell migration and invasion abilities were analyzed using in vitro scratch assay and Transwell chamber assay.Immunofluorescence staining was performed to detect E-cadherin and vimentin expression.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to measure the mRNA expression levels of SREBP1,ACLY,ACC,and FAS.Nile red fluorescence staining was applied to observe intracellular lipid droplet content.Results The positive expression rate of SCD1 and the relative expression level of SCD1 mRNA were significantly higher in cervical cancer tissues than in normal cervical tissues(P＜0.05).Treatment of HeLa cells with varying concentrations of MF-438 led to significant reductions in cell viability,EdU-positive cell rate,scratch closure rate,and the number of migrating and invading cells.Additionally,the fluorescence intensity of E-cadherin increased,whereas that of vimentin decreased.The relative expression levels of SREBP1,A CL Y,ACC,and FAS mRNA were downregulated,and intracellular lipid droplet content decreased in a concentration-dependent manner(P＜0.05).Conclusion Inhibition of SCD1 activity significantly reduced lipid metabolism in HeLa cells and suppressed malignant biological behaviors,including proliferation,migration,invasion,and epithelial-mesenchymal transition.

Objective:To explore the mediating effect of perceived professional benefits between the humanistic literacy and spiritual care competence among oncology nurses.Methods:From September to October 2022, convenience sampling was used to select 354 oncology nurses from 11 ClassⅢ Grade A hospitals in Sichuan Province, Guangdong Province, and Hubei Province as the research subject. A survey was conducted on oncology nurses using the General Information Questionnaire, Nurses' Perceived Professional Benefit Questionnaire, Nurses' Humanistic Literacy Scale, and the Chinese version of the Spiritual Care Competence Scale (SCCS) . Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between nurses' humanistic literacy, perceived professional benefits, and spiritual care competence. AMOS 26.0 software was used to analyze mediating effects. A total of 354 questionnaires were distributed, and after excluding 7 unqualified questionnaires, 347 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid response rate of 98.02%.Results:Among 347 oncology nurses, the score of the Chinese version of SCCS was (77.60±19.04) . The total score of the SCCS was positively correlated with the total scores of the Nurses' Humanistic Literacy Scale, the Nurses' Perceived Professional Benefit Questionnaire, and scores of all dimensions, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.01) . Bootstrap test showed that the mediating effect of perceived professional benefits among oncology nurses between humanistic literacy and spiritual care competence was 0.284 [95% CI (0.408, 0.860) ] , accounting for 50.90% of the total effect. Conclusions:The perceived professional benefits of oncology nurses play a partial mediating role between humanistic literacy and spiritual care competence. We should strengthen training on the humanistic literacy of oncology nurses, enhance their perceived professional benefits, form a virtuous cycle of employment, and thereby improve their spiritual care competence.

ObjectiveTo analyze the management and treatment for patients with severe mental disorders in Chengdu from 2016 to 2020， in order to provide references for the relevant authorities to formulate policies and improving the mental health service system. MethodsData relating to 22 districts （cities） and counties in Chengdu from January 1， 2016 to December 31， 2020 were extracted from the National Information System for Severe Mental Disorders. Indicators such as reported prevalence rate， management rate， standardized management rate， medication rate， regular medication rate and stable condition rate of patients with severe mental disorders were analyzed on a yearly basis. ResultsBy the end of 2020， there were 71 899 registered cases of severe mental disorders in Chengdu， with a reported prevalence rate of 0.34%， a standardized management rate of 95.53%， and a regular medication rate of 72.50%. From 2016 to 2020， except the reported prevalence rate （χ²=269.566， P<0.01）， management rate （χ²=384.030， P<0.01）， standardized management rate （χ²=309.742， P<0.01）， medication rate （χ²=414.252， P<0.01）， regular medication rate （χ²=316.172， P<0.01） and stable condition rate （χ²=288.335， P<0.01） had linear trends of increasing with the annual increase. ConclusionFrom 2016 to 2020， the management rate， treatment rate and regular medication rate of patients with severe mental disorders have been increased year by year in Chengdu. Nevertheless， the increase in reported prevalence rate should be accompanied by strengthened management and follow-up to increase the regular medication rate to maintain the stability of patients' conditions.

Objective:To explore the current status of compassion fatigue among emergency nurses, and analyze the path relationship between work stressors, psychological capital and compassion fatigue.Methods:Totally 453 emergency nurses from 19 general hospitals in Qingdao between March and April 2019 were selected using convenience sampling and investigated with the Nursing Job Stressor Scale (NJSS) , Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) , and Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-R) .Results:The total scores of the 453 emergency nurses' work stressors and psychological capital were (103.68±17.56) and (82.20±16.70) . Their compassion satisfaction, burnout and secondary trauma scores were (31.67±7.48) , (26.89±6.03) , and (25.59±6.25) , respectively. The work stress of emergency nurses was negatively correlated with their psychological capital and compassion satisfaction ( P< 0.01) , but positively correlated with their job burnout and secondary trauma ( P< 0.01) ; their psychological capital was positively correlated with compassion satisfaction ( P< 0.01) , while negatively correlated with job burnout and secondary trauma ( P< 0.01) . Structural equations showed that psychological capital had a partial mediating effect between work stress and compassion fatigue, and the mediating effect was significant (mediating effec t=4.676; P< 0.05) . Conclusions:Nursing managers should identify compassion fatigue of emergency nurses in time and take corresponding interventions to improve their psychological capital, thereby reducing their compassion fatigue, stabilizing the emergency nursing team, and ensuring the quality of nursing.

Some biological properties of eperythrozoon, such as the influence of low temperature on their viability, their infectivity in different kinds of animals and their changes in amount of organisms in vivo were investigated in the present study. The experimental results showed that the viability of eperythrozoon could be maintained at -20 ℃ for 835 days and at 4 ℃ for 205 days. Small rats could be infected by Eperythrozoon suis, while chickens were not infected. The basic regulation on the changes in amount of organisms in animals was expressed by the fact that the percentages of erythrocytes being infected increased rapidly up to 96-98% 2-4 hours after infection, then it dropped down and followed by dropping and re-rising, attaining its climax up to 8 hours after infection. Finally, it reflected a fluctuating cycle of 14-16 hours. This results showed that eperythrozoons can maintain their viability at -20℃ for a long time and they possess relative species specificity to host with a reproduction cycle of 14-16 hours in animal body.
