Objective: To construct a scientific and perfect evaluation index system of infectious disease prevention and control ability in colleges and universities, so as to provide reference tools for colleges and universities to effectively respond to infectious disease. Methods: The initial framework of the evaluation index system of infectious disease prevention and control ability in colleges and universities was constructed by using literature analysis method. Experts familiar with infectious disease prevention and control or school health work were selected to conduct two rounds( n =16，18) of Delphi expert consultation for determining the evaluation index system. Analytical hierarchy process was used to calculate the index weights and combined weights. About 198 prevention and control personnel were conveniently selected from 3 universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to comprehensively evaluate the evaluation indicators by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Results: After two rounds of Delphi consultation questionnaire, the effective recovery rates were 80.0% and 90.0%, the expert authority levels were 0.89 and 0.86, the expert harmony coefficients for Kendall W were 0.166 and 0.310, and the variation coefficient of each index was <0.25. Finally, the evaluation index system of infectious disease prevention and control ability of colleges and universities included 4 first level indicators, 14 second level indicators and 75 third level indicators. The weights of prevention and monitoring and early warning, organizational system guarantee, emergency management, rehabilitation and summary were 0.176, 0.476, 0.268 and 0.080, respectively. The top 3 weights of the secondary indexes were 0.623 for infectious disease surveillance and early warning, 0.595 for loss assessment and 0.370 for emergency response. The score of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the index system of infectious disease prevention and control ability in colleges and universities was 79.148, suggesting a high level. Conclusion The established evaluation index system of infectious disease prevention and control ability in colleges and universities is scientific and reasonable, which is conducive to provide tool reference for the evaluation of infectious disease prevention and control ability in colleges and universities.

Objective: To investigate the incidence of road traffic injuries among online deliverymen and its influencing factors, so as to provide insights into prevention of road traffic injuries. Methods: Online deliverymen who were registered on a takeaway platform and delivered within Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region were recruited using a convenience sampling method, and demographic information, delivery work conditions and road traffic injury data were collected through questionnaire surveys from June to September, 2023. Factors affecting the incidence of road traffic injuries were identified by a multivariable logistic regression model. Results: A total of 603 questionnaires were allocated, and 584 were valid, with an effective rate of 96.85%. There were 467 men (79.97%) and 117 women (20.03%), 200 participants at ages of 31-40 years (34.25%), 215 crowdsourcing deliverymen (36.82%) and 510 full-time (87.33%). The incidence of road traffic injuries in the past one year was 14.90%, and 59 injuries were mild (67.82%). The parts of injuries were mainly upper limbs (31.03%) and lower limbs (45.98%). Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that online deliverymen who did not wear a helmet at work (OR=2.591, 95%CI: 1.354-4.958) and worked as a crowdsourcing deliverymen (OR=2.232, 95%CI: 1.041-4.786) had higher risks of road traffic injuries, while online deliverymen who worked part-time (OR=0.154, 95%CI: 0.034-0.706) had lower risks of road traffic injuries. Conclusions The incidence of road traffic injuries among online deliverymen is associated with post, type of work and wearing helmets or not. The traffic safety education and management should be strengthened among online deliverymen.

Objective To investigate the correlation of triglyceride glucose product index(TyG index)with the diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)and the severity of coronary stenosis.Methods A total of 404 patients who received coronary angiography for the first time in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine with unexplained chest pain from December 2021 to October 2022 were included.All subjects were divided into CHD group(n=216)and non-CHD group(n=188).General clin-ical data,laboratory information and coronary angiography results of all participants were collected.The CHD group(n=123)and the non-CHD group(n=123)were obtained after the propensity score matching(PSM).Patients in CHD group were further divided into low Gensini score(Gensini score＜35,n=59)group and high Gensini score(Gensini score ≥ 35,n=64)group according to the me-dian Gensini score.The differences among groups were compared and the relation between TyG index and the severity of coronary artery stenosis was analyzed.Then the predictive value of TyG index for CHD and the severity of coronary lesion was evaluated by Logistic regres-sion and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.Results After PSM,the differences in TyG index,TG,FPG,HDL-C in CHD group were statistically significant compared with the non-CHD group(P＜0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the TyG index was an independent risk factor for CHD.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the TyG index was positively correlated with the Gensini score(r=0.618,P＜0.001).The ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of the TyG index predicting a high Gensini score was 0.873(95％CI:0.802-0.943,P＜0.001).A cut-off value was 7.08,and the sensitivity and specificity were 95.2％and 67.3％,respectively.Conclusion TyG index can be used as an independent risk factor for CHD,and has certain predictive value for the severity of coronary stenosis.

ObjectiveTo characterize a cluster epidemic of coronavirus disease 2019 （COVID-19）on campus in Baotou city and provide evidence for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in universities. MethodsField epidemiological investigation was conducted to determine the confirmed cases and close contacts in the cluster epidemic of COVID-19 in a university of western China in 2022. Descriptive analysis was utilized to illustrate the epidemic timeline and schematic diagram. Real-time quantitative fluorescent PCR（RT-PCR） was used to detect the nucleic acid of SARS-CoV-2 in the collected samples. ResultsA total of eight students were infected in the cluster epidemic on campus， including 2 confirmed cases and 6 asymptomatic cases. Case A1 infected other 7 students in the same dormitory or on the same floor by close contact. After a 10-day quarantine and medical observation， no further case was reported. The overall incidence rate was 1.22% and the incidence rate among close contacts was 2.24%. ConclusionThis cluster epidemic of COVID-19 is characterized by strong and fast transmission. Repeated contact with no personal protection in confined space is highly vulnerable to cluster epidemic. Prevention of cluster epidemics on campus remains crucial to contain the epidemic. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen the management of campus containment， interrupt the transmission route， identify close contacts and implement quarantine management as early as possible to avoid the cluster epidemics on campus.

Objective:To investigate the in vitro viability of rabies virus in tissues and body fluid samples. Methods:The viability of rabies virus in tissues and suspensions was analyzed by virus titer determination method, direct immunofluorescence, RT-PCR and laboratory techniques for virus isolation.Results:With the increase of temperature, the viability of rabies virus in brain tissues and suspensions decreased gradually. Rabies virus lost infectivity after 30 min at 56℃, but remained viable in tissues for 7 d at 37℃. The virus showed no viability after 1 h at pH9.6. The rabies virus in suspensions could be completely inactivated after the stimulation with ethanol at a final concentration above 30%, sodium hypochlorite above 500 mg/L or benzalkonium bromide above 100 mg/L for 3 min. It was found that 80% acetone had the strongest inactivation effect on rabies virus in tissues, and no virus could be isolated after soaking for 4 h.Conclusions:Rabies virus was not tolerant to high temperature and relatively stable in the environment with pH6.8-7.4. Common disinfectants could kill the virus. This study provided detailed data about the viability of rabies virus in vitro, which would be conducive to the prevention and control of rabies.

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the most common malignant gastrointestinal tumor.Early screening and intervention are effective measures to reduce its morbidity and mortality.Compared with colonoscopy,non-invasive liquid biopsy has several advantages,such as easier operation,lower cost,fewer complications,and higher compliance,bringing better social benefits.It is the current research hotspot and breakthrough point in colorectal cancer screening technology.Recently,with the development of multi-omics research technology,fecal and peripheral blood genomic,proteomic and microbiomic tests have been proven to be potentially applied in colorectal cancer screening.Several biomarkers for colorectal cancer screening have been discovered,leading to numerous new non-invasive screening methods.In this review,we consolidate the existing techniques for non-invasive early diagnosis of colorectal cancer in combination with national and inter-national literature reports,and discuss their application value to provide a theoretical basis for further research on early colorectal cancer screening.

Objective:To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and transmission chain of COVID-19 in two families, and to provide scientific evidence for effective prevention and control measures.Methods:Field epidemiological investigation was conducted for the COVID-19 cases occurred in two families and the close contacts in a county of Baotou city in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Descriptive statistical analysis on epidemiological data was conducted.Results:The infection source of the COVID-19 cases in the two families was a man who had living history in Wuhan. After his return, his parents were infected by him. A few days later, the members of a neighbor family were found to be infected, and relatives of this family were also infected after dining together repeatedly. Finally, ten confirmed cases and three suspected cases of COVID-19 were detected in the two families.Conclusions:Human-to-human transmission of COVID-19 can occur not only in a family but also in neighborhoods. The cases in two families had close relationship, indicating the necessity to strengthen the health education about COVID-19 prevention and control and the management of groups at high risk to reduce the incidence of COVID-19 in families and neighborhoods.

Objective To evaluate the application of multi-parameter three-dimension arterial spin labeling (3D-ASL) in observing the brain perfusion of patients with transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods A total of 42 TIA patients, admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to March 2017, were included in this study. All subjects underwent conventional MRI, diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and 3D-ASL scanning. Abnormal signals, and cerebral arterial stenosis or occlusion were observed under MRI, DWI and MRA; cerebral blood flow (CBF) map was drew after analyzing the 3D-ASL imaging, and abnormal reperfusion of ASL-CBF was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The detection rate of abnormal reperfusion in TIA patients by 3D-ASL (PLD=1.5 s, PLD=2.5 s) and MRA were compared. Results Forty-two TIA patients showed no positive findings on conventional MRI and DWI maps, of which 18 patients showed different degrees of cerebral artery stenosis on MRA maps. Twenty-seven patients (PLD=1.5 s, 64.29％) and 21 (PLD=2.5 s, 50％) on ASL-CBF maps showed different sizes and degrees of abnormal hypoperfusion, and significant difference was found in detection rate of hypoperfusion by 3D-ASL (PLD=1.5 s and PLD=2.5 s, χ2=23.333, P=0.000). The detection rates of hypoperfusion by 3D-ASL (PLD=1.5 s and PLD=2.5 s) were 中华神经医学杂志2017年12月第16卷 第12期 Chin J Neuromed, December 2017, Vol.16, No.12 significantly higher than that by MRA (χ2=17.500, P=0.000; χ2=31.500, P=0.000). Conclusions The 3D-ASL can quantitatively analyze the degrees of perfusion of patients with TIA. 3D-ASL can comprehensively reflect the perfusion status in patients with TIA, and short PLD 3D-ASL is more sensitive than long PLD ASL in finding TIA, while long PLD 3D-ASL can reflect the perfusion status more truly.

Objective To investigate the nursing of traumatic carotid-cavernous fistula(TCCF)by intervention.Methods 18 patients with TCCF by intervention were given nursing measures including psychological preparation,eye care,disease observation and complications care.Results All patients gained successful embolization,and the symptoms of proptosis and vascular murmur in patients were alleviated.One case received spring embolism because of balloon rupture.The symptoms of vascular spasm in two patients were alleviated with timely treatment.Hyperperfusion syndrome was relieved after lowering blood pressure in two patients.Conclusions The intervention embolization is an effective treatment of TCCF.Good nursing could improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of complications.

ObjectiveTo investigate imaging features of the liver, portal vein and hepatic vein or transhepatic inferior venacava in patients with severe liver cirrhosisin multidetector row computed tomography ( MDCT), and assess the feasibility, safety and clinical significance of percutaneous transhepatic intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (PTIPS). MethodsFifty patients with severe liver cirrhosis confirmed by clinical data and imaging examination were enrolled in this study. Simulation of intrahepatic portosystemic shunt by percutaneous transhepatic approch is as follows. The right midaxillary line (the eighth or ninth intercostal space) was selected as puncture point A the right branch of portal vein was puncture point B,transhepatic inferior vena cava was puncture point C, and the distal part of right portal vein was D. A-B-C connection is simulated as percutaneous transhepatic puncture tract, C-B-D connection is simulated as portosystemic shunt tract.After tri-phase contrast-enhanced CT scanning, postprocessing images through multiple planner reconstruction ( MPR ) were obtained. The data were indicated statistically by x ± s. And 95％ confidence interval for mean was calculated.Anatomic relationship among the right portal vein,transhepatic inferior vena cava, hepatic artery and bile duct were analyzed for all patients. ResultsThe length of the needle (A-B-C) is ( 145. 7 ± 14. 8 ) mm. The curvature of the needle ( the angle of A-B line and B-C line) is ( 145.0 ±9.9)°. The length of transhepatic shunt tract (B-C) is (42.7 ±7.2) mm. The length of the shunt tract (C-B-D) is ( 117. 7 ±11.6 ) mm; The angle of the shunt tract ( the angle of B-C line and B-D line) is (1O8.5 ± 5.9)°. In 24/50 patients, transhepatic inferior vena cava locate in the dorsal of the right portal vein, in 26/50 patients they are in the same plane.In all patients, the right branches of hepatic artery and bile duct locate in the ventral of the right portal vein.Conclusion The procedure of PTIPS is feasible and safe. To quantify the length and angle of the needle and the length and angle of the shunt tract provides the anatomic basis for clinical application.
