ObjectiveTo identify and quantify the excellent shape and high quality indicators of Sarcandrae Herba and establish an evaluation method for Sarcandrae Herba based on appearance traits and active components according to the theory of excellent shape， high quality， and superior effect of authentic medicinal materials. MethodsSarcandrae Herba samples from various producing areas were systematically collected. Through classical herbal textual research and modern literature analysis， colorimetric values of leaves and stems were selected as shape indicators. According to compound preparation data and literature reports， total flavonoids， total phenolic acids， and coumarins were selected as component indicators. Cluster analysis and correlation analysis were performed to identify core objective indicators and their threshold ranges for the excellent shape and high quality of Sarcandrae Herba. ResultsGreener Sarcandrae Herba exhibited higher levels of phenolic acids， total flavonoids， and coumarins. Core quantitative indicators characterizing the excellent shape and high quality of Sarcandrae Herba were Leaf a^* value<0.99， stem a^* value<4， phenolic acid content≥2.49%， total flavonoid content≥5.32%， and coumarin content≥1.98%. By calculating the compliance rate of each batch against this indicator system， the quality stability of different batches can be quantitatively evaluated. ConclusionThis study validates the traditional empirical principle that greener stems and leaves indicate high quality. It establishes a quality evaluation method for Sarcandrae Herba based on the correlation between color and bioactive components， providing a scientific basis for the quality control and grading of this herbal medicine.

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of miR-155-5p targeting suppressor of cytokine signaling 1(SOCS1)in regulating the Janus kinase 2(JAK2)/signal transducer and activator of transcrip-tion 3(STAT3)signaling pathway in renal injury associated with lupus nephritis(LN).Methods Thirty female MRL-faslpr lupus model mice were randomly divided into five groups(n=6 per group):the model group,the antagomir NC group,the miR-155-5p antagomir group,the miR-155-5p antagomir+shRNA control group,and the miR-155-5p antagomir+SOCS1 shRNA group.The mice were treated with adeno-associated virus vectors carrying miR-155-5p antagomir,antagomir NC,SOCS1 shRNA,or shRNA control.Additionally,six age-matched C57BL/6 mice served as a control group and received an equivalent volume of saline.Serum blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(Scr)levels,renal histopathological changes,and the expression levels of miR-155-5p,SOCS1,phosphorylated JAK2(p-JAK2),and phosphorylated STAT3(p-STAT3)in renal tissues were evaluated.Results Compared with the normal group,the model group exhibited significantly elevated levels of BUN,Scr,miR-155-5p,p-JAK2,and p-STAT3 proteins in the kidneys(P<0.01),while the expression level of SOCS1 was markedly reduced(P<0.01).Compared with both the model group and the antagomir NC group,the miR-155-5p antagomir group showed decreased levels of BUN,Scr,miR-155-5p,p-JAK2,and p-STAT3 proteins(P<0.01),along with a significant increase in SOCS1 expression(P<0.01).Similarly,compared with the miR-155-5p antagomir group and the miR-155-5p antagomir+shRNA control group,the miR-155-5p antagomir+SOCS1 shRNA group demon-strated significantly higher levels of BUN,Scr,miR-155-5p,p-JAK2,and p-STAT3 proteins(P<0.01),while SOCS1 expression was notably decreased(P<0.01).Renal pathology analysis revealed that,compared to the normal group,the model group exhibited glomerular atrophy,extensive infiltration of inflammatory cells in the renal tubulointerstitial region,and partial renal tubular necrosis.In contrast,the miR-155-5p antagomir group showed marked improvements in glomerular atrophy,tubular necrosis,and inflammatory cell infiltration compared with the model group and antagomir NC group.Furthermore,compared with the miR-155-5p antagomir group and the miR-155-5p antagomir+shRNA control group,the miR-155-5p antagomir+SOCS1 shRNA group exhibited more severe glomerular atrophy,tubular necrosis,and inflammatory cell infiltration.Conclusion MiR-155-5p exacerbates renal damage in MRL-faslpr lupus model mice by targeting SOCS1,potentially through the activation of the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway.

Objective:To investigate the association between dietary diversity and the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) .Methods:A total of 553 patients diagnosed with CHD and undergoing PCI in the Department of Cardiology at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University between May and November 2023 were enrolled using a convenience sampling method. A Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire was used to assess patients' dietary intake after PCI, and the Dietary Diversity Score (DDS) was calculated. Patients were followed up for one year to determine the incidence of MACE.Results:History of hypertension, history of hyperlipidemia, body mass index, use of antiplatelet agents, use of diuretics, triglycerides, smoking index and DDS were identified as factors influencing the occurrence of MACE after PCI ( P<0.05) . Among these, higher dietary diversity had a protective effect against MACE. Conclusions:After PCI, patients with lower DDS experienced MACE more frequently than those with higher scores. Increased dietary diversity can effectively help prevent MACE in patients after PCI.

Objective Taking Sortilin as the entry point,this study aims to explore the mechanism of vascular calcification in chronic renal failure(CRF)and explore the influence of Sanqi on Sortilin,TLRs and vascular calcification,and to provide an effective method for clinical reduction of cardiovascular events in CRF.Methods Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,low-,medium-and high-dose Sanqi group and calcitriol group,with 6 rats in each.The replicative CRF vascular calcification rat model was fed with adenine combined with high phosphorus diet.Aortic calcium salt deposition,serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),blood calcium(Ca),blood phosphorus(P),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),TLRs and Sortilin protein in aorta and inflammatory factors were detected.Results In the model group,renal fibrosis was obvious and many adenine crystals were found in renal interstitium.Large deposits of calcium salts were found.Renal fibrosis and calcium salt deposition were alleviated in different degrees in all treatment groups.Compared with those in the normal group,the level of BUN,Cr,P,TG,TC,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-17A in the serum of the model group was ascended(P<0.01),while the level of Ca was descended(P<0.01).Compared with those in the model group,the level of BUN,Cr,P,TG,TC,IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-17A in the serum of rats in the Sanqi medium and high dose group and calcitriol group was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the contents of Ca were significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with those in the normal group,the protein expression of BMP2,RUNX2,Sortilin,TLR7 and TLR9 in aortic tissue of rats in the model group was elevated(P<0.01),while the protein expression of SM22α was declined(P<0.01).Compared with those in the model group,the protein expression of BMP2,RUNX2,Sortilin,TLR7,and TLR9 in the low-,medium-,and high-dose Sanqi group and calcitriol group was decreased significantly(P<0.01);the protein expression of SM22α was increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the high-dose Sanqi group and calcitriol group had more significant effects.Conclusion Sanqi can improve renal fibrosis and vascular calcification in CRF model rats,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of biological functions of Sortilin and TLRs.

Objective To compare and explore the differences between the eight batches of drugs in the centralized procurement list and the 2018 edition of the national essential medicine list,and to provide reference for updating and improving the national essential medicine list and the national centralized procurement list of drugs.Methods The category,generic name variety,specification,and other information of drugs included in the centralized drug procurement were collected and compared with the 2018 edition of the national essential medicine list,and the reasons for differences were analyzed.Results A proportion of 39%of centralized procurement drugs were listed in national essential medicines.Forty pharmacological classifications were not involved in the drugs of centralized procurement.Only anticoagulant and thrombolytic drugs with dual attributes accounted for a smaller variety proportion than the specification proportion.Conclusion There are some differences between the centralized procurement list and the 2018 edition of the national essential medicine list,which have some rationality,but also some problems to be solved.

Objective: To understand the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) in Shaanxi Province from 2016 to 2021, so as to provide the basis for improving PTB prevention and control strategies. Methods: The incidence data of PTB cases in Shaanxi Province were collected from the Tuberculosis Information Management System of the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System from 2016 to 2021. The temporal, geographical, and demographic distribution characteristics of PTB were described. Results: A total of 121 280 PTB cases were reported in Shaanxi Province from 2016 to 2021, with the reported incidence rate decreasing from 56.30/105 in 2016 to 40.98/105 in 2021 (P<0.05). The etiological positivity rate increased from 16.61% in 2016 to 54.37% in 2021 (P<0.05). The average annual number of reported cases peaked in March (1 984.67 cases, accounting for 9.81%), followed by January (1 885.50 cases, accounting for 9.33%), and hit its lowest in October (1 458.50 cases, accounting for 7.22%). The incidence of PTB was relatively high in northern Shaanxi and southern Shaanxi, at 67.99/105 and 64.05/105, respectively, while it was relatively low in Guanzhong Region, at 44.83/105. The incidence rates of Ankang City (85.81/105), Fugu County (73.92/105), and Yulin City (72.20/105) ranked the top three. There were 80 111 male cases and 41 169 female cases of PTB, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.95︰1. The reported incidence rate of males (67.38/105) was significantly higher than that of females (36.61/105), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Among males, the highest average reported incidence rate was found in the 80 to <85 age group (179.46/105), while among females, the highest was in the 75 to <80 age group (104.38/105). The main occupations were farmers, accounting for 68.87% (83 526 cases). Conclusions The reported incidence rate of PTB in Shaanxi Province showed an overall downward trend from 2016 to 2021, with a high incidence in winter and spring. The epidemic in southern Shaanxi and northern Shaanxi is more severe than in Guanzhong Region of Shaanxi Province. The incidence of PTB is predominantly found among males, the elderly, and farmers.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qingyusan capsules in the long-term treatment of mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis （UC） with the syndrome of large intestine dampness-heat. MethodA randomized， controlled design was adopted， and 88 patients with mild to moderate UC and syndrome of large intestine dampness-heat were randomized into a Qingyusan （Qingyusan capsules， 0.8 g·d^-1） group and a control （mesalazine， 0.4 g·d^-1） group， with 44 patients in each group. Three and one patients dropped out in the control and Qingyusan groups， respectively， during the 32 weeks of treatment. The clinical remission rate， mucosal healing rate， and modified Mayo score， TCM symptom score， and short inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire （SIBDQ） score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The colonoscopic and pathological changes were observed， and the clinical safety was compared between the two groups. ResultAfter treatment， the clinical remission rate and mucosal healing rate in the Qingyusan group were 72.1% （31/43） and 74.4% （32/43）， respectively， which were higher than those ［26.8% （11/41） and 41.5% （17/41）， respectively］ in the control group （χ²=17.200， χ²=10.843， respectively， both P<0.01）. The treatment in both groups decreased the modified Mayo score， partial Mayo score， and TCM symptom score （P<0.05）， and the decreases in the Qingyusan group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.01）. After treatment， the SIBDQ scores in both groups increased （P<0.05）， and the increase was more pronounced in the Qingyusan group than in the control group （P<0.01）. There was no difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups. ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of Qingyusan capsules is remarkable in the long-term treatment of UC with the syndrome of large intestine dampness-heat. Particularly， Qingyusan capsules demonstrates advantages in inducing and maintaining clinical remission， promoting mucosal healing， alleviating TCM symptoms， and enhancing the survival quality of patients， with high safety.

Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of the somatization of depressive emotions among college students, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the reform of mental health education and the formulation of operable mental health counseling for college students.Methods:Totally 297 college students from two institutions of higher education in Heilongjiang Province were selected by convenience sampling and investigated with the College Student Depressive Emotion Somatization Questionnaire, Attitudes Toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help Scale-Short Form (ATSPPH-SF), and the Type D Personality Scale (DS14) .Results:The total score for the College Student Depressive Emotion Somatization Questionnaire among the 297 students was (28.49±8.07), and the total score for the ATSPPH-SF was (21.98±2.73). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors for the somatization of depressive emotions in college students were professional psychological help-seeking attitudes and whether they had a Type D personality ( P < 0.05) . Conclusions:During university education, there should be a focus on students' personality traits and the positivity of their attitudes toward seeking professional psychological help in order to mitigate the occurrence of adverse psychological issues such as symptoms of depressive somatization.
