Objective To investigate the research hotspots， development trends， and potential challenges in the field of stroke and exosomes based on bibliometric and visual analyses， and to provide scientific evidence for basic research and clinical translation. Methods The Web of Science database was used to obtain related articles published up to 2024， and CiteSpace and other tools were used to perform visual analyses from various aspects such as publication trends， collaboration networks， co-occurrence and clustering of keywords， and literature burst analysis. Results A total of 1 153 articles were included. The analysis showed an overall increasing trend in the number of publications per year. The institution with the highest number of publications was Henry Ford Health System， the author with the highest number of publications was Professor Chopp， and the journal with the highest number of articles Int J Mol Sci. High-frequency keywords included "extracellular vesicles" "ischemic stroke" and "stroke"， forming 12 research clusters， with neural repair and barrier protection as the key research directions. Conclusion The research on stroke and exosomes has been increasing year by year， with rapid development in recent years and the formation of an interdisciplinary pattern. Future studies should focus on the molecular mechanisms mediated by exosomes and their clinical application in stroke treatment， so as to promote the development of precision medicine and provide new therapeutic approaches.

In public health emergencies,medical emergency response efforts face governance challenges such as complex and variable tasks,difficulties in team organization,and uncertain working areas.The establishment of temporary party organiza-tions plays a crucial role in efficiently achieving the goals of medical emergency teams and stabilizing social order.This paper an-alyzes the functional positioning,key tasks,and operational mechanisms of temporary party organizations within Guangdong's medical teams aiding in the pandemic response.The study finds that these temporary party organizations effectively address the complex challenges of public health emergencies through functions such as strengthening political leadership,mobilizing public support,coordinating organization,and serving the community.This provides important insights for advancing the construction of governance systems for public health emergencies in China.

Ribosomopathies encompass a spectrum of disorders arising from impaired ribosome biogenesis and reduced functionality.Mutation or dysexpression of the genes that disturb any finely regulated steps of ribosome biogenesis can result in different types of ribosomopathies in clinic,collectively known as ribosomopathy genes.Emerging data suggest that ribosomopathy patients exhibit a significantly heightened susceptibility to cancer.Abnormal ribosome biogenesis and dysregulation of some ribo-somopathy genes have also been found to be intimately associated with cancer development.The cor-relation between ribosome biogenesis or ribosomopathy and the development of malignancies has been well established.This work aims to review the recent advances in the research of ribosomopathy genes among human cancers and meanwhile,to excavate the potential role of these genes,which have not or rarely been reported in cancer,in the disease development across cancers.We plan to establish a theoretical framework between the ribosomopathy gene and cancer development,to further facilitate the potential of these genes as diagnostic biomarker as well as pharmaceutical targets for cancer treatment.

Abstract: Objective　By analyzing the monitoring results of rodents in Hainan Province in 2022, the species composition, distribution, seasonal fluctuation, and density of rodents were understood and mastered, and the correlation between rodent density and meteorological factors in Haikou was explored, so as to provide a scientific basis for vector control and prevention and control of rodent-borne infectious diseases. Methods　Using the night cage method, according to the "2022 Hainan Province Rodent Monitoring Implementation Plan”, monitoring was conducted in 17 cities and counties every two months starting from January. Excel 2021 software was used to sort out the monitoring data and draw the chart, and SPSS 26.0 was used for statistical analysis. Spearman correlation analysis was used for the correlation between rodent density and meteorological factors. Results　In 2022, the overall rodent density in Hainan Province was 4.32% (1 166/27 008). Brown rat (Rattus norvegicus) was the dominant species, accounting for 72.21% (842/1 166) of the total captures. In terms of area, the highest rodent density was 27.27% (367/1 346) in Changjiang County, followed by Haikou, Wanning, and Sanya, with rodent densities of 8.59% (155/1 804), 6.55% (77/1 176), and 5.11% (81/1 586), respectively. Different habitat types had different rodent densities, with the highest in rural residential areas at 4.49% (402/8 962); key industries (dining, food manufacturing and sales, construction sites, slaughtering, brewing, etc.) had a density of 4.41% (404/9 153); and urban residential areas had a density of 4.05% (360/8 893). In terms of seasonal fluctuation, the overall rodent density showed a downward trend after reaching its peak in May. The peak rodent density in rural residential areas was in July (5.73%), there was no distinct peak period in urban residential areas, and the peak period for key industries occurred in May (6.87%). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the rodent density in Haikou was positively correlated with average temperature and accumulated sunshine time (r=0.90, 0.9; P<0.05). Conclusions　The density of rodents in Hainan Island is relatively high. Cities and counties need to compare annual monitoring data to reasonably assess the risk and formulate appropriate control measures according to the actual local situation.

Patients with novel coronavirus infection still have many functional disorders during the recovery period. The timely intervention of rehabilitation treatment has important clinical significance in improving the patients’ functions and their ability of daily living. Based on the current evidence of evidence-based medicine and clinical practice, this paper summarizes the rehabilitation treatment and precautions of patients with simple novel coronavirus infection and different groups with previous dysfunction and novel coronavirus infection (such as neurological dysfunction, chronic pain, and bone and joint diseases) with a view to providing clinical reference for the rehabilitation treatment of patients with novel coronavirus infection during the recovery period.

Deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) or deubiquitinases facilitate the escape of multiple proteins from ubiquitin‒proteasome degradation and are critical for regulating protein expression levels in vivo. Therefore, dissecting the underlying mechanism of DUB recognition is needed to advance the development of drugs related to DUB signaling pathways. To data, extensive studies on the ubiquitin chain specificity of DUBs have been reported, but substrate protein recognition is still not clearly understood. As a breakthrough, the scaffolding role may be significant to substrate protein selectivity. From this perspective, we systematically characterized the scaffolding proteins and complexes contributing to DUB substrate selectivity. Furthermore, we proposed a deubiquitination complex platform (DCP) as a potentially generic mechanism for DUB substrate recognition based on known examples, which might fill the gaps in the understanding of DUB substrate specificity.

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of patients suffering from acute ischemic stroke (AIS) complicated with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods:Data of patients with AIS who visited the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2015 to June 2020 and underwent polysomnography monitoring (PSG) in the sleep center were collected retrospectively. Patients were divided into OSAHS group and AIS only group. Demographic information of patients, general clinical data, hematological indicators of glucose and lipid metabolism and inflammatory markers, PSG parameters and neurological function scores were collected, including the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) on admission and the modified Rankin Scale (mRS) on discharge. We compared the differences between the two groups. In addition, OSAHS group were divided into good prognosis and poor prognosis subgroups according to mRS score. The differences between the two subgroups were compared.Results:A total of 112 AIS patients combined with OSAHS and 89 AIS only patients were included. The proportion of non-rapid eye movement stages 1+2 [(N1+N2) %], arousal index, the oxygen desaturation index (ODI), percentage of total sleep time with oxygen saturation<90% (TS90) in the OSAHS group were higher than those in the AIS only group, while N3%, lowest nocturnal oxygen saturation (LSaO 2) were lower (all P<0.05). There was no statistical difference in the distribution of cerebral apoplexy lesions (cortex, subcortical, brainstem, cerebellum) between the two groups, but the proportion of patients with multifocal cerebral apoplexy in the OSAHS group was higher ( P=0.032). There was no statistical difference in NIHSS score on admission between the two groups, but the neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) score ( P=0.004) and mRS score on discharge ( P=0.010) of the OSAHS group were significantly higher than those in the AIS only group. There were 74 patients in the good prognosis group and 38 in the poor prognosis group. The analysis showed that the NIHSS and NLR scores of the poor prognosis group were higher than the good prognosis group, admission NIHSS score was a risk factor for poor prognosis, all P<0.01. Conclusions:AIS patients complicated with OSAHS are characterized by disordered sleep structure, more severe nocturnal hypoxia, higher risk of developing multiple lesions, poor neurological function recovery at discharge, and high inflammatory index of NLR. Among them, patients with poor prognosis have poorer sleep efficiency, and high admission NIHSS score is a risk factor for poor prognosis.

The membrane protein claudin-3 (CLDN3) is critical for the formation and maintenance of tight junction and its high expression has been implicated in dictating malignant progression in various cancers. However, the post-translational modification of CLDN3 and its biological function remains poorly understood. Here, we report that CLDN3 is positively correlated with ovarian cancer progression both and Of interest, CLDN3 undergoes -palmitoylation on three juxtamembrane cysteine residues, which contribute to the accurate plasma membrane localization and protein stability of CLDN3 Moreover, the deprivation of -palmitoylation in CLDN3 significantly abolishes its tumorigenic promotion effect in ovarian cancer cells. By utilizing the co-immunoprecipitation assay, we further identify ZDHHC12 as a CLDN3-targating palmitoyltransferase from 23 ZDHHC family proteins. Furthermore, the knockdown of ZDHHC12 also significantly inhibits CLDN3 accurate membrane localization, protein stability and ovarian cancer cells tumorigenesis Thus, our work reveals -palmitoylation as a novel regulatory mechanism that modulates CLDN3 function, which implies that targeting ZDHHC12-mediated CLDN3 -palmitoylation might be a potential strategy for ovarian cancer therapy.

Objective The "heuristic" teaching rounds were applied to cardiovascular diseases and we observed the application effect . Methods From January to March 2017, 56 resident physicians at internal medicine base in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 28 people of each group. The experimental group mainly adopted heuristic teaching rounds, and the control group adopted conventional teaching rounds. Interview method was used to interview the instructors , resident physicians , doctors and nurses in preparation for teaching rounds, the implementation process, the expected goals and effects. 56 resident physicians evaluated the preparation, guidance process, guidance methods and outcomes of ward rounds. SPSS 19.0 was used for statistical analysis, and rank sum test was used for evaluation results. Results As to the familiarity of the instructor on the condition (82.15％vs. 30.86％), guiding the training of humanistic care (92.86％ vs. 39.29％), physical examination (96.43％ vs. 28.57％), analysis of auxiliary examination (85.71％vs. 35.71％), writing medical records (85.72％ vs. 14.29％), summarizing the characteristics of cases (78.57％vs. 35.71％), diagnosis and differential diagnosis (85.71％vs. 21.43％), treatment plan making (85.71％vs. 25.00％), question formulation (89.29％vs. 30.72％), explanation of difficult problems and new progress ( 78 . 57％ vs . 17 . 86％) , content summary ( 92 . 85％ vs . 28 . 58％) the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group. In the experimental group, the teaching rounds of communication (96.43％vs. 46.43％), history acquisition techniques (85.72％vs. 21.43％), examination techniques (92.86％vs. 28.57％), clinical thinking (92.86％ vs. 28.57％), learning interests (96.43％ vs. 25.00％) and efficiency (85.71％ vs. 14.28％), the understanding and memory of knowledge (85.72％ vs. 28.57％), the problem solving ability (89.29％ vs. 21.43％), improvement of team collaboration (67.86％ vs. 28.57％) were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The "heuristic" teaching rounds attached great importance to preparation before and after class, focusing on resident physicians' active participation and teamwork, integrating humanistic care and communication skills, giving full play to the resident physicians motivation so as to ensure their efficient learning.
