Objective To analyze the monitoring data of multidrug-resistant organisms (MDRO) in medical institutions across different regions of Guizhou Province in 2022, and to provide references for the prevention and control of MDRO. Methods Data on the detection rates seven types of MDRO (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aurus, vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecalis, vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium, carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli, carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae, carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni, carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and incidence of hospital-acquired infections in medical institutions across different cities and prefectures of Guizhou Province, 2022 were collected through the monitoring platform of the health network, and the data were analyzed. Results Data were collected from 223 medical institutions, with an overall detection rate of MDRO of 12.73% (21 931/172 284) and an incidence of hospital-acquired infections of 0.04% (1 969/4 532 711). The detection rate and incidence of hospital-acquired infections of MDRO were different across different regions (χ2=1 871.67, P<0.001; χ2=209.91, P<0.001). The detection rate and incidence of hospital-acquired infections of MDRO in tertiary medical institutions were higher than those in secondary or inferior to secondary medical institutions (χ2=2 095.73, P<0.001; χ2=209.91, P<0.001). The detection rate and incidence of hospital-acquired infections of carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumanni were the highest among MDRO, with 44.87%(5 896/13 139) and 0.015%(658/4 532 711), respectively. Conclusions The detection rate and incidence of hospital-acquired infections of MDRO in healthcare facilities in Guizhou Province are different, with tertiary medical institutions facing greater pressure for infection control. Relevant medical institutions should focus on the prevalence trend of MDRO in the region, promptly conduct monitoring of MDRO, and take targeted measures to comprehensively prevent and control the spread of MDRO and the occurrence of nosocomial infections.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2020;22(10):1520-1523
Objective:To observe the relationship between hemoglobin variability and serum albumin in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients, and analyze the related factors.Methods:110 MHD patients who met the inclusion criteria in the hemodialysis center of Chancheng District Central Hospital of Foshan City were selected. The basic clinical data, biochemical indexes and hemoglobin variation related indexes were collected. The patients were divided into group 1 (normal albumin group ≥35 g/L) and groups 2 (low albumin group <35 g/L) according to serum albumin level.Results:⑴ Compared with group 1 (normal albumin group), the body mass index (BMI), serum creatinine and transferrin saturation in group 2 (low albumin group) were significantly decreased [(20.78±3.45)kg/m 2 vs (22.87±3.91)kg/m 2; (913.06±175.05)μmol/L vs (1 039.20±285.43)μmol/L; (24.83±14.36)% vs (30.39±10.38)%, P<0.05]. However, there was no significant difference in age, gender, dialysis age, intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), ferritin, erythropoietin dosage, iron supplement way, vascular access, urea nitrogen, kt/V between the 2 groups ( P>0.05). ⑵ Compared with group 1, the group 2 had lower mean hemoglobin value, fewer times of reaching the standard, lower hemoglobin minimum value and larger hemoglobin coefficient of variation ( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in hemoglobin standard deviation and maximum hemoglobin ( P>0.05). ⑶ Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum albumin was positively correlated with mean hemoglobin, times of reaching the standard and minimum hemoglobin ( r=0.401, 0.378, 0.200, P<0.05), and negatively correlated with coefficient of variation of hemoglobin ( r=-0.237, P=0.013). Conclusions:Maintenance hemodialysis patients with hypoalbuminemia have lower level of hemoglobin and greater coefficient of hemoglobin variability.Improving nutritional state maybe increase hemoglobin level and decrease coefficient of hemoglobin variability.

Plant height is one of the most important agronomic traits that could affect both crop yield and quality. Among all the hormones, gibberellins are crucial to regulate plant height. Cloning and molecular mechanism research of the plant height genes associated gibberellins have extremely important value for the regulation of crop growth and agricultural production, and have been widely used in rice, wheat and other grain crops breeding. In order to promote utilization of gibberellins in fruit trees, flowers and other horticultural crops breeding, we reviewed the regulation of plant height by gibberellins biosynthesis and signal transduction at the molecular level in this paper.

Objective To investigate the influence of family support and personality characteristics on quality of patients' life who underwent total laryngectomy. Methods Patients (68 eases)who underwent total laryngectomy were surveyed with Su life of quality scale,Hu family support scale, Gong personality test and the results were sent for statistical analysis. Results Scores of two family groups in family support and quality of life underwent t test, physical function and psychological state were statistically different (P<0.05), living ability, social relations, tracheal stoma were statistically different(P<0.01). Persona lity and quality of life were subjected to single-factor analysis, psychological states were obviously related with four dimensions.Family support and personality characteristics score of two family groups underwent t test, E(internal and external quality),P(spiritual quality),N(nerval quality)were statistically significant (P <0.01 ). Condusions Family support and personality characteristics as the internal and external environmental factors directly affected patients who underwent total laryngectomy. Three-openfour-guiding-five-integrated-care-intervention measures can overall improve their quality of life.
