Objective: To explore the effects of a classroom based transdiagnostic preventive intervention program for emotional disorders on depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience among junior high school students, so as to provide reference for promoting adolescent mental health. Methods: From October to December 2023, 72 students from a junior high school in Beijing were recruited as research subjects and divided into an intervention group ( n =36) and a control group ( n =36). The intervention group participated in 8 sessions (40 mins per session) of transdiagnostic prevention intervention course for emotional disorders; the control group students participated in research based learning lessons or class meetings. Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), and Resilience Scale-8 (RS-8) were used to evaluate junior high school students. The Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to compare the differences in depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience scores between the intervention group and the control group before and after the intervention. PROCESS macro was used to test the mediating effect. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience before and after intervention in the intervention group ( Z =-1.07, 0.07, 1.43, all P >0.05). In the control group, the depressive symptoms score was higher after the intervention than before, and the resilience score was lower than before the intervention ( Z = 2.23 , -2.53, both P <0.05). After intervention, the depressive symptoms score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the resilience score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group ( Z =-2.09, 3.33, both P < 0.05). The increase in the scores of resilience played a complete mediating role between the intervention and depressive symptoms, with the mediating effect value being -0.98 (95% CI =-2.47 to -0.11), accounting for 30.98% of the total effect. Conclusion Transdiagnostic preventive intervention program for emotional disorders based on classroom could prevent the deterioration of depressive symptom in junior high school students, and maintaining the level of resilience is an important factor for the intervention effect.

Objective To evaluate the effect of ditching for drain on the control of the breed of Oncomelania hupensis snails in beaches of Dongting Lake. Methods From November,2009 to November,2012,an O. hupensis snail infested beach of the Yueyang jail and an O. hupensis snail infested beach of Junshan District were selected as research fields in the eastern Dongting Lake area,and the former,as the intervention field,was performed with the ditching for drain by excavators and the latter,as the control field,was not. Results Before the project implemented,the average soil moisture contents on the beaches in dry seasons of the two fields were both about 35.56%. After the project implemented,in the intervention field,the average soil mois?ture content was 26.53%which was significantly lower than that(35.56%)in the control field(F=6.53,P<0.05). The under?ground water levels in different heights in the intervention field were lower than those in the control field (χ2 = 33.33,P <0.05). Before the project implemented,the natural death rates of the snails were 0.98%and 0.89%in the two research fields re?spectively(P>0.05),and after the project implemented(in 2012),no adult and young snails were found in the interventional field,but in the control field,the average densities of living snails and young snails were 29.37 snails/0.1 m2 and 213±108.45 snails/0.1 m2 respectively. Conclusion The intervention of ditching for drain can decrease the soil moisture contents quickly and change the ecological condition,therefore,can control the breed of O. hupensis snails in the beaches of Dongting Lake.

OBJECTIVETo explore the CT angiography features of the involved arterial branches of the spontaneous isolated superior mesentery artery dissection(SISMAD).

METHODSClinical and CT angiogram data of 6 patients with SISMAD confirmed by dual source energy CT angiography were analyzed retrospectively. The CT angiography features and prognosis of patients were investigated.

RESULTSAverage age of 6 patients was(45.83±5.60) years old. Ten branches of jejunoileal artery were involved in 4 patients. All the dissections of the superior mesenteric arteries(SMA) were extended from its proximal to its end. Intramural hematoma was found in all the involved branches, which showed eccentric target sign in the transverse section and sandwich sign in the longitudinal axial section. In 7 branches of 3 patients, the involved branches originated from the false lumina of the SMA. In one patient, the intramural hematoma of the jejunoileal arteries was found to be completely absorbed in a repeated CT angiography one year late.

CONCLUSIONSFor the SISMAD, the involvement of the branches of the SMA may be associated with the extension of the dissection of the SMA. The inflation of the false lumina of the branches is worse than that of the SMA. With the improvement of the dissection of the SMA, the intramural hematoma of the branches can be absorbed. The conservative treatment may be the first choice for SISMAD without emergency.

Objective To assess the value of ultrasonography in distinguishing pharyngoesophageal diverticulum from thyroid nodule.Methods High-frequency sonography was used to detect the size,shape, echo and blood flow of cervix masses in 1219 patients in a lateral decubitus position after drinking water. Results On enhanced power,the image changing rates of pharyngcesophageal diverticulum and thyroid nodule were 71.43% and 14.19% respectively,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). On drinking water,the image change rates of pharyngoesophageal diverticulum and thymid nodule were 100.00% and 1.98% respectively,and their difference was statisfically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates for pharyngoesophageal diverticulum and thyroid nodule were 0.098% and 17.042% respectively. Conclusions Ultrasound examination is of value in distinguishing pharyngoesophageal diverticulum from thyroid nodule in general health check up and regular health examination.
