Objective: To explore the effects of a classroom based transdiagnostic preventive intervention program for emotional disorders on depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience among junior high school students, so as to provide reference for promoting adolescent mental health. Methods: From October to December 2023, 72 students from a junior high school in Beijing were recruited as research subjects and divided into an intervention group ( n =36) and a control group ( n =36). The intervention group participated in 8 sessions (40 mins per session) of transdiagnostic prevention intervention course for emotional disorders; the control group students participated in research based learning lessons or class meetings. Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), and Resilience Scale-8 (RS-8) were used to evaluate junior high school students. The Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to compare the differences in depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience scores between the intervention group and the control group before and after the intervention. PROCESS macro was used to test the mediating effect. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of depressive and anxiety symptoms, and resilience before and after intervention in the intervention group ( Z =-1.07, 0.07, 1.43, all P >0.05). In the control group, the depressive symptoms score was higher after the intervention than before, and the resilience score was lower than before the intervention ( Z = 2.23 , -2.53, both P <0.05). After intervention, the depressive symptoms score in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, and the resilience score in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group ( Z =-2.09, 3.33, both P < 0.05). The increase in the scores of resilience played a complete mediating role between the intervention and depressive symptoms, with the mediating effect value being -0.98 (95% CI =-2.47 to -0.11), accounting for 30.98% of the total effect. Conclusion Transdiagnostic preventive intervention program for emotional disorders based on classroom could prevent the deterioration of depressive symptom in junior high school students, and maintaining the level of resilience is an important factor for the intervention effect.

Objective:To use inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)to screen biomarkers of element omics of thyroid cancer,and to establish a risk assessment model of element omics of thyroid cancer,so as to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.Methods:A total of 200 patients with thyroid cancer who admitted to Beijing Tongren Hospital from February to November 2020 were selected as the thyroid cancer group,and 50 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examinations at hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy control group.The total amount of 28 trace elements,including iodine(I),calcium(Ca),iron(Fe),nickel(Ni),copper(Cu),zinc(Zn),selenium(Se),antimony(Sb),etc.,in their serum were determined by ICP-MS.The content of trace element,thyroid function,free triiodothyronine(FT3),free tetraiodothyronine(FT4),triiodothyronine(T3),tetraiodothyronine(T4),and thyroid volume of ultrasound examination of were analyzed,and then,a risk assessment model of elemental omics of thyroid diseases was established.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the contents of eight trace elements,including I,Ca,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Se and Sb between the thyroid cancer group and the healthy control group(U=2.601,1.972,2.607,2.611,2.603,2.605,2.601,2.605,P<0.05),respectively.The I,Cr and Mn levels of female patients with thyroid cancer appeared increase,while there were significant differences in I,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,Se and Sb contents of male patients between the thyroid cancer group and the health control group(U=2.601,2.608,2.603,2.602,1.973,2.603,2.601,2.602,P<0.05),respectively.In thyroid cancer group,the FT3,FT4,T3,T4 correlated with I content(r=06209,0.5116,0.557,0.5923,P<0.05),respectively.There were correlations in the concentrations between Fe and Zn,between Cr and Mn,between Ca and Zn,between Se and Fe,and between Zn and Se in the thyroid cancer group(r=0.5523,0.5528,0.7158,0.5699,0.6371,0.5420,P<0.05),respectively.High concentrations of I and Mn were risk factors for thyroid cancer.The specificity and sensitivity of the risk assessment model of elemental omics of thyroid cancer were all larger than 95%.Conclusion:In patients with thyroid cancer,both of the serum Ca of female patients and serum Fe of male patients play important role besides cobalt(Co),Ni,Cu,Zn,Se and Sb play role,which can provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid cancer.The risk assessment model based on elemental omics of thyroid cancer has favorable diagnostic performance.

Objective:To investigate the effects of computerized cognitive remediation therapy (CCRT) combined with social skill training on the improvement of negative symptoms of schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 102 schizophrenic patients who received treatment in Shanxi Province Social Welfare Kangning Psychiatry Hospital from March 2019 to June 2021 were included in this study. They were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group ( n = 51/group). During the intervention process, because of the reasons such as midway discharge, only 93 patients were included in the final analysis, consisting of 47 patients in the intervention group and 46 patients in the control group. All patients received social skills training. Patients in the intervention group received 8-week CCRT. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale and Social Skills Checklist were used to evaluate curative effect in the two groups. Results:After treatment, total score of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale and the score of negative symptoms in the intervention group were (46.36 ± 9.33) points and (11.15 ± 3.53) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than (51.06 ± 10.26) points and (16.42 ± 4.75) points in the control group ( t = 2.07, 5.41, both P < 0.05). The total score of Social Skills Checklist, conflict resolution ability score and relationship building ability score in the intervention group were (16.05 ± 6.85) points, (3.36 ± 1.65) points and (3.14 ± 1.83) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than (21.08 ± 8.24) points, (5.92 ± 2.35) points and (6.75 ± 2.51) points, respectively ( t = 2.87, 5.34, 7.00, all P < 0.01). Conclusion:CCRT combined with social skill training can effectively improve the negative symptoms of patients with schizophrenia.

Objective: To explore the impact of the personal rehabilitation treatment on life quality and curative offect of the schizophrenia patients. Methods: A total of 84 patients with chronic schizophrenia in Shanxi Rongjun Corelle Hospital from December 2016 January 2018 were randomly divided into intervention group and control group on the basis of random number table, the two groups received psychiatric routine therapy nursing and general entertainment therapy, and the intervention group received 8 weeks of individualized rehabilitation therapy on this basis.The Schizophrenics Quality of Life Scale(SQLS) and Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS) were respectively used to evaluate the effect of the two groups before and after intervention. Results: After 8 weeks of systematic social skills training, the scores of negative symptoms, general psychopathology and total PANSS score in the intervention group were (14.65±3.68)points, (24.21±3.23)points, (52.83±7.12)points, respectively, which in the control group were (21.82±4.25)points, (28.08±4.56)points, (60.67±9.52)points, respectively, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=5.18, 3.35, 3.92, all P<0.01), while the positive symptom score had no statistically significant difference between the two gorups (P>0.05). The PANSS scores and total score in the intervention group after intervention had statistically significant differences compared with those before intervention (t=2.17, 5.98, 3.86, 4.13, all P<0.05). After the intervention training, the psychosocial score, motivation and energy score, symptoms and adverse reactions score, and total score of SQLS in the intervention group were (32.64±7.32)points, (39.45±10.87)points, (18.16±10.48)points, (90.34±24.17)points, which in the control group were (35.32±10.64)points, (43.82±12.43)points, (21.05±11.52)points, (98.25±32.29)points, respectively, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t=2.46, 3.51, 3.12, 3.96, all P<0.05). The SQLS scores and total score in the intervention group after intervention had statistically significant differences compared with those before intervention(t=3.94, 4.72, 3.87, 5.01, all P<0.01). Conclusion The personal rehabilitation treatment can greatly promote the curative offect of patients with chronic schizophrenia, improve their life qualities.

Poly(ADP-ribose)polymerase-1(PARP-1)plays a vital role in the regulation of DNA repair and apoptosis. Breakthrough has been made in the treatment of cancer with PARP-1 inhibitors, but the emergence of drug resistance has limited its further application in clinic. This paper reviews advances in the research on PARP-1 inhibitors combined with other drugs to overcome drug resistance, highlights and evaluates the existing drug combination strategies and their therapeutic effects in clinical practice. It is proposed that the development of dual-target or multi-target drugs will become a promising approach to overcome the resistance of PARP-1 inhibitors and broaden their indications.

Objective To explore the impact of the systematic social skills training on recovery of chronic schizophrenia patients with negative symptom and social skills defects.Methods A total of 82 cases of long -term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group by digital table,41 cases in each group.The two groups received psychiatric routine therapy and nursing,and general entertainment therapy,and systemic social skills training was conducted in the intervention group for 12 weeks.PANSS and SSC were respectively used to evaluate the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After 12 weeks of systematic social skills training,the total score of SSC[(24.5 ±4.5)points]in the intervention group was apparently lower than that in the control group[(29.2 ±5.2)points],and the difference was statistically significant(t =3.212, P <0.01).Compared with the control group[(20.5 ±4.3)points,(27.2 ±4.2)points,(59.1 ±9.5)points],in the intervention group the score of negative symptom mental pathology and total score of PANSS were (14.9 ± 3.7)points,(24.5 ±3.5)points,(52.8 ±7.1)points.The differences of total score between the two groups were sta-tistically significant(t =5.199,3.317,3.239,all P <0.01),while the positive symptoms score was not statistically significant(P >0.05).Compared with before intervention,in the negative symptom table,the differences of total score N2,N3,N4,N6 had statistically significant differences(t =4.533,5.413,4.501,4.668,all P <0.01).Conclusion The systematic social skills training can greatly promote chronic schizophrenia patients with negative symptom and social skills defects,improve their social skills and life qualities.

Objective To explore the impact of the systematic social skills training on recovery of in -patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 78 cases of long -term hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into intervention group and control group on the basis of random number table. The two groups received psychiatric routine therapy and nursing,and general entertainment therapy,and the patients in the intervention group received group social skills training for 12 weeks.IPROS and SSSI were respectively used to evaluate two groups before the intervention,trained for 12 weeks.Results After 12 weeks'of systematic social skills training,social function defect levels SSSI score in the intervention group was apparently higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant (χ2 =8.952,P <0.05 ).Compared with the control group (19.4 ± 4.5)points,(16.5 ±4.7 )points,(13.6 ±4.1 )points,(5.5 ±3.1 )points,(18.2 ±4.2 )points,(73.2 ± 16.3)points,in the intervention group public medical situation (10.3 ±5.5)points,life ability(12.1 ±5.7)points, social ability(6.2 ±3.5)points,antiseptic ability (3.3 ±3.3)points,concern and interest (9.6 ±4.5)points as well as the total score of IPROS (44.6 ±20.4),the differences were significant(t =7.760,6,188,8.165,2.568, 6.632,8.259,all P <0.05).Compared with before intervention,each factor in IPROS and the total score in the inter-vention group had statistically significant differences (t =8.890,7.923,8.321,3.195,8.21,9.852,all P <0.01). Conclusion The systematic social skills training can greatly promote the recovery of in -patients with chronic schiz-ophrenia,improve their social skills and life qualities.Compared with control group,the social function of patients in the intervention group has recovered positively.

Objective The aim of this study was to investi-gate the changes of brain function in patients with drug-naive idiopath-ic epilepsy ( DNIE ) using resting-state functional MRI ( rs-fMRI ) amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation ( ALFF) , analyze the correlation of abnormal brain regions with the clinical variable ( disease course) , and gain a deeper insight into the pathophysiological mechanisms of idiopathic epilepsy. Methods This study included 25 cases of DNIE (15 males and 10 females) and 34 cases of drug idiopathic epilepsy (DIE, 22 males and 12 females).Another 25 healthy volunteers matched with the DNIE patients in sex, age, education and handedness were recruited as normal controls.The rs-fMRI data obtained from all the subjects were processed, subjected to ALFF analysis, and compared among the DNIE, DIE, and nor-mal control groups.The correlation was evaluated between the ALFF statistical brain mapping and the course of disease. Results Obvious differences were found in ALFF among the DNIE, DIE and control subjects.Compared with the normal controls, the DNIE pa-tients showed increased ALFF in the right inferior temporal gyrus, right lingual gyrus and right cuneus, but decreased ALFF in the right insula, left hippocampus, right midbrain, right middle frontal gyrus, left anterior cingulated gyrus, left middle cingulate gyrus and right inferior parietal lobule.In comparison with the DIE patients, those of the DNIE group exhibited increased ALFF in the left inferior occipital gyrus, right middle occipital gyrus and left middle occipital gyrus, but decreased ALFF in the right inferior frontal gyrus, left insula, right superior temporal gyrus and right middle frontal gyrus.In the DNIE patients, the disease course was found to be correlated positively with ALFF in the right cerebellum posterior lobe, left cerebellar tonsil, right lingual gyrus, left orbital gyrus, left middle oc-cipital gyrus, left corpus callosum, left caudate nuclear, left superior frontal gyrus, left medial frontal gyrus, right precuneus and left middle frontal gyrus, but negatively with ALFF in the right parahippocampal, right superior temporal gyrus, left superior temporal gyrus and right post-central gyrus. Conclusion The ALFF of resting-state cerebral function is abnormal in DNIE patients.The correlation between ALFF and the clinical variable ( disease course) provides a new insight into the pathophysiological mechanisms of epilepsy.

BACKGROUND:During ordinary plate fixation, the soft tissues around the fracture of the proximal humerus are nearly stripped to impact blood supply, and moreover, an ordinary steel plate cannot meet with the fixed requirements for severe osteoporosis, large bone defects and comminuted fractures. OBJECTIVE: To observe the functional recovery and complications in middle-aged patients with proximal humeral fractures undergoing stainless steel locking plate implantation. METHODS:From March 2011 to March 2014, 48 patients with proximal humeral fractures were treated in the 306th RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The 48 patients were folowed up for 6-17 years, and the mean healing time was (15.3±1.2) weeks. At the last folow-up, the Neer scores were excelent in 12 cases, good in 22 cases, fair in 11 cases and poor in 3 cases, with an excelent-good rate of 71%. After internal fixation, there was one case of Hospital of PLA, including 20 males and 28 females, with an average age of 58 years. Of the 48 cases, there were 9 cases of Neer 2 fractures, 26 cases of Neer 3 fractures, and 13 cases of Neer 4 cases, al of which belonged to closed injuries. Al the patients were subject to locking plate implantation for repair of fractures of the proximal humerus, and evaluated based on Neer scores. soft tissue infection, two cases of traumatic arthritis, and no bone ununion and osteomyelitis. These findings suggest that the stainless steel locking plate implantation for repair of fractures of the proximal humerus can achieve a good anatomic reduction under minimaly invasive conditions and produce a stable rehabilitation environment for the soft tissue around the shoulder joint by internal fixation. Hence, the factures can recover faster with less complications. The stainless steel locking plate implantation can obtain good achievements in the repair of proximal humeral fractures of Neer 2, 3 as wel as Neer 4 in young patients with good bone quality.

One patient with the pedicle screw threatening the aorta was treated with adjusting the position of pedicle screw by anterolateral approach. No nervous lesion was found after adjusting. Radiograph showed the position and length of screw at T11 left pedicle of vertebral arch were good. No adverse reaction was detected after 2-years of follow-up.
