The risk and incidence of malnutrition among patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)are significantly higher than those in the general population, which affect the therapeutic efficacy and prognosis of patients.Clinical nutrition plays an important role in the treatment of IBD,and with the fact that there have been many studies on the clinical practice of nutrition therapy in IBD both domestically and abroad in recent years,it is necessary to update the expert consensus on nutrition therapy for IBD and provide the latest guidance for clinical practice. This consensus is drafted and revised by experts from Inflammatory Bowel Disease Group of Chinese Society of Gastroenterology,Gastroenterology and Nutrition Cooperative Group of Chinese Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, and Nutrition Support and Treatment Collaboration Group of Chinese Society of Gastroenterology,Chinese Medical Association. It combines both expert consensus abroad and Chinese expert consensus on nutrition support therapy in inflammatory bowel disease(the second edition),aiming to reflect the latest concepts and research progress, and provide standardized guidance for nutrition therapy of IBD.In order to be consistent with the professional terminology adopted by international authoritative nutrition academic organizations, especially considering the unique role of clinical nutrition in the treatment of IBD,this consensus is hereby renamed as Expert consensus on nutrition therapy for inflammatory bowel disease.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has become a worldwide pandemic. During the rapid spread time, it is a great challenge for patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) who use immunosuppressive drugs from vaccination and drug application. This article is intended to supplement and revise the recommendations of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Group of the Chinese Society of Gastroenterology in 2020 on the "Management of patients with inflammatory bowel disease during epidemic of novel coronavirus pneumonia", mainly including the treatment and vaccination of IBD patients complicated with COVID-19. It is expected to guide clinicians in drug use, vaccination of IBD patients at an appropriate time, also help patients getting through the epidemic period of COVID-19.

Beh?et′s syndrome is a kind of chronic systemic vasculitis with involvement of multiple organs. Intestinal involvement of Beh?et′s syndrome is presently named as intestinal Beh?et′s syndrome. Recently, there is considering another kind of disease type with only typical intestinal ulcers. Since it is difficult to differentiate intestinal Beh?et′s syndrome from Crohn′s disease, intestinal tuberculosis, intestinal lymphoma, and intestinal manifestations of many other autoimmune diseases, and there is limited evidence for the therapy of intestinal Beh?et′s syndrome, proposing diagnosis and treatment recommendations for intestinal Beh?et′s syndrome through evidence-based judgment will be of great significance for clinical practice.

The etiology of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is unclear, and its treatment is difficult. The correct diagnosis of IBD is crucial for treatment, but there is a lack of the diagnostic gold standard. A comprehensive diagnosis and analysis combined with clinical manifestations, endoscopy, imaging and histopathology is required. Therefore, the problem to be solved urgently is to develop a personalized treatment plan through a standardized multidisciplinary treatment (MDT) and the optimized combination of existing diagnosis and treatment methods, so as to improve the efficacy. Based on the current situation of IBD diagnosis and treatment, with reference to the successful experience of MDT diagnosis and treatment at home and abroad, and combined with China′s national conditions, this consensus is finally formulated by organizing multiple experts in relevant fields to conduct online voting. The significance, the institutional composition, the operating mode, the clinical practice and the MDT integrated management are discussed in detail. Through the formulation and publication of this consensus, we hope that it can promote the development of standardized IBD-MDT, improve the therapeutic efficacy of IBD in China, and strengthen the training of professionals.

Objective To understand the awareness and participation of cervical cancer screening, and the human pappillomavirus(HPV)infection rate and the cervical lesions prevalence status in Uighur female cleaning workers in Urumqi,in order to provide the reference basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods A total of 144 Uighur female cleaning workers aged from 25 to 59 years was selected by multi-level cluster random sampling method from two cleaning company in Urumqi city. Cervical cancer screening questionnaire and HC-2 HPV-DNA test was executed. Electronic colposcopy and cervical biopsy was applied to the HPV positive one. Results There were 69. 44% participants having no knowledge of cervical cancer screening, only 26. 39% participants knowing a little;88. 19% participants never having a cervical smear, only 2. 78% having a cervical smear in 3years;the reason of no cervical cancer screening among participants showed that 57. 64% of them declared the screening fees too expensive or difficult economic, 23. 61% of the women having fears of cervical cancer detection. A total of 144 cases of Uighur women in cervical cancer screening,44 cases were HPV positive with positive rate 29. 17% and in which 4 of them refused to colposcopy. A total of 140 cases of HPV positive women underwent vaginal endoscopy and cervical biopsy, and pathological biopsy results presented that CINI were 4 cases,CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ 6 cases,SCC 1 case, and 129 cases with inflammation. Conclusions Generally low income crowd of Uighur women have low rate of knowledge about the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer, but HPV infection rate is high in the crowd. To provide some funding or take various forms of health education are benefit to the improvement of cervical cancer screening participation rate for this crow of Uighur.

Objective:This study investigates the significance of human papilloma virus (HPV) subtype detection in opportunis-tic screening for cervical cancer in Uygur and Han women. Methods:Flow-through hybridization gene chip and thin-prep cytology test were used to detect HPV in cervical cell samples from 1140 females. A total of 428 patients had undergone cervical biopsies through colposcopy. The diagnostic results of the HPV subtype test for cervical lesions were evaluated on the basis of histology. Results:Total HPV infection rate for the 1140 cervical samples was 30.3%. The most common HPV subtypes were HPV16, HPV58, HPV52, HPV18, and HPV45. HPV52 infection rate was higher in Han women than in Uygur women, with statistically significant differences between the two (χ2=8.737, P=0.003). Among these cervical samples, the single HPV infection rate was 22.4%(255/1140), whereas the multiple HPV infection rate was 6.1% (69/1140). The sensitivity and specificity of the HPV subtype test for cervical lesions were 86.4% and 24.5%, respectively. The positive and negative predictive values were 58.5%and 59.3%. Conclusion:HPV infection subtypes in Ugyur and Han women have unique characteristics. Subtype detection is important in opportunistic screening for cervical cancer.

Ubiquitin specific protease 33 (USP33) is a multifunctional protein regulating diverse cellular processes. The expression and role of USP33 in lung cancer remain unexplored. In this study, we show that USP33 is down-regulated in multiple cohorts of lung cancer patients and that low expression of USP33 is associated with poor prognosis. USP33 mediates Slit-Robo signaling in lung cancer cell migration. Downregulation of USP33 reduces the protein stability of Robo1 in lung cancer cells, providing a previously unknown mechanism for USP33 function in mediating Slit activity in lung cancer cells. Taken together, USP33 is a new player in lung cancer that regulates Slit-Robo signaling. Our data suggest that USP33 may be a candidate tumor suppressor for lung cancer with potential as a prognostic marker.
