Objective:To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of liver metastases with rich blood supply. Methods:The clinical data and imaging data of 19 patients with liver metastases with rich blood supply admitted to the 921st Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of Chinese People′s Liberation Army from September 2018 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and the number, location, shape, size of the lesions and the images of CT plain scan and dynamic enhanced scan were analyzed. Results:Among the 19 patients, there were 18 multiple cases and 1 single case. A total of 108 lesions were found. There were 62 cases (57.4%) in the right lobe of liver and 87 cases (80.6%) in the peripheral part of liver. The form of circular or quasi-circular, there were 99, irregular shape or lobed 9. The focal diameter was 0.6-6.8 cm. CT plain scan showed that 99 lesions showed slightly low density, and the other 9 lesions showed equal density relative to the background liver. In the dynamic enhanced scan, 108 lesions in arterial stage showed high-density enhancement, 97 lesions showed circular enhancement, and 11 lesions showed nodular enhancement. Among them, 77 lesions had moderate to obvious intensification density. Of the 108 lesions in the portal vein stage, 31 lesions showed moderate to obvious enhancement density, 49 lesions showed slightly low clearance density, and 28 lesions showed continuous enhancement density. In the delayed stage, all 108 lesions showed slightly low density. Conclusions:The main features of liver metastases with rich blood supply are: low density on plain CT scan, annular or nodular enhancement in the arterial phase of enhanced CT scan, and the peak of enhanced density can be in the arterial phase or the portal vein phase. Combined with clinical data, CT can make a correct diagnosis.

Objective:To analyze the research trends and hotspots of anti-Müllerian hormones (AMH) from 2006 to 2020, and to provide reference for future research in related fields. Methods:Based on the PubMed database, the literatures related to AMH collected from January 1st, 2006 to December 31st, 2020 were retrieved, and the bibliometric method was used to analyze the relationship between each stage and AMH with every 5 years as the time node. The publication trends, high-frequency main MeSH/subheadings co-occurrence and research hotspots related to AMH were discussed and forecasted. Results:A total of 4 276 related literatures were retrieved in this paper, and the total number of published papers showed an increasing trend. Relevant research hotspots were gradually increasing. The core research from 2005 to 2010 was the biomarker effect of AMH; from 2011 to 2015 and 2016 to 2020, the core research hotspots were all AMH and polycystic ovary syndrome. Conclusion:While the research hotspots related to AMH have been continuously expanded and enriched, there are also certain changes and alternations, and some emerging hotspots still have the value and significance of further research. AMH type Ⅱ receptor and fertility preservation may become an emerging hotspot in this field in the future.

A safe and effective anesthesia technique is necessary in ensuring a successful surgical operation in rabbit experiments.A variety of anesthesiamethod have been reported, yet, no one matured and widely accepted anesthesiamethod is available so far. This article aims to provide an information basis for further research on general anesthesia in rabbits by reviewing the literature on single and combined anesthesia techniques in rabbits reported in the last decade.

Purpose To investigate CT and MRI manifestations of renal cell carcinoma associated with Xp11.2 translocation/TFE3 gene fusions (abbreviation as Xp11.2 translocation renal cell carcinoma).Materials and Methods Eighteen cases of Xp11.2 translocation renal cell carcinoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Ten patients underwent CT scans,2 of them had unenhanced CT and 8 of them had pre-and post-contrast CT scan.Fourteen cases underwent plain and multi-phase contrast MRI scan, including 2 cases with unenhanced CT and 4 cases with pre-and post-contrast CT scan. The location,size,shape,density/signal,blood supply and the enhancement of the Xpl 1.2 translocation renal cell carcinoma were analyzed. Results All of the 18 tumors located in the corticomedullary with 17 solid lesions and 1 cystic lesion. The mean maximum diameter of the tumor was (4.6±2.0) cm.Thirteen lesions were circular or oval and 5 were irregularly or lobulated lesions.Ten lesions showed slightly high or high density on unenhanced CT,and the average CT value was (50.6± 11.5) HU,in which 4 lesions showed calcification.Among 8 cases of enhanced CT,1 lesion showed abundant blood supply, while 7 lesions showed lack of blood supply.Fourteen cases of MRI scan exhibited various imaging features with short T1 and T2 signal, and the persistent enhancement in the medullary phase. The MRI findings were further divided into 3 types according to the signal intensity and blood supply except 1 cystic lesion:① 5 lesions predominantly with short T1 and T2 signal were lack of blood supply;② 4 lesions predominantly with slightly longer T1 and T2 signal were abundant blood supply;③ 4 lesions predominantly with equal T1 and T2 signal were relatively lack of blood supply. Conclusion The CT and MRI features of Xpl 1.2 translocation renal cell carcinoma had certain manifestations:slightly high or high density nodule or mass located in corticomedullary on pre-contrast CT scan, various signal intensity with short T1 and T2 signal on MRI,and the persistent enhancement in the medullary phase. These image features combined with clinical data are helpful for diagnosis.
