Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is an important treatment strategy for patients with coronary artery disease. However, bleeding after PCI significantly increases the mortality risk. The search for prognostic predictors and optimal antiplatelet therapy for patients with high bleeding risk (HBR) after PCI has been a much researched upon topic in current cardiovascular research. However, there is no widely accepted prognostic model or recommended antiplatelet therapy for patients with PCI-HBR. In this trial, based on prospective multi-center database building, we will analyze the adverse prognostic predictors for patients with PCI-HBR, observe the types of antiplatelet drugs and duration of dual antiplatelet therapy in PCI-HBR patients, and compare the safety and feasibility of different antiplatelet regimens and treatment courses. The prognostic analysis and an appropriate antiplatelet strategy for patients with PCI and high bleeding risk (PPP-PCI) trial will help analyze bleeding risk factors in PCI-HBR patients and explore the appropriate antiplatelet treatment options. Objective: To investigate the impact of COVID-19 infection and health related behaviors on the health related quality of life of children and adolescents aged 8-15 years in Nanjing, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving HRQoL in children and adolescents. Methods: From December 2022 to January 2023, a total of 2 398 students aged 8-15 years from the third grade of primary school to junior middle school in Nanjing were selected by multistage random cluster sampling. The 3 level EuroQol 5 dimension Questionnaire Youth Vension (EQ-5D-Y-3L) was completed by the respondents on their own, and the parents assisted in completing the rest of the questionnaire. Results: The EuroQol-index(EQ-index) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of being infected individuals were lower than those of uninfected and previously infected ( P <0.05). The proportion of being infected individuals reporting difficulty on "Pain/Discomfort" was higher than that of uninfected and previously infected individuals, and the proportion of reporting difficulty on "Mobility" was also higher than that of uninfected individuals ( P <0.05). Lack of parental companionship( OR=10.19, 95%CI =3.12-33.22), irregular breakfast consumption ( OR=10.63, 95%CI =3.20-35.25), and excessive screen time ( OR=8.24, 95%CI =3.02-22.51) increased the risk of difficulty on "Mobility" in being infected individuals ( P <0.05). Irregular breakfast consumption ( OR=1.93, 95%CI =1.31-2.84) and consumption of sweetened beverages and snacks (OR=1.56, 95%CI =1.17-2.10) increased the risk of having lower EQ index in previously infected individuals compared to uninfected individuals. Furthermore, consumption of sweetened beverages and snacks ( OR=1.57, 95%CI =1.21-2.05) and excessive screen time ( OR=1.49, 95%CI =1.12-1.98) also increased the risk of VAS scores being lower in previously infected individuals compared to uninfected individuals ( P <0.05). Conclusion The COVID-19 infection impairs HRQoL, and unhealthy behaviors deteriorate its negative impact. Healthy behaviors and lifestyles should be advocated to reduce the impact of COVID-19 infection on HRQoL.

Objective To evaluate whether S-100β protein could be a serum marker for traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods From June, 2013 to October, 2014, 24 patients with complete SCI were measured the serum S-100β protein concentrations with en-zyme-linked immunosorbent assay, one week, three and six months after SCI. Serum from ten healthy persons was as normal control. Re-sults The serum S-100βprotein concentrations increased one week and 3 months after SCI (Z>4.273, P<0.001). Conclusion The increase of serum S-100βprotein may help assessing early impairment after complete SCI.

Objective To investigate and compare the clinical thinking ability of medical graduate students of different majors and different grades to explore the influencing factors of clinical thinking ability. Methods 180 graduate students in Medical College of Qingdao University were sur-veyed,including 54 nursing and 126 clinical medicine graduates of different grades. We used a self-designed scale of clinical thinking ability which included three main dimensions (critical thinking abil-ity, systematic thinking ability, evidence-based thinking ability) and twenty-four level 2 items. Ap-plying t test, ANOVA, multiple linear regression analysis for data statistical analysis. Results There's no significant difference comparing the scores of nursing graduates to the scores of clinical medical graduates(t=-0.80, P>0.05). However, there is significant difference in the different grade graduates (F=53.43, P<0.05). The multiple linear regression analysis shows that the practice time, reading professional literature quantity, and starting research earlier or later,are signif-icantly related to the clinical thinking ability(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical thinking level of medical graduate students is generally high, and the higher grade, the higher level of clinical think-ing ability. We must strength-en the training of clinical thinking ability of medical graduates.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of urantide on myocardial apoptosis in rats induced by ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) or hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury and explore the underlying mechanism. METHODS ① In vivo test A rat myocardial I/R injury model was induced by ligating and untying the left anterior descending coronary artery with occlusion 30 min/reperfusion 60 min. Urantide 3, 10 and 30 μg·kg-1 was iv given 10 min before ischemia. TUNEL labeling was used for apoptosis measurement in myocardium. Immu-nohistochemical assay was used for Bcl-2 and Bax proteins expression detection. ② In vitro test An H/R cell model was set up by 3 h hypoxia/3 h reoxygenation. Urantide 0.1,1 and 10 nmol·L-1 was added just before hy-poxia, respectively. Hoechst33258 assay and flow cytometric techniques were used to detect apoptotic cells. RESULTS ① In vivo test Compared with sham group, the number of TUNEL-positive cells in I/R model group significantly increased (P<0.01) ; Bcl-2 protein expression slightly increased with no significant difference, Bax protein expression markedly increased ( P < 0. 01 ) , while Bcl-2/Bax ratio in I/R model group significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with I/R model group, the number of TUNEL-positive cells in urantide 10 and 30 μg·kg-1 groups was significantly decreased by about 36.6% and 57. 2% (P<0.05) ; Bax protein expression markedly decreased ( P <0.05 ) , while Bcl-2/Bax ratio was significantly augmented ( P <0.05 ). Urantide 30 u,g-kg1 also markedly increased Bcl-2 protein expression(P <0.05). ② In vitro test Compared with normal control group, the apoptosis rate in H/R model group significantly increased (P<0. 01). Hoechst33258 assay revealed that urantide 0.1, 1 and 10 nmol·L-1 reduced H/R-induced apoptotic nuclei by about 27.9% , 59.0% and 75. 4% , respectively (P <0.05). Flow cytometric techniques showed that the apoptosis rate was significantly reduced by about 32.8% and 64. 7% with administration of urantide 1 and 10 nmol·L-1 (P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION Urantide exerts an inhibitory effect on I/R or H/R-induced apoptosis by increasing Bcl-2 protein expression and decreasing Bax protein expression.

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the characteristics and regularities of adverse drug reactions(ADR)occurring in our hospital.METHODS:A total of 1 451 ADR cases collected by ADR monitoring center in 2007 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients' age,routes of administration,drug category,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations etc.RESULTS:Of the 1 451 ADR cases,72.16% of the ADR-inducing drugs were administered by intravenous drip,and most were associated with anti-infective drugs,predominantly penicillins,cephalosporins and quinolones.The ADR manifested predominantly as lesions of skin and its appendants.CONCLUSION:Rational drug use and ADR monitoring should be strengthened to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.

AIM:To investigate the relationship of clinical efficacy,blood trough concentration and adverse reavtion,which in the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection with Vancomycin.METHODS:The clinical data of 82 hospital patients who were infected by methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus and treated with Vancomycin from January 2008 to October 2009 were retrospectively analyzed the clinic efficacy,bacteriological treatment,adverse reaction were observed,and the blook trough concentration was detected.RESULTS:The treatment effective rate of Vancomycin-blood trough concentration which was less than 5 ?g/mL,in the range of 5-10 ?g/mL,and greater than 10 ?g/mL were 68.75%,72.73% and 81.82%.The bacterial clearance rates were 62.50%,68.18% and 72.73%.One case of blood trough concentration of 14.6 ?g/mL in patients with renal toxicity.CONCLUSION:Increasing the blood trough concentration of Vancomycin can improve the treatment of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus infection in the efficacy and bacterial eradication rates,but the probability of renal toxicity adverse reactions will also increase accordingly.

Objective:To evaluate the occlusal function of patients with Class ⅡDivision 1 malocclusion.Methods:T-Scan II system 4.02 was used to record total occlusal force(TOF),asymmetry index of occlusal force(AOF),number of occlusal contacts(NOC),asymmetry index of occlusal area(AOA),center of force(COF),maximal movement of COF(MMCOF),occlusal interference index(OII)of 26 Class ⅡDivision 1 malocclusion in the intercuspal position(ICP)comparing with 26 normal occlusion.Results:TOF in Class ⅡDivision 1 malocclusion was significantly smaller than that in normal occlusion(P0.05);AOF,AOA,COF,MMCOF,OII in ClassⅡ1 were significantly higher than those in normal occlusion(P
