Objective:To put forward a self-created aesthetic concept of " Five narrow and one low" and to evaluate the clinical effect of contouring the upper arm and its surrounding area under this concept. Methods:From January 2020 to January 2023, 55 female patients, aged 20 to 50 (mean age 33.0±6.4) years, had their upper arms and surrounding area contours shaped according to the concept of " five narrow and one low" in Changsha My Like Medical Cosmetology Hospital. Liposuction was performed in the upper arm, scapular area, accessory breast area, and armpit area under local swelling combined with sedation and anesthesia. After liposuction in the medial upper arm, bipolar radiofrequency Body Tite compression was performed. Multiple botulinum toxin injections were performed postoperatively in the bilateral traperius muscles. The maximum circumference and sag distance of upper arm of both sides before and after surgery were measured. Patients′ satisfaction was assessed by satisfaction questionnaire. Results:The patients were followed up for 1-6 months after operation, and the liposuction (minimum-maximum) of 55 cases was (1 200±383) ml. The maximum circumference of the left upper arm was (32.85±4.98) cm before surgery and (27.03±3.13) cm after surgery. The maximum circumference of the left upper arm was reduced by (18.65±2.79) %. The maximum circumferential diameter of the right upper arm was (33.3±5.3) cm before surgery and (27.23±3.30) cm after surgery. The maximum circumferential diameter of the right upper arm was reduced by (18.42±2.84) %. The maximum sag distance of the upper arm was (7.12±2.08) cm before surgery and (4.04±1.22) cm after surgery. The maximum sag distance of the upper arm was reduced by (43.22±4.08) %. All the follow-up patients believed that the aesthetic effect of " five narrow and one low" was achieved, the satisfaction score was 4.62±0.51, and no serious complications occurred. Conclusions:The application of the aesthetic concept of " Five narrow and on low" in the contour shaping of the upper arm and the surrounding aera can achieve a better uniform, smooth and smooth surgical effect.

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Xiao’er resuqing oral liquid, and to determine the contents of twelve index components. METHODS HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Venusil MP C18 column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate aqueous solution (gradient elution) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the injection volume was 10 μL. HPLC fingerprint of Xiao’er resuqing oral liquid was established by using the Similarity Evaluation System of Chromatographic Fingerprint of TCM (2012 edition) to evaluate the similarity. The contents of 12 components were determined, including (R, S)-goitrin, 3,5-O-dicaffeoyl quinic acid, puerarin, forsythin, forsythoside A, chlorogenic acid, baicalin, saikosaponins d, wogonoside, baicalein, emodin and chrysophanol. RESULTS The similarity of HPLC fingerprints of 13 batches of Xiao’er resuqing oral liquid was greater than 0.97, and 14 common peaks were confirmed. The contents of the above 12 index components in 13 batches of Xiao’er resuqing oral liquid were as follows: 0.078-0.172, 1.564-2.736, 1.338-2.578, 0.426-0.872, 1.477-2.628, 1.396-2.447, 4.052-9.146, 0.367- 0.692, 1.974-4.674, 1.274-2.969, 0.085-0.167 and 0.155-0.307 mg/mL. CONCLUSIONS The established HPLC fingerprint and content determination methods have high accuracy and high specificity, which can be used for the quality evaluation of Xiao’er resuqing oral liquid.

[Objective]People infected with Hepatitis B are often divided into hepatitis B carriers and hepatitis B patients based on whether ALT is normal or not,and ALT ≥ 2UNL is one of the indications for clinical antiviral treatment, but no sufficient evidence to justify this. In order to explore the theoretical basis, the paper investigated the effects of hepatitis B virus(HBV) on hepatic stellate cells(HSCs).[Methods]A total of 132 chronic hepatitis B patients with different viral loads and ALT levels were randomly selected as the study subjects. Of these patients, those with ALT≥2UNL were treated with antiviral therapy and followed up for 24 weeks. The effects of HBV on HSCs before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed. HSCs proliferation was detected by MTT method,HSCs cell cycle by flow cytometry, and expression of TGF-β1,Smad3,Smad7,α-SMA,collagen Ⅰ,collgen Ⅲ mRNAs and corresponding proteins by RT-PCR and Western blotting, respectively.[Results]At the normal ALT level,HBV with different viral loads had no significant effect on the proliferation, cell cycle and cell secretion of the HSCs. At the abnormal ALT level, especially when ALT ≥ 2UNL,with the increase of virus loads,HSCs proliferation accelerated;cells in the G0/G1 phase decreased significantly and cells in the S and G2/M phases increased significantly;the expression of TGF-β1,Smad3,α-SMA,collagen Ⅰ,collgen Ⅲ mRNAs and corresponding proteins increased significantly, but Smad7 mRNA and protein expression decreased significantly, the differences were statistically significant. HBV showed a significantly lower effect on HSCs after the antiviral therapy than before.[Conclusions]This paper reveals the differential effects of HBV on HSCs at different ALT levels and presents a comparative analysis of the effects before and after the antiviral therapy, which provides a theroretical basis for identifying the ALT level as an indication for HBV antiviral therapy.
