Premature ejaculation refers to a sexual dysfunction in which men experience a short intravaginal ejaculation latency and a lack of control over ejaculation during sexual activity. The onset of this condition is often accompanied by anxiety and depression, which can seriously affect the quality of the patient′s sexual life and the relationship between partners. Based on the "integration of body and spirit" theory in traditional Chinese medicine, our team believes that this condition is a comorbidity of physical and spiritual factors. We propose that the core pathogenesis of this disease lies in the "loss of form and essence, impairment of spirit, and depression of the mind, "while the primary treatment principle involves "nourishing form and regulating spirit." As a result, a new diagnosis and treatment approach of "four-dimensional integration" is summarized in this study. The disease is treated through the four dimensions of shape, body, spirit, and emotion. Traditional Chinese medicine is used to adjust the shape in cases where the physical form is damaged. For individuals with depression of heart and liver qi, the treatment focuses on soothing the heart and smoothing liver qi, and the modified Wangyou Powder and Xuanzhi Decoction is used. In cases where the heart and kidney function are compromised, the treatment involves nourishing both the heart and kidney while restoring interaction between the heart and the kidney, and modified Jihuo Yansi Elixir is used. To reduce the sensitivity of the glans penis, the patient′s body is washed with a traditional Chinese medicine formula, and a delicate fumigation formula is decocted for external washing. For those who are not in tune with their god, psychological counseling can be used to regulate their spirit and advocate "self-partner" and psychotherapy. If there are issues with intimacy, partners should focus on cooperating during foreplay, sexual intercourse, and post-coital interactions. Overall, the treatment aims to harmonize the body and spirit, addressing both physical and psychological factors through a comprehensive, multi-dimensional approach. This method provides new perspectives and ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this condition.

BACKGROUND:The high rate of postoperative hypoproteinemia in patients undergoing hip revision is associated with severe trauma, which affects the rapid recovery of patients. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the risk factors of perioperative hypoproteinemia in patients with hip revision, and to provide guidance for early screening of high-risk patients with postoperative hypoproteinemia. METHODS:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,161 patients who underwent hip revision were divided into hypoproteinemia group(76 cases)and normal group(85 cases). The rate of hypoproteinemia was 47.2%.Data such as age, gender, body mass index, osteoporosis, operation time, preoperative erythrocytes, preoperative hemoglobin, preoperative leukocytes, preoperative platelets, preoperative fibrinogen, preoperative C-reaction protein, preoperative sedimentation rate, preoperative blood calcium, preoperative albumin, postoperative drainage tube placement,American Society of Anesthesiologists score, and postoperative hypoproteinemia were collected.SPSS software was used to analyze the independent risk factors of hypoproteinemia after hip revision using multivariate binary logistic regression analysis.R software was used to construct the nomogram prediction model.Receiver operating characteristic curve and calibration curve and decision curve were drawn to evaluate the model. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)Univariate analysis results showed that body mass index, preoperative erythrocytes, preoperative hemoglobin, preoperative platelets, preoperative fibrinogen, preoperative C-reaction protein, and operation time were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)Multivariate binary Logistic regression analysis results showed that body mass index(OR=0.859,P=0.021),operation time(OR=1.010,P=0.002),preoperative erythrocytes(OR=0.424,P=0.036),and preoperative C-reaction protein(OR=1.043,P=0.032)levels were independent risk factors for postoperative hypoproteinemia in patients with hip revision.(3)Based on four independent risk factors:body mass index, operation time, preoperative erythrocytes and preoperative C-reaction protein, the nomogram can effectively predict the risk of hypoproteinemia after hip revision. This nomogram prediction model has good differentiation and accuracy, and may lead to better clinical net benefits for patients.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(3):330-334
Objective:
To explore the relationship between sedentary behavior with cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function in adolescents, and to provide some references for sedentary behavior prevention and executive function improvement.
Methods:
From September to December 2022, a total of 5 018 adolescents aged 13 to 18 years were selected by stratified random sampling method in Shanghai, Suzhou, Taiyuan,Wuyuan, Xingyi, and Urumqi to conduct physical activity survey, as well as cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function assessment. Pearson s correlation was used to analyze the relationship between sedentary behavior, cardiorespiratory fitness and executive function. The mediation effect model was fitted by the bootstrap mediation procedure in the PROCESS (version 3.3 ) SPSS macro compiled by Haves, and the mediation effect of adolescents cardiorespiratory fitness in the relationship between static behavior and executive function was examined using model 4 in the PROCESS SPSS macro, where Boosrap method was used to compute the mediation effect of adolescents cardiorespiratory fitness. where the Boosrap method was used to calculate confidence intervals for the mediating effects.
Results:
Adolescents daily sedentary time was positively correlated with both the refreshing function (1-back and 2-back) and the switch function reaction time ( r =0.05, 0.07, 0.05, P <0.01). Adolescent VO 2max was negatively correlated with both the refreshing function (1-back,2-back) and the switching function ( r =-0.09, -0.14 , -0.11, P <0.01). Adolescents daily sedentary time was negatively correlated with VO 2max ( r =-0.04, P <0.01); cardiorespiratory fitness mediated effect values between sedentary behavior and refreshing function (1-back and 2-back) and converted function were 0.20(95% CI =0.06-0.36), 0.43(95% CI =0.14-0.74) and 0.13 (95% CI =0.04-0.22), with mediating effect shares of 6.87%, 8.33% and 8.59%, respectively.
Conclusion
The duration of sedentary behavior in adolescents is related to executive function performance, and cardiorespiratory fitness may serve as a mediator to mediate the association between sedentary behavior and executive function in adolescents.

Chronic liver diseases can further develop to liver fibrosis and cirrhosis. Currently, there is no effective treatment except liver orthotopic transplantation at this point. The extreme shortage of liver organ source forced people to find alternative treatment strategies. Mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs) have the abilities of immunomodulatory, hepatocyte differentiation, promotion of liver cells regeneration in situ and inhibiting the activation of hepatic stellate cells. Therefore, MSCs transplantation provides a very broad prospect for cell therapy. It is important to provide preclinical evaluation of the efficacy and safety before the application of cell therapy in clinical trials. The progress of various animal models of human liver diseasees and significance of using MSCs to treat liver diseases in preclincal studies based on these animal models were reviewed in this paper.
