ObjectiveTo analyze the research status and development trends of non-pharmacological therapies for post-stroke spasticity (PSS) over the past two decades. MethodsRelevant literatures on non-pharmacological rehabilitation of PSS published from January, 2004 to June, 2024 were retrieved from Web of Science Core Collection. CiteSpace 6.3.R6 and VOSviewer 1.6.18 were used for visualization analysis. ResultsA total of 780 publications were included. The annual number of publications showed an overall upward trend. China, the USA, and Italy contributed the highest number of publications. The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and researcher Noureddin Nakhostin Ansari were identified as the most influential institution and author, respectively. High-frequency keywords and cluster labels included electric stimulation, transcranial magnetic stimulation, robot and acupuncture. ConclusionOver the past 20 years, researches on non-pharmacological therapies for PSS have remained active, with hotspots focusing on diverse interventions such as electrical stimulation, magnetic stimulation and robot-assisted therapy.

Severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） is closely related to dysfunction of the spleen-stomach ascent and descent. Due to the influence of modern lifestyle and dietary factors， Qi deficiency in the spleen and stomach has become the pathological basis of SAP. Its pathogenesis is characterized by dampness， heat， pathogenic factors， stasis， stagnation， obstruction， Fu-organs Qi obstruction， pathogenic excess， and healthy Qi deficiency. At different stages of the disease course of SAP， there is a focus on both pathogenic excess and healthy Qi deficiency. It is specifically manifested as Fu-organs stagnation and heat accumulation， as well as pathogenic excess and healthy Qi deficiency， during the systemic inflammatory response phase， intermingling of blood stasis and pathogenic factors， as well as Qi deficiency and blood stasis， during the infection period， and weakness of the spleen and stomach， as well as healthy Qi deficiency and lingering pathogenic factors， during the residual infection period. Based on the theory that "the spleen and stomach are the acquired foundation"， a staged treatment method centered on the core principle of "strengthening healthy Qi to eliminate pathogenic factors" was developed. The staged treatment method included "clearing the Fu-organs to expel turbidity， replenishing Qi to harmonize the stomach， activating blood circulation to expel pathogenic factors， replenishing Qi to relieve pain， promoting digestion to stimulate appetite， and replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen". In clinical practice， Hewei Tongxie mixture， Yikang mixture， and Shiwei Jianpi Xiaoshi powder were selected for staged treatment of SAP. This article systematically summarized the theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine， Western medicine foundation， modern pharmacological mechanisms， and clinical application experience of the staged treatment of SAP with "strengthening the healthy Qi to eliminate pathogenic factors"， providing new ideas for the treatment of SAP with traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective: To investigate the trends in incidence and mortality of lung cancer in Huangpu District, Shanghai Municipality from 2002 to 2019, so as to provide the evidence for formulating lung cancer prevention and control measures. Methods: Data of lung cancer incidence and mortality among residents in Huangpu District from 2002 to 2019 were collected through the Shanghai Cancer Registration and Reporting Management System. The crude incidence and mortality of lung cancer was calculated, and standardized by the data from the Chinese Fifth National Population Census in 2000 (Chinese-standardized rate) and the Segi's world standard population in 1960 (world-standardized rate). The trends in incidence and mortality of lung cancer among residents by age and gender were evaluated using annual percent change (APC). Results: A total of 12 965 cases of lung cancer were reported in Huangpu District from 2002 to 2019, and the crude incidence rate was 80.66/105, the Chinese-standardized incidence rate was 34.54/105, and the world-standardized incidence rate was 31.30/105, all showing upward trends (APC=4.588%, 2.933% and 3.247%, all P<0.05). A total of 10 102 deaths of lung cancer were reported, and the crude mortality rate was 62.30/105, showing an upward trend (APC=0.959%, P<0.05); the Chinese-standardized mortality was 25.93/105, and the world-standardized mortality was 22.05/105, both showing downward trends (APC=-1.282% and -1.263%, both P<0.05). The crude incidence and mortality rates of lung cancer in males were higher than those in females (101.39/105 vs. 60.52/105, 85.45/105 vs. 39.87/105, both P<0.05). The crude incidence and mortality rates of lung cancer showed upward trends with age (both P<0.05), reaching their peaks in the age groups of 80-<85 years (341.37/105) and 85 years or above (355.97/105), respectively. Conclusions The incidence of lung cancer showed an upward trend, while the mortality showed a downward trend in Huangpu District from 2002 to 2019. Elderly men were the high-risk group for lung cancer incidence and mortality.

Pregabalin, a structural analog of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), has been widely prescribed since its approval in 2004 for treating various neuropathic pain conditions. In Western countries, it is also approved for managing anxiety disorders. However, concerns about its potential for abuse and dependence have led to its reclassification as a second-line treatment in recent years. Although pregabalin addiction has been reported in international studies, there have been no such reports within China. This article presents a case of addiction stemming from pregabalin abuse to manage anxiety symptoms. The patient experienced withdrawal symptoms after discontinuing the drug, which were successfully treated. The development of pregabalin addiction, withdrawal symptoms, and the OD(overdose) pattern of drug abuse in this case should draw the attention of clinicians in China.

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum C-C motif ligand 23 (CCL23),Stanniocalcin-1 (STC1) levels and prognosis in patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods A total of 122 severe HICH patients who visited the Department of Neurosurgery,Hohhot First Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were regarded as the study subjects (HICH group),122 patients with mild HICH during the same period (mild group) and 122 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations were considered healthy. HICH patients were separated into survival group(n=94) and death group(n=28)based on prognosis. ELISA was applied to detect serum levels of CCL23 and STC1. Spearson on method was used to analyze correlations and multivariate COX regression was used to investigate the influencing factors of prognosis in HICH patients,and ROC curve was applied to analyze the predictive value of serum CCL23 and STC1 levels for the prognosis. Kaplan-Meier was applied to analyze the relationship between serum CCL23,STC1 levels and clinical outcomes. Results Serum CCL23(53.32±10.85pg/ml,78.49±11.21pg/ml,112.47±11.53pg/ml)and STC1 (15.12±2.63ng/ml,19.07±2.58ng/ml,22.15±2.75ng/ml)levels in the healthy group,mild disease group and HICH group were increased successively,and the differences was statistically significant (F=856.967,215.043,all P<0.05). The serum levels of CCL23 (108.02±13.51pg/ml) and STC1 (21.06±3.28ng/ml) in the survival group were lower than those in the death group(127.41±13.55 pg/ml,25.83±3.23 ng/ml),the Glasgow coma (GCS) score (8.95±0.92 ) of the survival group was higher than that of the death group(7.61±0.77),and the differences were statistically significant (t=6.663,6.810,7.005,all P<0.001). The serum levels of CCL23 and STC1 were negatively correlated with GCS score (r=-0.481,-0.426,all P<0.001). CCL23[OR(95％CI):1.240(1.091～1.409)],STC[OR(95％CI):1.754(1.215～2.533)]and GCS[OR(95％CI):0.087(0.020～0.382)]score were the influencing factors for poor prognosis in HICH patients . The AUC(95％CI) of CCL23 combined STC1 in the prediction of the prognosis of HICH patients was 0.939 (0.880～0.974) which was higher than that of single diagnosis (Z=1.974,2.040,P=0.048,0.041),the sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis were 85.71％ and 94.68％,respectively. The 6-month follow-up survival rate of patients with high expression of CCL23 and STC1 (51.06％ vs 93.33％,56.86％ vs 91.55％) was lower than that of patients with low expression of CCL23 and STC1,and the differences were statistically signrficant (Log rank x2=34.777,23.781,all P<0.05). Conclusion The serum levels of CCL23 and STC1 are high in severe HICH patients,which are closely related to their prognosis. High expression of CCL23 and STC1 may indicate poor clinical outcomes in patients.

Objective:To analyze the current status and deficiencies of family bed service policies in China, for references for promoting the construction of China′s home health service system.Methods:Key words such as " family bed" and " home health services" were used to search for relevant policies(from January 1, 1984 to May 31, 2023)in Peking University Treasure Database, the State Council′s policy document repository, and official websites of health administrative departments at all levels. NVivo 11.0 software was utilized for a three-level coding process to establish a policy text analysis framework and to identify deficiencies in the construction of policies.Results:A total of 63 policy documents were included, comprising 53 provincial and municipal documents, which were mainly concentrated in economically developed provinces; After three-level coding, 72 third level nodes, 21 second level nodes, and 8 first level nodes(service objects, service providers, service methods, service content, service fees, subsidy policies, hospital bed configuration, and standardized management) were obtained. Among them, the responsibilities of service providers needed to be further clarified, the technical and innovative nature of service content was still insufficient, the charging standards and medical insurance reimbursement policies needed to be improved, the support for subsidy policies was limited, and the use of intelligent devices in bed configuration needed to be strengthened.Conclusions:China′s family bed service policy focused on eight dimensions, covering a comprehensive range of content, but there were still areas that need to be refined and improved. This study suggested that relevant departments should further clarify the responsibilities of service providers, deepen the construction of service connotations, moderately increase government support, promote the intelligent construction of services, and achieve multi-party collaboration to jointly promote the sustainable development of family bed services in China.

Objective To systematically review the safety and efficacy of irreversible electroporation(IRE)combined with immunotherapy in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer.Methods This study was conducted according to the PRISMA guideline,with a PROSPERO registration unmber of CRD42024531984.Datebases including PubMed,Embase the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP were searched for related articles on IRE combined with immunotherapy for unresectable pancreatic cancer published up to February 2024.The articles were screened and related data were extracted according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the quality of the articles was assessed.Review Manager 5.3 and Stata 17.0 software were used to perform the meta-analysis.Results Six studies were finally included,with three prospective studies,two retrospective studies,and one randomized controlled trial.There were 376 patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer in total,among whom there were 222 patients in the IRE group and 154 patients in the IRE+immunotherapy group.The meta-analysis showed that compared with IRE alone,IRE combined with immunotherapy significantly prolonged progression-free survival(hazard ratio[HR]=0.82,95%confidence interval[CI]:0.72-0.92,P=0.001)and overall survival(HR=0.86,95%CI:0.80-0.93,P=0.000 1),increased T lymphocyte count in the patients(mean difference=217.93,95%CI:192.87-242.99,P<0.000 01),and improved the immune function of patients.However,there were no significant differences between the two groups in reducing the incidence rate of adverse events(odds ratio[OR]=1.43,95%CI:0.76-2.72,P=0.27)and improving the objective remission rate of patients(OR=1.49,95%CI:0.87-2.56,P=0.15).Conclusion IRE combined with immunotherapy is safe and effective in patients with unresectable pancreatic cancer and can significantly improve overall survival and progression-free survival and enhance immune function,with little effect on objective remission rate and the incidence rate of adverse events.

Objective:To investigate the effects and molecular mechanism of neuropilin and tolloid-like 2 (NETO2) on proliferation, migration, cell cycle, and apoptosis in gallbladder cancer (GBC).Methods:The NETO2 mRNA and protein expression in GBC-SD, ZJU-0430, NOZ GBC cells were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot. NETO2 overexpression and knockdown stable cell lines were constructed by plasmid transfection. Cell counting kit-8 assay, colony formation assay, transwell assay, flow cytometry and WB assay were performed to evaluate proliferation, migration, cell cycle, apoptosis, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and changes of phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase/protein kinase B (PI3K/Akt) signaling pathway.Results:GBC-SD and ZJU-0430 cells with NETO2 gene overexpression and NOZ cells with NETO2 gene knockdown were effectively constructed. NETO2 overexpression in gallbladder cancer cell lines significantly improved cell proliferation and migration, advanced cell cycle progression from G0/G1 to S phase, and inhibited cell apoptosis. In the ZJU-0430 and GBC-SD cells, the clone number increased from (78.5±9.2), (217.0±6.4) to (213.5±10.3), (296.3±9.3)( t=10.98, 6.51; P=0.008, 0.023); The number of migrating cells increased from (198.6±8.4), (233.3±11.0) to (382.7±12.4), (379.0±7.3) ( t=16.98, 16.85, both P<0.001); The total apoptosis rate reduced from (29.7±0.9)%, (35.6±1.1)% to (19.2±0.5)%, (29.1±0.4)% ( t=9.74, 9.05; both P<0.001); The expression of EMT related proteins such as N-cadherin, Vimentin, Snail, and Slug were upregulated, while E-cadherin expression was downregulated. Phosphorylated PI3K (p-PI3K) and Akt (p-Akt) protein expression were significantly increased (all P<0.05). In contrast, NETO2 knockdown had the opposite effect on all these parameters. Conclusion:NETO2 influences the EMT process by regulating the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway, thus promotes GBC cell proliferation, migration and cell cycle progression, and inhibits cancer cell apoptosis.
