Objective:To assess the cytotoxicity of self-adhesive resin cement RelyXTM U200 on human periodontal ligament fibro-blasts(HPDLFs)under different light treatment modes.Methods:The self-adhesive resin cement RelyXTM U200 was cured by immediate light(A),intermittent light(B),delayed light(C)and no light(D)treatment respectively.The HPDLFs were cultured with the specimen extracts under different light modes.The proliferation ability and apoptosis level of the cells in the groups were detected by CCK-8 test and flow cytometry apoptosis test.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the cytotoxicity of specimens to HPDLFs.Results:At 24 h after light treatment the cytoxicity(grade)of group A,B,C and D was 1,2,3 and 4,at 72 h 1,2,2 and 3,respectively.At 72 h,the apoptosis index(％)of the cells in A,B,C and D groups was 6.38％±0.94％,16.34％±1.67％,24.13％±1.43％and 38.34％±2.75％respecitvely.Conclusion:The cytotoxicity of self-adhesive resin cement is the greatest under no light treatment mode and the least under immediate light treatment mode.

Objective To study the effects of prosthetic alignment on internal contact mechanical characteristics of intact knee joint for transfemoral amputees. Methods The gait experiment of transfemoral amputees was performed under different alignment conditions, and the differences of lower limb motion and ground reaction force (GRF) were analyzed and compared with those of the non-amputees. The three-dimensional （30） finite element model of knee joint was build and used to analyze the effect of alignments of socket adduction and abduction on internal contact mechanical characteristics between femur cartilage, tibia cartilage and meniscus. Results For knee joint of the non-amputees, contact force was mainly concentrated on the medial sides at the moment of the first GRF peak, while contact force was mainly concentrated on the lateral sides at the moment of the second GRF peak. However, for intact knee joint of the transfemoral amputees, contact force was mainly concentrated on the medial side at the moment of two GRF peaks. The stress of the medial meniscus, contact force and contact area between the medial meniscus and cartilage all obviously increased under the alignment of 6° socket adduction. Conclusions Compared with non-amputees, the incidence of knee osteoarthritis (OA) in amputees was higher, which was related to the long-term overload of the medial knee joint. The alignment of socket adduction may increase the risk of knee OA in the intact side of transfemoral amputees. In clinic, excessive adduction of the socket should be avoided during prosthetic alignment.

Objective: To explore the treatment technique, occurrence and development patterns of such radiation injuries as in a major radiological accident in which a victim suffered mild bone marrow radiation sickness combined grade degree Ⅲ acute radiation induced skin injury, based on his dose estimation, clinical manifestations and disease treatments. Methods: History inquiry in detail, earlier physical dose estimation and biological dose estimation were conducted in conjunction with analyzing the chromosome aberration of peripheral blood lymphocytes. The physical dose was estimated by Monte Carlo method.The systematic laboratory and imaging examination was performed to evaluate the condition. The comprehensive analysis was conducted to determine the diagnosis and treatment plan. Results: At 3d after the exposure, "Ren" felt mild pain and discomfortable on the skin of the right index finger. The body of the right hand index finger was covered with blister at 21 d after exposure.The estimation of biological dose was 0.43 Gy (95%CI: 0.31-0.58 Gy), and the physical dose was estimated to be 36-164 Gy for each part of the right hand finger. The hematopoietic system, immune system and endocrine system were normal. The liver function index value was transiently increased. The liver damage resulted from the use of antibiotic-induced combined with the patient′s past medical history and admission examination result, and the relevant antibiotics were discontinued. The liver function returned to normal after liver protection treatment. At 22 d after irradiation, a right finger incision and decompression surgery were performed. The stem cells were extracted and implanted into the right index finger. After 59 days of hospitalization, there was no obvious discomfort in the body, and the right index finger recovered well, as well as the pain significantly relieved, and the knuckle activity was basically normal. Conclusions The patient with excessive radiation and grade Ⅲ acute radiation skin injury was successfully treated, and local application of autologous adipose-derived stem cell transplantation achieved good result .

OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprints for Herba clematidis in northeast. METHODS:HPLC was per-formed on the column of Hedera ODS-2 C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid solution(gradient elution)at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was 338 nm,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the injection volume was 20 μL. Using rutin as as a reference,the HPLC profiles of 10 batches of H. clematidis were determined,Similarity Evaluation Software for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(2004A edition) was used for the common peaks identification and similarity evaluation. RESULTS:There were 16 common peaks in the 10 batches of H. clematidis,similarity degree was higher than 0.9. It was proved that the HPLC profiles and control fingerprint profile of 10 batches of H. clematidis had good consistency. CONCLUSIONS:The established fingerprints can provide reference for the identification and quality evaluation of H. clematidis in northeast.

Objective To investigate the expression of endostatin and angiopoietin (Ang)-2 in human ghoma and its significance. Methods The expression of endostatin and Ang-2 were measured by immunohistochemistry and endostatin mBNA by hybridization in situ in 108 cases of brain glioma and 5 cases of normal brain tissues. Results The expression of endostatin (0.0657±0.0038)and Ang-2 (0.0286± 0.0042) were significantly higher in grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ glioma patients than those in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ ghoma patients (0.0349±0.0048,0.0084±0.0018, respectively) and normal brain tissues (0,0)(P<0.01). The expression of endostatin mRNA were significantly higher in grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ glioma patients (0.0310±0.0041) than that in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ glioma patients (0.0152±0.0031) and normal brain tissues (0)(P< 0.01 ). Theratio of endo-stalin to Ang-2 was negatively rehted to the grade of glioma (r=-0.810,P <0.01). Conclusion The interaction of endostatin and Ang-2 plays an important role in the invasive growth and malignant development of human glioma, and may be related to the prognosis and the malignant degree of glioma.
