1.Research progress on the mechanism of endometrial microenvironment in adverse pregnancy outcomes

Adverse pregnancy outcome (APO) refers to any pregnancy outcome other than a normal live birth, mainly including preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction, recurrent pregnancy loss, etc., which seriously threaten the health of both the mother and the fetus. Most APOs originate from abnormal uterine endometrial microenvironment before pregnancy. Once a woman confirms pregnancy, intervening in the uterine endometrium at this stage is often too late. The uterine endometrium, as a key site for embryo implantation and development, its abnormal microenvironment can lead to APO. Therefore, in-depth exploration of the relationship between the pre-pregnancy uterine endometrial microenvironment and APO is helpful for clarifying the mechanism of APO occurrence and providing key ideas and methods for early prevention and treatment. This article reviews the latest research on the mechanism of action between uterine endometrial microenvironment and APO, systematically summarizing the research progress and main conclusions in this field from several aspects such as immune imbalance, inflammatory response, abnormal energy metabolism, and senescence of uterine endometrial stromal cells.

3. Survival analysis of people living with HIV/AIDS in Sichuan province, 1991-2017

Objective:
To analyze the survival time of people living with HIV/AIDS and related influencing factors in Sichuan province during 1991-2017.
Methods:
A retrospective cohort study was conducted to analyze the data of 143 988 HIV/AIDS cases. The data were collected from Chinese HIV/AIDS Comprehensive Information Management System. Life table method was used to calculate the survival proportion of the cases, and Cox proportion hazard regression model was used to identify the factors related with survival time.

4.Reform and Exploration of Practical Teaching System Based on Talents Training for Biomedical Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving practical teaching system of biomedical specialty talents training. METHODS:Based on the present situation of practical teaching system in higher vocational education,combined with the develop-ment of biomedicine industry,referring to foreign experience about vocational education mode,using the elements of the practice teaching system as the breakthrough points,hardware and software of practical teaching were highlighted and strengthened;the practical teaching system was established fromability oriented,practical teaching as the leadingpractical ability of vocational stu-dents and vocational ability talent training mode. RESULTS:The practical teaching system of biomedical specialty talents training was established on the basis ofthree-capacity,one body two wingspractical teaching target system,three standards,hierarchi-cal and modularpractical teaching content system,system and institutions,hardware and software managementstandard man-agement system,progressive training base platform,dual-level teaching staff,practical teaching supporting system of talented teacher group. CONCLUSIONS:The practical teaching system strengthen comprehensive practice ability training, can realize win-win between college and government,and of society.
