Objective To investigate the short and medium term results of Castor single branched stent combined with parallel stent technique in the reconstruction of two supra-aortic branches in total endovascular repair of aortic arch lesions. Methods The patients with aortic arch disease who were treated with single-branch stents combined with parallel stents for Z1 anchoring and total endovascular repair from April 2022 to August 2022 in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China were retrospectively included, and the perioperative and follow-up data of the patients were analyzed. Results There were 4 males and 1 female with an average age of (46.2±18.6) years. This study included 1 patient of aortic arch aneurysm and 4 patients of acute non-A non-B aortic dissection. The success rate of surgical technique was 100.0%. The operative time was (132.3±45.1) min, the immediate postoperative isolation of lesions was satisfactory, and there were no adverse events and death in perioperative period. The follow-up time was 12-15 months. During the follow-up period, all patients survived without stent displacement, type Ⅰa endoleak, parallel stent stenosis and occlusion, or re-operation. Conclusion The short and medium term results of single branched stents combined with parallel stents in total endovascular repair of aortic arch diseases requiring Z1 anchoring is satisfactory.

Objective:To analyze the results of serum erythropoietin (EPO) in adults patients with Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) in Qinghai Province.Methods:According to the "Diagnosis of Kaschin-Beck Disease" (WS/T 207-2010), by using clinical examination and X-ray, adults over 20 years old in KBD areas of Xinghai County and Guide County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, were divided into KBD case group ( n = 109) and internal control group ( n = 95) in July 2019. At the same time, healthy people were selected as external control group ( n = 90) in Xunhua County. Then 2 ml fasting cubital venous blood was collected from the target population to separate serum. The serum EPO level was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results:There was no significant difference in age and sex ratio among the 3 groups ( F = 0.73, P = 0.484; χ 2 = 1.03, P = 0.611). There was significant difference in serum EPO levels among the 3 groups [KBD case, internal and external control groups: (30.74 ± 26.23), (19.73 ± 11.53) and (10.83 ± 4.48) U/L, F = 26.51, P < 0.001]. Multiple comparisons showed that there were statistically significant differences in serum EPO levels between KBD case group and the internal and external control groups ( P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the internal and external control groups ( P > 0.05). Conclusions:The serum EPO level in adult KBD patients in Qinghai Province is increased significantly.

Objective:To master the epidemic trend of human brucellosis in Qinghai Province, so as to provide basis for scientific prevention and control of the disease.Methods:In 2019 and 2020, at the national and provincial brucellosis monitoring sites in Qinghai Province, a total of 18 counties (cities and districts, hereinafter referred to as counties), no less than 400 serum samples were sampled every year for brucellosis Rose-Bengal plate agglutination test (RBPT) and serum tube agglutination test (SAT), which would be tested and judged according to the criteria of "Diagnosis for Brucellosis" (WS 269-2019).Results:In 2019, a total of 1 612 people were monitored in national brucellosis monitoring sites, 93 were RBPT positive, 54 were SAT positive, 54 were diagnosed, and the prevalence rate was 3.35% (54/1 612). In 2020, 1 677 people were monitored in national brucellosis monitoring sites, 151 were RBPT positive, 80 were SAT positive, 80 were diagnosed, and the prevalence rate was 4.77% (80/1 677). There were significant differences in RBPT positive rate, SAT positive rate and prevalence rate among national monitoring sites between the two years (χ 2 = 12.52, 4.24, 4.24, P < 0.05). In 2019, a total of 6 043 people were monitored in provincial brucellosis monitoring sites, 128 were RBPT positive, 91 were SAT positive, 87 were diagnosed, and the prevalence rate was 1.44% (87/6 043). In 2020, 5 664 people were monitored, 108 were RBPT positive, 59 were SAT positive, 52 were diagnosed, and the prevalence rate was 0.92% (52/5 664). There was no significant difference in RBPT positive rate among provincial monitoring sites between the two years (χ 2 = 0.66, P = 0.416), and the differences in SAT positive rate and prevalence rate were statistically significant among provincial monitoring sites between the two years (χ 2 = 4.98, 14.57, P < 0.05). Conclusion:In 2019 and 2020, there are human brucellosis in national and provincial brucellosis monitoring sites in Qinghai Province.

Objective:To investigate the effect of different ways of reconstruction of left subclavian artery (LSA) in the treatment of complex aortic arch lesions.Methods:The clinical data of 34 patients with complex thoracic aortic disease undergoing intracavitary LSA reconstruction in our center from January 2019 to February 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The distance of proximal healthy landing zone of all patients, including 29 aortic dissections involving LSA, 3 penetrating aortic ulcer and 2 thoracic aortic aneurysms, was less than 15 mm. Among them, 16 cases were treated with chimney technique, 16 cases were implanted with single branched stent-graft, 2 cases were received with left common carotid artery and LSA in situ fenestration.Results:The operation success rate of all 34 patients was 100%. One case was changed from in situ fenestration to chimney stenting. Followed up for 1-12 months, there were no death, cerebral ischemia, paraplegia and other postoperative complications. CTA review showed that the main and branch stents were in good shape, the patency rate of LSA branch stents was 100% and no endoleak occurred at 1 and 3 months after operation. The muscle strength and arterial blood pressure of bilateral upper limbs of all patients were basically the same.Conclusion:There is no consensus for the treatment of complex aortic arch lesions, so we need to customize the personalized plan and select the appropriate LSA reconstruction method in order to reduce the incidence of complications.

OBJECTIVE：To investigate th e stabilities of antitumor candid ate Gedatolisib in plasma in vitro and simulated gastric/intestinal fluids ，and to analyze the possible catabolites in plasma. METHODS ：HPLC method was adopted. Using indometacin as internal standard ，the contents of Gedatolisib incubated in plasma of SD rats （male）for 0，0.5，1.0，1.5，2.0，3.0 h and blank simulated gastric fluid （pH 1.3，no enzyme ），blank simulated intestinal fluid （pH 6.8，no enzyme ），simulated gastric fluid（pH 1.3，containing pepsin ）and simulated intestinal fluid （pH 6.8，containing trypsin ）for 0，0.5，1.0，2.0，3.0，4.0，6.0 h were determined. The remaining percentage of Gedatolisib was calculated. UPLC-Q-TOF/MS was used to analyze the TIC of blank plasma and incubated samples. The differential peaks were compared， and catabolites were inferred by MS 1Z073）.gzwjkj2019-1- chromatograms. RESULTS ： The remaining percentage in plasma of rats for 2.0 h was about 63％，and there was nosignificant change after continued incubation. The remaining percentage of Gedatolisib incubated in blank simulated intestinal fluid for different time ranged （99.18 ± 2.15）％ -（103.20 ± 3.41）％ . The remaining percentage in simulated com intestinal fluids for 2.0 h ranged （88.76 ± 1.53）％ . The remaining percentage in blank simulated gastric fluids for 2.0 h was ranged （85.63±1.55）％，and there was no significant change after continued incubation. The remaining percentage in simulated gastric fluid was from （94.94±3.52）％（0 h）to（16.19±1.17）％ （6.0 h）. TIC of UPLC-Q-TOF/MS showed that the differential peaks of incubated samples and blank plasma was 6.42 min under positive mode scanning ，molecular ion peak of m/z 616.335 1，simulated 632.327 7，630.317 0，602.278 6 [M+H]+ could be found in scanning channel. It was speculated that Gedatolisib could generate 1-（4-（3-（4，6-dimorpholino-1，3，5-triazin-2-yl）phenyl）urea） benzoyl）-N，N-dimethylpiperidin-4-amine oxide ，1-（4-（4-（dimethylamino）piperidine-1-carbonyl）phenyl）-3-（4-（4-morpholino-6- （3-oxomorpholino）-1，3，5-triazin-2-yl）phenyl）urea and 1-（4-（3-（4-（4，6-dimorpholino-1，3，5-triazin-2-yl）phenyl）urea） benzoyl）-N-methylpiperidine. CONCLUSIONS ：Gedatolisib is not stable in rat plasma ，and it may undergo terminal N oxidation， morpholine ring oxidation and terminal N demethylation. Gedatolisib is stable in artificial intestinal fluid and blank artificial gastric/ intestinal fluid ，and degrades obviously in the presence of pepsin.

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy of thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) in the treatment of Stanford type B thoracic aortic dissection. Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with Stanford type B aortic dissection who had underwent TEVAR in cardiac surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2017 to December 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, there were 56 males and 24 females. The effect of operation and postoperative complications were observed. The diameters of different aortic levels before and after TEVAR were compared in order to understand the aortic remodeling after TEVAR. Results All 80 patients were operated successfully. A total of 87 stents were implanted, of which 2 stents were placed in 7 patients. Four patients died 30 days after operation, 3 of whom were diagnosed as dissection rupture before operation and underwent emergency TEVAR. The cause of death was massive hemorrhage due to re-rupture of dissection. One patient complicated with massive cerebral infarction before operation died of respiratory failure. Six months after operation, CTA showed that the diameter of the aortic true lumen at the level of the left subclavian artery, the maximum diameter of the tumor and the level of the diaphragm significantly increased: (30.1 ± 3.5) mm vs. (24.4 ± 4.2)mm, (33.4 ± 5.1) mm vs. (24.9 ± 6.2) mm,(26.1±4.9) mm vs. (19.3 ± 3.1) mm; all P values＜0.01, and the false lumen significantly decreased: (3.5 ± 1.7) mm vs. (11.2 ± 5.7) mm, (9.1 ± 2.4) mm vs. (18.3 ± 5.9) mm, (6.2 ± 1.3) mm vs. (14.7 ± 5.2) mm, all P values＜0.01. There was no significant difference in the overall diameter of aorta before and after operation (P > 0.05). Conclusions The treatment of Stanford type B aortic dissection with TEVAR has significantly good short-term clinical efficacy, which is less traumatic and quick to recover. However, the long-term efficacy remains to be observed.

Objective To investigate the association of two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs),rs844648 and rs3850641,in OX40L (TNFSF4) gene,with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) in Hubei Han populations.Methods A total of 82 patients with SLE and 100 normal human controls were eligible for this study.Blood samples were obtained from these subjects and DNA was extracted from these samples.PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) was used to analyze the genotype of SNPs rs844648 and rs3850641.Results The frequency of AA,AG and GG genotype of the SNP rs844648 was 14.0％,55.0％and 31.0％ respectively in the controls,20.7％,62.2％ and 17.1％ respectively in the patients.A higher frequency was observed for A allele at the SNP rs844648 and G allele at the SNP rs3850641 in patients compared with the normal controls [73.2％ vs.69.0％％,x2 =4.69,P ＜ 0.05,OR =2.182 (1.068 - 4.458);37.8％ vs.24.0％,x2 =4.07,P ＜ 0.05,OR =1.925 (1.015 - 3.651)].The frequency of AA,AG and GG genotype of SNP rs3850641 was 76.0％,21.0％ and 3.0％ respectively in the normal controls,62.2％,31.7％ and 6.1％ respectively in the patients.Conclusions There are polymorphisms in the SNPs rs844648 and rs3850641 in TNFSF4 gene,which may be associated with the development of SLE.

Objective To investigate the relation between VEGF and prognosis of lung carcinoma.Methods ESISA was used to investigate the level of VEGF in lung carcinoma group,pulmonary disease group and normal group,and evaluate the diagnostic efficiency of lung carcinoma transfer or dead.Results The levels of VEGF in lung carcinoma group and pulmonary disease group were significantly higher than those in normal cases(P0.05).The level of VEGF in pulmonary disease group had a degression after treatment.The negative rate of lung carcinoma was 76%.The transfer rate in the increases group of lung carcinoma was 65% in the six month.The dead rate was 10%(P

Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbs on human scalp hair growth in vitro. Methods Organ culture of human scalp hair follicles was used to study the effects of extracts of Crataegus cuneata, Ligustrum lucidum, Polyporus umbelatus and Bletilla striata mixture and ginseng saponin on hair growth. Results Low doses of mixture extracts(1.28 ?g/mL and 6.4 ?g/mL) markedly enhanced the hair growth and lengthened the period of hair growth, while high doses of mixture extracts(4 mg/mL and 20 mg/mL) sharply inhibited hair growth and shortened the period of hair growth. High doses of ginseng saponin (40 ?g/mL and 200 ?g/mL) also had an inhibiting effect on hair growth. Conclusion This observation suggests that extracts of Crataegus cuneata, Ligustrum lucidum, Polyporus umbelatus and Bletilla striata mixture can promote hair growth in vitro.
