Objective The study explored the psychological help-seeking experiences of adolescents with mood disorder,so as to provide references for healthcare professionals to carry out relevant interventions to facilitate adolescents'early access to mental health services.Methods A qualitative research was adopted,and 14 adolescents with mood disorder admitted to a tertiary hospital in Lanzhou City from December 2023 to March 2024 were interviewed by semi-structured interviews.The data was analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step method.Results 3 themes were extracted,including long and tortuous help-seeking journey(maladaptive coping,continuous exploration of informal help-seeking behavior,formal help-seeking for crisis-triggered or needs-driven),the psychological experience intertwining struggles and expectations(disappointment at not being taken seriously,helplessness at not being understood,expectation of more understanding and support),barriers to help-seeking(lack of knowledge,difficulties with self-disclosure,lack of trust,negative attitudes encountered when seeking informal help,negative experiences during formal help-seeking).Conclusion Adolescents with mood disorder experienced a long and tortuous journey while seeking help,faced with numerous barriers along the process,and desired to be understood and supported.Healthcare professionals should collaborate with families,schools,and other resources,to improve adolescents'mental health literacy and establish a robust social support system,so as to provide reliable support for adolescents with mood disorder in accessing professional mental health services.

Patients after cardiac valve surgery generally suffered from low exercise capacity, and lack of exercise can cause impaired exercise tolerance, reduced quality of life, and prolonged length of hospital stay, increased the risk of death. Exercise, as the core of cardiac rehabilitation, played an irreplaceable role in improving the cardiopulmonary function, exercise capacity, and health-related quality of life of patients after cardiac valve surgery. This article mainly reviewed the types and methods of exercise training after cardiac valve surgery, and the strategies for promoting exercise intervention, so as to provide references for medical staff to perform exercise interventions for patients after cardiac valve surgery.

Based on the characteristics of salt.alkalinized soil in northeastem China,twenty-five kinds of salt alkaline conditions with different salinities and pH were simulated by mixing NaCl,NaHCO3,Na2SO4,and Na2CO3,in various proportions and applied to sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) seedlings to investigate the coordinative effects of salt and alkali stresses on its antioxidant enzyme system.The soil was conditioned with a salt concentration range between 50 to 250 mmol/L and pH values from 7.12 to 10.46.Several physiological indexes of stressed seedlings were measured,including the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),and pemxidase (POD),as well as the content of malondialdehyde (MDA).The results showed that the responses of the antioxidant enzyme system in sunflowers were influenced by salinity and alkalinity,which all three antioxidant enzymes exhibited a rise-drop pattern as salinity increased,whereas their responses to alkalinity appeared to be diverse:decreased for SOD and CAT,and increase for POD along when increasing alkalinity.A two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that the effects of salinity and alkalinity on the activities of the three enzymes were significant (P＜0.001).The effect of salinity on POD and SOD was greater than that of alkalinity,whereas the effect of alkalinity on CAT was greater than that of salinity.The interrelation of salinity and alkalinity on each antioxidant enzyme was significant (P＜0.001) except for SOD.The correlation and stepwise regression analyses between the activity of the antioxidant enzyme system and the MDA content were significant to difierent extend,SOD was a dominant factor,and POD was neglectable.

Objective:To investigate the expression of peripheral blood CD54,CD106,CD62p in patients with multi-infarct dementia.Methods:The levels of serum CD54,CD106,CD62P of 82 patients with multi-infarct dementia were measured with ELISA,and were compared with 23 normal controls.Results:The levels of serum CD54,CD106,CD62p in patients with multi-infarct dementia(CD54:469?76.33 ng/ml,CD106:1 103.3?98.96 ng/ml,CD62p:18.22?8.90 ng/ml) were higher than those in normal controls(CD54:196?45.91 ng/ml,CD106:601.0?76.30 ng/ml,CD62p:6.70?3.30 ng/ml). There were significant difference between the two groups.The levels of serum CD54,CD106,CD62p were positively correlated with the degree of dmentia.Conclusion:CD54,CD106,CD62p are closely related to the development of MID and play an important role in pathlogical procedure of cerebral damage after MID.The levels of CD54,CD106,CD62p in patients with MID implies the degree of their neurological function deficit scores and might be an important indicator to observe the changes of disease.
