1.A study on the guidance of online public opinion by the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities under the background of melted media

Objective:To explore how the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities can effectively guide online public opinion under the background of melted media,so as to cope with the challenges posed by diversified information transmission channels and complex and changeable online public opinion,thereby promoting the formation of correct values and ideological cognition among students.Methods:A total of 1 353 students who volunteered to participate in this survey in a university that offers courses related to online public opinion guidance were selected as the survey subjects.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze how universities should teach students to deal with online hot topics through relevant ideological and political courses.Results:Results of multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities under the background of melted media significantly enhanced students'awareness of online public opinion,and the courses played a positive role in the guidance.The improvement of media literacy facilitated the formation of students'correct values and ideological cognition,effectively responding to the challenges of diversified information dissemination.Variables including the infringement of personal privacy by online public opinion,the enhancement of civic consciousness,the impact on learning,and the distortion of reality understanding all had an impact on students'perception of the teaching effect of ideological and political courses.Conclusions:The teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities plays a significant role in guiding online public opinion under the background of melted media.By enhancing students'media literacy,discernment,and emotional management ability,it effectively promotes the formation of students'correct values and ideological ideological,and provides strong support for the healthy growth of students in the complex network environment.The important role of ideological and political teaching in cultivating students'comprehensive abilities and guiding them to correctly deal with online public opinion is emphasized.
2.Ameliorative effect of ursolic acid against acute liver injury induced by carborn tetrachloride in mice

OBJECTIVE To explore the ameliorative effect of ursolic acid on carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice,and the feasibility of multispectral optoacoustic tomography(MSOT)for characteristic structural and functional imaging of liver tissues.METHODS Kunming mice were randomly divided into the normal control group,model group,model+ursolic acid 30,60 mg·kg-1 groups and model+bifendate 5.625 mg·kg-1 group,with 14 mice in each.Each group was given the corresponding drug once daily for 7 days.An acute liver injury model was established in mice by intraperitoneal injection of 0.2%carbon tetrachloride in olive oil solution after the last administration.Blood was collected,liver tissues were taken 24 h after modeling,and the liver index was calculated,8 mice from each group and the levels of serum glutamic pyruciv transaminase(GPT)and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),as well as superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in liver tissues were measured.The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method was used to detect the level ofα-glutathione S-transferase(α-GST)in serum.The histopathological changes of the liver were observed under a light microscope.The remaining 6 mice in each group underwent MSOT technique was used for characteristic structural and functional imaging of liver tissue.Levels of oxygenated hemoglobin(HbO2)and deoxygenated hemoglobin(Hb)were analyzed,oxygen saturation was calculated,and the extent of liver injury was assessed by examining the intrahepatic distribution of indocyanine green(ICG).RESULTS Compared with the normal group,the levels of GPT,GOT and α-GST in serum,content of MDA in liver tissues and the liver index in the model control group were significantly increased while the activity of SOD in liver tissues were significantly decreased.Compared with the model group,ursolic acid in each dose group significantly reduced the liver index of mice,lowered the serum levels of GPT and GOT as well as the level of α-GST,decreased the content of MDA in liver tissues,and elevated the activity of SOD in liver-injured mice.Hematoxylin-eosin staining showed that significant steatosis and hepatocyte necrosis and inflammatory cell infiltration in hepatocytes of mice in the model group.Ursolic acid significantly attenuated the degree of hepatocellular lesions and markedly reduced steatosis in mice.MSOT imaging showed that the HbO2 level and oxygen saturation were significantly lower while the Hb level was remarkably higher in the liver of mice in the model group.In each administration group,the level of HbO2 significantly increased,the level of Hb was significantly decreased,oxygen saturation was significantly increased in the liver of model mice and the accumulation of ICG dye probe was atten-uated in the body after hepatocyte injury.CONCLUSION Ursolic acid can elevate the hepatic oxygen saturation,improve the metabolism of ICG,reduce the degree of hepatic necrosis in mice,and help protect against carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatic injury in mice.The mechanism is probably related to the inhibition of oxidative stress.
3.Cross-sectional Study on TCM Syndromes of 800 Patients with Overlapping Gastrointestinal Symptoms of NERD and EPS Based on Factor Analysis and Clustering Analysis

Objective To explore TCM syndrome distribution law in patients with overlapping non-erosive reflux disease(NERD)and epigastric pain syndrome(EPS)gastrointestinal symptoms.Methods A multi-center,cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the general information of 800 patients with overlapping NERD and EPS gastrointestinal symptoms in four hospitals,such as gender,age,body mass index(BMI)and four diagnostic information of TCM.Descriptive frequency analysis,factor analysis and clustering analysis were used to summarize the TCM syndrome types and distribution characteristics.Results The average age of 800 patients with overlapping NERD and EPS gastrointestinal symptoms was(44.50±14.43)years old,the average BMI was(23.17±4.80)kg/m2,and the male to female ratio was 3:5.Frequency of 95 TCM symptoms/signs≥20%.18 common factor variables were obtained based on factor analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 67.11%.The first three syndrome elements of disease location were liver,stomach and spleen,and the disease nature syndrome elements were qi stagnation,qi deficiency and yin deficiency.Based on the clustering analysis of 18 common factor variables,combined with expert discussion,four main TCM syndrome types were obtained,which were liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome(213 cases,26.63%),spleen-stomach damp heat syndrome(209 cases,26.13%),spleen-stomach deficiency and cold qi stagnation syndrome(190 cases,23.75%)and qi-phlegm stagnation syndrome(188 cases,23.50%).There was no significant difference in the distribution of TCM syndrome types among patients with different genders,ages and BMI values(P>0.05).Patients with a course of disease≥2 years and those residing long-term north of the Qinling-Huaihe Line showed a significantly higher prevalence of spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion The syndrome elements of disease location of overlapping NERD and EPS gastrointestinal symptoms are mainly liver,stomach and spleen.The TCM syndrome types are liver-stomach stagnation heat syndrome,spleen-stomach damp heat syndrome,spleen-stomach deficiency cold qi stagnation syndrome and qi-phlegm stagnation syndrome.The course of disease and the regional differences between north and south may be the influencing factors of the distribution of syndrome types.

5.Research progress and development trend of nanopesticides and RNA pesticides.

The production of healthy agricultural products has increased the demand for innovative and sustainable plant protection technologies, and the rapid advancement of nanotechnology has brought revolutionary breakthroughs to traditional agriculture. Nanocarrier-based drug delivery systems can not only significantly improve the utilization efficiency of pesticides, achieving enhanced efficacy and reduced application, but also decrease the pesticide residues and environmental pollution. Additionally, they have made breakthrough progress in the stability and persistence of RNA pesticides. This review summarized the research progress on nanopesticides and RNA pesticides, focusing on the mechanisms of nanocarriers in improving pesticide bioactivity and RNA interference (RNAi) efficiency. It also systematically summarized the types of nanomaterials and their applications in pest and disease management and provided an in-depth outlook for the future development of nanopesticides and RNA pesticides, which provided technical support for the high-quality development of agriculture in the future.

6.Clinical efficacy of endoscopic-assisted polyether ether ketone patient-specific implant revision for over-resected mandibles following mandibular angle osteotomy

Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcomes of endoscopic-assisted polyether ether ketone (PEEK) patient-specific implant (PSI) revision for over-resected mandibles caused by the mandibular angle osteotomy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 24 patients [8 males, 16 females, aged 19-57 (32.5±9.5) years] with 39 over-resected mandibles that underwent PEEK-PSI mandibular angle revision surgery at the Affiliated Friendship Plastic Surgery Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2019 to December 2023. Preoperative cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) data were used to design and fabricate customized PEEK PSIs based on individual anatomical requirements. An intraoral incision approach with endoscopic assistance was employed to meticulously dissect soft tissue attachment around the angle region, followed by the implantation of a customized PEEK PSI. Postoperative CBCT scans were performed for 3D reconstruction, with root mean square error (RMSE) and maximum deviation (MaxD) as accuracy metrics. Patients′ satisfaction was assessed preoperatively and ≥6 months postoperatively using the face questionnaire (FACE-Q) scores, which included overall facial appearance, lower face and jawline, appearance distress, psychological health and social function.Results:All 24 patients achieved satisfactory recovery with primary healing of intraoral incisions. No complications such as infection, nerve injury, or implant rejection occurred during follow-up period. Patients′ facial appearance and jaw line contouring were significantly improved. Fine anatomical fitting between PEEK-PSI and defect areas was observed: RMSE ranged from 0.117 to 0.315 mm, and MaxD was (5.485±1.300) mm. FACE-Q scores demonstrated significant improvements after surgery in overall facial appearance [(49.8±5.4) vs (65.0±5.3) scores], lower face and jawline [(42.5±5.3) vs (56.1±4.6) scores], appearance distress [(60.0±6.9) vs (70.6±6.5) scores], psychological health [(62.0±5.0) vs (70.8±5.3) scores], and social function [(60.3±4.3) vs (69.3±5.8) scores] (all P<0.001). Conclusion:Endoscopic-assisted PEEK-PSI revision for over-resected mandibles following mandibular angle osteotomy exhibits high surgical precision and safety, effectively restoring mandibular contour and significantly enhancing patients′ satisfaction.
7.Clinical effect of precapsular pocket reposition in correcting implant malposition after breast augmentation

Objective:To investigate the clinical outcomes of precapsular pocket repositioning for correcting implant malposition following augmentation mammoplasty.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 29 female patients aged 25-37 (28.8±3.4) years who underwent precapsular pocket repositioning at the Affiliated Friendship Plastic Surgery Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from December 2015 to August 2024. The surgical technique involved preserving the original capsule, creating a new implant pocket anterior to the capsule, and closing the original capsular space. Postoperative complications were recorded, and breast satisfaction was evaluated preoperatively and at 6 months postoperatively using the BREAST-questionnaire (BREAST-Q).Results:All 29 patients successfully underwent precapsular pocket repositioning with primary wound healing. During the follow-up period, all patients were satisfied with the correction of implant malposition. The mean BREAST-Q score improved significantly from (43.56±3.17) scores preoperatively to (72.56±13.49) scores at 6 months postoperatively ( P<0.001). No hematoma, implant rupture, recurrent malposition, capsular contracture, or surgical site infection occurred in any patient. Conclusion:Precapsular pocket repositioning provides favorable clinical outcomes for patients with implant malposition after augmentation mammoplasty, and there are no severe complications .

10.Construction of Measurement Instruments of Dynamic Capabilities for Public Hospitals Based on the Delphi Method

Objective To develop measurement instruments of dynamic capabilities for public hospitals,providing a reference for the evaluation and enhancement of their dynamic capabilities.Methods The initial construction of the measurement instruments of dynamic capabilities for public hospitals was based on literature review and focused group discussions.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted using the Delphi method,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire was initially examined through pre-survey.Results The effective response rates for both rounds of consultation were above 85%,with high positive coefficient,the authority coefficients greater than 0.8,and variation coefficients less than 0.25,indicating a high level of consensus among experts.Furthermore,the reliability and validity are acceptable.After integrating expert feedback,the measurement instruments of dynamic capabilities for public hospitals were finalized,encompassing four dimensions:sensing,learning,integration capability,and innovation capabilities.Conclusion The measurement instruments of dynamic capabilities for public hospitals,developed based on the Delphi method,can be applied in the practice of evaluating and enhancing the dynamic capabilities of public hospitals.
