Objective To explore the value of MRI subtraction technique(ST)for evaluating the efficacy of systemic therapy for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and predicting prognosis after combining with surgery.Methods Totally 35 patients with 39 HCC lesions who received systemic therapy+radical resection were retrospectively collected.Based on preoperative MRI,tumor activity ratio(recorded as tumor activityST)was obtained with ST,while tumor activity value(recorded as tumor activitypathology)was obtained through postoperative pathology,and their correlation was analyzed.The patients were regularly followed up after surgery,and the survival data were recorded.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to evaluate the efficacy of tumor activityST for predicting patients'survival status.Then the patients were divided into survival benefit group and no survival benefit group according to the cut-off value,and survival analysis was conducted.Results Tumor activityST was positively correlated with tumor activitypathology(r=0.900,P＜0.001).The median follow-up time was 32.93 months,during which 8 patients died,and the median survival time was 29.9 months.The area under the curve(AUC)of tumor activityST for predicting patients'survival status was 0.67,and the cut-off value was 0.36.Thirty patients with tumor activityST＜0.36 were enrolled in survival benefit group,while 5 patients≥0.36 were collected in no survival benefit group.The overall survival in survival benefit group was longer than that in no survival benefit group(P＜0.001).Conclusion MRI ST could be used to non-invasively evaluate the efficacy of systemic therapy for advanced HCC and predict prognosis after combining with surgery.

Objective To explore the research status and emerging focus of virtual reality(VR)technology in the field of stroke.Methods The global literature of VR technology in the field of stroke from Jan.2014 to Aug.2024 was retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection.Bibliometric software was used to draw a visual knowledge map of authors,institutions,key words,etc.Results After excluding proofreading notices,editorial materials,conference papers,etc.,a total of 785 articles were included.Over the past decade,the number of new publications has shown an upward trend.China was the country with the largest total number of publications(130 articles).Lamontagne Anouk(10 articles)and Calabro Rocco Salvatore(10 articles)were tied for the authors with the highest number of publications.The institution and journal with the most literature in this field were McGill University(Canada,27 articles)and Journal of Neuroengineering and Rehabilitation(60 articles),respectively.The key word analysis and the results of the strongest burst key words indicated that the research focused on upper limb,gait training,motor function,cognitive rehabilitation,post-stroke unilateral spatial neglect,stimulation,motor imagery,cortical reorganization,etc.Conclusion Over the past decade,the application of VR technology has gradually increased in both breadth and depth in the field of stroke,bringing new opportunities and thoughts to stroke rehabilitation.The new forms of VR technology combined with neuromodulation,neuroimaging,brain-computer interfaces,artificial intelligence,and telemedicine may be the future research topics and directions.

We retrospectively analyzed 8 patients who had been on hemodialysis for over 30 years from two dialysis centers in Dalian, China. A literature review was conducted by searching PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang databases,and Chinese Medical Journal Network for cases of patients on hemodialysis for over 30 years. The 8 patients had good baseline health, with chronic glomerulonephritis as the primary renal disease and no comorbidities before initiating dialysis. They started hemodialysis between 21 and 38 years of age, predominantly using arteriovenous fistulas for vascular access. Dialysis was regular and adequate (KT/V 1.23-1.88). Key laboratory parameters, including hemoglobin (88-118 g/L), albumin (27.7-39.7 g/L), calcium (1.88-2.55 mmol/L), and phosphate (0.76-1.99 mmol/L), were generally within target ranges. Body mass index ranged from 15.20 to 22.96 kg/m2. This literature review of the study included 12 case reports and 4 orginal articles. Factors influencing long-term survival included baseline health status, primary renal disease, absence of comorbidities before dialysis initiation, age at dialysis initiation, type of vascular access, dialysis adequacy, complication management, and medical support. Standardized management and timely correction of complications can significantly improve prognosis and enhance long-term survival in hemodialysis patients.

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of dance therapy on the psychological symptoms and psychological craving in methamphetamine-dependent women.Methods:A total of 60 methamphetamine de-pendents in a women's drug rehabilitation center were divided into intervention group and control group(1 person dropped out).The intervention group was trained for 8 dance movements,during which the control group did not in-tervene.The Zhang Tuoji and Chen Huichang's Temperament Scale,Symptom Self-Rating Scale(SCL-90)and Amphetamine Craving Scale(DSQ)were used to evaluate the temperament type,psychological symptoms and psy-chological craving.Results:The differences of SCL-90 depression and anxiety scores(post-intervention score-base-line score)and DSQ total scores were higher in the intervention group than in the control group(Ps＜0.05).The choleric temperament scores were negatively correlated with the differences of DSQ total scores(r=-0.45,P＜0.05),and the melancholic temperament scores were positively correlated with the differences of SCL-90 hostility dimension scores(r=0.41,P＜0.05).Conclusion:Dance therapy could improve the psychological symptoms and psychological craving of women dependent on methamphetamine,with varying effects across different temperament types.

Objective:To explore the epidemiological characteristics and spatiotemporal clustering of foodborne infection of Vibrio ( V.) parahaemolyticus in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, from 2014 to 2022, and provide reference and evidence for the prevention and control of related diseases. Methods:The incidence data on of foodborne infection of V. parahaemolyticus in Ningbo from 2014 to 2022 were collected from Ningbo Foodborne Disease Surveillance System, and the case counts and the positive rates in different districts (counties, cities) were calculated. Spatial autocorrelation analysis and spatiotemporal scanning analysis were conducted to analyze the spatiotemporal clustering of the diseases. Results:A total of 1 822 cases of foodborne infection of V. parahaemolyticus were reported in Ningbo from 2014 to 2022, with an overall positive rate of 3.78%. Spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that the positive rate of foodborne infection of V. parahaemolyticus in Ningbo was unevenly distributed from 2014 to 2022, Ninghai was a high-high clustering area, while Zhenhai was a high-low clustering area, and Jiangbei was a low-low clustering area. The annual incidence was high during July-September. Spatiotemporal scanning analysis found one class Ⅰ spatiotemporal clustering area and three class Ⅱ spatiotemporal clustering areas, with the class Ⅰ spatiotemporal clustering area being observed in Jiangbei and Zhenhai from 2019 to 2022. Conclusions:Spatiotemporal clustering of foodborne infection of V. parahaemolyticus existed in Ningbo from 2014 to 2022, with an annual high incidence period from July to September. The key areas for the prevention and control of foodborne infection of V. parahaemolyticus are coastal districts (counties, cities) in Ningbo.

Objective To summarize the results and clinical experience of transcatheter valve-in-valve implantation using domestic self-expanding valve in patients with aortic degenerated bio-prosthesis. Methods From January 2019 to April 2023, the patients who underwent transcatheter valve-in-valve surgery in the Department of Cardiac Surgery of Tianjin Chest Hospital due to surgical bio-prosthesis failure were included. Characteristics of valves, perioperative complications, and hemodynamic manifestations during the early postoperative and follow-up period were analyzed. Results A total of 24 patients were enrolled, including 14 males and 10 females with an average age of 68.17±7.72 years, and the average interval between the two operations was 10.48±4.09 years. All patients were successfully discharged without complications such as coronary artery obstruction and pacemaker implantation, and the average transvalvular pressure gradient was 16.39±6.52 mm Hg before discharge. During the median follow-up time of 16 months, the left ventricular diastolic inner diameter and ejection fraction were continuously improved. Conclusion Transcatheter valve-in-valve using domestic self-expanding valves is safe and feasible to treat aortic bioprosthetic valve failure. Sound patient selection and surgical strategies are critical to achieve good hemodynamics.

Population aging trend is taking place in our country,and low back pain is a symptom of neuromuscular diseases of concern in the elderly.Accurately analyzing the disease of low back pain is important for both timely intervention and rehabilitation of patients.As a kind of bioelectrical signal,the acquisition and analysis of lumbar electromyography(EMG)signal is an important direction for the study of low back pain.The study reviews the acquisition of lumbar EMG by different types of sensors,introduces the signal characteristics of needle electrodes,surface electromyography electrodes and array electrodes,describes the use of signal algorithms,points out that wireless sensors and the use of deep learning algorithms are the direction of development,and puts forward prospects for its further development.
