African swine fever(ASF),caused by the African swine fever virus(ASFV),is a highly contagious infectious disease of pigs.This disease has been spread rapidly in China since 2018,po-sing a huge threat to China's pig farming industry.To rapid detect the ASFV,a loop-mediated iso-thermal amplification(LAMP)combined with the disposable nucleic acid visualization test strip was established for visual detection of the nucleic acid of ASFV B646L gene.The method was easy to operate without special instruments and equipment,while it effectively avoided the disadvantage of false positives caused by aerosol contamination.The method was able to detect 1.16 copies/μL of the recombinant plasmid in 50 min at 65 ℃.In addition,the method was specific with no cross-re-action with classical swine fever virus,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,por-cine parvovirus,transmissible gastroenteritis virus.The results in this study provides a rapid,con-venient,sensitive and reliable method for early diagnosis and screening for ASFV suspected infec-tion cases.

[Objective]To explore the academic characteristics of abdominal diagnosis in General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases.[Methods]Through screening and sorting out the provisions on abdominal diagnosis in General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases,combined with the research achievements of doctors in the past dynasties,this paper reviews the development process of abdominal diagnosis from four aspects:historical tracing,abdominal diagnosis techniques,diagnostic points and modern development,analyzes the specific techniques of abdominal diagnosis,explores the key points of abdominal diagnosis and identification,and summarizes the new progress of modern medicine in abdominal diagnosis in General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases.[Results]From the beginning of"The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic"to the differentiation period of"Treatise on Febrile Diseases",the abdominal diagnosis techniques were mainly used to press and buckle for a long time,and it was not until the Sui Dynasty that abdominal diagnosis techniques entered a new stage of development.In terms of techniques,General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases innovated the abdominal diagnosis techniques such as suppressing,cutting,pushing,speculating,shaking and rotating,and elaborated its movement essentials and characteristics in detail.In terms of diagnosis and treatment,General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases described the key points of diagnosis such as abdominal strength,abdominal warmth,irritability,palpitation,pain,mass,etc.,which had important guiding significance for mastering the etiology and pathogenesis,judging the disease's deficiency and excess,cold and hot,prognosis.Modern scholars based on the methods of abdominal diagnosis of various diseases,combined with clinical experience,expanded the scope of abdominal diagnosis and treatment,and obtained considerable curative effect in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment.[Conclusion]General Treatise on the Cause and Symptoms of Diseases not only innovates the technique of abdominal diagnosis,but also describes the main points of abdominal diagnosis in detail,and extends abdominal diagnosis to many departments of internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology,and pediatrics which has important academic value.

Objective::Microchannels are associated with the progression of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques. However, in patients with culprit optical coherence tomography (OCT)-defined plaque erosion, the knowledge of microchannels and culprit lesion vulnerability is limited. The aim of this study was to investigate culprit lesion characteristics in patients with ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction (STEMI) caused by plaque erosion with and without microchannels using OCT.Methods::In all, 348 STEMI patients with plaque erosion who underwent OCT of the culprit lesion at the 2 nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University (Harbin, China) from August 2014 to December 2017 were included and divided into the microchannel group ( n= 116, 33.3%) and no-microchannel group ( n = 232, 66.7%). The clinical characteristics and OCT-derived plaque features were compared between both groups. Results::Among the 348 STEMI patients with plaque erosion, culprit lesions with microchannels had higher incidence of lipid plaque (59.5% vs. 45.3%, P= 0.012); calcification (41.4% vs. 24.6%, P= 0.002); spotty calcification (30.2% vs. 18.1%, P= 0.014); macrophages accumulation (72.4% vs. 45.7%, P < 0.001); and cholesterol crystals (32.8% vs. 14.2%, P < 0.001) than those without microchannels. In addition, minimal lumen area was smaller ((1.9 ± 0.9) mm 2vs. (2.8 ± 2.3) mm 2, P < 0.001) and lumen area stenosis was greater ((71.3% ± 13.4%) vs. (65.3% ± 19.3%), P= 0.001) in the microchannel group than in the no-microchannel group. Conclusion::In patients with STEMI caused by plaque erosion, one-third manifested typical microchannel characteristics, and those with microchannels were associated with more severe luminal stenosis and more vulnerable plaque features than those without microchannels.

One hundred and nine consecutive coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) during February 2016 to August 2018 were enrolled in the study. After treatment the quality of sleep was improved in 35 cases (observation group) and was not improved in 74 patients (control group). The basic characteristics, coronary lesions of patients were compared between two groups. Compared with the control group, patients in observation group had significant higher proportion of males [80.0%(28/35) vs. 59.5%(44/74), χ²=4.471, P=0.035], smoking history [85.7% (30/35) vs. 63.5% (47/74), χ²=5.647, P=0.018], lower body mass index [(25.8±3.1) kg/m² vs. (27.4±3.2) kg/m², t=2.461, P=0.033]. Compared with control group, the observation group had lower coronary Gensini score[(35.4±5.7) vs. (38.7±6.5), t=2.571, P=0.011], less number of stent[ (1.4±0.4) vs. (1.6±0.4), t=2.427, P=0.016]. And the lesions were mostly distributed in the right coronary artery in observation group (61.9%, 26/35) (χ²=11.759, P=0.003).Conclusion The improvement of sleep quality by PCI depends on the clinical features and coronary artery lesions of CHD patients with OSA.

Objective:To investigate the influence of the prevalence and co-prevalence of risk factors for metabolic syndrome on the scores of different levels of metabolic syndrome in people receiving physical examination in Urumqi.Methods:Using the 2017 Xinjiang Health Examination Database, a total of 175 927 people from 7 districts and 1 county in Urumqi were selected as subjects. Face-to-face survey and body measurements were used to collect cardiovascular risk factors and metabolic syndrome scores. Metabolic syndrome scores were used. For the 0-5 points at 6 levels, χ2, χ2 trend test, correlation analysis of ordered variable Kendall’s tau-b, and logistic regression analysis of ordered results were used to analyze the influence of prevalence and co-prevalence of behavioral risk factors on the MS scores. Results:The percentages of 6 metabolic syndrome scores in the sample population were 23.82 %, 27.87 %, 22.41 %, 16.03 %, 8.02 %, and 1.85 %, respectively. The scores of metabolic syndrome were different in different age groups, ethnic groups, groups with different drinking rates, and groups with different dietary types, with the differences all significant ( P<0.05).The MS score in men increased with the increase of oil/salt rate and excessive drinking rate ( P<0.01). The score in women increased with the increase of the current smoking rate, oil/salt rate, and increased with the decrease of physical activity ( P≤0.01). There was no significant difference in the distribution of regular drinking rates between different score groups ( P>0.05). The scores of metabolic syndrome increased with the increase of risk factors ( P<0.05). Ordered results logistic analysis found that in the men with ≥3 risk factors and the metabolic syndrome score was 1.15 (1.06-1.26) times higher than that in the men without risk factor, as well as in women with 2 risk factors and≥3 risk factors. The metabolic syndrome scores were 1.38 (1.22-1.55), 2.02 (1.53-2.66) times higher than those in the women without risk factors. Conclusions:The physical examination group in Urumqi, the more the metabolic syndrome disease behavior risk factors clustered, the higher the metabolic syndrome score was. Therefore, comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to control the different forms of metabolic syndrome to prevent the occurrence and progress of the disease.

Objective: To evaluate the value of different sequences magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in rectal cancer re-staging after neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy (NCRT). Methods: The clinical data of 117 patients with rectal cancer who underwent NCRT before surgery operation in Peking University cancer hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among 117 patients, 101 patients underwent MRI scanning before and after NCRT, and 16 patient underwent MRI scanning after NCRT; T₂ weighted imaging (T₂WI) and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) scanning were performed in all patients, and dynamic contrast enhancement (DCE) scanning was performed in 96 patients. T₂WI, T₂WI combined with DWI, T₂WI combined with DCE were used for T re-staging of rectal cancer after NCRT respectively, and the results of which were compared with those of pathology after operation. Results: The sensitivity of diagnosis of ypT_0-2 rectal cancer after NCRT using T₂WI combined with DWI, T₂WI combined with DCE respectively was significantly higher than that using T₂WI: 52.7% (29/55) and 30.4% (14/46) vs. 10.9% (6/55), and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). The accuracy rate and specificity of diagnosis of ypT₃ and ypT₄ rectal cancer after NCRT using T₂WI combined with DWI were significantly higher than that using T₂WI, with an accuracy rate of 60.7% (71/117) vs. 47.0%(55/117) and 92.3% (108/117) vs. 80.3% (94/117), and a specificity of 55.9% (33/59) vs. 23.7% (14/59) and 92.9% (105/113) vs. 80.5% (91/113), and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). The accuracy rate of down-staging after NCRT using T₂WI combined with DWI was significantly higher than that using T₂WI: 72.3% (73/101) vs. 58.4% (59/101), and there was statistical difference (P<0.05); there was no significant difference in accuracy rate between using T₂WI and using T₂WI combined with DWI and between using T₂WI combined with DWI and using T₂WI combined with DCE (P > 0.05). Conclusions T₂WI combined with DWI is superior to T₂WI in re-staging of rectal cancer after NCRT.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined use of ticagrelor and cilostazol for patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) complicated with upper digestive tract diseases following percutaneous coronary intervention ( PCI).Methods A total of 262 consecutive ACS patients complicated with upper digestive tract diseases followed-up for one-year after PCI were included in this study.The patients were allocated into control group (combined use of ticagrelor and aspirin , n＝184) and cilostazol group ( combined use of ticagrelor and cilostazol , n ＝78) for antiplatelet treatment.The basic characteristics of the patients , change of the treatment regimens , cardiovascular events and hemorrhagic events were compared between two groups .Results After one year of follow-up, 16.8%(31/184)patients in control group and 3.8%(3/78)in cilostazol group changed antiplatelet regimens (χ2＝8.200,P＝0.004).There was no statistical difference in use of statins and ACEI/ARB between two groups(P＞0.05).The rate of proton pump inhibitor use in control group was significantly higher than that in cilostazol group [82.1%(151/184) vs.52.6%(41/78), χ2＝24.35, P＝0.000].However, the dosage of β-blockers in cilostazol group was significantly higher than that in control group [(39.1 ±12.4) mg vs.(28.6 ±10.1) mg, t ＝7.174,P＝0.000].No statistical difference was found in total cardiovascular events between two groups [21.7%(40/184) vs.12.8%(10/78),χ2＝2.822,P＝0.121].The incidence of gastrointestinal hemorrhage in control group was significantly increased compared with cilostazol group [12.0%(22/184) vs.2.6%(2/78),χ2＝5.807,P ＝0.018], however, there was no significant difference in hemorrhagic events concerning the thrombolysis for myocardial infarction between two groups [17.4%(32/184) vs.9.0%(7/78), χ2＝3.063,P＝0.089].Conclusion Combined use of cilostazol and ticagrelor is effective and safe for ACS patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage or a higher risk of hemorrhage .

Objective To investigate the effects of Lycopene ( LP) on immune function of ovarian cancer rats′and its mechanism .Metho ds Sixty ovarian cancer rat models made by injecting ovarian cancer cell line NUTU-19 were divided into five groups randomly:model group,Cisplatin group(2 mg/kg)and LP(40,20,10 mg/kg)group,n =12;the LP and Cisplatin were given by intraperitoneal injection ,once every two days for 5 times.The rats general states and tumor growth conditions were observed ,the tumor tissue morphological changes was observed by H&E staining;the tumor weight ,inhibition rate,spleen lymphocyte transformation rate were de -tected;and the content of IL -2 and TNF-αin serum were detected .The present of CD4 +,CD8 +in blood were detected and the ratio of CD 4 +/CD8 +was calculated .Results The food situation of the rats in LP groups was improved,tumor was reduced,activity and hardness were poorer ,necrosis presented ,tumor cell shrinkage and oth-er pathological morphological changes appeared ,especially the rats in LP 40 mg/kg group .Compared with model group,the tumor weight in LP(40,20 mg/kg)groups was decreased,the inhibition rate and the spleen lymphocyte transformation rate were increased;the contents of IL-2 and TNF-αwere decreased;the CD8+present was de-creased,while the CD4 +present in LP 40 mg/kg group was increased,the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 +was increased. All of the difference above were significant (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion LP can effectively improve the immune function of ovarian cancer rat;which perhaps relates to its effects of reducing the inflammatory cytokines levels and increasing the ratio of CD 4 +/CD8 +.

[Methods]This article discusses the formation and development of febrile disease of Shao school, presents Professor Shen Yuanliang's contribution to inheriting the academic thinking of febrile disease of Shao school, and his clinical experiences and prescriptions. The article also illustrates and analyses a medical record. [Results]Professor Shen Yuanliang inherits the academic thinking and clinical experience of febrile disease of Shao school. He pays attention to the inspection and abdomen examination, eliminating the pathogenic factor to treat exogenous diseases, and regulating spleen and stomach to treat endogenous diseases. He prefers using herbs with the feature of light, regulating and tonifying formula, and focuses on the care after the recuperation. The case mentioned is perfectly recovered after medication. [Conclusion]Professor Shen Yuanliang has the distinguished characteristics in therapy and the rich experience, and the clinical efficacy is obvious.
