Viral hepatitis and related liver diseases are among the most significant global healthcare issues. Viral hepatitis not only directly affects liver function but also interacts with the gut microbiota through the gut-liver axis. Imbalance in the gut microbiota may be associated with the occurrence, development and prognosis of viral hepatitis and related liver diseases. Detection and analysis of the gut microbiota can help to comprehensively understand the health status of patients with viral hepatitis and related liver diseases, providing a basis for early diagnosis. Recovery of gut microbiota dysbiosis may help to alleviate liver inflammation and to improve liver function. Regulating the gut microbiota through gut microbiota transplantation, probiotics and prebiotics may be new strategies for treating viral hepatitis and related liver diseases. Objective To explore the value of Fast Dixon in improving the quality of thyroid turbo spin echo(TSE)T2WI images via comparing the quality of thyroid MR T2WI images based on Fast Dixon,Dixon,and BLADE sequences.Methods The prospective study included 11 healthy volunteers,who underwent neck MR scanning.The evaluation of image quality was performed via a combination of objective measures and subjective ratings.Objective measures included signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of bilateral thyroid and muscles,and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR).Subjective measures included overall image quality,uniformity of fat suppression,sharpness of thyroid margins and muscles surrounding the thyroid,image noise in the neck region,image background noise,and image quality of the nasopharynx.Two diagnostic physicians with over 10 years of thyroid diagnostic experience independently evaluated the images via a 5-point scale.Inter-observer agreement was analyzed via Spearman correlation coefficient.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software,including normality and homogeneity of variance tests for continuous data.Kruskal-Wallis one-way ANOVA was used for statistical analysis of subjective measures,followed by post hoc pairwise comparisons.A significance level of P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results Eleven healthy volunteers,the SNR of bilateral thyroid and muscles was significantly higher in Fast Dixon sequence than that in Dixon and BLADE sequences.For bilateral CNR,Fast Dixon sequence was also significantly higher than that of Dixon and BLADE sequences.Fast Dixon sequence also had significant advantages in seven subjective ratings indicators(P<0.001).Conclusion The Fast Dixon sequence shows the highest image quality and important application value in the display and evaluation of thyroid lesions.

Objective:To investigate the effect of gene polymorphism of β1 adrenergic receptor (β1-AR) G1165C and A145G locus on myocardial hypertrophy and the efficacy in patients with hypertension.Methods:Two hundred and twenty-seven cases of patients with hypertension admitted to Binhai County People′s Hospital from January to December 2019 were enrolled. Among them, there were 113 cases of hypertension with myocardial hypertrophy and 114 cases of hypertension without myocardial hypertrophy. In addition, 115 patients with normal physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. DNA in the peripheral blood leukocytes was extracted, polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method was used to detect β1-AR G1165C and A145G locus gene polymorphism, and the differences in the efficacy of β blockers in hypertensive patients with different genotypes were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant differences in the distribution of β1-AR A145G genotypes among the three groups ( P>0.05). Compared with the healthy control group, the frequency of Gly/Gly genotype carrying β1-AR G1165C locus was higher in hypertension with myocardial hypertrophy group, and the frequency of Gly/Arg and Arg/Arg gene were lower; compared with hypertension without myocardial hypertrophy group, the frequency of Gly/Arg+Gly/Gly gene in hypertension with myocardial hypertrophy group was higher; taking Arg/Arg genotype as the control group, carrying Gly/Gly genotype could increase the risk of cardiac hypertrophy in hypertensive patients by 3.159 times ( OR = 3.159, 95% CI 1.240 - 7.412, P<0.05).The frequency of G1165C allele Arg in the hypertension with myocardial hypertrophy group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the hypertension without myocardial hypertrophy group ( P<0.05); the frequency of G1165C allele Gly was significantly higher than that in the control group and the hypertension without myocardial hypertrophy group ( P<0.05); taking Arg/Arg genotype as the control, carrying Gly/Gly genotype could increase the risk of cardiac hypertrophy in hypertensive ( OR = 3.417, 95% CI 1.357 - 7.965, P<0.05). The left ventricular mass index of Gly/Gly genotype patients was (120.38 ± 28.41) g/m 2, which was significantly higher than (99.76 ± 25.16) g/m 2 and (90.30 ± 19.54) g/m 2 of Gly/Arg and Arg/Arg, with statistically significant differences ( F = 10.89, P<0.01). After the treatment, the resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial blood pressure of patients with G1165C allele Arg hypertension with myocardial hypertrophy were lower than those with G1165C allele Gly, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). Conclusions:β1-AR G1165C gene polymorphism is related to the risk of myocardial hypertrophy in hypertensive patients. Carrying the G1165C allele Gly may increase the risk of susceptibility to cardiac hypertrophy, and β-blockers are more effective in hypertensive patients with myocardial hypertrophy who carry the G1165C allele Arg.

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the risk factors for the recurrence of ischemic stroke after secondary prevention ，and to observe the effect of glutathione on 4-HNE. METHODS ：Totally 97 patients with ischemic stroke relapse within one year were treated from Oct. 2017 to Oct. 2019 in 3 hospitals as the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University due to cerebral thrombosis or cerebral embolism as observation group ，and 97 non-recurrence patients in the same period were paired as control group. The patients in the observation group were randomly divided into conventional treatment group （49 cases）and drug intervention group （48 cases）. The patients in conventional treatment group received routine treatment such as cerebral blood flow recanalization， improving circulation ， controlling blood pressure ， maintaining blood glucose ， treating hyperlipidemia and arrhythmia during hospitalization. Drug intervention group was additionally given Glutathione for injection 1.8 g intragastrically ， once a day ，on the basis of conventional treatment group. 4-HNE concentrations in plasma were determined at admission and 14 days after treatment ，the genetic type of ALDH2 and type of TAST were determined at admission. Multiple liner regression was used to analyze the factors associated with 4-HNE increasing ； conditional Logistic analysis was used to identify independent risk factors resulting to ischem ic stroke recurrence after secondary prevention. RESULTS ：The plasma concentration of 4-HNE at admission and the percentage of arte ry atherosclerosis patients in observation group were significantly higher than control group（P＜0.05）. The distribution of each ALDH2 genotype in 2 groups complied with Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium （P＞ 0.05）. The proportion of patients carrying ALDH2*2 allele in observation group （50.50％）was significantly higher than control group（36.08％）（P＜0.05）. ALDH2*2 allele [ B＝2.33，95％CI（1.35，5.50），P＝0.03] and artery atherosclerosis [ B＝1.90，95％CI （1.29，3.74），P＝0.04] were significantly associated with the elevation of plasma concentration of 4-HNE；artery atherosclerosis [OR＝ 2.93，95％CI（1.84，4.67），P＜0.01]，stroke family history [OR ＝1.50，95％CI（1.18，1.90），P＝0.04]，elevated plasma concentration of 4-HNE [OR ＝1.34，95％CI（1.11，1.62），P＝0.04] were regarded as independent risk factors associating with ischemic stroke recurrence after secondary prevention. After intervention ，plasma concentration of 4-HNE in drug intervention group and conventional treatment group was significantly lower than before intervention （P＜0.05）；there was no statistical significance between 2 groups（P＞0.05）. CONCLUSIONS ：Stroke family history ，artery atherosclerosis and the elevation plasma concentration of 4-HNE are independent risk factors associating with ischemic stroke recurrence after secondary prevention. Although drug intervention can reduce the elevated plasma concentration of 4-HNE，the effect of additional use of glutathione is not more significant than that of conventional treatment.

Objective: To perform lymphocyte micronucleus analysis on radiation workers with long-term exposure to low doses ionizing radiation, Evaluate the health condition of radiation workers, and provide the evidence for strengthening surveillance of radiation workers. Methods: From January 1, 2013 to December 21, 2016, a statistical analysis and evaluation was conducted of the peripheral lymphocytes micronucleus rate in 5 901 radiation workers who had undergone medical examinations of employees at Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Institute of Radiation Medicine. Results: The micronucleus rates in radiation workers of the on-job group were higher than the pre-job group (P<0.01) . Significant difference was found among the different sex (t=5.97) , different types (χ²=378.69) , different levels of work units (χ²=115.48) . Significant difference was found among the micronucleus rates of 672 radiation workers of the on-job group from 2013 to 2016 (χ²=92.57, P<0.01) . Conclusion The peripheral lymphocytes micronucleus rate of radiation workers were significantly higher than non-contact workers. Significant increasing trend of micronucleus rates was noted among the radiation worker with increasing exposure time. The peripheral lymphocytes micronucleus rates of interventional therapy workers were highest. The peripheral lymphocytes micronucleus rates of Private hospitals workers were highest. This phenomenon deserves attention. Protection needs to be strengthened to ensure the health of radiation workers.

Objective:To explore the rule of CD8+CD25+FoxP3+ regulator T cells(Treg) in the pathogenesis of pre-eclampsia (PE) in peripheral blood.Methods:This study included 24 gestational-age-matched healthy pregnant women and 46 pregnant women diagnosed with mild PE (MPE,n=24) or severe PE (SPE,n=22) during the third trimester of gestation.An 3 ml sample of peripheral blood was drawn from each subject and anti-coagulated with heparin sodiurm The percentage of CD8 + CD25 + FoxP3 + Treg cells was detected by flow cytometry.The cytokines IL-6,IL-17A,IL-10,IL-1,IL-33 and TGF-β31 were detected using Luminex200.Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated frum healthy controls and treated with IL-33,the percentages of CD8+ CD25+ FoxP3 + Treg cell were measured by flow cytometric detection.Results:Compared to that of healthy pregnant controls [0.48(0.21-0.96)％],MPE patients [0.32(0.19-0.63)％] and SPE patients [0.13(0.02-0.41)％] had lower percentages of CD8+CD25+FoxP3+Treg cells (P＜0.05).Compared to HP controls,higher levels of IL-6 and IL-17A were found in MPE and SPE patients(P＜0.05) and even higher in SPE patients.The levels of IL-10,IL-1[β and IL-33 were similar in all three groups (P＞0.05).Compared to HP contruls,the levels of TGF-[β1 was significantly increased in SPE and MPE patients(P＜0.05),but no significant differences were found between these two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The percentage of CD8+ CD25+ FoxP3+ Treg cells showed a negative correlation with the serum concentrations of IL-17A (r =-0.338,P =0.338),and a positive correlation with the serum concentrations of IL-33 (r =0.548,P =0.548).After PBMCs were treated with IL-33 for five days,the percentages of CD8+CD25+FoxP3+ Treg were significantly higher than those of the contruls (P＜0.05).Conclusion:These findings suggested that the reduced CD8+ CD25 + FoxP3 + Treg cells may play a role in the pathogenesis of ore-eclamosia.

BAP1 is a member of the ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases (UCH) subfamily of deubiquitylases with basic function of removing monoubiquitin or ubiquitin chains from the specific substrate proteins. As well, it is a key factor in regulating gene expression, cell cycle, cell differentiation,cell apoptosis and DNA damage response, dependent or independent of its deubiquitination function. Evidences haverevealed that mutation or downregulation of BAP1 can prominently increase the occurrence of cancers, including uveal melanoma, mesothelioma, renal cell carcinoma, breast cancer and lung cancer. Currently, the tumor spectrum and the pathogenic mechanism on BAP1 have not been illustrated clearly, and need to be further researched,which might bring a new opportunity in treatment of cancers.

Objective To study the clinical effect ofKangyan-Yihao on facial steroid-dependent dermatitis.Methods 63 patients of steroid-dependent dermatitis in ShuGuang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of TCM were recruited and randomly divided into a treatment group with 32 patients and a control group with 31 patients. Patients in both groups were forbidden to use hormone treatment and taken cetirizine 10 mg orally every night. On this basis, the treatment group was treated withKangyan-Yihao prescription and the control group was treated withTianQing-Fuxin. The total curative effects, itching-reliving degree and life quality were compared between the two groups after the treatment after two weeks.Results After the treatment, the EASI score, DLQI score skin itching score in the treatment group(2.41±2.64, 4.93±2.90, 1.07±0.83, respectively) were better than those in the control group(2.52±2.73,5.07±3.59, 1.30±0.65,P<0.01 orP<0.05).ConclusionsKangyan-Yihao has a significant effect in treating facial steroid-dependent dermatitis, specially for the oily and pustule lesions.

Objective To investigate the schistosomiasis japonica infection and preventive knowledge of immigration popula-tion in Jinshan District,Shanghai so as to provide the evidence for improving the control work. Methods The immigration popula-tion from schistosomiasis endemic provinces and local people were screened by serum IHA screening for schistosome infection, and the positives were further examined by Kato-Katz technique and the miracidium hatching method. The schistosomiasis preven-tive knowledge and behaviors were investigated by questionnaires. Results A total of 579 were investigated with 348 immigration people and 231 local people,and among them,the male accounted for 72.0%and female accounted for 28.0%. In the immigration population,the main age group was 20-29(56.0%),and 56.6%of the immigration had an education level at senior middle school or higher. The most proportion of immigration was from Anhui Province(36.2%). There were 4 IHA positive persons(1.15%)in the immigration,and 1 was positive in the stool test,and the schistosome infection rate was 0.29%. There were no positives in the local people. The schistosomiasis preventive knowledge of the immigration was generally poor,and some people’s behaviors of see doctor and medication were incorrect. Conclusion There are schistosome infected persons among the immigration population from schistosomiasis endemic provinces,and their schistosomiasis prevention knowledge was poor,thus there is a schistosomiasistransmission risk.
