Background Diseases severely affect the efficiency of workers. Comorbidity refers to the coexistence of two or more chronic diseases or health problems in the same individual. Previous studies have primarily focused on occupational injuries caused by environmental exposures, while the analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of self-reported diseases and occupational injuries among manufacturing workers has been insufficient. Objective To analyze the distribution of self-reported diseases and occupational injuries among manufacturing workers, the strength of correlation between different diseases, and common disease combinations, and to preliminarily explore the relationship between self-reported diseases and occupational injuries. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the occupational injuries of

Objective To explore the effectiveness of auricular Gua Sha based on auricular vagus nerve stimulation in patients with chronic renal failure accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Methods Using a convenience sampling method,100 patients with chronic renal failure and nausea and vomiting admitted to the Nephrology Department of a tertiary hospital in Zhejiang Province between January 2022 and December 2023 were selected. They were randomly divided into a test group and a control group, with 50 patients in each group. The test group received the conventional treatment and care for chronic renal failure with nausea and vomiting, along with auricular Gua Sha,with a 3-day intervention. The control group received only conventional treatment and care. The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom scores for nausea and vomiting, total effective rate of the efficacy index, symptom improvement time, total number of bowel movements, and adverse events were compared between the 2 groups. Results A total of 100 patients completed the study. After intervention, the scores for nausea and vomiting symptoms were lower in both groups compared to the scores before intervention, with the experimental group having lower scores than the control group(P<0.001);the total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%,higher than 88.00%in the control group(P<0.001).Following intervention, the time for improvement of nausea and vomiting symptoms in the experimental group was(7.50±1.74)minutes,shorter than(13.38±2.31)minutes in the control group(P<0.001);the total number of bowel movements in the experimental group was(3.34±0.63)times,more than(2.46±0.58)times in the control group(P<0.001);no adverse events occurred during the study. Conclusion Auricular Gua Sha based on auricular vagus nerve stimulation helps reduce nausea and vomiting symptom scores, improves the total effective rate of the efficacy index, shortens the symptom improvement time, increases the frequency of bowel movements, and it is safe for patients with chronic renal failure.

Objective:To establish a method for detecting serum non-ceruloplasmin-bound copper (NCC) by immunoprecipitation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (IP-ICP-MS) and evaluate its clinical application. Methods:Methodological evaluation research. Immunoprecipitation was first used to separate serum ceruloplasmin, followed by detection of serum NCC levels using ICP-MS. Two levels of quality control serum were reconstituted to determine the limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantitation (LOQ), accuracy, and precision of the self-developed method. The serum samples of 131 healthy individuals (healthy group) and 69 first-time diagnosed Wilson′s disease (WD) patients(WD group) from November 2023 to June 2024 in the Affiliated Hospital of Institute of Neurology, Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. Using self-developed method detected the serum NCC levels, established the healthy reference intervals, and NCC levels between the two groups were compared using the Mann-Whitney U test. Results:The calibration curve exhibited excellent lineary across the concentration range of 1.562 to 300.000 μg/L, as demonstrated by coefficient of determination ( R2) of 0.999. The self-developed NCC method exhibited that the LOD was 0.99 μg/L, the LOQ was 3.29 μg/L, the accuracy (spike and recovery experience) was 87.67%?106.27%, and the intra-batch and inter-batch imprecision expressed as coefficient of variation ( CV) was 2.8%?7.3%, and the healthy reference range was 34.31-71.79 μg/L. The serum NCC levels in the WD group were 102.39 (74.38, 144.04) μg/L, which was significantly higher than those in healthy group (51.45±10.34) μg/L ( Z=?7.967, P<0.01). Conclusions:The established IP-ICP-MS method for detecting serum NCC meets the required analytical performance criteria. It is simply operative, highly sensitive, and provides accurate and reliable results, which could be used for clinical detection.

Objective:To construct a training program to improve the psychological nursing ability of clinical nurses, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the clinical development of psychological nursing. Methods:By consulting the literature, related books and investigating the curriculum of nursing colleges, the first draft of the training program was drawn up. Four departments of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from May to August 2019 were recruited and 64 nurses were trained. After the training, the training program was revised again. After two rounds of training and modification, the second draft of the training program was formed, and then Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on the second draft of the training program. Results:The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were 94.1% and 96.7% respectively, and the average authority coefficient of experts was 0.81. The final training contents included 5 first-class indexes, 18 second-class indexes and 45 third-class indexes. The coefficient of variation of each item of training contents was 0.06-0.23, and the coefficient of variation of training methods and training duration of each part was 0.06-0.17.Conclusions:The training program is scientific, reasonable, detailed and practical, which can provide guarantee for improving the psychological nursing ability of clinical nurses.

Chinese Journal of Plastic Surgery 2020;36(8):933-936
Distraction osteogenesis has been widely used to correct in craniosynostosis in craniofacial surgery since the end of last century because of its advantages such as minimal surgical trauma, short operation time and stable postoperative effect. There are many kinds of distraction osteogenesis procedures for the treatment of craniosynostosis. In order to facilitate patients and surgeons to understand the advantages and disadvantages of these surgical procedures and choose appropriate treatment strategies, the authors reviewed operations of distraction osteogenesis by using internal or external device, and the spring-assisted distraction osteogenesis. Author also evaluated its complications, advantages and disadvantages of these procedures.
