Refinement and standardisation of the management of clinical diagnostic and treatment operations is a key aspect of achieving high-quality development in hospitals.By analysing the management status quo of clinical diagnosis and treatment operations in hospitals,it combed the problems existing in this field.Based on the closed-loop management model,it proposed measures and recommendations to promote the continuous optimisation of the management of clinical diagnostic operations in hospitals.Hospitals should establish hospital-level operation catalog and conduct classified management, authorize operators and dynamically adjust them, carry out operation quality management, pay attention to information management of operation management, and combine operation management with physician performance management.
3.Network analysis of anxiety, depression and perceived stress with eating behaviors in adolescents
Chinese Journal of School Health 2025;46(6):821-826
Objective:
To explore the network structure of eating behaviors with anxiety, depression and perceived stress in adolescents, so as to provide a basis for effective prevention and intervention of eating behavior problems and negative emotions in adolescents.
Methods:
Based on the Psychology and Behavior Investigation of Chinese Residents (2021) database, the study was conducted among 3 087 adolescents. Sakata Eating Behavior Scale Short From(EBS-SF) was used to investigate their eating behaviors. The Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale-7 Item(GAD-7), and Perceived Stress Questionnaire-3 Item (PSQ-3) were used to evaluate their depression, anxiety and perceived stress. Network analysis method was applied to construct a network of eating behaviors and negative emotional symptoms among adolescents, so as to evaluate the centrality, bridge strength, stability and accuracy of each item.
Results:
The total scores of eating behaviors, depression, anxiety and stress perception in adolescents were 17.41±4.53,6.95±6.08,4.86±5.03,9.34±3.80,respectively. The symptom with the highest intensity and expected impact was "I am only satisfied when I buy more food than I need", with a node intensity and expected impact value of 4.37. The nodes Depression and Anxiety were the most closely connected(weight=0.87). There were no statistically significant differences in the network structure( M =0.13,0.11) and network connection strength(female and male:4.16,4.06, s =0.10;urban and rural areas:4.08,4.07, s =0.01) between different sexes and residents ( P >0.05).
Conclusion
The negative impact of comorbidities such as anxiety, depression, perceived stress and eating behaviors among adolescents can be reduced through targeted prevention and intervention of core symptoms and bridging symptoms.

Objective To explore the acupoint selection law and staged acupuncture prescriptions in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia using data mining technology. Methods Clinical research literature about acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library from January 1,2004 to October 1,2024.Prescription information was organized and summarized, and was entered into the database.Descriptive analysis, association rule analysis, complex network analysis and clustering analysis on prescription acupoints were conducted with Excel 2021,SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS 26.0 softwares. Results A total of 306 articles were included, including 328 acupuncture prescriptions involving 118 acupoints, with a cumulative frequency of 1 541 times. The core acupoints were Lianquan,Fengchi,Yuye,Jinjin,Yifeng,Jialianquan,Fengfu and Wangu. The main meridians were Conception Vessel, gallbladder meridian,Governor Vessel and stomach meridian. The distribution was concentrated in the head, face and neck, and the use of intersection acupoints were the most.Association rule analysis showed that Lianquan-Fengchi,Lianquan-Jinjin-Yuye had the highest degree of support for association rules, and the clustering analysis showed 4 categories such as Jialianquan-Baihui-Fengfu.The analysis obtained corresponding acupuncture prescriptions for oral stage, pharyngeal stage and esophageal stage of dysphagia. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment of post-stroke dysphagia is mainly based on local acupoint and acupoint along meridians, mostly using intersection acupoints, combined with distal acupoints, and selecting the corresponding acupoints in different periods, which can improve the clinical efficacy.

Clinical pathway has great similarity with DRG,and plays an important role in standardizing diagnosis and treatment behavior and controlling medical expenses.Based on the analysis of the relationship between DRG payment method reform and clinical pathway, taking a public hospital in Wuhan City,Hubei Province as an example, the clinical pathway implementation strategy of large public hospitals under the DRG payment method reform was explored from five aspects:management system, suitable disease types, doctor's order setting, information system, training and assessment.

The medical teams assessment under the chief physician responsibility system is conducive to promoting the high-quality development and refined management of public hospitals. In October 2022, Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology carried out the practice of medical team assessment, including five dimensions of service ability, service efficiency, technical ability, cost control and quality and safety. By setting the assessment indicators and their weights for each medical team in a classified manner, clarifying the implementation methods of the assessment, and rationally applying the assessment results, initial achievements had been made. In 2022, the number of medical teams, case mix index, proportion of effective medical service income, and proportion of discharged patients undergoing surgery in the hospital were 395, 1.63, 28.93%, and 31.60%, respectively. By 2023, these data increased to 447, 1.92, 30.74%, and 32.47%. The average length of stay and the intensity of antibiotic use decreased from 7.3 days and 35.15 to 6.4 days and 35.15. This medical team assessment helped enhance the hospital′s medical service capacity, improved the structure of medical income, and improved medical quality, providing references for other public hospitals to carry out medical team assessment.

Surgery is the main treatment for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma to achieve long-term survival. However, only 20%-30% of patients can receive radical surgery. How to optimize the surgery oriented comprehensive treatment strategy and enable patients to successfully downstage to surgery are key issues to be solved in hepatocellular carcinoma treatment in China. Selective internal radiation therapy with yttrium-90 microspheres ( 90Y-SIRT) has strong ability of tumor killing, and it is reported that 90Y-SIRT is an ideal downstaging and bridging therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, due to its superior downstaging efficacy compared with transarterial chemoembolization. Based on the introduction of characteristics of 90Y-SIRT, the authors review the clinical research progress of 90Y-SIRT in the preoperative downstaging and bridging treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma before liver transplantation, and discuss 90Y-SIRT-based conversion strategy. The 90Y-SIRT has shown syner-gistic effect with targeted therapy and immunotherapy, and will have a broad application prospect in downstaging and conversion therapy in the future.
