Objective To explore the mediating role of activities of daily living (ADL) in pain and depressive symptoms in the elderly in China. Methods Utilizing the data from 2020 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study, 4403 Chinese elderly individuals aged ≥ 60 years old were selected as the research subjects. Depression Scale (CES-D 10) of the Center for Epidemiological Survey and ADL scale were used in the study. The PROCESS4.1 macro was used to test the mediating effect of daily living activities between pain and depressive symptoms, and the Bootstrap method was applied for verification of the mediating variables. Results A total of 2368 cases of depressive symptoms were detected in the elderly in China, with a detection rate of 53.78%. Pain was positively correlated with depressive symptoms (r=0.27, P<0.01), and activities of daily living were negatively correlated with pain and depressive symptoms (r=-0.27, -0.337, P<0.01). The results showed that the total effect value of pain on depressive symptoms was 0.33, the direct effect value was 0.24, and the mediating effect value of daily living activities was 0.09, accounting for 27.27%. Conclusion Pain and activities of daily living are important factors influencing depressive symptoms in the elderly, and activities of daily living play a partial mediating role in the relationship between pain and depressive symptoms in the elderly.

Objective:To assess the efficacy and safety profile of antaitasvir phosphate combined with yiqibuvir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C (CHC) of various genotypes, without cirrhosis or with compensated cirrhosis.Methods:394 cases with CHC from 22 centers were collected from October 2021 to April 2023. They were randomly assigned to receive either the experimental drugs (antaitasvir phosphate 100 mg+yiqibuvir 600 mg) or placebo treatment in a 3∶1 ratio. The patients were administered drugs once a day for 12 consecutive weeks, and then followed up for 24 weeks after treatment cessation. All subjects were unblinded at the four-week follow-up following drug discontinuation, with the experimental drug group continuing to complete subsequent post-discontinuation follow-up. The placebo group was switched to receive the experimental drugs for a repeated 12-week treatment period and followed up for another 24 weeks after discontinuation of the drug (placebo delayed treatment phase).The sustained virologic response rate (SVR12) was observed for subjects in the double-blind phase and the placebo delayed-treatment phase at 12 weeks after treatment cessation.Virological resistance analysis was performed on subjects who failed treatment. Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of antaitasvir phosphate 100 mg or 200 mg combined with yiqibuvir for 12 weeks in patients with various genotypes of chronic hepatitis C, without cirrhosis or compensated stage cirrhosis.Methods:Patients with chronic hepatitis C (without cirrhosis or compensated stage cirrhosis) were randomly assigned to the antaitasvir phosphate 100 mg+yiqibuvir 600 mg group (100 mg group) or the antaitasvir phosphate 200 mg+yiqibuvir 600 mg group (200 mg group) in a 1∶1 ratio. The drugs were continuously administered once a day for 12 weeks and observed for 24 weeks after drug withdrawal. The drug safety profile was assessed concurrently with the observation of the sustained virological response (SVR12) in the two patient groups 12 weeks following the drug cessation. The intention-to-treat concept was used to define as closely as possible a full analysis set, including all randomized cases who received the experimental drug at least once. The safety set was collected from all subjects who received the experimental drug at least once (regardless of whether they participated in the randomization group) in this study. All efficacy endpoints and safety profile data were summarized using descriptive statistics. The primary efficacy endpoint was SVR12. The primary analysis was performed on a full analysis set. Obesity, sleep disorders, psychological stress, sedentary are modifiable cardiovascular risk factors. There is growing evidence that these risk factors may accelerate the chronic inflammatory process of atherosclerosis and lead to myocardial infarction. Studies on the role of immune cells and their related immune mechanisms in atherosclerosis have shown that the above modifiable risk factors can affect the hematopoiesis of the bone marrow system, affect the production of immune cells and phenotypes, and then affect the progress of atherosclerosis. This review will focus on the effects of modifiable cardiovascular risk factors on the progression of atherosclerosis through the role of the innate immune system.

ObjectiveTo explore the possible mechanism of Yupingfeng Granules （玉屏风散） in preventing and treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） from the perspective of “lung-gut axis”. MethodsThirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group，model group， roxithromycin group and Yupingfeng Granules group， with 8 rats in each group. Except for the normal group， the rat model of COPD was prepared by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide （LPS） combined with smoking for 12 weeks. Since the fifth week of modeling，the roxithromycin group and the Yupingfeng Granules group were given 31.5 mg/（kg·d） and 1.575 g/（kg·d） of corresponding drugs respectively by gavage，and normal group and model group were given 10 ml/（kg·d） physiolo-gical saline. Sample was collected 24 hours after the last administration. The pathological changes of lung tissue were observed using HE staining； Ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry （UHPLC-QTOFMS） was used to detect the differential metabolites in alveolar lavage fluid （BALF） in all groups but roxithromycin group；16S rDNA sequencing technology was used to detect the changes of intestinal flora， and the association analysis was conducted between the differential metabolites and the differential flora. ResultsCompared with the normal group， the model group showed an increase in goblet cells in the small bronchial wall， disappearance of the smooth muscle layer of the bronchial wall， and infiltration of inflammatory cells； compared with the model group， roxithromycin group showed slight alveolar interstital edema， and obviously reduced inflammatory cell， while no obvious alveolar interstital edema was observed in the Yupingfeng Granules group， showing a small amout of inflammatory cell infiltration. The results of the BALF differential metabolite screening showed that compared with the normal group， 12 substances were upregulated and 19 substances were downregulated in the model group； compared with the model group， 37 substances in the Yupingfeng Granules group were upregulated and 43 substances were downregulated KEGG analysis yielded a total of 2 metabolic pathways， glycerophospholipid metabolism， and unsaturated fatty acid biosynthetic metabolism； compared with the model group， choline， acetylcholine， glycerol-3-phosphate， glycerophosphate choline， palmitic acid， and arachidonic acid showed an upward trend， while stearic acid and docosahexaenoic acid showed a downward trend in Yupingfeng Granules group （P＜0.05）. The results of the intestinal flora showed that， there are 80 different species between the normal group and the model group， and 65 different species between the model group and Yupingfeng Granules group. Among the top 5 species with relative abundance levels，compared with the model group， the level of Prevotella_9，Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005，Ruminiclostridium_6 increase，and Lactobacillus，Bacteroides decrease（P＜0.05）.The results of the correlation analysis showed that， in the normal and model groups， arachidonic acid was negatively correlated with Oribacterium（r=-0.753，P＜0.01）； in the Yupingfeng Granules group and model group， stearic acid and Bacteroides（r=0.788）， Mycobacterium（r=0.826），［Eubacterium］_Ruminantium_Group（r=0.770） was positively correlated（P＜0.01）， Arachidic acid was negatively correlated with Roseiarcus（r=-0.779）， glycerol-3-phosphate was negatively correlated with Desulfovibrio（r=-0.758）， Arachidonic acid was negatively correlated with Oribacterium（r=-0.753）， and Palmitic acid was negatively correlated with Pseudolabs（r=-0.750，P＜0.01）. ConclusionYupingfeng Granules can affect the metabolism of BALF and the flora structure of intestinal microorganisms， and regulating the balance of “lung-gut axis” may be one of the mechanisms of Yupingfeng Granules in treatment of COPD.

【Objective】 To analyze the blood dispatching of hospitals in Shijiazhuang area, in order to provide reference for blood dispatching policy of hospitals and ensure clinical blood supply. 【Methods】 The hospital blood dispatching data from 2018 to 2021 were queried through the blood center information management system (SHINOW9.5) and TMIS system, and the blood dispatching volume, frequency, variety and blood type distribution of hospitals at all levels were analyzed by SPSS statistical software. 【Results】 From 2018 to 2021, there were 1 196 times of blood dispatching in hospitals with a total volume of 4 648.5 U, showing a downward and then upward trend two years before and after the outbreak of COVID-19. As the main blood dispatching product, erythrocyte dispatching was 3 988 U, accounting for 85.79% of the total dispatching volume, with a dispatching rate of 2.99‰. The dispatching volume of red blood cells in secondary hospitals accounted for 86.13%.The dispatching rate of erythrocyte in secondary and tertiary hospitals was 1.03% and 0.06%, respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05). The dispatching rates of type A and AB red blood cells were 3.08‰ and 4.97‰, which were significantly different from those of type B and O red blood cells. 【Conclusion】 Blood dispatching has become an effective way to avoid blood waste and ensure emergency blood use in secondary and tertiary hospitals. In the actual operation, health administration department should strengthen supervision and hospitals should improve the blood dispatching process to ensure blood safety.

The World Health Organization (WHO) released the WHO 2020 guidelines on physical activity and sedentary behaviour in November 2020. Compared with the 2010 WHO guidelines, this guideline has incorporated more extensive medical evidence and made targeted recommendations for special populations. The main content includes physical activity and sedentary behaviour advice for children and adolescents, adults, older adults, pregnant and postpartum women, people with chronic conditions, and disability. This review will interpret the 2020 WHO guidelines in detail.

Objective: To investigate the survival status and influencing factors of HIV/AIDS patients after receiving highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART）in Shangluo,Shaanxi Province,so as to provide evidence for improving the effect of HAART. Methods: HIV/AIDS patients who received HAART for the first time in Shangluo from 2010 to 2018 were investigated. Life table method was used to analyze the survival rate,mortality rate and median survival time of the subjects. A proportional hazards model was used to analyze the influencing factors for the survival time of HIV/AIDS patients. Results: A total of 286 HIV/AIDS patients were collected,and 27 of them died of AIDS. After HAART,the 1-year,cumulative survival rates of less than 1 year,4 years and 8 years were 93.95%,89.71% and 88.39%,respectively. The results of multivariate proportional hazards regression analysis showed that the patients aged 30 years when first received HAART had higher risk of death than those aged 18-29 years（RR：4.208-24.095,95%CI：1.219-79.491）;patients with AIDS had higher risk of death than those with HIV（RR=38.590, 95%CI：15.451-96.382）;patients by homosexual transmission（RR=3.425,95%CI：1.385-8.470）and non-sexual transmission（RR=10.299,95%CI：3.602-29.446）had higher risk of death than those by heterosexual transmission;patients with baseline CD4+T lymphocytes number of 200/μL and more（RR：0.133-0.170,95%CI：0.048-0.604）had lower risk of death than those with less than 200/μL. Conclusions The survival rate of HIV/AIDS patients in Shangluo after receiving HAART is relatively high. Age at the start of treatment,course of disease,route of infection and the number of CD4+T lymphocytes at baseline are the influencing factors of survival time.

Objective:To explore the effects of miR-301a-3p on proliferation and apoptosis of astrocytes in rats.Methods:miR-301a-3p agomir and miR-301a-3p antagomir were synthetized and transfected into astrocytes. The cells were divided into Blank group, miR-NC group, miR-301a agomir group and antagomir group.Each group has 3 multiple pores, 2×10 5 cells per pore. CCK8 method was used to detect proliferation and growth ability of astrocytes in each group. Anncxin V-FITC/PI cytometry and Caspase-3 were used to test apoptosis of cells in each group. Results:Compared with Blank group (48 h: 0.83±0.09; 72 h: 1.20±0.21; 96 h: 1.65±0.17) and miR-NC group (48 h: 0.79±0.10; 72 h: 1.12±0.25; 96 h: 1.60±0.15), the proliferation ability of miR-301a group (48 h: 1.16±0.07; 72 h: 1.56±0.11; 96 h: 2.13±0.14) was significantly improved ( P<0.05), and the apoptosis rate of miR-301a group decreased significantly (Blank group: 10.44±1.33, miR-NC group: 9.84±1.40, miR-301a group: 4.32±0.51, P<0.05). Compared with Blank group and miR-NC group, the proliferation ability of the cells in antagomir group (48 h: 0.52±0.12; 72 h: 0.72±0.09; 96 h: 1.01±0.15) decreased significantly ( P<0.05), and the apoptotic rate was significantly increased in the antiagor group (Blank group: 10.44±1.33, miR-NC group: 9.84±1.40, antiagor group: 21.41±2.57, P<0.05). Conclusion:miRNA-301a-3p hyperexpression can promote the proliferation of astrocytes and inhibit the apoptosis pathway, thereby regulating the biological function of rat astrocytes.
