Objective:To explore the categories and characteristics of health behaviors of community residents in Dongfang City, Hainan Province, and to analyze the influencing factors of different categories.Methods:From March to May 2023, 795 community residents of Dongfang City were selected for the study using a simple random sampling method. General Information Questionnaire, Chinese version Short of Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile-Ⅱ, Health Conception Scale, and Self-rated Abilities for Health Practice Scale were used to conduct the survey. Cluster analysis was used to explore the health behavior categories of community residents, and a decision tree model was applied to analyze the influencing factors of different categories.Results:A total of 830 questionnaires were distributed, and 795 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 95.78%. The health behaviors of 795 community residents in Dongfang City were divided into four categories of comprehensive behavior group (26.04%, 207/795), healthy behavior group (37.23%, 296/795), risky behavior group (18.99%, 151/795), and poor health behavior group (17.74%, 141/795). The decision tree model showed that exercise efficacy, gender, ethnicity, and clinical health concepts were the factors influencing different health behavior categories of community residents in Dongfang City ( P<0.05), with exercise efficacy being the core factor. Conclusions:There is heterogeneity in the health behavior of community residents in Dongfang City. Community healthcare workers can implement targeted health promotion measures according to the behavioral characteristics of the population.

Background: There is still controversy whether the existence of esophageal heterotopic gastric mucosa (EHGM) and its histological type are related to the laryngopharyngeal symptoms. Aims: To analyze the clinical and histological characteristics of EHGM and its correlation with gastroesophageal reflux. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted in consecutive gastroscopy-proved EHGM cases from September 2018 to January 2020 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College. Besides clinical data review and questionnaire survey on reflux symptoms, histological typing of EHGM and immunohistochemistry were also performed in some cases. Results: A total of 1 229 cases of EHGM were recruited. The male-to-female ratio was 1.67:1, and middle-aged people were predominant. Most of the heterotopic mucosa were located 15-18 cm away from the incisors, and were mainly single. Two hundred and ninety-four cases (23.9%) were complicated with reflux esophagitis (RE), of which Los Angeles grade A and B accounted for 96.6%. Regurgitation/acid reflux (15.5 %) and heartburn (12.3%) were the most common esophageal symptoms, while extraesophageal symptoms were rare. Histological typing was obtained in 57 cases, of which, 37 (64.9%) were cardia-type, 18 (31.6%) were fundic-type, and 2 (3.5%) were mixed type. Objective To study the role of endothelial cells on the inflammatory cytokine release in septic shock through the septic shock serum stimulating human primary endothelial cells (HPAEC) and peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC).Methods PBMC isolated from healthy people by density gradient centrifugation.HPAEC cell surface markers CD144 and von Willebrand factor(vWF) molecule expression by RT-PCR and Western blot.Serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-1 from septic shock patients and healthy human detected by ELISA.HPAEC and PBMC were stimulated with the isolated serums and LPS,respectively.ELISA was used to detect the supernatant IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-1 levels.HPAEC membrane molecules ICAM-1 expression was detected by flow cytometry with serum shock and LPS stimulation.Supernatant levels of IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-1 of HPAEC with S1P1 receptor agonist CYM-5442 pretreatment was detected by ELISA after shock serum stimulation.Results Endothelial cell markers CD144 and vWF molecules could be detected in the HPAEC.Levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-1 in patients with septic shock serum were significantly higher than healthy people (P＜0.01).PBMC and HPAEC with LPS or shock serum treatment respectively,compared with normal group,levels of inflammatory cytokines in the culture supernatant were significantly higher(P＜0.01).For PBMC,the level of inflammatory cytokines between shock group and LPS group were not significantly different (P＞0.05).But for HPAEC,levels of inflammatory cytokines in the supernatant of the shock group compared to the LPS group was significantly higher (P＜0.01).Similarly,when two cells after LPS stimulation,IL-6,TNF-α levels of HPAEC's supernatant were significantly lower than PBMC' s (P＜0.01),MCP-1 levels was no difference (P＞ 0.05).But when the stimulation of shock serum,HPAEC of IL-6,TNF-α levels and PBMC no significant difference (P ＞0.05).MCP-1 was significantly increased (P＜0.01).Shock patients serum stimulation S1P1 receptorspecific agonist CYM-5442 pretreatment of HPAEC with pretreatment of S1P1 receptor specific agonist CYM-5442,the culture supernatant of inflammatory cytokines IL-6,TNF-α,MCP-1 levels were significantly lower (P＜0.01).Conclusion Endothelial cells may play a central role on the release of inflammatory cytokine during septic shock.

Rabbits were randomly assigned into two groups: HMI group, in which animals were subjected to thoracotomy and ligation of the circumflex coronary and sham-operated group, in which rabbits underwent thoracotomy but no conorary ligation. 3 months after the operation, the whole myocyte patch clamp technique was used to record APD, Ito, IK, and IK1 of ventricular myocytes in non-infarcted zone. Our results showed that the membrane capacitance was larger in HMI group than in sham-operated group. Action potential duration was significantly lengthened in HMI group and early afterdepolarization (EAD) appeared in HMI group. The densities of Ito, I(K, tail), and IK1 were reduced significantly in HMI group, from 6.72 +/- 0.42 pA/pF, 1.54 +/- 0.13 pA/pF and 25.6 +/- 2.6 pA/pF in sham-operated group to 4.03 +/- 0.33 pA/pF, 1.14 +/- 0.11 pA/pF and 17.6 +/- 2.3 pA/pF, respectively. It is concluded that the reduced densities of Ito, I(K, tail) and IK1 in ventricular myocytes of non-infarcted zone in HMI were responsible for the prolongation of APD and the presentation of EAD which played important roles in the development of malignant arrhythmia in HMI.

AIM: To investigate the effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI), fosinopril, captopril and angiotensin II AT 1 antagonists, valsartan on tissue factor (TF) expression on monocytes induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). METHODS: Mononuclear leukocytes from normal delivered female umbilical veins were incubated with bacterial LPS in presence or absence of different ACE inhibitors .At the end of incubation, the cells were disrupted by 3 freeze-thaw cycles. TF procoagulant activity was assessed by a one-stage clotting assay. RT-PCR was used to check TF mRNA expression, and GAPDH mRNA was used for parallel assay. RESULTS and CONCLUSION: The results showed that increased expression of TF mRNA induced by LPS was inhibited by fosinopril, captopril and valsartan, respectively, and the procoagualant activity of monocytes was also reduced. OBJECTIVE:To discuss the general pattern and features of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) of defibrase.MET-HODS:The cases of ADRs of defibrase reported in the national medical journals during 1999 and 2003 were collected and analyzed.RESULTS:ADRs of defibrase mainly included bleeding,urticaria,high fever,positive cutantest,liver function injury,ecchymoma,purpura haemorrhagica,incision hemorrhea,and arterial embolism.CONCLUSION:Great importance should be attached to ADRs of defribrase in clinic in order to ensure the safety of drug use.
