Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy and safety of 5-needle injection and standard 20-needle injection in the treatment of overactive bladder with botulinum toxin type A.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 48 patients with overactive bladder who received intravesical injection of botulinum toxin type A in the Department of Urology,Hangzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2022,and they were divided into two groups according to the number of injections, with 24 patients in each group. The observation group received 5-needle injection, and the control group received standard 20-needle injection.Average daily frequency of urination, international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-overactive bladder, international consultation on incontinence questionnaire-overactive bladder(ICIQ-OAB)score,overactive bladder(OAB-Q)score,visual analogue scale(VAS),patient generated index(PGI-I)score,complication rate and willingness to repeat injection were recorded before and after treatment in two groups, respectively. Results There were no significant differences in age, gender, course of disease, average daily frequency of urination before treatment and baseline data of each score between the two groups, which were comparable. All patients completed treatment, and compared with before treatment, the mean daily frequency of urination,ICIQ-OAB and OAB-Q were improved after treatment(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in scores and incidence of complications between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).However,patients in the observation group were more willing to receive another injection(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy and safety of 5-needle vesical injection of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of overactive bladder is similar to that of standard 20-needle injection, which is more easily accepted by patients, and is a safe and effective alternative to standard technique.

Objective To explore the influence of different factors on the safe screw placement of the ulnar coronoid process based on the DR imaging measurement of the ulnar coronoid process. Methods During the period from July 2020 to November 2021,102 normal adult elbow joint DR films were randomly included from Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Standard elbow joint DR films were selected as the measurement objects, with the apex of the coronoid process as the vertex and two straight lines parallel to the elbow joint space along both sides of the coronoid process. The length of the line segment from the apex of the coronoid process to the intersection of the radius and ulnar cortex of the ulna was the safe distance to place the nail on the coronal surface of the ulna coronoid process; The standard lateral DR film of the elbow joint was selected as the measurement image, and the apex of the coronoid process was used as a point to draw out two safety lines intersecting with the ulnar cortex at the proximal and distal ends. The length of the safety lines at the proximal and distal ends of the coronoid process was the safe nail placement distance on the sagittal plane of the ulnar coronoid process. The differences in safe nail placement distance between different genders, left and right sides, were compared and the correlation between safe nail placement distances on different cross-sections was analyzed. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the safe placement distance of the ulnar coronoid process between males and females(P<0.05);On the coronal plane, there was a correlation between the safe nail placement distance on the radial and ulnar sides in males; On the sagittal plane(P<0.05),there was a correlation between the safe placement distance of the ulnar coronoid process in women's proximal and distal ends(P<0.05).Conclusion Studying the safe screw placement distance of the ulnar coronoid process is beneficial to guide the clinical placement of screws for coronoid process fractures, the design of new steel plates, and the correction of deformity.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(12):7-11
Objective To explore the correlations of perceived social support and burnout with general well-being among caregivers in nursing homes. Methods One hundred nursing workers were selected from three nursing homes in Guangzhou. Perceived social support scale ( PSSS ) , Maslach burnout inventory ( MBI ) and general well-being schedule ( GWBS ) were used to investigate the status of their support, burnout and general well-being and analyze the correlations between them. Results The scores on perceived social support, job burnout and general well-being were (59.00 ± 9.00), (2.49 ± 0.88), (77.19 ±9 .90), respectively, all at moderate level. The scores on emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were significantly higher than the norms (both P<0.001). Job burnout together with its three dimensions was negatively correlated with general well-being (all P<0.01), while perceived social support was positively correlated with general well-being ( P < 0 . 01 ) . The exogenous family support , emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment influenced caregiver′s general well-being (all P<0.01). Conclusions Perceived social support, job burnout and general well-being are all at moderate level in caregivers of nursing homes. The higher the perceived social support, the lower the job burnout, the higher the passion and the general well-being in care workers. The general well-being of caregivers of the nursing homes was not high. The managers should pay more attention to them and measures should be taken to promote their physical and mental health.

AIM:To investigate the correlation between cerebral glucose metabolism and paediatric epilepsy or seizure type and seizure frequency.METHODS:To observe the cerebral glucose metabolism in epileptogenic focus,18F-FDG positron emission computed tomography(PET) brain imaging tests were carried out in 86 cases of paediatric epilepsy diagnosed by EEG and MRI.RESULTS:Compared to control group, significantly statistical differences between children epilepsy group and control group in PET brain imaging were observed(P0.05) was observed.CONCLUSION:Cerebral glucose metabolism of paediatric epilepsy is abnormal. The abnormal PET with varieties of epilepsy is found in different brain district. There is positive correlation between the abnormal intensity of PET imaging and the severity or seizure frequency of epilepsy.
