Multimorbidity is a significant challenge to global public health.In particular,the interaction between metabolic diseases,cardiovascular diseases,and chronic kidney disease further complicates the condition and treatment in patients with kidney diseases.Current strategies for managing multimorbidity often combine treatments for specific diseases passively,which can easily lead to polypharmacy issues.An urgent need exists to break through the theoretical framework of disease-centered medicine,transcend conventional thinking,and explore novel therapeutic strategies.Therefore,this paper proposes that the integration of the kidney zang-xiang theory and the body constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)would be beneficial for handling this problem.Preventive treatment of disease is a unique advantage of TCM,and the body constitution theory and method ology are essential strategies for preventive medicine in TCM.Holistic views guide the entire process of body constitution and preventive treatment of disease.By subdividing different pre-disease states within the full cycle of health and disease and discovering the regularity of cross-organ progression of the disease and its effect on kidney disease under the guidance of"the soil theory of body constitution,"modern nephrology findings can be integrated to tailor comprehensive prevention and treatment plans for different pre-disease states,different types of kidney diseases,and their comorbidity models,thereby addressing the issue of kidney disease with multimorbidity.

The etiology of tumors is complex and influenced by multiple factors, including the host and environmental conditions. Allergy is primarily driven by the immune response of helper T cell 2 (Th2). Research has shown that the Th2 immune response is closely related to tumors, which is specifically manifested through Th2 antibodies, allergy-related effector cells and mediators within the tumors, as well as tumor immune-related functions. This internal interaction mechanism will increase the complexity and challenges associated with the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors and allergy. The formation of allergic constitution is shaped by both congenital and acquired factors, and its physical state is closely linked to the occurrence and progression of allergic diseases. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the relationship between tumors and allergic reactions from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) constitution theory. Based on the four basic principles of the TCM constitution, including endowment inheritance theory, environment constraint theory, body-spirit composition theory, and life process theory, this exploration will focus on four aspects: genetic factors and internal disease causes, inflammatory environments and functional regulation, psychological disorders and emotional pathogenesis, as well as age structure and disease risk. Furthermore, from the perspective of constitution-disease relation of chronic disease prevention, this paper will discuss the significant importance of adjusting allergic constitution to improve both subjective symptoms and objective indicators of allergic reactions in tumor patients.

Objectives:To explore the value of non-invasive myocardial work combined with myocardial contrast echocardiography(MCE)in the early diagnosis of coronary artery disease and its efficacy in stratifying the severity of coronary vessel lesions.Methods:A total of 130 patients with suspected coronary artery disease admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from June 2024 to January 2025 were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent echocardiography and MCE after admission,and coronary angiography(CAG).Based on CAG results,patients were divided into non-CAD group(n=45,coronary artery stenosis<50%)and CAD group(n=85,coronary artery stenosis≥50%).Patients in CAD group were further divided into low-score CAD group(≤49 points,n=43)and high-score CAD group(>49 points,n=42)according to the median of Gensini score(49 points).Non-invasive MW indices and quantitative MCE parameters were assessed.A binary logistic regression model was used to construct a combined diagnostic model,and the value of each parameter in diagnosing CAD and evaluating the severity of coronary lesions was calculated.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of subjects was estimated,and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated to evaluate its sensitivity and specificity for early diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Results:Compared with the non-CAD group,the global longitudinal strain,global work index(GWI),and global constructive work(GCW)in both low-score and high-score CAD groups were significantly lower(all P<0.05),and the global work efficiency in the high-score CAD group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).MCE indices in both low-score and high-score CAD groups were significantly lower than those in the non-CAD group(all P<0.05).The multivariate logistic stepwise regression analysis and ROC curve showed that GWI(OR=0.997,95%CI:0.995-0.999,P=0.003)and A value(representing the peak intensity of the curve,reflecting myocardial blood volume(OR=0.415,95%CI:0.246-0.698,P=0.001)were independent predictors of low-score CAD.The combined diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for low-score coronary artery disease were 72.1%and 88.9%respectively,with an AUC of 0.851.GCW(OR=0.997,95%CI:0.995-1.000,P=0.019)and β-value(OR=0.000,95%CI:0.000-0.003,P<0.001)were independent predictors of high-score CAD.The combined diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for high-score coronary artery disease were 88.1%and 88.9%respectively,with an AUC of 0.934.Conclusions:Both non-invasive myocardial work parameters and MCE parameters have high diagnostic efficacy for coronary artery lesions of various degrees.The combined application of the two methods significantly improves the accuracy of coronary artery disease diagnosis,with improved sensitivity and specificity than single technique.Our results provide a new non-invasive comprehensive diagnostic model for clinical early diagnosis and risk stratification of coronary artery disease.

BACKGROUND:Three-dimensional(3D)Motion Capture Technology can build accurate,objective,and quantized medical virtual simulation model,which is conducive to clinical learners'precise and in-depth understanding and mastery of various traditional therapies.The virtual simulation model of traditional Chinese medicine based on the 3D Motion Capture Technology has been reported,but such a system of traditional Mongolian medicine therapy has not been reported.OBJECTIVE:To construct an interactive 3D visualization virtual simulation model based on the 3D Motion Capture Technology.METHODS:Motion capture data of the professor of Mongolian Medicine Department were collected using the 3D optical motion capture system(Motion Analysis)and Plantar Force Platform.The 3D motion model of brain vibration therapy was constructed using Motion Builder software,and the role model was constructed using Maya software matched with the action model.Unity3D software was used to build a virtual simulation system of Mongolian medical brain vibration therapy.The system integrated information on 3D animation,kinematic and dynamic parameters of Mongolian medical brain vibration therapy.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:By using 3D Motion Capture Technology and Computer Simulation Technology to reconstruct the operation of Mongolian medical brain vibration therapy,it can display the posture of the operator and subject and record the key parameters of spatial position and changes of joint motion to obtain kinematic and dynamic parameters.The interactive 3D virtual simulation technology is used to realize the visual presentation of 3D virtual simulation of Mongolian medical brain vibration therapy.It lays a foundation for the standardization,digitization and visualization of Mongolian medical brain vibration therapy.

The current interdisciplinary research on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） often comes from the simple combination of TCM application needs and mature engineering technology. Actually， higher goal of cross-disciplinary research should be the win-win development of TCM and interdisciplinary majors. In detail， to enhance the innovative development of original thinking mode of TCM， meanwhile， to stimulate the innovation of interdisciplinary majors with medical tasks. Previously， we successfully performed the research on the objective representation of pre-disease and disease state of dyslipidemia in population with phlegm-dampness constitution. Taking this project as an example， this paper discusses the methodology on scientific issue positioning， key medical tasks selection， interdisciplinary theory， and technology exploration， to expounds the research design and ideas which could be generalized in other cross-disciplinary research of TCM.

Purpose/Significance To study the extraction method of adverse drug event(ADE)data from medical texts,and to pro-vide support for clinical drug risk management and scientific decision-making.Method/Process Based on pre-trained model,by com-bining the correlation between the two subtasks of entity recognition and relation extraction,a entity relation joint extraction method for ADE monitoring is designed.Result/Conclusion Experiments on the published ADE extraction dataset show that the proposed method is superior to existing methods and can effectively extract ADE information and its relation from medical texts,providing a powerful means for the discovery and monitoring of ADE.

The monitoring unit used in the nuclear magnetic resonance system,as an important unit of the system,faces a high thermal risk during its entire life cycle.This paper ensures the high efficiency and reliability of the thermal design of the product module from the two dimensions of structural design and device derating design.In order to reduce the risk of thermal design of electronic modules and comprehensively verify the effectiveness of thermal design of electronic modules,the design verification is carried out by combining simulation and experiment.In the simulation process,by establishing a thermal simulation model at the circuit board level,the crustal temperature of the core device is numerically calculated,and the index is compared with the thermal design index value and the test value,on the one hand,to verify the correctness of the simulation model.On the other hand,the validity of thermal design is verified.In the testing process,a thermal test platform for product modules is built,and the thermal characteristics test values of the core components of the module under extreme electrical conditions are obtained,and the corresponding conversion methods are used to predict the thermal performance and thermal design margin of the product at different altitudes.The results show that the electronic module can meet the thermal design requirements in terms of structural design and derating design of core components,and can ensure that the product module can work safely and reliably during the entire life cycle of the NMR system.
