Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， through its multi-target and systematic regulatory effects， has demonstrated unique advantages in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions （GPL）. At present， TCM theoretical research on GPL is mainly reflected in three aspects， the integration of macroscopic syndrome differentiation， the inflammation-carcinoma transformation mechanism， as well as the systematization and scientization of theoretical inheritance from famous TCM practitioners. High-quality evidence-based research findings serve as the foundation for clinical practice guidelines on GPL， and TCM has gained international academic recognition in the field of GPL prevention and treatment. Research on TCM mechanisms has yielded a series of important outcomes in the aspects of signaling pathways， gene expression regulation， cellular epigenetics， histone modification， and intestinal microecology. It is proposed that future research on GPL should focus on four key directions， establishing multi-omics data， exploring targeted intervention strategies on key regulatory nodes， advancing the standardization process of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine prevention and treatment technologies， and constructing stratified screening and intervention platforms. The in-depth integration of TCM microcosmic mechanism of action with its macroscopic syndrome differentiation and treatment system， coupled with interdisciplinary research， will provide valuable references for the clinical treatment and scientific research of GPL.

Objective: To revise and validate the reliability and validity of Chinese version of the Benevolent Childhood Experiences (BCEs) Scale among college students, so as to provide a scientific and reliable assessment tool for related research. Methods: From April to June 2025, a stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select 1 677 freshmen from a university in Xuzhou City as participants. The survey was conducted by using the revised Benevolent Childhood Experiences (BCEs) Scale, Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (CTQ) and Brief Suicidal Behavior Scale. Reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), Spearman correlation analysis, and hierarchical linear regression analysis were employed to evaluate the scale s reliability, validity, and relationships among variables. Results: The mean scores of the 10 items on the BCEs Scale ranged from 3.97 to 4.46, with standard deviations ranging from 0.88 to 1.07. The Cronbach α coefficient was 0.96. Exploratory factor analysis extracted a single factor, explaining 71.21% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated good model fit ( χ 2/df =4.81, goodness of fit index=0.99, comparative fit index=0.99, normed fit index=0.99, root mean square error of approximation=0.05, standardized root mean square residual=0.01). BCEs total scores were negatively correlated with CTQ total scores and all its dimensions among college students ( r =-0.53 to -0.13, all P < 0.01). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that BCEs moderated the effect of CTQ on suicidal behavior, with a statistically significant interaction ( β=-0.11, t=-4.01, P <0.01). Conclusion The Chinese revised version of the BCEs Scale demonstrates good reliability and validity, and it is suitable for assessing BCEs among Chinese college students.

ObjectiveTo construct a competency model for "dual-qualified" teachers in vocational undergraduate rehabilitation therapy programs based on the World Health Organization's rehabilitation competency framework (RCF) and relevant domestic and international standards, and explore the training pathways for rehabilitation therapy teachers in China. MethodsLiterature analysis and comparative research methods were employed to systematically review RCF, physiotherapist-education-framework-FINAL, the Minimum-Standards-for-the-Education-of-Occupational-Therapists, and the "dual-qualified" teacher standards in vocational education for China. Focusing on the characteristics of vocational undergraduate talent cultivation, it took the integration of the "educator-clinical rehabilitation therapist" dual roles as its starting point, combining rehabilitation industry competence with educator standards as its basic principle, and using RCF as its foundational dimension. It then integrated advanced competency dimensions required of vocational undergraduate teachers to form a dimensional framework. Following the systematic curriculum development concept of the work process, the core activities of each dimension were designed by combining, improving and expanding the concept integration method, and describing the ability characteristics in a graded and progressive manner, to construct a model. ResultsThis model was guided by the core concepts of three types of values ​​and four types of professional beliefs. Vertically, it encompassed 28 activities across eight competency dimensions, including teaching practice, rehabilitation practice, digital literacy, professionalism, learning and development, management and leadership, applied research, and social service. Horizontally, it encompassed 53 corresponding competency characteristics across three advanced levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced). ConclusionThis model, through its vertical dimension design and horizontal progressive development, clearly describes the advancement of vocational undergraduate rehabilitation therapy teachers from newly hired teachers to backbone teachers and professional leaders. It not only aligns with the general requirements of the national standards for "dual-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges in China, but also incorporates an international perspective on rehabilitation education and practice, and possesses the characteristics of vocational undergraduate education that integrates multiple abilities and roles. ObjectiveBased on ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-electrostatic field orbital trap high-resolution mass spectrometry（UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS）， to identify the in vivo and in vitro chemical components of total phenolic acids in Gei Herba（TPAGH）， and to clarify the pharmacological effects and potential mechanisms of the effective part in promoting acute wound healing and inhibiting scar formation. MethodsUPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS was used to identify the chemical components of TPAGH and ingredients absorbed in vivo after topical administration. A total of 120 ICR mice were randomly divided into the model group， recombinant human epidermal growth factor（rhEGF） group（4 mg·kg^-1）， and low， medium， and high dose groups of TPAGH（3.5， 7， 14 mg·kg^-1）， with 24 mice in each group. A full-thickness skin excision model was constructed， and each administration group was coated with the drug at the wound site， and the model group was treated with an equal volume of normal saline， the treatment was continued for 30 days， during which 8 mice from each group were sacrificed on days 6， 12， and 30. The healing of the wounds in the mice was observed， and histopathological changes in the skin tissues were dynamically observed by hematoxylin-eosin（HE）， Masson， and Sirius red staining， and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to dynamically measure the contents of interleukin-6（IL-6）， tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）， vascular endothelial growth factor A（VEGFA）， matrix metalloproteinase（MMP）-3 and MMP-9 in skin tissues. Network pharmacology was used to predict the targets related to the promotion of acute wound healing and the inhibition of scar formation by TPAGH， and molecular docking of key components and targets was performed. Gene Ontology（GO） biological process analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes（KEGG） pathway enrichment analysis were carried out for the related targets， so as to construct a network diagram of herbal material-compound-target-pathway-pharmacological effect-disease for further exploring its potential mechanisms. ResultsA total of 146 compounds were identified in TPAGH， including 28 phenylpropanoids， 31 tannins， 23 triterpenes， 49 flavonoids， and 15 others， and 16 prototype components were found in the serum of mice. Pharmacodynamic results showed that， compared with the model group， the TPAGH groups showed a significant increase in relative wound healing rate and relative scar inhibition rate（P<0.05）， and the number of new capillaries， number of fibroblasts， number of new skin appendages， epidermal regeneration rate， collagen deposition ratio， and Ⅲ/Ⅰ collagen ratio in the tissue were significantly improved（P<0.05， 0.01）， the levels of IL-6， TNF-α， MMP-3 and MMP-9 in the skin tissues were reduced to different degrees， while the level of VEGFA was increased. Network pharmacology analysis screened 10 core targets， including tumor protein 53（TP53）， sarcoma receptor coactivator（SRC）， protein kinase B（Akt）1， signal transducer and activator of transcription 3（STAT3）， epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR） and so on， participating in 75 signaling pathways such as advanced glycation end-products（AGE）-receptor for AGE（AGE/RAGE） signaling pathway， phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase（PI3K）/Akt signaling pathway， mitogen-activated protein kinase（MAPK） signaling pathway. Molecular docking confirmed that the key components genistein， geraniin， and casuariin had good binding ability to TP53， SRC， Akt1， STAT3 and EGFR. ConclusionThis study comprehensively reflects the chemical composition of TPAGH and the absorbed components after topical administration through UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS. TPAGH significantly regulates key indicators of skin healing and tissue reconstruction， thereby clarifying its role in promoting acute wound healing and inhibiting scar formation. By combining in vitro and in vivo component identification with network pharmacology， the study explores how key components may bind to targets such as TP53， Akt1 and EGFR， exerting therapeutic effects through related pathways such as immune inflammation and vascular regeneration.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with bloodletting and cupping in the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria（CSU） and to explore its potential mechanisms of action. MethodsSeventy CSU patients were randomly divided into loratadine group and acupuncture + bloodletting group， with 35 patients in each group. The loratadine group received oral loratadine tablets， 10 mg once daily in the evening. The acupuncture + bloodletting group received acupuncture at Zhongwan （CV 12）， Guanyuan （CV 4）， Tianshu （ST 25）， Zusanli （ST 36）， Sanyinjiao （SP 6）， Xuehai （SP 10）， Quchi （LI 11）， Hegu （LI 4）， Taichong （LR 3）， Baihui （GV 20）， and Shenting （GV 24）， once daily，along with bloodletting and cupping at Dazhui （GV 14） and Geshu （BL 17）， every other day. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The 7-day urticaria activity score（UAS7） was assessed before and after the treatment， and levels of serum immunoglobulin E （IgE）， interleukin-4 （IL-4）， interleukin-5 （IL-5）， eosinophil cationic protein （ECP）， plasma tissue factor （TF）， activated factor Ⅶ （FⅦa）， prothrombin fragment 1+2 （F1+2）， D-dimer （D-D） and complement component 5a （C5a） were detected. ResultsA total of 65 patients were included in the final analysis， 32 in the loratadine group and 33 in the acupuncture + bloodletting group. Before treatment， there was no significant difference in UAS7 score， serum IgE， IL-4， IL-5， ECP levels， or plasma TF， FⅦa， F1+2， D-D， C5a levels between groups （P＞ 0.05）. After treatment， both groups showed significant reductions in UAS7 score， serum IgE， IL-4， IL-5， and plasma TF， FⅦa， F1+2， D-D， and C5a levels compared to those before treatment （P＜0.01）. However， after treatment， there was no significant difference in UAS7 score and serum ECP， IgE， IL-4， IL-5 levels between groups （P＞0.05）. The acupuncture + bloodletting group showed lower plasma TF， FⅦa， F1+2， D-D and C5a levels compared to the loratadine group （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. ConclusionAcupuncture combined with bloodletting and cupping can effectively improve the skin symptoms of CSU patients and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors. The potential mechanism of action may involve the regulation of the coagulation-complement-mast cell activation axis， thereby inhibiting mast cell degranulation.

BACKGROUND:Human periodontal ligament stem cells are potential functional cells for periodontal tissue engineering.However,long-term in vitro culture may lead to reduced stemness and replicative senescence of periodontal ligament stem cells,which may impair the therapeutic effect of human periodontal ligament stem cells. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of oxymatrine on the stemness maintenance and osteogenic differentiation of periodontal ligament stem cells in vitro,and to explore the potential mechanism. METHODS:Periodontal ligament stem cells were isolated from human periodontal ligament tissues by tissue explant enzyme digestion and cultured.The surface markers of mesenchymal cells were identified by flow cytometry.Periodontal ligament stem cells were incubated with 0,2.5,5,and 10 μg/mL oxymatrine.The effect of oxymatrine on the proliferation activity of periodontal ligament stem cells was detected by CCK8 assay.The appropriate drug concentration for subsequent experiments was screened.Western blot assay was used to detect the expression of stem cell non-specific proteins SOX2 and OCT4 in periodontal ligament stem cells.qRT-PCR and western blot assay were used to detect the expression levels of related osteogenic genes and proteins in periodontal ligament stem cells. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The results of CCK8 assay showed that 2.5 μg/mL oxymatrine significantly enhanced the proliferative activity of periodontal stem cells,and the subsequent experiment selected 2.5 μg/mL oxymatrine to intervene.(2)Compared with the blank control group,the protein expression level of SOX2,a stem marker of periodontal ligament stem cells in the oxymatrine group did not change significantly(P>0.05),and the expression of OCT4 was significantly up-regulated(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the osteogenic induction group,the osteogenic genes ALP,RUNX2 mRNA expression and their osteogenic associated protein ALP protein expression of periodontal ligament stem cells were significantly down-regulated in the oxymatrine+osteogenic induction group(P<0.05).(4)The oxymatrine up-regulated the expression of stemness markers of periodontal ligament stem cells and inhibited the bone differentiation of periodontal ligament stem cells,and the results of high-throughput sequencing showed that it may be associated with WNT2,WNT16,COMP,and BMP6.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） compound Chaiqin Xiaoyong Decoction （柴芩消痈饮， CXD） combined with Jinhuang Ointment （金黄膏， JO） in treating the nodular stage of acne mastitis of liver meridian heat accumulation type. MethodsA randomized， double-blind， placebo-controlled clinical trial was conducted. A total of 108 patients with liver meridian heat accumulation type acne mastitis in the nodular stage were randomly assigned to a treatment group and a control group， with 54 patients in each group. Both groups received topical application of JO once daily at a thickness of 3~5 mm for 8 hours， along with standard nursing care. On this basis， the treatment group received oral CXD granules， while the control group received placebo granules， administered twice daily， 3 sachets per dose， for 14 consecutive days. Clinical efficacy， TCM symptom scores， nodule size， visual analogue scale （VAS） pain scores， white blood cell （WBC） count， C-reactive protein （CRP） level， and systemic immune-inflammation index （SII） were compared. At the end of treatment， efficacy and safety indicators were evaluated. A 6-month follow-up was conducted to compare the proportion of patients undergoing surgical treatment. ResultsThe total clinical efficacy rate in the treatment group was 90.38% （47/52）， significantly higher than 32.00% （16/50） in the control group （P＜0.01）. The treatment group also showed significantly lower TCM symptom scores， VAS scores， nodule size， WBC count， CRP level， and SII （P＜0.05 or P＜0.01）. During follow-up， the surgical intervention rate in the treatment group was 5.77% （3/52）， lower than 14.00% （7/50） in the control group， with a statistically significant difference （P＜0.01）. No significant abnormalities were observed in safety indicators before and after treatment in either group. ConclusionCXD effectively reduces nodule size and alleviates symptoms such as redness and pain in patients with acne mastitis of liver meridian heat accumulation type， improves TCM symptom scores， enhances overall clinical efficacy， and demonstrates good safety.

AIM: To explore the effects of preoperative anterior segment parameters on the rotational stability of Toric intraocular lens(Toric IOL).METHODS:Prospective study. A total of 41 cataract patients(54 eyes)with combined corneal regular astigmatism from March to December 2023 were included and treated with cataract phacoemulsification combined with plate loop Toric IOL implantation in the Department of Ophthalmology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. The rotation degree of Toric IOL and uncorrected distance visual acuity(UCDVA)were evaluated at 1 d, 2 wk, and 1 mo postoperatively, the corrected distance visual acuity(CDVA)was evaluated at 2 wk and 1 mo after surgery, and the decentration and tilt of the Toric IOL were assessed at 2 wk postoperatively.RESULTS:A total of 33 patients(40 eyes)were included in this study. The UCDVA(LogMAR)of 1 d, 2 wk and 1 mo postoperatively were 0.10(0.10, 0.30), 0.05(0, 0.10)and 0(0, 0.10), respectively, which was improved compared with the preoperative levels of [0.80(0.49, 1.00)](P<0.001). The CDVA(LogMAR)of 2 wk and 1 mo postoperatively were 0.05(0, 0.15)and 0(0, 0.138), respectively, which was improved compared with preoperative levels of [0.52(0.40, 0.80)](P<0.001). The residual astigmatism of 2 wk and 1 mo postoperatively were 0.625(0.25, 0.75)D and 0.50(0.25, 0.75)D, respectively, which was significantly reduced compared with preoperative astigmatism of [1.82(1.31, 2.59)D](P<0.001). The preoperative anterior segment length(ASL), and lens thickness(LT)were positively correlated with Toric IOL rotation degree at 1 d(rs=0.463, P=0.003; rs=0.340, P=0.032)and 2 wk(rs=0.520, P=0.001; rs=0.409, P=0.009)postoperatively. At 1 mo postoperatively, only ASL was positively correlated with Toric IOL rotation degree(rs=0.463, P=0.003). The results of linear regression analysis showed that preoperative ASL was a predictor of rotation degree at 1 d, 2 wk and 1 mo after surgery(F1 d=10.098, P1 d=0.003; F2 wk=16.915, P2 wk<0.001; F1 mo=10.957, P1 mo=0.002). The rotation degree of Toric IOL was positively correlated with lens decentration(rs=0.360, P=0.043).CONCLUSION:The early postoperative rotation of Toric IOL is positively correlated with ASL, and the rotation is also positively correlated with lens decentration.
